Très bel hôtel. Super espace spa. Chambre propre. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner était bien. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

séjour agréable hôtel, conforme aux descriptifs,ne pas hésiter d'aller aux thermes SZECHENYI et faire le tour de la ville en car avec les commentaires en français.le plus de l hôtel les piscines thermes et le gigantesque petit déjeuner.

Séjour très agréable: installations (piscine, bassins d'eau chaude, jacuzzi, sauna, ...) géniales, le balcon dans la chambre avec vue sur la très verte île Marguerite, au soleil couchant... et le petit déjeuner, très complet. Clairement notre séjour à Budapest a été bonifié par le choix de cet hotel (très vieillot d'extérieur ceci dit).

Good: l'hôtel est super et son Spa est top.large choix de massage et soin en plus. le petit déjeuner est géant. le metro est vraiment pas loin. 5mn à pieds alrs les gens qui disent loin abusez pas. javais lu des commentaires dc japprehendais. certes il nest pas aux pieds de l'hôtel mais il nest pas loin. et aux pieds de l'hôtel il y a un supermarché un restaurant chinois une parfumerie et meme un arret de bus. Bad: la salle de bain un peu etroite avec les toilettes dedans mais bon cest surtout histoire de trouver un défaut.

Good: Certaines chambres avec une très belle vue sur le Danube. Bad: Plus de petit déjeuner simple compris dans le prix (1 café avec 2 petits croissants) , dommage. Double lit proposé au lieu du grand...pas confortable et pas moyen de changer

Good: Très beau buffets tant le matin que pour le dîner. Personnel agréable. Spa et piscine très bien. Environnement calme. À deux pas du métro ligne 3 ave Bad: Payer un supplément pour une chambre vue Danube, surtout que nous nous sommes retrouvés à avec une vue sur les travaux de la route. Sans regarder en bas la vue restée tout de même jolie sur l'île Marguerite.

Good: le SPA, Piscines et appareillages de gymnastique; dommage du manque d'information préalable nous ayant permis d'en profiter davantage. Bad: le manque de clarté des repas et tarifs associés.Mais ce n'est pas la vocation de l'hôtel...

hotel un peu excentré du centre ville. metro pas tres loin a pied (2 stations pour centre ville) mais pour rejoindre le centre ville a pied 30 a 45 min en marchant bien (agréable le long du Danube).

Good: Le Spa était à la hauteur de nos espérances même dans une ville où les thermes ne manquent pas!! Naturellement nous avons tout fait... Les soirées piano-bar ont été aussi appréciées.

El personal muy atento, siempre prestos a solucionar cualquier problema rápidamente. El hotel impecable, la limpieza excelente. La comida fantástica, tanto el buffet como el restaurant. La ubicación un poco lejos de el centro pero no tanto como para perder mucho tiempo. 100/100

Good: Excellent amenities, staff extremely helpful, breakfast choice very extensive and delicious, spa experience top, hotel restaurant; food top quality and prices very competitive. Hotel location is excellent with very close proximity to public transport, and very close to the river bank; ideal for pleasant relaxing walks leading very closely to the city center. Bad: Room a bit hot, but windows opening for fresh air alleviated this.

Good: Our favorite hotel in Budapest. Has great spa facilities, rooms are very comfortable, excellent breakfast and a parking lot. Not much more we can ask for which is why we keep coming back. Bad: Nothing not to like.

Good: Newly refurbished, clean room and bathroom with great shower, offering views of the Danube, Margaret Island and a parking lot. While ugly on the outside, the hotel provides much comfort and had a fantastic breakfast buffet. It's also very convenient to have a supermarket across the street. Bad: The location is not exactly central (although the metro is a 5 min walk) and in an ugly part of town. The "spa" is quite small.

Pokoje czyste, naszykowane od razu szlafroki. Super smaczne śniadania, duży wybór, kolację również serdecznie polecam. Strefa fitness z ktorej korzystałem 2 razy dziennie zasługuje na duży plus. Basen, jacuzzi oraz sauna bardzo przestronne.

Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości. Basen w wysokim standardzie

Good: Directly located at the Danube river and with a Bus station nearby within a 3 minutes‘ walk, the hotel provides an ideal starting point for each day‘s trips in and around Budapest. Rooms were quiet and clean and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Der Aufenthalt war allgemein sehr gut. - Das Zimmer sehr modern und sauber - Bett sehr komfortabel - Das Frühstück auch passend Das Einzige Minus war ein Bademeister beim Schwimmbad, der mich (mit einem Boxer) und Freundin (mit normalen Bikini) nicht zugelassen hat. Wir müssten extra 2 neuen Shorts in einem Einkaufszentrum kaufen zum Gelangen.

Hotel in posizione non troppo centrale, ma comunque vicino ad una fermata dell'autobus ed a 7-8 minuti dalla metro. Molto apprezzate le piscine riscaldate, che dopo una giornata a visitare la città permettono di rilassarsi alla grande

Rooms were clean. The bar and restaurant had great options. Never received perk.

