Good: Igényesen felújított, friss, modern szálloda a belváros szívében. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, kényelmes ágyak, tágas szobák. Éttermek, bárok, látnivalók csak pár lépésre. Ár-érték arányban is verhetetlen. Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek, akár pár napra, akár hosszabb időre érkezik a csodás Budapestre.

Good: Decor, position, breakfast Bad: Our room was only partially serviced on our last day. The shower gel was virtually empty from Day 1 and when we removed the pump to make it obvious that attention was needed, it was still missed and we had to call housekeeping. Some of the reception staff were aloof. We felt our queries were an imposition for them. Others were very helpful.

Good: Loved staying in this hotel. In a quiet side street but just minutes away from shops, restaurants and the Danube. We were on floor 6 opposite the lift and I worried it might be noisy. But it was very quiet and we slept really well. The hotel has recently been refurbished - our bathroom was so clean and new it felt like we might have been the first ones to use it. Bad: The weather was exceptionally hot and the AC struggled a couple of times - not a major problem.

New renovation and very quiet room if window face to backyard. Room is quite small, even a bit difficult to open one 26” suitcase . Breakfast is quite good choice but everyday the same. Good location but still a bit far to walk to St. Stephen’s church and Parliament, but also not worth to take bus or metro, take time to go between station and target location, then only 2-3 stations, not really saving time. Stay 4 nights, the cleaning lady didn’t vacuum clean floor everyday, still much hair on floor. Also, not refill coffee and tea, and only one bottle of water for the whole stay.

Good: Breakfast was great. Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Bad: We did not have a refrigerator. If you have medicine that you need to chill, they offer that you can bring it to the front desk however that is not something we wanted to do. And we couldn't get ice either (from the hotel). Other than that, it was great.

Good: Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijk & behulpzaam personeel. Kamer elke dag opgeruimd en propere handdoeken. Locatie op 3 minuten van metro en halte openbaar vervoer. Hotel ligt in rustige straat geen geluid van buitenaf.

Good: Chambre moderne, fonctionnelle, donnant sur une rue calme, avec beaucoup de prises électriques à disposition. Salle de bain neuve et grande douche propre. Personnel très arrangeant et disponible

Good: Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de los sitios principales, para lo único que pilla más lejos es a Isla Margarita. Hotel reformado y bonito. Habitaciones no son muy grandes pero correctas, la cama es muy cómoda. El desayuno muy completo. Bad: Los recepcionistas no son muy simpáticos, son bastante secos. Estaría bien tener una neverita para poder poner agua fresca en la habitación.

Good: Posizione ottima. Dall’hotel si può raggiungere a piedi il lungo Danubio, il mercato centrale, piazza Vörösmarty ed il parlamento si può raggiungere passeggiando sul Danubio ( circa 40 minuti). Lo consiglio

Good: Vynikající poměr cena/výkon vzhledem k umístění hotelu přímo v centru historické části města. Snídaně poskytované hotelem jsou výborné. Moderní pokoje vybavené varnou konvicí a trezorem. Bad: Pro delší pobyt by se hodilo vybavení některých pokojů ledničkou, ale z prostorových důvodů to zřejmě není možné.

Great location. Wonderful breakfast & cleaning lady. I forgot something valuable in the room on checkout & she ran after us to return. Thank you! Bed was a bit hard. No hair conditioner.

Good: This hotel was in the city downtown area with an easy access to subway, museums, many wonderful restaurants, etc. I loved the breakfast that was included and the staff were friendly. Bad: You can't adjust the temperature in the room, and it was a bit too warm. Yet, I was able to open the window a little bit, especially at night, as it was too warm for me to sleep. So I was okay for 3 nights.

Good: Kõik oli lihtsalt super! Väga turvaline asukoht üksinda reisivale naisterahvale. Tähtsad vaatamisväärsused ja poed-kohvikud jalakäigu kaugusel, jõgi lähedal, ühistranspordi peatused. Hommikusöök maitsev, tuba hubane ja puhas. Personal väga sõbralik.

El bus que te lleva del aeropuerto al centro también está a 6 o 7 minutos andando Bad: Que hablaran más en español en el hotel, cada vez viajamos más y nos gastamos más y por lo menos en los hoteles deberían conocer algo de nuestro idioma

Good: V tomto hotelu jsem byl v minulosti. Nově je hotel po rekonstrukci a vypadá naprosto fantasticky. Pokoj, který jsem měl má skvělou matraci na které se výborně spalo. Výborné odhlučnění pokoje, snídaně excellentní. Bad: Jediné minus je, že v hotelu není na pokoji minibar ani maxi bar na recepci.

