I immensely enjoyed my stay at the Danubius Hotel Arena. Very responsive and pleasant staff, a varied and rich breakfast, and a few steps from the M2 metro line entrance, allowing you to reach Budapest's city center in 15-20 minutes.

Thank you for everything 🙏. Not my first time and won't be the last one. I really enjoyed my 4 nights at Arena The room was very nice , clean , the bed was very cosy and most of it very quiet compare to the previous time I came. Only kids running up and down in the corridor on the first night ( from 2 up to 5 am ) with loudly talks and slamming doors. Bathroom was big with a nice bathtub. The restaurant was lovely , enough choices with the breakfast and delicious. Close to the metro and a huge shopping hall. The biggest thermal of Budapest is very close to the hotel by walk and highly recommended ( Széchenyi thermals bahts ) The staff was very friendly A big thank you

Good: Curatenia din camera si lenjeria curate si amabilitarea personalului. Bad: Baia era invechita, fara papuci, chiuveta cu pete. Erau femei - gen prostituate care urcau si intrau in diverse camere. Nu recomand mai ales cu copii. Nu m.am simtit eu bine.

Good: Victoria ( receptionist)was welcoming us with big smile. This welcome was very nice and friendly.

Good: Kolaci u restoranu i općenito hrana je fantastična u restoranu u Lobbiju, dorucak je skroman, nema jaja na oko, nema omleta, loš čokoladni namaz Bad: Kod Check ina smo čekali jako dugo. Od 3 osobe na recepciji samo je jedna radila! Tražili smo što viši kat. Dobili smo 2.... bukiralo smo hotel zbog bazena i tek nakon bookinga dobili obavijest da bazen nece raditi...

Good: The Hotel is next to the Papp Laslo Arena wich was a great plus, the huge public parking in the back is also usefull Bad: The room has a 1990 feeling but it was clean and the bed was comfy.

Good: Mic dejun variat si abundent. Produsele au fost proaspete si personalul inlocuia produsele care se epuizasera.

Good: Our room was clean, the beds comfortable, the view from the window was also pleasant. We also got free water which was appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from. Staff was very friendly. It’s a very good location if you go to a concert at Papp László Sport Aréna, like we did, the hotel is a 3 minute walking distance away from the Arena. It’s easy to get there from Nyugati. Bad: These are small things that didn’t bother me too much. We had to leave the window open all night because it was quite hot in our room. You can hear the noise coming from the other rooms closeby. There was a toddler in one of the rooms and we could hear her screaming very late in the night and quite early in the morning, she woke us up. Also, if you go down for breakfast, don’t try hot chocolate. It basically tastes like water.

Bad: Az egyetlen meglepetés az volt hogy a recepción emlitették hogy mindig kisorsolnak a szobák közül egyet amely nyer italt és egy pogácsa kosarat A nyert kupont beváltottuk,nagyon ízletes bort hoztak nekünk és az ott dolgozok is mind kedvesek voltak kivétel nélkűl Sajnos a pogácsa kosarat nem kaptuk meg de igy is jól éreztük magunkat 🙏

Bad: Не регулярная уборка в номере.

Good: Elhelyezkedés, felszereltség. Bad: Sajnos a reggelire kért gluténmentes kínálat rendkívül gyenge volt, az ígéret ellenére. Nem bontunk ki gm-dobozt, zacskót, azt úgy adjk ár a vendégnek, és nem egy szelet kenyeret, hanem amennyit a vendég kíván - úgy mint a nem gm-vendégek, akik bármennyit fogyaszthatnak. A személyzet nem válaszolhat úgy, hogy "nem tudom", hogy a kitett felvágottak, vagy bármilyen étel gluténmentes-e. Emiatt sajnos ez volt az utolsó itt-tartózkodásunk. Ezen kívül a vacsorai étterem ár két főre horrorisztikus volt.....

Good: Great location, specially considering that I was travelling for an event in the Sports Arena. Metro right next door, so we were able to travel through the city very easily. Great spacious room. Bad: Nothing really.

