Good: De l'extérieur l'hôtel ne semble pas être à son avantage, mais une fois sur place, au vu du prix payé on est agréablement surpris. Le personnel est très sympathique, les différentes piscines thermales sont ouvertes de 7h à 22h et on peut profiter de différentes températures, jusque 36-38°. Bad: Le petit-déjeuner compris consistait en deux mini croissants + un café, un peu léger... La déco des chambres devrait être modernisée mais c'est un point de détail au vu du reste

Good: Das sehr aufmerksame Personal und die Einrichtung / Größe vom Hallenbad/Sauna/Wellnessbereich. Der kostenlose Kaffee mit Croissants bis 10.00 Uhr. Bad: Vielleicht etwas Marmelade und Butter zu den Croissants?? Location Tip: Leider liegt das Hotel etwa 4 KM ausserhalb der City, aber gut erreichbar mit der Metro Linie 3 (4 Stops vom Zentrum, einfache Fahrt 350 HUF/1,30 €) Sehr freundlicher Empfang, konnten schon um 10.00 Uhr (statt 14.00 Uhr) unser Zimmer beziehen. Sehr gutes Angebot mit Hallenbad, Sauna, Thermalbad, Sonnendeck etc. Da auch ein Facharzttzentrum im Hotel ist, nutzen einige Patienten diese Einrichtungen mit. Gutes Wellnessangebot zu moderaten Preisen - und trotzdem moderne Geräte. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Aufpreis für ein Zimmer mit Donaublick lohnt sich. Gute Klimaanlage - wir waren dort als es 35° bis 41° heiß war - und das Zimmer war angenehm temperiert. Die Metro Station Linie 3 ist ca. 600m vom Hotel entfernt. Taxi in die Stadt ist relativ preiswert, ca. 8 bis 12 € je nach Entfernung. In der Nähe ist nix los, aber deutlich ruhiger und luftiger als in den typischen Stadthotels. Wir werden dieses Hotel für unseren nächsten Besuch wieder buchen.

Good: We were impressed with the attention to detail that made our stay pleasant and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and accommodating the the room was exceptional. We loved to sit on our balcony and enjoy the view of Margit Island. The pools were also exceptional. Bad: For the price of our room, a little more breakfast may have been nice, but we really loved our stay and plan to go back.

No problems, but I found it strange that while in-room facilities for coffee making were provided, no one could give me milk except suggestions that I should carry a cup full from dining room to my refrigerator. Since I need one of my hands for my stick and have difficulties in walking, this sounded stupid and impractical. Also the need to plug and unplug electric connections in a room where there was an overabundance of elctrical outlets was primitive and tiresome.

Good: Le confort, tout simplement. Cet hôtel est classé 4 étoiles, mais mériterait 5 étoiles. Bad: Un simple détail mineur: il y a une belle TV à écran plat dans la chambre, mais peu de chaînes disponibles en dehors des classiques internationaux qui diffusent de l'info 24 heures sur 24 dans toutes les langues.

Great stay in a brilliant location. 5 minutes walk to the metro then 3 stops and you're central. Hotel was really great, we didn't have breakfast but made use of the coffee and croissants which was ideal and kept us going til lunchtime. Beds were really comfy which was much appreciated after our long days and much walking. The spa is beautiful, we used the salt cave which was fine until an older couple came in and the bloke proceeded to snore! Budapest is lovely and we will return. It's very cheap in comparison to other capital cities.

Frukost och a la carte OK men inte mer. Hjälpsam personal under hela vistelse och städerskan gjorde ett bra jobb med vårt ganska stökiga rum.

Budapest är en underbar stad att vistas i .Med strålande sol och nästan helt blå himmel kan det inte vara annat. Jätte fin hotell och vänlig betjäning , god mat och bekväma sängar gjorde att vi gärna återvänder.

Good: Ausser, dass wir mit Allem zufrieden waren (gute Lage, schöne Aussicht, bequemes Bett, komfortables, sauberes Zimmer mit Wasserkocher), fand ich sehr positiv, dass auch wenn man kein Frühstücksbuffet bucht, ist eine Tasse Kaffee/Tee & 2 Croissant (Gipfeli) im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Una splendida settimana di vacanza a Budapest. Albergo secondo le aspettative. Piscine termali aperte dalle 7 alle 22. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici e, volendo fare una passeggiata lungo le rive del fiume solo venti minuti per arrivare nel cuore della Città. Ho avuto un problema di carattere sanitario e la reception lo ha risolto brillantemente fissandomi un appuntamento con un medico. Se torno a Budapest scelgo lo stesso albergo.

Good: As piscinas são fantásticas, limpas e quentinhas. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Bad: Não é tão perto do metrô.

Lovely hotel, out of town but a short taxi ride to the Parliament building (2500HUF), then from there an easy walk to all the usual tourist attractions. The West End shopping Mall is about 20-25 minute walk away. Not a threatening neighbourhood so no worries there. The hotel staff were first class, very happy to help in any way and very courteous. I didn't use Spa/pool facilities so can't comment there. The restaurant food was very nice. Would be happy to go back to the hotel on holiday. Airport Shuttle mini-bus service was prompt, but don't use it if you're in a rush (2500HUF compared to 8500HUF for a taxi). The room was well equipped with mini-bar fridge, tea/coffee, air-con, great views of river (and sunset). Tiny bathroom but adequate. All-in-all a great hotel. ****

Bra rum, bra spa avdelning och lite långt från centrum, vi fick promenera en del och det var bra, man ser mycket under tiden.

Legutóbb az Evolution konferencián jártam a Heliában, tökéletesen meg voltam elégedve a helyszínnel. Az ebédnél nagy választék volt, finom volt minden, amit kipróbáltam.

Les prestations comme le spa, la piscine... Le rapport qualité/prix en comparaison avec les autres hôtels de la ville. L'accueil du personnel Bad: Rien. Peut-être juste la barrière de la langue avec les employés qui ne parlent pas tous un bon anglais mais, à part cette remarque, rien ne nous a déplu.
