Good: See above We stayed over the New Year period, the hotel was very busy but all the staff were very helpful and gave us good information. The breakfast was good, a wide range of food from cereal fruit cold meats, hot food porridge omelette to order etc. We booked in for the NYE gala dinner, this was wonderful. We had a room with a balcony over the Danube and watch fire works going off all of NYE A good 20 minute fast walk along the Danube gets you to parliament and the city You tcan take trolley bus 75 that goes passed the hotel to the Margaret Bridge A good tip, we took the hop on hop off big bus pass for 72hrs this includes as many hop on hop off stops during the day, a boat cruise, a night bus tour , a walking tour and the shuttle cart up to the palace on the Buda side. Each night we returned home to the hotel and relaxed in the spa centre . Yes we shall return

Good: Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr geräumig, gute Ausstattung; sehr nettes Personal (auch deutschsprachig); sehr großes und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet; insgesamt ein tolles Hotel; Lage auch günstig: mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell in der Innenstadt, außerdem an der Donau gelegen

Good: 1. de uitzonderlijke vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Echt heel prettig. 2. de spa faciliteiten zijn fantastisch. Het water van de baden is echt warm en dat is in veel hotels niet zo wanneer er staat dat ze een verwarmd bad hebben. Het was heerlijk! Bad: de kamers waren wat gehorig. Dit is geen probleem als er rustige mensen naast je zitten, maar bij een gezinnen met kleine/jonge kinderen ikan dit tot irritatie leiden omdat je voor je rust naar een 'health' facility gaat.

It’s an old school hotel, but actually a great one. One’ll get everything needed - complimentary coffee in the room, free pool, sauna and Turkish bath, and free and reliable Wi Fi. Rooms are old fashioned, with no glamour or modern design, but clean and cozy with comfortable beds. Choice of TV channels is limited and mini bar is not impressive. Parking is charged 10€ per day. Breakfast is senselessly expensive at 10€ per day per person, but it’s not needed actually. Danube view is amazing and city center is reasonably close - up to 30 mins by foot.

Good: Excellent hôtel un peu à l'extérieur de Budapest mais facilement accessible par les transports en commun. Superbe vue le long du Danube. Très calme.

Location Tip: Die Innenstadt befindet sich ca. 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt. gemütliches Zimmer, toller Ausblick auf die Donau, schnelles Check in und out, freundlich, zuvorkommend etc - alles bestens.

Bad: On Sunday, December 17, the SPA center was closed. Guests were not informed in advance that the SPA will not work on Sunday. On Saturday, December 16th, at the SPA's door was note that fitness room is closed on Sunday. And on Sunday there was an additional notice that the pool did not work that day either because of regular maintenance. Is it possible to organize regular maintain of SPA on weekdays rather than on weekends? Why guests are not informed in time that the SPA does not work?

Good: Perfekt läge. Nära till centrum o kollektivtrafik. Suveränt thermalbad.

Hotel: schöne Lage ganz in der Nähe zur Donau und zur Margaretheninsel, sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, aber auch fußläufig ist es nicht weit bis in die ALtstadt

Good: The bed is extra comfy, staff is great, so friendly. Room is very clean, breakfast exceeded my expecations! Everything was GREAT.

The staff were easy to work with and were happy to accommodate my requirements. It was always easy to get a cab organised and address given to driver...as I don't speak German or Hungarian...The food was great whether buffet or menu.

Et utroligt dejligt sted, som vi har besøgt 2 gange. Begge gange har vi brugt deres lufthavnsservice ved ankomst. Det er dejligt at blive kørt direkte til hotellet, når man ankommer sent. Det koster ca. 300 kr. Vores (superior) værelse havde fuld udsigt til Donau og en fin balkon. Morgenmaden er stor, varieret og indbydende. Hotellet har sin egen spa med 4 forskellige bassiner. Der er også dampbad og sauna, samt masser af behandlinger. Det er let at komme til og fra hotellet med offentlig transport. Lige overfor hotellet ligger et supermarked. Kvarteret er "normalt" beboelsesområde, og vi oplevede intet ubehageligt. Kan varmt anbefale dette sted.

