Tolles in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel,mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Eigener kleiner Strand, toller Kinderpool und Spielmöglichkeiten. Essen absolut super, könnte nur etwas heißer sein. Service sehr freundlich und flott 👍 Preis Leistung war super. Wir kommen wieder 😊

Gutes Hotel ist alles inklusive aber ziemlich voll im September Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Good: Das vielseitige Essen war wieder mal sehr gut.Die Schwimmhalle ist sehr sauber und incl. Bad: Für die Hotel -Parkplätze wird eine zu hohe Gebühr verlangt.

Good: Poloha přímo u pobřeží, příjemný pesonál,výborná strava. Bad: Malý sprchový kout.

Bad: Jedzenia i napojow było pod dostatkiem, ale wybór był mało różnorodny. Zwłaszcza dla wegetarian. Mogło by też być wiecej dań z kuchni lokalnej.

Good: Locația excelentă, aproape de centru și de port, plaja privată foarte curata și dotată perfect, mâncare foarte bună și foarte variată, personalul foarte amabil. Bad: Camera era destul de mică pentru 3 persoane, dar singura noastră nemulțumire este față de curățenia camerei. Ca să fim mai ecologi ,nu am cerut zilnic curățenie, însă când am cerut, s-au schimbat doar prosoapele și s-a completat hârtia igienică.Nu s-a aspirat ,nu s-a șters praful, nu s-a schimbat lenjeria. Asta in tot sejurul de 5 nopți. Foarte dezamăgitor.

Good: Bardzo dogodne godziny posiłków + pomiędzy nimi open bar przy plaży, na prawdę było co wybierać do jedzenia. Alkohole również full pakiet, kawa, soki również. Super sala dla dzieci, sala gier, plac zabaw. Na prawdę dziecko się nie nudziło, wszędzie czyściutko. Personel uprzejmy (za barem troszkę gorzej) ale nadal bardzo miło. W hotelu kręgielnia i basen kryty, troszkę stary wystrój ale to nie przeszkadza w dobrej zabawie. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, ciche miejsce. Bad: Ciut małe pokoje, stary wystrój w niektórych częściach hotelu.

Good: Úplně top 💥💥💥 od soukromé pláže (která je nádherná a obrovská) - volejbal, pinec, minigolf, branky na fotbálek….. až po kuchyni, personal….. ve městě nádherná promenada! A za mě bufet na plazi - tam jsem byla 24/7 😀

Jak za te pieniądze polecam. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne,lokalizacja super. Jako bazą wypadowa w drodze na Chorwację i z małymi dziećmi ,polecam bardzo.

Wir waren vom 01.–07.09. mit unseren 4 Kindern im Hotel Marina in Balatonfüred und waren begeistert! Das Essen war immer sehr lecker, mit großer Auswahl und abwechslungsreichen Gerichten. Der Service vom gesamten Personal war hervorragend – Sauberkeit hatte oberste Priorität, die Tische wurden schnell abgeräumt, und auch für uns als 6-köpfige Familie war immer problemlos ein Tisch im Restaurant frei. Die Poolanlage für die Kinder war ein Traum. Zusätzlich hat uns das vielfältige Angebot im Hotel begeistert – von Kegelbahn, Spielplatz, Hallenbad, Friseur bis hin zur Sauna war alles vorhanden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Getränkeauswahl im All-Inclusive-Paket, so viel Vielfalt haben wir bisher in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt. Die riesige Gartenanlage direkt am Plattensee ist wunderschön und es waren jederzeit ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Und das alles zu einem wirklich unschlagbaren Preis! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Good: Sehr tolles Hotel. Super Essen, überall Trink möglichkeiten, alle sehr freundlich und bemüht! Bad: Bei uns kam nur 2x der Zimmerservice, aber nach einer kurzen info an der Rezeption wurde alles sofort erneuert!

Good: Celé all inclusiv na velmi dobré úrovni. Široký výběr jídel a pití v baru na pláži. Bad: Malé pokoje, měkké postele.

