Good: リージェンツ・パークが近くにあり、散歩も楽しめたし、バス停がすぐ近くなので、移動やアクセスにとても良い立地だった。またスタッフはみんな親切で親しみやすく、チェックイン前でも快く荷物を預かってもらえた。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しくて、4泊したが、毎食楽しめた♪部屋に毎日用意してくれていたお茶菓子と紅茶も美味しかった。 Bad: カップやティーセットが置いてあるカウンター横で、たまたまドライヤーをしていたら、カウンターの埃が舞ってしまったので、見えない埃があったと思われるので、そこだけはちょっぴり残念に思った。

Good: Clean, good breakfast Bad: One reason we chose this hotel was the fridge in the Rooma. It worked on the first day but agter that it went warm.

Tygodniowy pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie: świetna lokalizacja, blisko przystanków autobusowych, pomiędzy dwoma stacjami metra, w pobliżu sklepik, w niedalekiej odległości Starbucks i inne restauracje. Pokoje czyste, duże, dobrze wyposażone, codzienne sprzątanie naprawdę dokładne. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Restauracja klimatyczna, przyjemna, smaczne i obfite angielskie śniadania, mimo, że codziennie to sam9, to było w czym wybierać (oprócz oczywiście świeżych warzyw). Polecam na rodzinny pobyt na zwiedzanie i dziękuję za tak fanastyczną gościnę.

Good: L'amabilité du personnel de l'hôtel, nous avons été reçu comme des hôtes de marque. La literie était très confortable, la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel du restaurant était à notre écoute et toujours un petit mot gentil Bad: La vue sur de la chambre mais c'est totalement secondaire.

Good: The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a long walk to the tube with a toddler, but other than that, location was great. Bad: It was longer to walk to the tube than we were expecting.

Good: מלון מצויין, לקחנו חדר טווין עם 2 מיטות יחיד. החדר גדול ומרווח, יש המון מקום למזוודות וציוד, שולחן קטן עם כורסא, שולחנות נוספים ומרחב נעים. חדר נקי, ניקו כל יום, מקלחת נקיה ונעימה, מים חמים וזרם מים מצויין. הצוות נחמד ומנסה לעזור בכל שאלה או בעיה. המיקום מבחינתנו היה מצויין, לא במרכז, אך יש אוטובוסים ממש ביציאה מהמלון למרכז העיר, הנסיעה נעימה ונוחה עם או בלי החלפות, תלוי לאן נוסעים. ממוצע נסיעה של 30-40 דק לכל מקום שרצינו להגיע. בחלק מהימים הלכנו ברגל, לא רחוק מדי. ריג'נט פארק ממש מעבר לכביש, פארק מהמם, שקט, נקי, אוויר טוב. תמורה טובה מאוד למחיר, שהיה זול משמעותית ממלונות יותר מרכזיים עם חדרים קטנטנים... הייתי חוזרת למלון זה בלי לחשוב פעמיים. Bad: כלום.

Good: L'écoute et le professionalisme des personnes de la réception et en particulier la compétence de la chef Manager , Madame Marsha. La gentillesse du concierge est également à souligner. Concernant le petit déjeuner , il est varié , très généreux et la perspective donnant sur le parc est très agréable . Etant client de l'hotel pour une 3ème fois , nous avons constaté que certaines ont été rénovées avec gout. Bad: Malheureusement , les coussins sont un peu durs et pour un meilleur confort un surmatelas serait le bienvenu .

Good: Un accueil agréable, une chambre confortable et impeccable qui correspondait à 100% aux photos du site. Les petits déjeuner étaient copieux et variés. Un très agréable séjour on vous le conseille. Bad: Un peu loin des métros 15mn minimum de marche en montée, mais il y a 3 bus qui s arrêtent juste devant l hôtel donc ça compense.

Good: Helpful, pleasant and friendly staff; nothing too much trouble. Great breakfast, good selection and something for everyone. Bad: Our room was nothing like those shown; and although adequate it felt quite odd to sleep in a bed with no window aspect. A lamp in the living area would have been a huge asset; without one meant having to have all the lights on.

Good: Large rooms, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. The hotel is really big and has a nice bar with delicious meals, and a decent fitness center. But the most important thing - the staff. Amazing and positive people. My friend forgot his passport in his room and only noticed it was missing when we arrived at the airport. We called the hotel and they immediately found the passport and sent it with a taxi driver to the airport. Because of the staff's fast response my friend made it to the flight. This is the best service I've ever experienced from a hotel. Thank you so much! Bad: Can't think of anything, it was perfect!

Good: Very clean and staff are super efficient and helpful. Lifts were always available too. Good when on the 9th floor. Bad: The entrance is odd. Google takes you to the front of the hotel but the entrance is round the back.

Ideal hotel for watching the cricket at Lords, it is literally just over the road. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and modern. Breakfast is good sadly though cannot opt for continental breakfast only.

Good: They are very pet friendly.　Flexible acceptance against my late check-out request.　Good location especially nearby big parks. Bad: Airline staff is in and out very often.　Thus, basically they are very busy.