Good: Самое главное условие при выборе гостиницы было близость к концетному залу. Всё остальное было приятным бонусом. Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный, хороший ресторанчик прямо в лобби, номера чистые и комфортные, на завтрак можно найти всё,что хочешь, приятно удивил стенд с безлактоными продуктами. В 3 минутах ходьбы есть небольшой рынок , магазинчик и кафешки. Метро прямо рядом. Bad: 1.Жаль,что не работал СПА, 2.Произошла досадная ошибка, с нас дважды сняли оплату за продление пребывания , но из недостатков это превратилось в достоинства,т.к. вернули деньги буквально через 2 дня после моего обращения.

Good: A reggeli nagyon finom, változatos volt. Mindenki talált kedvére valót.

Good: Koncertre érkeztünk a férjemmel, ezért 1 éjszakát töltöttünk itt. Szuper volt, hiszen kb 5 perc sétára volt a stadion. A hotel személyzete nagyon kedves volt, mindenről tájékoztattak és kedvesen elmagyarázták a tudnivalókat. Érződik, hogy a vendégekért vannak! Biztosan visszatérünk még! :-) Bad: -

Összességében minden rendben volt, a wellness hiányzott az első este, de végül az is megvolt egy másik hotelben.

Good: Άνετο δωμάτιο, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία αν πρόκειται να παρακολουθήσει κανείς κάποια εκδήλωση στο στάδιο, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Επίσης η στάση του ΜΕΤΡΟ είναι ακριβώς δίπλα οπότε η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο γίνεται άνετα σε 10 λεπτά.

Good: Egy Bad: Egy éjszakára kitűnő, csendes, tiszta.

Good: Reggeli, szoba, személyzet, elhelyezkedés

Bad: A wellness részt átmenetileg lezárták, erről a foglalás után 2 nappal később e-mailben tájékoztattak…

Impeccable propre et calme

Good: A büféreggeli nagyon sokszínű volt.

Good: Prima kamer, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Bad: Niets

Good: Mindig tisztaság van, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Már többször voltunk itt. Főleg az elhelyezkedése miatt választjuk, a metró közvetlenül a szálloda mellett van, mindenhová egyszerűen el lehet jutni innen. Ár-érték arányban a legjobb Bad: A Spa részleg zárva volt, amit csak érkezés előtt egy nappal tudtunk meg. Ha benne van az árban, akkor azt valahogy korrigálni kellene. Nem megoldás, hogy a kilóméterekre lévő testvérszállodába át lehet menni. A fürdőben a víz nehezen megy le,a lefolyó "visszabeszél", visszajött a szennyvíz szag, egy alapos lefolyótisztítás, karbantartás rá férne.

Good: Die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war sehr gut. Frühstück hatte von allem etwas. Kaffee war gut. Tolle Aussicht. Bad: Zimmerreinigung war relativ spät (ca. 15:00-16:00). Löskaffee und Wasser wurden bei 5 Tagen nur einmal aufgefüllt.

Good: Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut direkt in der Nähe der S-Bahn-Station, was die Anreise und Ausflüge sehr bequem macht. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und hat mir gut gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Good: Nice and clean apartment, rich and tasty breakfest good location :)

Bad: A potágyon lévő matrac a kislánynak is nagyon kényelmetlen volt mivel 2 db van ezért ha tudnak ezen kellene javítani!Amúgy nagyon jó szállás kedves személyzettel!

Good: Alles perfekt, sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption.

Good: Buena ubicacion siempre prefiero tres aspectos: Ubicacion Metro en la cercania, atencion del personal, buena habitacion: tamaño, ubicacion, calidad de cama y ducha. Buendesayuno. Bad: La publicidad promocionaba pileta y no funcionaba. Hoel muy concirrido se nota en el desayuno. De muy buena calidad pero salon colmado. En ese aspecto no es un hotel exclusivo

Bad: Цените в ресторанта са прекалено високи.