Good: The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It is on the banks of Danube and the room has a great view. It has a spa with 3 pools with different temperature ranging from normal swimming temperature to a hot pool. It is open till early morning till 22:00 which is really great. We totally enjoyed the spa. The food is also great, both for breakfast and for dinner and the staff is really nice. The internet connection is very good. The beds are comfortable. The hotel has a parking lot with sufficient space. It is also close to the city center. We totally enjoyed our stay and I fully recommend the hotel. Bad: There were no double beds available when we booked so we had to settle for two separate beds. The beds are very light so they move easily with the lightest push. If double beds are always sold out, and twin bed rooms remain available, that means that you need to reduce the number of twin beds and increase the number of double beds. The toilet flushing system is poorly constructed so flushing the toilet usually does not clear the contents of the toilet bowl and you have to use the toilet brush every single time. The shower cabin is long and the shower is on one side of the cabin, while the switch for the shower is on the other side so you have to move to turn it on and off.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was in orde en het ontbijt was meer als voldoende. Het zwembad is wat verouderd maar is nog steeds goed.

Super Hotel...ich komme bestimmt wieder

The hotel is located in a quiet place but close to bus lines to the center. It is about a 15-minute walk from the Parliament. Margaret Island is across the Danube and you can quickly reach the beautiful island by walking. The new Premium room is neat and clean. Acoustically well insulated. It can be seen that it has almost been renovated. The staff is very friendly, they speak excellent English and the lobby is bright and spacious for rest and coffee. The pool and spa are clean and it doesn't feel crowded, even though the hotel is full of guests.

My husband and I regularly stay at Helia. It has been over 15 years that we visit at least once a year, with the exception of the times of COVID. We are so pleased with the hotel, generally, it’s location, and the attentive and caring staff. We have seen an improvement in the hotel with its recent renovation and the Yellow Cafe menu items. We feel as if it is a second home for us and are always excited to return!

The staff were super. Very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Budapest.

Ottimo hotel, tutto il personale è gentilissimo, dal ragazzo che si occupa della custodia bagagli, al personale della reception , quello delle pulizie, a quello della sala colazione. L'ubicazione è semi-periferica, ma l'hotel è molto ben collegato al centro, Con il 79 (fermata vicinissima), con appena una fermata, si arriva ad una stazione della linea 3 della metropolitana e da lì si raggiunge comodamente e velocemente il centro di Budapest e qualunque altra zona della città. Ci siamo trovati molto bene..

Good: Breakfast was great and lovely variety, provided fruit infused water in reception all day. Swimming pool was lovely and big with 3 different temperature pools. Metro station is about a 5min walk away which takes you anywhere in the city!

Good: Az ágy rendkívül kényelmes volt. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, a szobánkat a kiírt időpont előtt már elfoglalhattuk. A wellness rész kellemes volt, és számításaink ellenére egyáltalán nem volt zsúfolt.

Good: Stanza pulita, letto comodissimo. Rilassante la vista sul Danubio e sull'Isola Margherita. Ottimo l'orario per l'utilizzo della SPA. 4 piscine per tutti i gusti. Consiglierei l'obbligo della cuffia e della doccia per dell'uso delle piscine. Tutto molto pulito. Ottima la colazione. La temperatura della sala era un po' troppo bassa, per fortuna si può fare colazione anche fuori.

Good: Na uboczu, spokojna okolica, nad samą rzeką, blisko supermarket, blisko komunikacja, czyściutki pokój, miła obsługa. Bad: Jednostajne śniadania i zaskoczyła mnie płatność z góry za pobyt, na co nie byłem przygotowany. Zawsze płaciłem za hotel w czasie wymeldowania.

Le camere sono pulite e il letto comodo. La porta sul corridoio è insonorizzata male. Ottima la spa, gradirei però che ci fosse l'obbligo della cuffia in piscina e il lavaggio delle ciabatte e la doccia prima di accedere alle piscine. Il personale e molto gentile. Ottima anche l'offerta del bar e del ristorante.

We enjoyed our stay in the Danubius Hotel Helia. The staff were always friendly, polite and helpful; our room was extremely comfortable; the meals were excellent and we made good use of the swimming pool.

Desde el primer día que llegamos, habían cabellos en la ducha que permanecieron hasta el tercer día. En el armario, los huéspedes anteriores se habían dejado ropa interior que descubrimos cuando sacamos la nuestra. La limpieza es descuidada. Por lo demás, un lindo hotel. Desayuno correcto.

Good location of the hotel, close to the center of Budapest. The price corresponds to the accommodation.

We had a very comfortable stay at the newly refurbished room. The bed was big and lovely. Nice bathroom with soft towels and bathrobes. The breakfast was delicious and we had very nice lunch and dinner at the bistro. The staff is friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure!

My husband and I love the breakfast buffet and the relaxed feeling of the hotel. We also loved the small restaurant, "Yellow," where we had two excellent meals with family. The health club is a wonderful opportunity to work out in the exercise rooms. There are two floors: one for weight training and the second for cardio exercises. bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals. Most of all, we love the three pools of different temperatures. The hotel has all we need for a wonderful getaway.