Bad: Patul nu a fost ok

Good: Na dovolenku s deťmi ale aj bez ako stvorené. Príjemné prostredie, vnútorný aj vonkajší bazén. Izba dosť velká, síce trošku staršie vybavenie ale funkčné čiže nám to vôbec neovplyvnilo náš pobyt. Stravá vynikajúca najedli sme sa ako 4 členná rodina s dvomi deťmi (4 a 1) vždy. Personál príjemný a ochotný. Bad: Veľmi veľa komárov, je mi však jasné, že to hotel nevie ovplyvniť, zmeniť ani tomu zabrániť, avšak nám s manželom bolo trochu ľúto, že sme večeri nemohli tráviť na balkóne.

Good: Z czystym sumieniem polecam wszystkim ten hotel, czysto, smaczne jedzenie, świetna lokalizacja, prywatna plaża przy której również można było zjeść i się napić oczywiście za darmo, każdy znajdzie miejsce dla siebie by schronić się przed słońcem ponieważ rośnie tam wiele drzew, leżaki bezpłatne dla każdego, piękne widoki, świetna lokalizacja, idealne miejsce dla osób starszych oraz rodzin z dziećmi, na pewno tam wrócimy. Bad: Naprawdę nie ma się do czego przyczepić 🙂

Good: Nice location, friendly staff, great view from the room. 2 restrooms in the suite. Great water zone for kids. Bad: The room is a bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids, almost no space to walk around there. Pillows were not very comfortable. Food was not the best unfortunately but I really liked salad bar. Hot food was average. Kids food zone was not really different from adults and there was no choice for smaller kids until 1 year old. We had to use our own.

Good: Kinderanimation Bad: Wir wollten den Aufenthalt verlängern (sind jedes Jahr hier zu Gast - die Rezeption meinte, es gäbe keine freien Zimmer mehr. Über booking.com habe ich problemlos verlängern können. Obwohl das neue Zimmer höherwertiger hätte sein sollen, war es aber trotzdem das gleiche.

Good: Služba All inclusive bola super, personál milý, pláž s dostatkom lehatok, stromov, vsade všetko čisté a upravené. Veľmi veľa atrakcií pre deti či vonku či vnútri. Jedlo a nápoje vo vonkajšom bare boli vynikajúce. Dali sa vybrať aj jedlá pre ľudí s intoleranciami a hlavne boli všade vyznačené alergény. Dobrý výber alko, nealko aj jedál. Cena pomer kvalita úplne super. Bad: Čo mi chýbalo bol wellness v pripade zlého počasia. Izba bola dosť malá pre dvoch, nieto ešte pre 3 osoby. Chcelo by to nový nábytok. Kúpeľňa veľmi malá, chýbalo mydlo. Upratovanie by sa tiež mohlo zlepšiť.

Good: Preis und Leistung. AllInklusive, Strandnah und See. Essen ok. Bad: Zimmermädchen haben nicht alle Tage die Zimmer gereinigt eigentlich einziger Negativpunkt.

Good: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und hat einen große Liegewiese mit ausreichenden Liegen sowie einen wunderbaren Spielplatz am See . Ein kleines See Restaurant wo man am Tag was Essen und Trinken kann befindet sich dort auch . Direkt am Hotel ist ein sehr schöner Pool mit Rutschen ,Wasserspielen für groß und klein. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten wo sich Kinder beschäftigen können und auch für Erwachsene gibt es gute Unterhaltung. Es war alles inklusive auch einige Cocktails sind im all inklusive dabei. Daa Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Bad: Nichts

Tento hotel jsme navštívili za posledních 12 let třikrát a vždy jsme byli spokojeni. Líbí se mi, že zatímco jídlo a pití (zvláště zákusky) zůstali stejně dobré, tak jinde je vidět, že se hotel stále rozvíjí, např. skvělý nový dětský bazén.

