Bad: Wifi connection was very weak for the entire stay. Multiple times it would stop working altogether and or work extremely slow sly making it impossible to research anything.

Good: Gyönyörű helyen van a szálloda, bárhova gyorsan el lehet jutni. A reggeli bőséges, és finom, a személyzet nagyon kedves. Bad: Talán egy üveg ásványvíz jól esett volna a szobában. A teljesen üres hűtő látványra elég lehangoló.

A charming art-nouveau/deco establishment in the heart of Budapest with 'excruciatingly' friendly staff, and in the practical centre of town from which access to all major sites is easily manageable. Can highly recommend for atmosphere alone!

Good: Posizione perfetta per muoversi in città e per il collegamento praticamente diretto con l’aeroporto. Staff gentilissimo e veloce, abbiamo lasciato i bagagli chiedendo in reception sia all’arrivo prima del check-in e sia dopo il check-out in attesa del volo. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e comoda.

Good: Totul OK! Bad: Era o perioada friguroasa noaptea, incalzirea deja s-a oprit, aerul conditionat inca nu functionat, dar am primit o patura suplimentara. Mocheta din camera este cam tocita.

Отель, в котором мы останавливались с 7 по 11 мая 2023 года, оставил у нас самые положительные впечатления. Все было идеально, и мы с удовольствием поделимся своим отзывом. Прежде всего, персонал этого отеля заслуживает высших похвал. (Особенно тот который работал 10 и 11 мая). С самого момента нашего прибытия мы были окружены заботой и вниманием. Номер, который мы забронировали, был просторным, чистым и уютным. Мы оценили внимание к деталям и качество обслуживания в номере. Расположение отеля было идеальным для наших потребностей. Он находился в удобном месте, с легким доступом ко всему, что мы хотели посетить в этом районе. Мы оценили близость к транспортным узлам и различным достопримечательностям. В целом, наше пребывание в этом отеле было незабываемым. Отличный персонал, комфортабельные номера и создали идеальную атмосферу для нашего отдыха. Мы определенно рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ищет прекрасное место для проживания и отдыха.

Good: Amplasarea foarte aproape de gura de metrou, camera spațioasă și foarte curata,micul dejun bun. Bad: Nu am întâlnit aspecte neplăcute pe parcursul sejurului.

Good: Spacious twin room, great water flow shower, decent breakfast, metro station and buses next door, great value for money. We were given a room in the newer part of the hotel. Bad: Noise from street, trucks collecting garbage at 6:30 are audible even when room windows are closed. Reception demands an extra fee for checkout later than 12:00 even when it's not in full room booking capacity.

Recently stayed here on a business trip, ideal location for bars and restaurants, after a long day in the office you don’t always feel adventurous so it’s great to have loads right on your doorstep. I was fortunate enough to have some time for sightseeing and it’s only a 7minute walk from the ferris wheel in the heart of the city. The airport shuttle stops right outside the hotel, much more convenient than a taxi and a tenth of its cost too, it cost me less than £5.50 for a single from the airport in April 2023. Sometimes housekeeping visited late in the day, which was fine since I was at the office, however they didn’t always replenish the empty shower gel / shampoo or toilet roll. I stayed in one of the newer renovated rooms, decoration was very much to my taste. I really enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again.

Good: Arhitectura hotelului, in special spatiile comune: loby, restaurant etc Pozitia centrala a hotelului. Bad: As fi dorit sa am posibilitatea de a prepara cafea sau ceai in camera , ar fi fost ok daca exista un fierbator de apa sau o minimasina de cafea.

The hotel is located in a perfect central location near to public transport , restaurants, supermarket. Walking distance to major landmarks. Great breakfast and coffee shop , gracious service at the front desk. All said, my only remark is to pay more attention to the make-up of the rooms every day.

Good: Great location, next to tube, tram and bus stations, also close to many main attractions, staff all very friendly, breakfast great choice. Bad: The restaurant was closed due to refurbishment

Hyvä keskeinen sijainti, hyvät kulkuyhteydet, metro vieressä, ruokapaikkoja lähellä ja siisti yleiskuva

Good: Loistava aaamiainen Bad: Enisimmäinen huone jossa yövyin oli tosi pieni. Vuorokautta myöhemmin huone jossa yövyin oli uuden oloinen mutta tosi huonosti tehty. Lattia notkui , suihkun letku vuoti ja TVn kauko-ohjamen patteri oli vanhentunut.