Good: Posizione centralissima, comodità per spostarsi, comodità anche post soggiorno, in quanto abbiamo lasciato i bagagli e prenotato con loro il trasporto per l'aeroporto, puntuali e precisi. È stato così facile spostarsi sia a piedi che con i mezzi e poi la città è fantastica.

Good: When I was searching for a hotel online, I thought that a downtown (great) location at a reasonable price meant that the place was going to be old and and out of date. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance and actual hotel. It was really nice. And in a great location. Bad: The thermostat in my room was password protected so I could not change it. When I checked out at the front desk the receptionist seemed genuinely surprised by that (as if it's not normal). So maybe that's a one-off thing and indicative of the hotel in general.

Good: newly refurbed, very nice decor, comy bed, 2 pillows each, we had a nice view. On the small side but for a short stay it doesnt need to be any bigger. bathroom was well designed. very fresh and clean. it had a kettle. breakfast had a good variety. They let us store our bags after check out. location was good, plenty of restaurants nearby Bad: the TV had the ability to mirror from your phone, we connected ok but the wi fi wasn't strong enough play you tube videos without buffering. my husband went down to reception twice but they didnt seem to understand the issue. They just thought we couldnt connect to the wifi but we could. It was stronger when he was stood in reception. I think the signal needs boosting to the farthest rooms. We were on floor 8 at the very end of the corridor. A kettle was provided but no milk cartons and only 2 coffee sachets. we took our own teabags but needed a bit of milk. On the second day reception did get us some of the little milk pods. Hot breakfast was a bit cold so i opted for muesli on day 2.

Localização excepcional, quaro agradável, bom espaço, excelente café da manhã. Principal oportunidade de melhoria: serviço de quarto muito ruim. Superfícies empoeiradas, ficamos dias sem sabonete líquido e sem gel de banho, reposição de água e sachê de café era feita alguns dias sim e outros não. Toalhas ficaram acumuladas, colocando limpas adicionais sem retirar as usadas. Apesar deste problemas no serviço de quarto, valeu muito a pena pelos motivos que citei antes.

Good: The location is a huge plus! The hotel is almost in the city center, and most of Budapest’s main attractions are within walking distance, which made our trip even more enjoyable and convenient. The rooms were clean and cozy, the atmosphere was great, and overall we were more than satisfied with everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Budapest!

Good: Struttura accogliente e vicinissima al centro… Tutti i punti di interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi ma se non vi è possibile, la metro è vicinissima all’hotel. La colazione ha una scelta che soddisfa ogni esigenza, dal dolce al salto… Consiglio!!! Bad: Le camere sono poco insonorizzate.

Good: Better location is hard to find! Just 1,5 blocks from the Metro- keep going strait a few meters and you will be in the middle of the main shopping street. Turn left and you’ll have the Elisabeth bridge in front. Cross the bridge and walk right- straight to Buda Castle - or straight up the hill to Citadella .

Good: Localização, quarto bonito, confortável e chuveiro muito bons. Bad: Não havia sabonete líquido e shampoo no banheiro na primeira noite. Pedimos na recepção e nos disseram que só no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte, repuseram somente o shampoo e permanecemos sem sabonete líquido.

Le confort du lit et le calme Bad: Le miroir était sale à l’arrivée et on a été obligé de demander à le nettoyer et le flacon de gel douche était vide Au petit déjeuner, le personnel est a l’affut pour débarrasser au plus vite et on a à peine le temps de manger…. Good: Todo muy bien, personal, instalaciones, limpieza, ubicación.

Good: Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de bares y resto para comer y de las puntos de interés de la ciudad. El desayuno variado aunque no tanto en lo que respecta a fiambres y quesos. Si se destaca que tenía variedad de leches (deslactosada, de almendras, entre otras) Contaba con varias frutas y panificados. La recepción del hotel con un estilo muy moderno, amplio y cómodo. En la habitación te dan una botella con agua de cortesía además de contar con una pava electrónica con sobres de cafe y te que ofrecen a diario. Bad: La habitación es bastante pequeña pero nos pudimos arreglar. El último día debíamos salir más temprano por nuestro vuelo, no pudimos tomar el desayuno y no nos ofrecieron absolutamente nada, lo cual fue lamentable. Salimos a las 6:15 y recién a las 7h daban el desayuno. No era mucho tiempo, podrían haber tenido una mejor atención.