Good: Frühstück war sehr gut, alles sauber, Rezeption und Restaurant alle nett Bad: Sehr laut, die Baustelle (kann Hotel nichts dafür) und die Lüftung die man nicht ausschalten kann. Vor dem Hotel ist der Boden kaputt, habe eine Delle übersehen und bin hingefallen, könnte repariert werden. Das Zimmermädchen ist 2x ins Zimmer reingekommen obwohl wir drinnen waren (könnte besser gelöst werden)

Good: Für unsere Zwecke (Konzert in der Sportarena) war das Hotel optimal, weil nur 2min. entfernt. Außerdem ist die U-Bahn M2 gleich ums Eck und etliche Buslinien bringen einen schnell ans gewünschte Ziel. Das Frühstück war mehr als ergiebig; Riesen Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und groß genug.

Good: Kedvesség,tisztaság. Szép szoba. Bad: Telefonon beszéltünk más kérdés miatt,de sajnos nem említették,hogy a wellnes részleg felújítás alatt van. Ezzel csak érkezéskor szembesültem.

Good: Az ágy kényelmes és hatalmas volt!

Good: מלון מצויין מיקום מעולה לשופינג מול קניון ארנה - מרחק הליכה של פחות מ- 10 דקות ( תחנה 1 באוטובוס) נקי , שירות טוב מקשיבים ומשתדלים לסייע בכל דבר.

Good: Sehr leckeres Frühstück, nahe zur U-Bahn. Bad: Laute andere Gäste.

Good: Bylo to dokonalé Bad: Jen Rumuni dělali rachot

Good: Barátsagos személyzet, bőséges reggeli, tisztaság Bad: Sajnos pont wellnesskarbantartás volt, igy nem tudtuk használni az extrákat amelyek a nem kevés árban elvileg benne voltak.

Good: Baia are o probleme cu scurgerea. Vana se umple in timp de faci dus, asa a fost si datile trecute cand am dormit la hotel dar locatia este foarte buna, micul dejun la fel ca sa conteze scurgerea de la baie :)

Good: totul la superlativ Bad: nimic care sa nu corespunda

Good: Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. Szép kilátás a városra. Jó étterem.Az ár kiválló. Bad: Már sokadjára jártunk úgy, hogy bejelöltük kereséskor a parkolót, foglalás után derült ki, hogy nem garantált. Nem biztos, hogy a szálloda hibája, lehet a Booking rendszerén kellene változtatni.

Good: מלון גדול אך אם זאת לא רועש ולא עמוס מידי, ביום גשמי היה אפשר לרדת לבריכה ולסאונה, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת. החדרנית ראתה שקנינו זר פרחים באחד החדרים והבינה שיש אירוע מיוחד אז השאירה לנו שמפניה קטנה וכוסות זה היה ממש נחמד לגלות מחווה כזו. Bad: הזמנו את המלון כחודש לפני, יומיים לפני ההגעה שלנו הודיעו שהבריכה תיהיה סגורה בחלק מהחופשה בגלל שיפוצים.. משהו שהיינו מצפים שיודיעו לנו קודם. הינו משפחה של 7 נפשות ב3 חדרים. בכל חדר היתה תקלה, חדר אחד המנעול לא הסתובב, בחדר אחר היה חסר מזרן למיטה והיא היתה קשיחה, בחדר אחר הפן לא עבד באופן תקין.. אלה דברים שוליים שלא מאוד הפריעו לנו לכן לא פנינו לצוות אבל הגענו למלון לאחר שההורים שלי שהו בו בחודש מאי השנה והכל היה מושלם, הפעם הם יצאו קצת מאוכזבים.. אבל סך הכל נהננו

Good: Near concert location. Breakfast. Bad: Pool and spa was not working. They included breakfast as compensation.

Good: Breakfast was quite nice and the rooms were very tidy and comfortable. Bad: Only thing that could have made even better was if there were a few slippers provided in the room to be used to go to the pool. Other than that everything else was quite fantastic.

Good: Nekünk nagyon jó volt! Kényelmes, tiszta, szuper reggeli! Máskor is fogjuk választani a Hotelt. Bad: Kicsit nekünk hűvös volt a szoba. Ettől függetlenül minden jó volt.

