The card, requested by an individual partner, is in the individual's own name; individuals request their cards to be made out in their own name, with the assigned unique PIN code. When requesting a personal card, applicants declare by signing the application form that their employers have been informed of their enrolment to the Danubius Bonus Awards Programme, and that the applicant does not violate any internal regulations of the applicant's employer.
