Good: Perfect location for attending an event at some of two arenas next to the hotel. Close to Arena mall and a metro station so you get to the center very easily. Rooms are big and comfortable, as well as the lobby. Overall great choice Bad: You have to pull some doors harder for them to close, there was a problem that a houskeeper didn’t close ours correctly so the room was left opened for a while. We got concerned about the safety of our luggage, but the security did their best to help us

Good: Bőséges és finom volt a svédasztalos reggeli. A pékáruk különösen finomak voltak. A személyzet kedves és figyelmes volt. Bad: Áthallatszott néha a szomszédos szobákból más vendégek hangja. A fürdőszoba mosdókagylója eldugult - de jeleztem a személyzet felé és hamar meg is oldották.

Bad: Slippers were missing in the whole hotel, even one piece couldn't be find.

Good: Zelo prijetno bivanje! Zajtrk je bil odličen – izbira je res izjemna, ni da ni, vse do konca je bilo vedno bogato založeno s svežo hrano. Postelja je velika in zelo udobna, soba pa prostorna in udobna. Hotel ima odlično lokacijo, v neposredni bližini je metro, kar je zelo priročno. Posebna pohvala gre izjemno prijaznemu in ustrežljivemu osebju na recepciji, kjer je bila odlična ideja tudi osvežilna pijača ob prihodu. Z veseljem se še vrnemo.

Good: The hotel is outside the main tourist hub, which means the prices are quite reasonable. It is also perfectly located close to public transport. Trams buses, trolley buses and the metro are just a few minutes walk. We could not believe how easy it was to get to any location within the city. A limited menu if you choose to eat at the hotel but everything we tried was top quality. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Tünde was especially welcoming and made us laugh. A real asset to the hotel. And if you are attending a concert at the Arena, you can't stay any closer than here. Bad: Honestly, we struggle to find anything negative to say about the hotel, staff or our stay.

Good: Vybavenie izby super-rýchlovarná konvica, káva, čaj, župany (oceňujem rôzne veľkosti), aj potreby na šitie. Raňajky úžasné, ešte som sa nestretla s takým bohatým výberom. Personál na úrovni, veľmi milý a ústretový, potešil mikulášsky balíček pred dverami. Bad: Trochu staršie vybavenie izby, ale je tam všetko potrebné, Pohodlná a veľká posteľ, ale nepotešil jeden veľký spoločný paplón. Čistota podlahy mohla byť trochu lepšia.

Piscina bella peccato ci fosse solo una sauna che è spesso popolata di gente, palestra top molto spaziosa e con tanti attrezzi. C’era anche un guardiano nei corridoi la sera, ti senti più al sicuro. Good: The hotel is phenomenal. It is located near to the Arena shopping mall, which is extremely convenient. There is also a metro station just 50m away, providing a direct connection to the city center in about 10 minutes. The breakfast is fantastic,the room is warm and comfortable,also very clean.The reception staff are friendly and helpful.Highly recommended,we would definitely stay here again.

Good: Hotel muito bem localizado, numa zona sossegada, perto de uma estação de metro, e do Estádio e da Sport Arena Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Pequeno almoço muito variado Bar/restaurante acolhedor Bad: Nota-se que o Hotel não é recente, pois a decoração já denota uns anos. Só disponibilizaram uma garrafa de água no quarto, durante a estadia (foram 2 noites). Isto torna difícil a obtenção de uma nova garrafa de água, após as 23h00, pois a essa hora o bar já está fechado e na receção não fornecessem. Aconselharam ir ao 2.º andar, a uma máquina de vending, mas a mesma não estava operacional.

Good: Ηταν όλα πολυ καλά! Ένα από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία της Βουδαπέστης με πολυ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικο προσωπικό και με αρκετές δωρεάν παροχές. Το πρωινό πολυ πλούσιο για όλες τις κουλτούρες και γεύσεις. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική 1λ με τα ποδια από το μετρό και σε 4 στάσεις (7λ περιπου) εισαι στο κέντρο της Βουδαπέστης. Bad: Ένα από τα αρνητικά του για κάποιον μπορεί να είναι πως δεν εχει εκεί γύρω φαρμακείο ή σούπερ μάρκετ, για μένα ομως δεν ήταν αρνητικό, αφού το κέντρο ειναι διπλα.

Good: Für unseren Städtetrip nach Budapest war das Hotel perfekt. Super Anbindung an die Metro - nur 1 Station zum Bahnhof-Keleti. Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend und gut. Zimmer sauber und von der Größe her in Ordnung. Bad: Der Lift ist ziemlich langsam und man wartet eine gefühlte Ewigkeit.

Good: We visited Budapest because a concert next to this hotel, so the location was for us perfect and bequem. Because of the underground it is also very good located, centrum is in 10 minutes reachable. Bad: -

Good: A hotel közelsége a Papp László Arénához nagyon jó. A hallban a karácsonyi díszítés nagyon szép. Már érkezésünkkor, 13.00 órakor rendelkezésünkre álltak a szobák. Köszönjük az ajándék vizet és a mikulás csokit. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt, nagy választékkal. Le a kalappal a személyzet előtt, hogy a nagy tömegben is volt tiszta asztal és elegendő kínálat. Bad: A 3 db és tágas liftek ellenére nagyon sokat kellett várni, reggel pl. a 6. emeletről gyalog mentünk le. A fürdőszobában nincs fűtés, hideg volt.