Hotel z zewnątrz przypomina ubiegłą epokę, ale otoczenie jest zadbane, czyste i zielone. Cały personel bardzo pomocny i miły. Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy był po odświeżeniu, generalnie widać, że hotel swoje lata ale niczego nie brakuje. W pokoju TV, lodówka, suszarka, małe biurko - wszystko czego potrzeba na wakacyjny pobyt. Cała restauracja nowocześnie urządzona, po remoncie. W szczytowych godzinach trzeba chwilę szukać wolnego stolika, ale tłumów nie ma. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone. Bardzo dużym plusem jest restauracja na plaży, tam Przekąski, hamburgery, Hot dogi, pizza, ryba, frytki napoje itp. Plaża hotelowa jest bardzo duża, trawiasta, każdy znajdzie swoje miejsce. Leżaki w cenie! Dla dzieci mnóstwo atrakcji, plac zabaw, Park wodny, zjeżdżalnie itp. Animatorki organizują różne zabawy i zajęcia. Bardzo polecamy rodzinom z dziećmi w każdym wieku. Na pewno tam worcimy!

As a Dutch family, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Marina in Balatonfüred. The location is simply perfect – right on the lake with a private beach and plenty of shade under the trees. Our kids loved the pools, mini-golf, and the safe shallow water of Lake Balaton. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. The all-inclusive food and drinks were good, with plenty of variety, though sometimes a bit too salty for our taste. Snacks and drinks during the day made it easy to stay on the property without worrying about meals. The rooms are quite small and a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable for a few nights. We were mostly outside enjoying the garden, beach, and activities, so this was not a big problem for us. Evening entertainment is nice for young kids, but if you have teenagers, there might be less to do for them. Overall, we had a very relaxing family holiday and would recommend Hotel Marina for anyone looking for an easy, affordable all-inclusive stay at Lake Balaton.

Good: Bardzo miła obsługa, lokalizacja hotelu, dużo atrakcji do mniejszych i większych dzieci.

Die bisherigen Rezessionen kann ich weitgehend bestätigen. Ich weiß nicht ob All Inklusive in Ungarn öfter angeboten wird. Mit einer fünfköpfifen Familie passt das Preis-Leistungsverhâltnis (unter 100€/Tag/Person). Allerdings ist das Ambiente von außen wirklich 80er Retrostyle. Plus: Personal, Sauberkeit, Zimmer, Gänge und Speisesaal renoviert und top! Getränkeangebot super. Buffetessen ist gut, viel Obst und natürlich Gulasch und Kartoffel.. Ca 10 Min zur schönen Promenade mit Ständen. Hallenbad, restliche Gänge und Fassaden sehr abgewohnt. Strandbad ok aber nicht für so viele Gäste ausreichend. Tolles Kinderwasserland mit Rutschen. Wer billig und überdurchschnittlich gut will, ist hier richtig. Wir sparen lieber wieder und nehmen dann mehr Geld in die Hand. Für vier Tage absolut gut. Ich wundere mich wenn Menschen so wenig bezahlen wollen und gleichzeitig 7 Sterne bei allen Leistungen erwarten. Hier kann alles vorher recherchiert werden und man bekommt ein Maximum für das wenige Geld was es kostet.

Pokoje bardzo małe- ale piszą o tym, w łazience duży prysznic. Codziennie było sprzątane. Ogromny parking. Jedzenie smaczne. Bardzo duży zielony teren nad jeziorem, dużo leżaków. Bar z przekąskami, piciem i toaletą nad jeziorem.

Good: Für Kinder perfekt ausgestattet. Ideal wäre noch ein weiterer Aussenpool. Der Pool war sehr überfüllt, da doch sehr viele Familie mit Kindern da waren. Bad: Zimmer etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Man braucht es ja eh nur zum Schlafen.

Skvelý hotel s nádhernou polohou pri jazere. Izby sú čisté a pohodlné, personál veľmi ochotný. All inclusive je bohaté a chutné – výber jedál aj nápojov bol výborný. Perfektné miesto na oddych, určite sa sem radi vrátime!

Good: Lokalita dobrá. Výběr jídla byl sice trochu omezený, hodně se opakující, ale vždy jsme si vybrali. Výběr sice nebyl velký, ale všechno bylo chutné. Typ pokoje exekutive je pro nás nutnost, standard je malý a stále jsou fronty na výtahy. Lobby jsme nevyužívali- hodně hlučné, špatná akustika, za chvíli vás musí bolet hlava. Odpovídá 3 hvězdám, nic luxusního nečekejte. Zahradní restaurace se snaží držet místní kuchyni, což oceňujeme. Vždy na výběr místní smažená ryba hek, klobáska, jitrnice a jelítka, zelí. Oproti minulosti nebyli ani jednou langoše. Zahradní restauraci letos rozšířili, bohužel na úkor útulnosti- ubylo zeleně, ozdobných truhlíků na zútulnění. Je vidět, že Danubius zde investuje, ale jen do základních funkcí a přidanou hodnotu nehledejte. Bad: Fronty u výtahů. Zdlouhavý checkin- dlouhé fronty v 15 hod., strašně dlouho trvá, než odbaví nové hosty- digitalizace minimální. Kuřácká terasa- musíte jí projít do zahrady, zub času hlodá, málo renovací, útulnost upadá. Přesto jezdíme opakovaně, vyhovuje nám pláž.

