Good: la ubicación, la habitación. Bad: todos los pasillos huelen a feo como a cigarro impregnado en la alfombra y a olor corporal fuerte. El desayuno no tiene forma de estar incluído y te lo compran por 15 euros por persona

Good: Fantastic historical building, wonderful location, amazing view of the city Bad: Could have been cleaner, daily cleaning wasn’t proper. No refilling of coffee/ tea bags. Breakfast quite weak and doesn’t match the 4 star standard - you will be better off having breakfast elsewhere

Good: This hotel was in a perfect location. The room was fabulous as were the facilities. Bad: Nothing!

Good: Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Direkt im Zentrum, viele Highlights fußläufig zu erreichen. Viel Gastronomie in der direkten Umgebung. Durch die Lage natürlich etwas laut bei offenem Fenster, aber hinnehmbar. Bad: Das Frühstück selber war gut, aber die Kaffeeautomaten sehr nervig, langsam und viel zu wenig. Es befand sich permanent eine Schlange wartender Menschen vor diesen Automaten.

Stayed here last year with a group of 14 we are returning again in 4 weeks time for the Hungarian kickboxing World cup

Good: Lo mejor que la habitación tuviera el toilete separado de la ducha, cada uno con su lavatorio y espejo. Le daba un aire de semipiso a la habitación. La cama también era muy cómoda. Nos gustó mucho el desayuno buffet, y el restaurante del hotel es hermoso para una cena. El encargado del restaurante nos reservó una mesa y nos atendieron excelentemente. Bad: Por marcar algo, me hubiera gustado que repusieran el agua de cortesía y que tuviera pastillas de jabón y shampoo/acondicionador en el baño, (en cambio, hay un dispenser con líquido jabón, shampoo todo en uno).

Good: Struttura centralissima in stile neo classico. Colazione internazionale fornita e ristorante di buon livello aperto a pranzo e cena con menù ampio. La stanza semplice ma confortevole, ottimo qualità prezzo. Bad: La colazione internazionale andrebbe integrata con qualche pietanza dolce in più. Un’altra cosa da migliorare potrebbe essere la pulizia giornaliera delle stanze che non era proprio impeccabile.

Good: Loved the building. The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bad: It was a bit manic at breakfast & the water for the tea/coffee at breakfast was only lukewarm.

Good: Гостиница чистая, красивая, уютная, завтраки вкусные и свежие, персонал отвлекается на все просьбы. Месторасположение отличное. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Метро и остановки транспорта рядом. Bad: Перед заездом в гостиницу поинтересовалась о наличии в номере предметов личной гигиены, халатов, тапочек (чтобы не брать в поездку лишних вещей). На что получила положительный ответ, но в действительности, кроме мыла ничего не было. Правда, после обращения к персоналу халаты получили.

Good: The Hotel is very central, close to a Metro station, walking distance to a good number of restaurants, breakfast was good, room not too small. Bad: It is situated on a busy road therefore you are bound to hear cars in the evening.

Good: Good Hotel and Close to all the Major attractions. Next to the Astoria Metro and Airport bust E 100 stops in front of the Hotel. Delicious Breakfast and Lots of options. Bad: A bit outdated and Needs modern touch.

Good: Excellent large room, comfortable bed. The room was fitted with window shutters, stopping outside road noise. Very quiet room. Superb breakfast spread. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good: Beautiful hotel. Nice big comfortable room (suite). Great location in the centre of town and able to walk to most places easily. Bad: Breakfast foods on the buffet were usually nearly cold. Toasters took about 5 minutes to toast the bread (not a big issue in itself but when you have queues of people maybe replace the toasters). If you dont like noise, the trams rumble past all day and evening. We are used to them, but just be warned, the building 'feels' the trams as they pass.

Good: The room was fabulous, magic, old school, spacious, luminous, warm, the breakfast was delicious with many choices, the location is central and everything is reachable on walking distance. The staff was friendly and I received all I asked. The hotel and the piano bar Astoria breath with elegance and beauty recalling old historical epochs. I will come back in this hotel! Bad: The water in the bath /shower was changing rapidly from hot to cold, which could be considered as health benefit. I waited a bit longer to check in while other guests could check in immediately as they arrived.

