Clean room 624. Rattly air con unit by window though. No plug sockets accesible by beds spart from behind a big couch.

Huge hotel right next to the Lords cricket ground. The rooms are large and spacious, but the air conditioning system is very noisy. There is a large vent against one window which was on at full blast throughout the night, didn't know how to turn it down. Staff was very helpful although they mixed up our room with another guest at check-in. They helped us with our children when they fell sick on the last day by kindly letting us check out later.

. I couldnt fault any little thing. The staff where amazing the rooms where perfect. I will be defintly booking up again. If your intrested in cricket lords is literally across the road. The zoo is literally 5 mins drive or about 10 mins walk. We cant thank the staff for making our stay the best we have ever had.

Good: The property is in a great location (and with parking on site). I’ve stayed in London many times and never come across this hotel before but will definitely stay there again. Staff can’t do enough to be helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, spacious, lovely rooms and a great breakfast. Fully recommend. Bad: Nothing

Good: Super location for the zoo! Lovely surrounding area and staff helpful. Shop and pharmacy next door for supplies! Bad: It was a little further from shopping than we hoped but lovely!

Good: Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera familiare a due piani nell’attico. Davvero suggestivo la veduta dall’alto di Regent Park e dintorni Bad: Trovare le vasche nei bagni è davvero poco pratico per potersi lavare. Posso dire che è l’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto.

Everything looked very good, clean and safe and nice. The room we stayed in could use a bit of an update, compared to the lobby - the lobby gave another idea about the room

Milo nas prekvapili ranajky, ktore boli chutne bohate, dokonca cerstve ovocie. Personal je mily a pozorny. Kupelna mala sprchu aj vanu. Bad: Drobnost, v izbe chybala WC kefa. Hotel ma dlhsiu dostupnost od metra, je to cca 15min. peso od stanice.

Good: הגענו זוג + 2 מתבגרים, הקדמנו משמעותית מהשעה שהיינו אמורים להגיע, הצוות קבל אותנו מייד ונתן לנו חדר מהמם מרווח מאוד עם דלת מקשרת כיוון אותנו על אזורי הבילוי והמזון הקרובים למלון. תחבורה נגישה ביותר. תחנת אוטובוס עם מגוון קוים לכל מקום בלונדון ממש מול המלון. תחנת הטיוב בבייקר סטריט במרחק 15 דק' הליכה. אזור שקט ונעים מאוד Bad: ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה אך בכל בוקר יש בדיוק את אותו מזון. אין גיוון.

Good: The stay was as I expected, friendly staff and hotel was easy to use. Bad: Nothing to dislike.

I sont often leave a review but this hotel was fantastic. Lovely 1 night stay with the kids. Huge spacious deluxe family room which meant that there was a single bed each for the kids. Lots of space in the room and a chromecast which meant you could stream a film at night onto the tv to keep kids happy. Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff...gluten free bread and corn flakes on offer. Good qualiry food. I have to say one of the nicest hotels ive stayed in with the kids.

We were very happy with our stay. Family of 3 for 3 nights. All staff were helpful and attentive. I did have a situation where our son was not feeling well. I went down to the restaurant to see if I could bring back food. I believe the manager of the restaurant helped me. They were closing in 4 minutes and the breakfast buffet had all been cleaned up. He kindly placed the orders for me even as they were trying to close down. It’s little things like that that make such a huge difference. I wish I knew his name but this happened on the 4th of April. If this is reviewed by hotel staff, I hope they pass along my appreciation

Good: Our room was a family room and one of the spacious we've ever stayed in with a double bed and two single beds and still plenty of space. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast was 5 star quality. We could not find anything to complain about; brilliant hotel; highly recommendable. Bad: We couldn't find anything we didn't like! Great place to stay.

Good: Для 4 отеля все было просто прекрасно. На 2 персоны был заказан стандартный твин номер. При заселении милая девушка на ресепшен сделала нам бесплатный upgrade номера. Отель очень чистый, уютный, спокойный. В номере новая мебель, все прекрасно работало, много света, была ванна. В душе хороший сильный напор воды. В номере убирали каждый день в течение 3 дней нашего отдыха. Хороший завтрак. Не было слышно соседей. Окна номера на втором этаже выходили во двор отеля, не было никаких шумов с улицы. В номере был чайник, кофемашина, холодильник, фен, утюг, гладильная доска. Приветливый персонал. Прекрасный отель за свои деньги. Минут 10 пешком до метро и магазинов. Автобусная остановка 3 минуты. Недалеко парк и центральная мечеть. Bad: Все понравилось!

Good: Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable enough room. The bar area was nice. Didn't have breakfast or use the gym. Bad: Website advertised free dining for children up to age 5, but apparently this was only for breakfast.

When we come to London for a few days we always stay here, it fantastic for parking, staff are always very helpful, only a few minutes away from the local tube station. Breakfast is ok. after a long day of walking round London it’s lovely to come back and a drink in the bar.

Good: Fin beliggenhet, litt langt til t-banen , men det er flere busser som går rett utenfor og inn til sentrum. Fint å være i nærheten av parken og fine turmuligheter langs kanalen for eksempel til Camden. Vi fikk to stille rom som vendte ut mot sør i 3 etasje. Det var lite støy til tross fro at toglinjer går rett under hotellet. Mulig at andre rom har finere utsikt, men kanskje mer støy. Frokosten var god selv om baconet og osteskivene bar preg av å ha ligget litt lenge fremme. Gode og sunne smoothies trakk opp. Bad: Utsiden av hotellet fremstår veldig falleferdig selv om det veies opp av et ekstravagant interiør.