Good: Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda, jó köhlekedési lehetőséggel. A személyzet TOP a recepciónál, a konyhán is nagyon segítőkészek. A szoba amelyben voltam szép nagy és viláhos volt, az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A reggeli nagyon finom úgy a sok választékos pék áruk mint a hideg és meleg ételek, mindenki talál magának ennivalót! Csak ajánlani tudom és amikor még Budapestre megyek, mindenképp ezt a szállodát választom! Bad: A szobák és a fürdőszoba nem volt elég tiszta, mindenhol ott voltak az előző vendég fekete hajszálai, amit nem találok helyénvalónak. Ugyan így volt sajnos a barátaim szobájukban is. Ezért le vontam a pontozást, de szerintem ezen a jövőben lehet változtatni. 🙂

Very comfortable and accessible to underground, trams and bus systems. More information about entertainments and places of special interest needed.

Great hotel in perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar is nice; not for the younger traveller of you want to party though. Perfect for couples. On the down side, it is located by a noisey road, particulary at night, so if your a light sleeper it may not suit.

Our expectations of the hotel were greatly exceeded! A wonderful place full of charm and character. The room was excellent! Very comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay memorable for all the reasons. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance or a bus/train ride away. All in all a wonderful experience!

Bad: Stiam dinainte dar era de ajutor daca aveam un loc de parcare asigurat de ei, asa esti expus in toata aglomeratia, ai putine optiuni pt parcare....vii si pleci cu bagajele de unde te nimeresti.

Good: Först och främst det centrala läget. Att Flygbussarna linje 100E stannade precis mitt emot hotellet! Gratis för 65+ dessutom. Trevligt och vackert gammalt hotell men ändå fräscht. Fick bättre rum än förväntat vån 5 med liten balkong och utsikt över den livliga trafiken. Man får stå ut med att det är mycket ljud. Sköna sängar och fint badrum. Rymligt och gott om förvaring. Trevligt mottagande av receptionen. All kollektivtrafik precis utanför hotellet. Gångavstånd till det mesta i city. Bad: Varmvatten inte så hett som det borde. Att frukost var dyr. Eftersom vi inte uppskattar att betala så mycket när vi nöjer oss med kaffe och smörgås åt vi ute på cafeer istället.

Good: It turns out I had stayed at the hotel years before my stay here the other day - by chance, I booked here again thinking it was a different hotel in the area and when I stepped into the lobby, was pleasantly surprised to find out I was back! You are immediately greeted by friendly, helpful staff at the front desk and check in is quick and easy. The room I stayed in was massive with high ceiling, not to mention clean and functional and you are offered the choice of room with a street view or otherwise - I chose street view and so I also had a nice view of the city below. Speaking of, the hotel is situated very conveniently in the city - it's pretty close to several sights and attractions, shops and a tube station so as soon as you're ready to head out, you're sorted. As a side note, I also chose to have the breakfast buffet one morning and that was also good, with a big selection and a nice atmosphere. Bad: N/A

Good: Very comfortable and spacious room with a marvelous view of the city from the balcony. The bar and restaurant was welcoming and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast was lovely. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will return. Bad: Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Otherwise perfect.

Un hotel de lux,Intr-o clădire istorică maiestoasa in centrul Budapestei,interior cu decorațiuni foarte bogate,camera superioara este enorma,frumos decorata și îngrijită . Paturi mari și foarte confortabile, mic dejun cu o gama larga de servicii,restaurant intern de mare impact și de buna calitate! Cea mai bună parte a hotelului este personalul, este unul dintre cei mai buni pe care i-am întâlnit în câteva locuri din lume. Foarte amabil și mereu urmărind nevoile tale și încercând să ajute. Cu siguranță revin curând.

Good: We did like the hotel location. Breakfast was delicious, there were many variations of food. We came to check in 1 hour before and the room was ready. Helpful was an option to keep our suitcase (free of charge) in the hotel lobby, on the date of check out, so we didn’t have to carry it all day with us.

I loved the historic feel of the Hotel. Very clean and recently updated. Location is awesome. Easy access to everywhere. Room was perfect. We had the Jr Suite., corner location with two balconies. Bed was so comfortable. We are returning to Budapest later this year and will stay here again. The Breakfast Buffett was very convenient, but disappointing on some days. Still, I recommend the Breakfast Buffet

Friendliness of the staff. The hotel restaurant has excellent food at reasonable prices. McDonald is located next to the hotel. Supermarket and dm are 3 mins walk. However, the room that we stayed in was very old and outdated.