Good: The location has easy access to the city centre via the Metro, which is just a few steps away from the hotel. The gym is great, it has a very small swimming pool, but the sauna is decent. Service is excellent. I made a wrong booking by accident, and the people helped me to claim the money back via booking.com . The refund has not been processed yet but I am optimistic. Bad: I would prefer a harder bed, but this is probably subjective.

Good: Very good location, straight next to the metro station. The room was nice and clean, had everything that we needed. Tasty breakfast, during the weekend there were a lot of people, but anyway there was enough food for everyone. The swimming pool and sauna was also enough to relax.

Good: Wir waren dort, um ein Konzert in der Arena zu besuchen. Dafür war die Lage unschlagbar, binnen weniger Minuten war man fußläufig an seinem Ziel. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Ansonsten gibt es in der Umgebung nicht wirklich etwas zu sehen. Bad: Parkplatz sehr klein, Frühstück war abwechslungsreich aber geschmacklich nicht unser Fall. Hotel wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt.

Functional business orientated hotel. Dont stay here for authentic Hungarian charm. You can walk to the centre but I dont lnow why you would. Ubers areive in mins and very cheap. Breakfast is excellent!!

Good: The hotel was really nice, the staff were brilliant, kind and super helpful. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Bad: There was nothing to dislike about it. Maybe they could do with improving the pillows.

I enjoyed the addition of fried rice / noodles to the breakfast I was unfortunately next door to a family with a small child who cried a lot during the night - not the fault of the hotel but the walls are quite thin and the adjoining door, although locked, did not help keep the noise out There was also a small hole in the panelling of the bath which needs fixing

Good: Szép tiszta volt a szoba és nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy! A recepciós személyzet a végletekig kedves és segítőkész volt. Összességében egy kellemes és pihentető éjszakát töltöttünk ott! A hotel uszodája egy kedves, egyszerű, de jó hangulatú helyiség, egyszerű kikapcsolódásra, pihenésre tökéletesen megfelel, de a padló csúszása miatt jelenleg nagyon balesetveszélyes hely. Bad: A reggeli bár bőséges, sok minden nem volt friss, és több alapanyag vagy étel nagyon silány minőségű volt. A személyzet ugyanakkor kedves volt és segítőkész. A hotel büféjében is eléggé fáradtak voltak a cukrásztermékek, egyik sem volt friss. Az uszoda részen már a bejarátnál nagyon veszélyes a csúszós padló, a csúszásmentesítést mielőbb oldják meg, mert jelenleg nagyon balesetveszélyes! Várandós kismamák és gyerekek messzire kerüljék el, mert jelenlegi állapotában garantált a baleset!

Good: Jó a reggeli. Tetszett az ágy kényelme, az ágynemű minősége tapintásra. És a világítás is tetszett. A plafon égő lehetne erősebb mert az íróasztalon nem lehet sem írni sem olvasni. Bad: Az viszont kimondottan nem tetszett hogy nem volt szőnyegpadló a földön az visszataszító rideg és kiveszi a szobát abból a belső kellemes hangulatból aminek kellene lennie ott. Mert éppen nem vittem házi cipőt és mezítláb kellett járni oda vissza a mosdóig.

Good: It’s closed to the metro and tram station at a quiet area with many restaurants nearby. The facility is not new but clean. It’s great to have a kettle with tea and coffee bags. The bed is comfortable. Bad: The swimming pool water temperature is too cold.

Good: Nem először szálltunk meg a szállodában, most csak egy éjszakára. Az elhelyezkedés megfelelt a céljainknak. Az ágy kényelmes, tisztaság jellemezte a szobát és a közös helyiségeket is. A reggeli kitűnő, ritkán találkozni ekkora választékkal. Bad: Sajnos a fűtésrendszerből rossz szagú levegő jött, szellőztetnünk kellett és nem is indítottuk újra. Ami még nem tetszett, hogy érkezéskor kellet fizetni, ha netán lett volna fogyasztás a bárból, vagy az étteremből, nem lehetett volna a szobához íratni (ha mégis, akkor kétszer kellet volna fizetni).

Jó helyen van, kellemes szolgáltatás.

Good: Tiszta volt, és jól felszerelt a szoba. Ágy kényelmes volt. Csukott ablakkal alig lehetett hallani a városi zajokat. Minden a közelben volt, amit el szerettünk volna érni. Ár-értékben megfelelő. Személyzet kedves volt. Bad: 2 éjszakát voltunk, és mindegyik reggelen 8 óra előtt már valamit neki löktek az ajtónknak, így pihenni nem lehetett. A falak nagyon vékonyak. A fürdőszobában, ha megengedtem a csapot bugyborékolt a kád. A kádat érdemesebb lenne zuhanyra cserélni. A hiába smart tv, ráférne egy javítás vagy egy csere, hiszen nem tudtunk semmit rajta nézni és amikor végre összecsatlakoztattam a telefonommal vagy nem adta be a film képernyőjét, vagy nagyon pixeles volt és akadozott. Kikapcsolni is nehéz volt a tv-t.