Good: Świetna lokalizacja, widok z okna na wyższych piętrach rewelacyjny. Duży wybór posiłków, personel bardzo sprawnie działa w każdym zakresie, animacje dla dzieci. Prywatna, bardzo duża czysta plaża. Bad: Brak uwag.

Väldigt trevlig visitelse.

Good: Die Lage ist perfekt, das Hotel hat einen großen privaten Strand mit Liegestühlen und ein sehr großes und buntes Menü den ganzen Tag lang. Ich war zwar alleine, aber es waren dort auch viele Familien und die Kinder konnten auch ein tolles Kinderprogramm jeden Tag genießen. Ich komme gerne wieder! Bad: Es fehlten nur Wasserkocher in den Zimmern, sonst alles perfekt!

Good: Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu, duża plaża smaczne jedzenie, bogata opcja all inclusive. Bad: Trochę małe pokoje.

Good: Umfangreiches Angebot an Speisen und Getränken. Abräumservice im Speisesaal klappte hervorragend. Nähe zum Balaton. Tolle Liegewiese mit kostenlosen Liegen und Möglichkeit Speisen (Mittag) und Getränke sowie Eis von der Servicestation zu holen. Großer Parkplatz ( 3000 Ft/ Tag). Terrasse. Vielfältige Aktivitäten möglich ( Sauna, Fitness usw) Beeindruckt hat das umfangreiche Angebot für Kinder ( betraf uns allerdings nicht.) Einmalig, was alles möglich war. Animation, Wasserpark, Elektrocars, viele Spielgeräten von Schaukeln über Trampolin bis Tischtennisplatte). Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren freundlich und es sprachen einige auch deutsch. Bad: Kaum Info über Umgebung, Sehenswürdigkeiten, evtl. Busverbindungen. Info in Deutsch über das Hotel und anderes nicht vorhanden. Da die Mehrzahl an Gästen Familien mit Kindern waren, entstand ein wirklich oft unzumutbarer Lärm zu den Mahlzeiten.

Good: Pěkná lokalita. Služba All Inclusive v pořádku. Výborná kuchyně. Profesionální personál. Zařízení hotelu udržované, čisté. Bad: Vyšší cena parkování. Bazén by mohl být otevřen o cca hodinu dříve.

Bardzo dobry hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo duży plus za bardzo duży zadrzewiony ogród wraz z plażą. Każdy znajdzie dla siebie miejsce na leżakach wliczonych w cenę pobytu. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jedzenie mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone. Każdy jednak znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstück und Service waren gut, und die Lage ist praktisch. Lediglich die Zimmer haben meine Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt – hier wäre eine Modernisierung wünschenswert. Abgesehen davon war alles in Ordnung und gut organisiert

Poloha hotelu je skvělá 🗺️, prostředí příjemné a čisté ✨. Na venkovní terase by ale zasloužil obnovu opotřebovaný a nepohodlný nábytek 🪑. Personál byl vstřícný a ochotný 😊. Velký výběr chutných jídel 🍽️ a dezerty, kterým se nedalo odolat 🍰. Pokoj byl standardně vybaven 🛏️, ale matrace nebyly pohodlné a postele trochu ujížděly ↔️. Celkově příjemný pobyt a rádi se opět vrátíme ❤️.

Strávili jsme ve vašem hotelu hezký čas, jídlo bylo skvělé a lokalita se službami byla perfektní, vyžití pro děti, jen nám chybělo více ovoce.