Mooi hotel, maar kamers zijn een beetje verouderd. Nog steeds een leuk hotel in een stille buurt. Op wandelafstand van Primrose hill en Regents park.

Good: Pulizia Bad: Cena migliorabile

Good: Wir haben ein möglichst großes Zimmer Gesucht (Kleinkind 1,5) und hier zu einem guten Preis gefunden. Bad: Es war alles gut. Schönes Hotel, tolles Personal, aufmerksames Zimmerservice. Gute Lage. Das Grätzl St. John's wood ist am nähesten und sehr beschaulich.

Good: Spacious, clean, good mix of modern and traditional. Great cocktails, good breakfast, wonderful staff.

Good: Location for us was prefect as we needed to be near St Johns Wood Bad: We were charged 2 adults for breakfast, but I was travelling with my 12 year old, and didn't realise until after. No big drama.

Good: Uitstekende familie kamer, goede prijs-kwaliteit. Ligging is iets minder centraal, maar 2 underground stations op loopafstand. Aan te bevelen voor families 😀

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja mieluista syötävää löytyi sekä aikuisille, että lapsille. Sijainti oli ydinkeskustan ulkopuolella, mutta 10 min kävelymatkan päästä löytyi metroasemat, joten kulkeminen oli helppoa. Junarata kulki ihan hotellin alapuolelta, mutta meidän huoneeseemme ei aiheutunut mitään meluhäiriötä. Rauhallinen sijainti.

Good: Le personnel, le petit déjeuner, le restaurant, les équipements... Vraiment aucune déception. Tout était vraiment très bien. Le bus passe très régulièrement pour aller à Baker street. Bad: Le métro n'est pas très loin mais en fin de journée avec des enfants ça peut paraître un peu long. Baker street un peu loin à pied. Mieux vaut s'arrêter à St john's wood. 10 minutes toujours tout droit.

Why do you have a minibar if it’s empty? (Can be used as fridge for the stuff bought from the small shops nearby I guess)

Good: Our room was massive way bigger than expected, very comfortable beds photos online don't do the hotel justice, its beautifully decorated. Our breakfast was great loads of choice and a beautiful view to enjoy it. Bad: How hot the room was even after I contacted reception to lower it. Bathroom small in comparison to the room and a bit rough around the edges.

Good: Lovely family room. Good size with comfortable beds and bar fridge, tea and coffee. Enjoyed our stay. Good location next to Regents park (beautiful in spring) Closest tube 10 minute walk but there were three buses straight out the front which took you into the centre of London. Had breakfast and a good selection, enjoyed the berry compote. Ate at the hotel one night and enjoyed our food. The teddy bears for the kids was a special touch which was appreciated. Bad: Staff at breakfast seemed board and were sometimes non attentive. To get to other restaurants you did need to walk a bit.

Great location close to Lords and central London.

Good: Metro fica a 500 metros. Ponto de onibus a 100 metros. Fácil movimentação, bairro agradável, com ponto turísticos. Bad: Do recepcionista do café. Impaciênte e pouco gentil.

The staff was very accommodating. When we requested an early check in, they upgraded us to 2 rooms instead of 1 family room. They responded right away to any requests we had. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The hotel was 1 min walk to the bus stop and 5 minute walk to Regents park. Would stay there again!

Good: Good location… room was very clean and comfortable. Stylish decor. Breakfast was great and there a nice choice in a relaxed atmosphere. Bad: There was nothing I didn’t like. Maybe a wee veggie sausage at breakfast!

The room has a sofa to relax and then good sized queen bed. we didn't have the new interiors, but even then it is a classic view. Breakfast was varied and nice! Check out is at 12 which is much welcomed, compared to the 10am that some other hotels do. Good location - we got the bus to marble arch and nearby areas with ease. Bad: For regent park, the price is what I expected even then it does feel quite high (even if keeping in with standard rates across the city).

Good: Stanza familiare ampia e pulita, il bagno era fornito sia di vasca che di doccia; colazione abbondante, varia e di buona qualità. Servizio di deposito bagagli molto comodo (ne abbiamo usufruito sia il giorno dell'arrivo che quello quello della partenza). Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (fermata dell'autobus molto vicina per raggiungere in pochi minuti, senza fatica, la stazione metropolitana di Baker Street).

Good: Hotel pulito e ben organizzato. Personale accogliente e preparato. Ottima la colazione e la camera pulita e spaziosa.

Good: Great location and even better service. While a modest and seemingly, older hotel, it was clean, super comfortable and had great service!

We had a great stay. It was a treat for my kids to each have their own beds. It was tricky to regulate the water temperature in the shower, but we eventually figured out a method. My kids loved the breakfast buffet.

Great family hotel. Breakfast was nice location was walkable

We traveled with kids (8 and 11) and booked a family room. The room was newly renovated and comfortable with plenty of space (2 twins and 1 double). Complimentary coffee, water, and biscuits daily with mini fridge in room. Lovely full english breakfast at the restaurant onsite. The hotel is close to bus stops and regent park but is a 10-15 min walk to the tube, which was little far to walk for the kids. Limited food options in the immediate area, something to keep in mind. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable with a bit of a walk to the tube stations and restaurants.

Big room

Good: Excellent upgraded room with view of Lords Bad: No grab bars in bath for shower. It felt unsafe with nothing to hold on when getting out of the shower.
