Good: I like the location of the hotel. It is pretty close to main touristic attractions. Bad: The noise from the AC.

Good: The hotel was perfect. Almost as new from the inside. Our room was a suite, and had one toilet and a separate toilet and bathroom. Everything was clean. Breakfast delicious. Very close to the Puskas arena and Arena mall. We parked in Arena mall because the hotel garage was full. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Bad: Everything was great.

Good: Excellent hotel right near the Keleti train station - just 6 minutes walk. We had room with street view - quite spacious. The manager Imre was extremely helpful and friendly, and answered all necessary questions. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommended if you need to go to the station in the morning. Bad: Can't think of anything negative, to be honest.

Good: The reception staff were great, overall nice hotel. Bad: The old gentleman working at the bar/restaurant of the hotel. He was not very friendly and even came across rude on a couple of occasions.

Good: Breakfast was amazing! Bad: The location was convenient but the area was a bit questionable. However we didn’t have any actual issues.

Good: Destacamos la atención del recepcionista Sr Andras por su amabilidad y cortesía. Cuando llegamos nos ayudó en todo, uso el traductor para poder entendernos con facilidad. Las instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas, a pesar de ser un hotel antiguo está remodelado, con detalles modernos. Habitación cómoda y funcional. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. El desayuno completo y variado en productos de calidad. Muy bien los empleados del comedor cuidando detalles y limpieza. La zona donde está el hotel es próxima a la estación Keleti y desde ahí tiene muy buena conexión para recorrer la ciudad. Bad: Solo para mencionar, el baño algo pequeño e incómodo para ingresar a la bañera. No es apto para personas movilidad reducida o adultos mayores.

Good: Great location for train travelling. The hotel was cool, spacious, and clean. Large room, nice bed, bathroom small but ok. Bad: Due to the busy street outside it was extremely noisy at night. The hotel provided ear plugs. The breakfast room was very crowded and kind of impersonal.

Πολυ ωραιο και καθαρο ξενοδοχειο στο κεντρο της Βουδαπεστης,κοντα σε σταθμο μετρο και σταθμο λεωφορειων.Υπαρχουν μαρκετ κοντα και καφετερειες αν περπατησεις περιπου 10 λεπτα.

Profesjonalna obsługa w recepcji. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacja metra M2 i M4 plus dworzec kolejowy. Bliskość sklepów "Aldi , Spar , Lidl i innych". Bardzo dobre śniadania. Obiekt niepozorny, lecz faktycznie duży. Spełnił moje oczekiwania. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu (trafiłem na temperatury rzędu 40 stopni C). W obiekcie wieczorem i w nocy cicho (pokój od strony wewnętrznej). Pozdrawiam personel . Osobiście polecam. 8+/10

Good: Swift and up it arrival experience, Bad: It would be nice to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant, instead it was serviced in sort of conference hall, with no windows, no ambiance, no music, buffet required more attention and more frequent refill.

Good: Good value for the money. Nice breakfast. Good location; close to Budapest-Keleti train station.

Good: Location was great and well kept hotel Bad: Price was just over the top since champions league was in town. The premium was just taking advantage of the situation.

Good: Perfect location, comfortable bed and super friendly employees from the start at the door, the reception and the breakfast staff were amazing. The room is very spacious and super clean. Only one downside that there is no sign for do not disturb or do not clean my room. I informed the front desk to inform the housekeeping to not clean my room, but they cleaned it anyway. Would be handy to have the sign to avoid the same issue from happening in the future. I will definitely come back.

Good: מלון גדול יחס אדיב ומצויין בקבלה. קרוב לתחנת הרכבת מרכזית קליטי גישה משם לכול נקודה שרוצים להגיע קרוב לקניון ארנה 10 דקות הליכה.ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומפתיעה שפע. החסרון היחיד היה חם והמזגן בחדר לא הורגש זה החסרון היחיד Bad: שהמזגן במלון כזה לא יודע להתמודד עם החום שבחוץ

Good: Everything was fine, staff was friendly. Hotel is clean and close to the metro station. Bad: The room we were given in the first place had a street view and we could hear everything. We asked for a room swap, they were out of standard rooms for a swap but we've been offer to upgrade the room for a very good price and it was worth it. They happily helped and it was fast.

Good: Sehr sauberes Hotel, freundliches Personal und eine gute Lage (Mehrere Bahnhöfe/Stationen in 5min Entfernung) Bad: Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super und ich kann daher auch nur leicht kritisieren, dass die Rettung in der Nacht ein paar Mal ziemlich laut hörbar war, trotz geschlossenem Fenster. Sonst war alles top.

Ho avuto un problema con i documenti avendoli persi e la ragazza è stata comprensiva e ha fornito delle indicazioni per l'ambasciata. Una bellissima esperienza!

職員友善，check in時，職員特別問了想要安靜房間還是街景房間，因為我們都不是怕嘈的人，所以選了臨街的房間，上到房意外地聽不到車聲，住了3晚只間中聽到救護車警號聲，隔音做得很好！ 缺點是最近酒店的地鐵出口(Exit N)沒有電梯，只可以行樓梯。另外，我們住的房間出lift後都有4級樓梯，但對於我們來說不是問題。 街景很好，房間夠大，有浴缸，冷氣充足，交通方便，附近有地鐵站，巴士站，整體十分推薦👍🏻。

早餐餐廳非常寬敞食物種類也整潔和多，服務員態度非常好。房間整潔，但只有供應一次免費水。酒店好大早點周邊好多食肆方便去地鐵站好近搭地鐵出口記住係N exist 才近酒店。

服務人員態度很好，地點離Keleti車站很近，搭公車去主要景點也非常方便。早餐選擇也蠻多的，但住了三晚每天的品項都一樣，建議日後應該還是要有些變化。

The staff are very polite and helpful. Hotel room is very spacious and clean. Excellent locations close to everything we need. I highly recommend this hotel in Budapest

酒店位置不錯，但是checkin時間卡得太緊了，必須2點以後才能checkin，我們1點到了，説是有房可以入住，但是要付20歐才能提前入住……！在大堂坐了一個小時等到時間才能checkin 很無語

Good: Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Odalar gayet temiz. Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek gidilebiliyor. Ayrıca toplu taşımaya çok yakın.

Good: Localizado em um ponto bem estratégico da cidade, vários meios de transporte nos deixavam perto do hotel. Equipe atenciosa e educada. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Bad: Meu edredom estava um pouco sujo de sangue, mas trocaram assim que eu avisei ao camareiro. Além disso, percebi que não lavaram a banheira todos os dias.

Good: Ubicacion excelente para tomar tren, metro, y buses. El desayuno fue muy bueno y completo. Me encanta que tenga hervidor y frigobar la habitacion. El personal en recepcion muy amable y te ayudan con todo. Recomendado al 100% Bad: Que la camarera te apurara para hacer limpieza.