Hotel very clean everywhere - our room, reception area, public toilets, restaurant, etc. Our room was quite basic but comfortable and adequate for a short stay. Bathroom a bit on the small side but again was adequate for a short stay. Service from all staff was excellent. Bad: Nothing really.

Good: The rooms were great. Brand new remodelled bathroom. Lovely big super king bed. Soft mattress and good quality pillows and duvet. Kettle and tea making condiments provide. Small Fridge in Room an excellent plus point to keep drinks refrigerated. Daily maid service for room cleaning was excellent and towels changed Daily. Extra pillows requested were brought immediately. The reception staff were lovely and attentive a concierge service where they kept our bags for the day after we had checked out. Excellent buffet breakfast served between 6.30am and 10am. They provide full English. Cooked Meats Cheese for Continental. Bread sliced and crusty and butter. Selection of Kellogs breakfast cereals.Yogourts. Fruit Juice and Water and Tea and Coffee. All replenished and new cooked batches brought out frequently. The bar and restaurant area is also great, lovely staff. ...really lovely ambient atmosphere.... 2 large screen TVs on silent that show all the big sporting events discreetly in the background. Lovely decor and atmosphere. The food in the bar that the hotel makes is also excellent.... I can thoroughly recommend the Burger, Club Sandwich and the fantastic Pizzas they serve. The Food is on Room Service 24/7 and served in the bar until 10.30pm. Really handy after a long day. The location is right on top of Regents Park and Lords Cricket Ground and St John's Wood High Street is 10 minutes walk away. Allow 30 mins to travel into the West End by public transport this is a bus and a tube A really lovely well run, clean, good quality, relaxing exoerience and great food. I read the reviews to book this trip and I must say I cannot understand the 1 or 2 stars reviews at all. This hotel was fantastic Quality and Service all the way round. Bad: I couldn't find any fault at all with the hotel. Excellent Rooms, Service, Staff, Food and Bar. The only very slight thing was its a bus and a tube to Convent Garden / West End area.

Nice hotel in a nice neighbourhood. We were on the red-eye flight from Montreal and rather tired. Got an early check in and some much needed zzzz . Breakfast very good quality. Rooms: Nice rooms, comfortable bed, toiletries including a shaving kit, provided Walkability: Baker Street/St John's wood tubestation around 600m each. Hotel is close to the central mosque and lords cricket ground.

Good: Came here very jet lagged from the airport. Had requested an early check in and they found us a room. This was just the best start to our overnight stay. Comfortable beds, nice clean room. Good quality linen and towels. Very comprehensive breakfast. Ten minutes Walk to Baker street or Saint John's tube so good for us to get back to Kings Cross the next morning. Loved the fresh flowers in reception. Bad: Nothing, everything was as good or probably better than expected. Only one small niggle, one of the bulbs in the room was cool white, the others warm. Change this bulb and stay would have been perfecto (room 702)

Good: We visited for my 75th birthday and it was the hotel where I had had my wedding reception 31 years ago. When the hotel knew, they upgraded our room and a box of little macaroon cakes and a birthday card were left in our room. The female receptionist when we checked in (11th April) was absolutely delightful and the lady who checked us out (14th April) was charming also. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and I am extremely grateful to the chef/manager who made porridge for me on two days Bad: Well, although the shower was very good with good pressure, I personally like a bath. However it was not really a problem. More milk could have been automatically provided in the room. I know London can be very expensive and we were put off buying more food and drinks in the bar area because of the cost

Good: We live down the road and must have passed the hotel 100 times with paying it no attention at all. Our boiler broke down and we had no heating and hot water so we went to stay for the night. We discovered it’s an absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were charming, the room perfect, the bar friendly and food delicious. Bad: Nothing not to like.

Good: מלון דנוביוס נמצא די קרוב למרכז העיר. מרחק נסיעה קצרה באוטובוס. ממוקם ליד גן החיות של לונדון ופארק ריג'נט שכולו פרחים נהדרים ויפה כל השנה. כל האזור מתאים וידידותי למשפחות. המלון מאוד נעים ונוח. הצוות טוב מאוד והחדר נעים ונקי. האוכל טעים וטוב במסעדות המלון. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת. בשעות הערב יש בר שהוא גם מסעדה עם אוכל טוב. אם רוצים לאכול בחדר, שרות חדרים מספק את האוכל והמשקאות. מחיר השהות היה סביר מאוד ביחס למיקום ולמחירים של לונדון. Bad: מיקום האסלה בחדר בו שהיתי היה גרוע. אריח בולט ליד האסלה שנתקלתי בו מדי פעם - מחייב תיקון מיידי. חסרה תאורה בחדר ביחוד ליד ארון הבגדים.

Great hotel, great staff!

Good: Large very clean family room. Beds ultra comfortable and good bathroom and shower. Excellent fresh breakfast and very approachable staff. Very slick place. Great location and very easy to get into zone 1 on the bus routes and close to tube station. Bad: Nothing. All good!

Won’t lie from the outside doesn’t look great but that’s the area, inside it was very beautiful, beds were great but the food was the best part everything you could ask for in the morning big well done will be back