Good: Úžasné zariadene, veľa aktivít pre deti v exteriéri aj interiéri, v podstate sme ani nemuseli opustiť areál hotela a deti sa vôbec nenudili. Chutnú strava, veľmi nám chutilo. Bad: Veľkosť izby.

Good: Jídlo bylo dobré, velký výběr. Veliká pláž, velké vyžití. Parkování dostačující. Bad: Postele katastrofa, za celý týden jsme se ani jednou nevyspali dobře. Velký problém s ručníky na lehátkách u bazénu a nikde nikdo.

Good: Jídlo vždy perfektní, snídaně bohaté, stejně tak obědy, večeře i případné dobroty během dne. Personál kmitající na place jako včeličky, neustále vše doplněné, špinavé nádobí odnesené, většinou usměvaví, ... Přijemná byla herna s automaty, miniaquapark, snackbar, pláž, nafukovací atrakce, lehátka, ... Skvělé vyžití pro děti. Bad: Za tu cenu bych očekával full servis, tedy kromě lehátek a all-inclusive bych očekával, že veškeré atrakce v rámci hotelu/pláže budou zdarma dostupné, tedy půjčování autíček, trampolína, nafukovačka na vodě, šlapadla, minigolf, ... Vše klidně časově omezit a po překročení času již zpoplatnit, ale aby se dostalo i na ostatní, ale obecně to bylo pro mě nemilé překvapení. Co ještě hodnotím negativně je péče pro "dospěláky". Moc rád navštěvuji s dcerou aquaparky, lezu s ní na všemožné prolézačky, lanová centra a podobně. Mrzelo mě, že bazén u hotelu neobsahuje žádnou atrakci, která by byla také pro akčnější rodiče, kteří si chtějí pobyt s dětmi naplno užít a společně s nimi jej prožít. Kromě dětské herny s automaty (kde se také platí, ale to dává smysl) a nafukovačky na vodě (kterou jsme také platili, ale musím uznat, že za zaplacenou půlhodinku nikdo nehlídal, jak dlouho tam jsme) jsme společně mnoho dalších věcí dělat nemohli. Elektrická autíčka jsou jen pro děti, stejně tak trampolíny, klouzačky, ... Přijde mi, že je vše koncipováno tak, aby si dospělí lehli někde na lehátko s drinkem v ruce a celý týden nic nemuseli dělat, což není nic pro mě. Naštěstí kousek od hotelu je plnohodnotný Aquapark, který jsme rádi navštěvovali. Možná by nebyla marná sleva do Aquaparku a nebo rovnou nějaký volný vstup v rámci pobytu. Byl by to vstřícný krok pro rodiče, kteří se nechtějí jen válet, chlastat a cpát se na baru, ale to berte jen jako jakési doporučení. Pobyt jako takový jsme si moc užili :-)

Good: It's an all-inclusive experience. For that you get some decent variety in food and drinks but you can get bored of it after a while. The beach is actually great, have kids section. Also very kids friendly environment so recommended for family vacations. Bad: The suite was advertised as 2 rooms (2 separate air-space) but it was just 1 big room with a half-wall, so no door or separator, which is not what we wanted with small kids. There are a lot of allergy information on the cards in the restaurant which looks amazing at first until you find out it's not accurate and always had to ask the staff about most things and often they seemed annoyed that people ask questions. Also the bad thing about all-inclusive is you get the cheap stuff from most things and you don't have a choice since there isn't any other option.

Good: Staff was really nice and helpful. It was the best feature of the hotel. Also, the food was delicious. Bad: I was expecting more from an all inclusive hotel, meaning they were advertising their beach bar with traditional beach food, but then we stayed there for 4 days and we haven't had a chance to eat langos even if we need to pay for it. Also, all the kids toys and activities were charged so that was a bit surprising compared to other all inclusive places. They could also have bigger play area for younger kids (toddlers) with toys , it was really cramped and lackluster.