Good: Location a little bit distanced from the city center but on the other hand it was quite and peaceful. Hotel is placed at the river, so if you book a room with this view you will not regret that :) At the hotel, there is a restaurant and a bar. Apart from that the whole SPA facility.

Good: מסודר, נקי, ארוחת בוקר טובה, צוות אדיב. הספא פשוט פצצה. Bad: דברים שביקשנו מראש לא מומשו אלא רק כשדיברנו עם הצוות בקבלה..יחד עם זאת קיבלנו פיצוי על כך.

Good: Spa-avdelningen Location Tip: Ligger nära kommunikationer med en underbar utsikt över Donau. Fint hotell med en toppenbra spa-avdelning. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal.

Nagyon jó! Nagy a választék a reggelin , a Vacsora árak nagyon alacsonyak a Wellnes része Tökéletes , talán a szauna nem a legjobb de elviselhető.

Lækker morgenbuffet og gode pool og boblebad. Jeg fik en luksus massage på 50 min som jeg klart kan anbefale, for det var simpelthen noget som levede op til sit navn, luksus massage. Deres pool er rene, flotte og lækre og der findes 4 forskellige med forskellige temperaturer. Udsigten er flot, direkte ud til floden. Pæne værelser,som gøres pænt rent hverdag. En hyggelig bar med søde personaler, samt flinke og hjælpsomme personale i receptionen. Kan absolut anbefales

Bad: Door rooms are a bit loud as they close. It was warm in the room,and the air conditioner was not working, but i opened the window..

Booked for short business trip. Excellent hotel in central Budapest location overlooking the river. Nice spacious and clean room. Ensuite was slightly tired but a good size and good facilities. Nice restaurant with piano music on the evening and nice breakfast in the morning. Easy to reach from the airport - took about 45 mins in a taxi mid afternoon.

Mycket nöjda med vår vistelse ! Personalen i receptionen var fantastisk. Bra bemötande kl ett på natten när vi checkade in. Senare fick vi hjälp bl a med hyrcyklar och transporter. Mycket bra frukost. Åt lunch en dag och den var också jättegod med mkt att välja på. SPAavd med fyra pooler var härlig men kanske lite sliten. Provade inga behandlingar. Utcheckningsdagen kunde vi tillbringa eftermiddagen där vilket var så bra eftersom vi åkte fr hotellet kl 16. Rummet var rent och sängarna sköna.

Good: I already staid several times in the hotel. It's very clean overall, has a nice swimming pool and comfortable beds. Bad: Breakfast is expensive, better to go and grab something in the shop opposite. They also charge for parking, again, it's for free during the weekend or evening at the other side of the road with plenty of spaces. Swimming pool got filled up after 8 pm, so it's better to go earlier.

Good: Included breakfast was outstanding. Bad: Nothing. Great view of the Danube, easy 20 minute walk along the Danube to the Parliament Building.

The hotel is very nice and clam, but I went for conference so I was on my duty. It was a medium far from train station.However, it was very easy to went to downtown by subway train.Next time in Budapest,this hotel will be the first choice to stay.

Good: Soba je bila savršena, od kreveta do pogleda; imali smo sobu sa terasom i pogledom na Dunav. Prelepo, romantično, kao iz bajke. Mom suprugu je bio rođendan i u dogovoru sa ljubaznim osobljem dočekali su nas sa torrtom, vinom i čestitkom za mog supruga. Iznenađenje je bilo uspješno, a to ne bi bilo moguće bez ljubaznog osoblja. Bad: Nemam ništa negativno da kažem, doručak nismo imali, ali verujem da je izvrstan. Jedino veličina kupatila u odnosu na prostranost sobe.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel as I find it very friendly. I normally stay here with my husband but this time was with my sister. It was my birthday whilst I was here and the hotel kindly left myself and my sister two lovely cakes and sweets and home baked biscuits in our room on our return after a day out. It was very much appreciated.