Good: Vrlo ljubazno osoblje, hotel čist, udoban, doručak sjajan, prezadovoljni. Bad: Jedina zamjerka je da ne radi bazen, a odabrali smo hotel baš zbog bazena.

The room was clean and tidy. There were complete drinking facilities in the room, a refrigerator with 1 bottle of drinking water, a beautiful view, and a very comfortable bed. It's only 1 stop from Keleti train station on the M2. The reception staff were friendly, but unfortunately the pool and sauna were closed for renovations on the day we stayed. The breakfast was good and the place was spacious. The restaurant staff, I hadn't finished my coffee and it was in my hand, just looking to collect the container.

Highly recommend stayed for 6 nights .. all staff were amazing .. 1 min walk from the metro station, sauna and pool amazing... coming back next year

Good: Great service from kris , Gregor and Victoria Bad: The bar staff were quite rude

Good: Gute Lage mit Metro und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Prima Pool, Sauna und Fitnessstudio. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Good: A reggeli nagyon jó, sok választék. Bad: Kicsit hangosak a vendégek a folyosón.

Good: Lokacija je odlična, metro stanica je na par koraka odavde. Javna garaza se nalazi odmah pored hotela, pa ne treba tražiti parking. Sve je lepo i čisto. Bad: Čistačica nam je prvog dana odnela peškire, iako ih nismo ostavili na podu, a nije ostavila ciste.

Die Zimmer sind Sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Wir sind auf Durchreise und haben dieses Hotel auch ein wenig wegen den Rezensionen besucht. Ich hätte es ernst nehmen müssen wegen der Hellhörigkeit schlimm einfach nur schlimm. Mann hat wirklich alles gehört. VG

Good location, right next to Puskas stadium, Metro station, Arena mall, and near train station. Hotel is big, a little rundown, but impeccably clean, has a nice lobby bar, a huge restaurant (with an excellent full breakfast buffet!). Rooms are comfy and the service from all the staff was outstanding!

Good: I did not experience the breakfast. The location I booked by accident, it was the wrong train station! The pool was very clean and quiet. The staff at check-in were excellent. Very patient, as I was having great difficulty with my phone. Bad: Coming from the Metro station, the entrance to the hotel was not very clear or well lit. The area is a little bit rundown and I was a little bit nervous.

Good: Es war sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück gab es eine extrem große, sehr leckere Auswahl. Ich habe dieses Hotel u.a. wegen des als super beschriebenen Frühstücks gebucht und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Auch das Essen im Hotelrestaurnt ist absolut empfehlenswert zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Leider haben wir es nicht geschafft, den Swimmingpool zu benutzen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Stadion, das ist nett, sonst ist die Gegend na ja. Direkt beim Hotel ist aber eine ImU-Bahnstation, man ist in 20-25 Minuten sehr bequem im Zentrum. Bad: Leider gab es im Verlauf unseres Aufenthaltes bei der U-Bahn irgendwann Schienenersatzverkehr. Der funktionierte aber im Vergleich zu zu Hause erstaunlich gut.

Good: Идеальное соотношение цены и качества. Отличные завтраки. Метро рядом. Великолепный вид на город. Отличная сауна. Bad: Номер был на пятом этаже. На балконе шумно от городского транспорта, но это не вина гостиницы. Если дверь закрыта, тихо.

Good: Fenomenalna lokacija, stanica podzemne željeznice odmah pokraj hotela. Super brzi WIFI internet. Odličan izbor jela za doručak. Ljubazno osoblje. Čisto i uredno. Lijep pogled s viših katova. Bazen i sauna unutar SPA zone. Dobar odnos cijene i kvalitete. Bad: Voda u bazenu bi možda mogla biti malo toplija.

Good: Mi-a placut ca e aproape de metrou, e curat, micul dejun ok. Bad: Apa la piscina este rece si in camera unde este piscina este destul de rece. Ma asteptam ca macar in camera sa fie mai cald......imi era frig in costum de baie si nici nu intrasem in apa.