Good: Es ist ein sauberes Hotel,mit sauberer gepflegter Anlage und absolut freundlichen Personal! (vorallem die Reinigungskraft von Etage 11 🙂 IMMER ein Lächeln im Gesicht und immer freundlich gegrüßt,spricht sogar deutsch) Das Essen und der Service war auch sehr gut 👍 Bad: -

Good: War ein wunderschöner Urlaub hier. Das Angebot für Kinder ist sehr groß und unseren Söhnen ( 3 und 5 Jahre) war hier nie langweilig. Essen war sehr gut und immer reichlich da. Sehr gute Organisation denn obwohl hier wirklich sehr sehr viele Menschen im Hotel sind musste man nie lange warten beim Essen und Liegen sind immer für alle genug da. Bad: Zimmer sind sehr eng und klein und punkto Sauberkeit darf man nicht zu genau hinschauen.

Ich habe mit meinem Partner 7 Tage im Hotel verbracht. Wir sind gestern von unserem Urlaub sehr zufrieden nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Unser Zimmer war im 10. Stock. Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer aus ein wunderschönes Panorama auf das östliche Becken des Plattensees .Ich möchte die Chefin der Rezeptionisten hervorheben. Sie heißt Mónika Szente. Sie ist sehr nett, freundlich und bemüht sich immer darum, die Wünsche der Hotelgäste maximal zu erfüllen. Wir sind ihr sehr dankbar. Die Speisen und die Getränke waren sehr lecker,sie haben uns sehr geschmeckt.Die Kellner/die Kellnerinnen waren auch sehr höflich.Der Strand des Hotels ist auch okay. Der Rasen und die Bäume am Strand sind schön gepflegt.Es gibt auch genügend Liegestühle . Ich würde allen dieses Hotel empfehlen, wenn man sich am Balaton gut erholen möchte. Wir kommen noch zurück! A párommal 7 napot töltöttünk a szállodában.Tegnap nagyon elégedetten tértünk haza a nyaralásunkból. A szobánk a 10. emeleten volt. A szoba ablakából csodálatos kilátás nyílt a Balaton keleti medencéjére. Szeretném kiemelni Szente Mónikát ,a recepciósok főnökét. Nagyon kedves, barátságos és mindig azon fáradozik, hogy a szállóvendégek kívánságait maximálisan teljesítse.Nagyon hálásak vagyunk neki. Az ételek és az italok is nagyon finomak voltak, bőséges volt a választék.A pincérek mosolygósak és udvariasak.A szálloda közvetlen vízparti stranddal rendelkezik,ami tiszta, a fű és a fák is szépen gondozottak.Van elég napozóágy is. Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom ezt a szállodát, ha a Balatonnál szeretni pihenni.Még biztosan visszatérünk!

Good: Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa od samego wejścia bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji przez cały serwis podczas posiłków aż na serwisie technicznym i sprzątającym. Bardzo duży obszar z drzewami, które dają cień w słoneczne dni, każdy powinien znaleźć miejsce dla siebie. Bad: Jest to duży obiekt, więc czasami może być tłoczno a niektórzy goście mogą być irytujący ale to nie wina hotelu jako takiego.

Had such a great stay here. Rooms were clean. Lots of great food. Rooms were cleaned by 10am. Our boat ride was lovely. Loved the indoor pool but I wish I knew that the massage was a light swedish massage. Cocktails could have been better. There is also a mall close by which has a Tesco. Great for young families. Overall, loved our stay!

Good hotel. Convenient location. Only minor problem was that the pool water was over chlorinated.

Good: The place is well run and organized. Breakfast 7-10 lunch 12-14 (snacks next to the lake 12-17) dinner 19-? Drinks all the time. The kids pool was included and our little son (4) really liked it! Get there early to catch a place in the shade. It has a shallow part with slides and a a deeper (smaller) part for older kids. Food was good for price, nothing special, but plenty of everything and well run staff for cleaning and stocking food. Bad: Room was very small (superior), we didn't speak Hungarian so couldn't take advantage the extra activities (there were plenty), elevators were slow, in rush hours can stand for a long while in front of elevators waiting. Room was not really clean, there were left over crumbs on floor, and when we put up the sign to clean up room the maid (which was super quick) didn't change towels but justade the bed very poorly (the linen left the bed at night)

Despite this, we paid the full price to be able to leave. It is clearly our fault that I did not read the hotel's terms and conditions. But it is the hotel's approach to guests. While staying at Hunguest Hotel Buk, we were given the opportunity to have lunch completely free of charge if we arrived earlier at 12 noon.