Good: Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut, man kann zu Fuß vieles erkunden. Zimmer und Ausstattung haben uns auch sehr gefallen, das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend Bad: Die Matratze war sehr weich und im Bad gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Good: Чудове місцерозташування та вид з вікна. Гарний сніданок. Красивий ресторан. Bad: Ми жили на останньому поверсі, вид з вікна був чудовим, але було досить гучно. Транспорт і машини швидкої допомоги чутно весь час. Не зовсім зручно виходити з готелю через сходинки, а пологий вихід чомусь дуже часто зачинений. Ми їхали з дитиною у візочку та декількома валізами. І це викликало незручності.

На завтрак большой выбор сыров , колбас , фруктов. И в целом интересное историческое здание с вековой историей. Витражи, хрусталь, розовый мрамор и ковры. Хорошее кафе при отеле. Good: The hotel was wonderful, beautifully decorated, was like stepping back in time, staff was all friendly and happy to help. Location was perfect for exploring all the hightlights of the city.Would certainly stay again. Bad: The only minor detail i would change is to have larger cups or to have mugs for my coffee as i like to travel with my own lattes. But this wasnt a huge problem

Good: Ein sehr schönes, altes Gebäude, in dem das Hotel untergebracht ist. Man fühlt sich ins letzte Jahrhundert zurück versetzt. Die Zimmer sind jedoch modern eingerichtet mit einem schönen Badezimmer. Bad: Leider waren sehr viele Gäste beim Frühstück, es war laut und chaotisch!

Good: The location is pretty central to city centre. Inside hotel is very grand and spacious. Bad: The shower kept going cold to hot all the time. Also, nowhere to hang your towel to dry or to sit your clothes on (like a small bench in the bathroom). Plenty if room to upgrade all these things.

Good: Super großartige zentrale Lage, U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Türe, Das Zimmer war perfekt, neue Matratze, sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war angemessen und sollte alle Bedürfnisse erfüllen. Aber am meisten das Außergewöhnlichen Ambiente Bad: die leere Minibar, ok ich muss nicht unbedingt eine haben, aber nachdem das Leitungswasser anscheinend gechlort ist und die eine Flasche stilles Wasser ist vl. nicht für jeden genug, aber mir hats gereicht daher 5/5

Good: I liked everything. Everything was truly magnificent. Stuff were friendly and helpful. They were mindfull and funny. The cleaners were thorough and always replaced towels. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, facilities were usefull. Window sound isolation was as good as it could be, but if one is to book this hotel ve aware this hotel in on the road that is often used for emergencies so u can hear ambulance siren frequently but we didn't mind it. If ypu have a late flight or bus booked stuff offers you to leave your luggage in their luggage room for free. Also, everything was close and easy accessible from this location so one huge plus for that.

Ein schönes Hotel im k&k Stil, perfekt gelegen wenn man zu Fuß viel unterwegs ist. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch ums Eck. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und professionell, das Frühstück ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Die Einrichtung in der Lobby gehört ausgetauscht, die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig jedoch der Geruch am WC ist unangenehm. Sollte in Ordnung gebracht werden. Matratze ist leider viel zu weich:(

Good: I came to this hotel last minute after I had arrived at the most disappointing hotel I had previously booked. I booked Austria online and then arrived at reception abut 15mins later - I was very warmly greeted and welcomed by staff so kindly after I was stressed and frazzled from a 7 hour travel day. The hotel is lovely, very nice inviting vibe, the rooms were very spacious and extremely clean! I am a 30 year old female who is solo traveling Europe, so safety was my first priority, which I absolutely felt at this hotel! I would definitely recommend

A very beautiful, old-style environment that truly captivated me — rich in stimuli and wonderfully designed, in contrast to the many modern, minimalist hotels that, to me, only offer a sterile and dull experience. The restaurant is like something out of a fairy tale, and the reception staff were kind. Reaching the city center practically starts the moment you step out the door — the location is perfect. I can only recommend it to anyone who is tired of modern hotels and longs for a truly classic experience.

Good: Não ligam o ar condicionado nesta época do ano. Reclamei e disseram para abrir a janela. Abri a janela e o barulho de carros era muito alto.

Good: Struttura accogliente, dallo stile elegante. La stanza era pulita, con tutto il necessario. L’unica pecca l’assenza del bidet.
