Historic hotel in prime position in city centre

Good: Prachtig hotel, met prima ontbijt. Voor een prima prijs. Bad: De staat van de kamer: stofzuigen had beter gekund en het tapijt zat vol vlekken. Kamer was duidelijk toe aan een renovatie, wij verbleven in de classic tweepersoonskamer. Maar daardoor was de prijs voor ons wel interessant. Er zijn ook gerenoveerde kamers.

Good: Great food selection

Good: De locatie. Pal naast een metrostation. Ideaal om de stad snel te ontdekken. Bad: Niets.

Good: The location couldn't be better—it's right in the city centre, with everything you need just a short walk away. From popular tourist attractions and restaurants to cafés, supermarkets, and shopping streets, everything is easily accessible on foot. Bad: The restaurant could offer a wider variety of dinner options.

Good location. Beautiful grand hotel

Good: Very nice hotel with a nice location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bad: Location is good and it ‘s a beautiful old hotel. Well maintained with a lot of character and charm.

Good: It was our please to stay in this historic hotel. The location of the property to the Danube river, metro and nightlife was excellent. Bad: Unable to fault!

Airconditioning was good in the room .

Good: Location was great step out of hotel and Metro 2 at the door as well as bus and trams. So easy to navigate the city with public transportation Breakfast was fabulous with a range of hot and cold dishes. Bad: The staff were very serious

Good: A localização é excelente. O quarto é bastante confortável e espaçoso para duas pessoas. A limpeza é cuidadosa e os funcionários em geral são prestativos. Bad: Entendo a preocupação em manter a arquitetura original, mas a recepção, pelo menos internamente, poderia ser melhorada. Não tem muito opção de bolos e doces no café da manhã.

Very Edwardian look but first class rooms. Staff brilliant and very helpful. Especially the waiting staff in the restaurant. We arrived at 20:40 all hungry I asked if the kitchen was still serving and was told yes till 21:00. Got into the restaurant at 20:55, the manager and waiter were both friendly and served us happily. Cleaners were all very nice.

Good: Nagyon jó a szálloda hangulata. Kellemes légkör, elegáns környezet. Bad: Sajnos a környékbeli házak nagyon leromlott állapotúak, de a központi hely kárpótol.

I really enjoyed the smooth check-in and professionalism with customer service. Location was ideal, 10 metres from metro red line, 300 metres from blue line metro, supermarkets nearby and Dohamy synagogue very close. Breakfast was good.

Good: La ubicación es fantástica. Puedes ir a muchos sitios andando y además está muy bien comunicado. La habitación es amplia y la cama muy cómoda. Puedes hacerte té o café en la habitación además de una nevera. La cocina del restaurante muy bien aunque no es barato. Bad: La limpieza del baño es mejorable. La botella de agua sólo la pusieron el primer día. En lugares comunes huele a cañerías y les vendría bien una pequeña reforma.

בית מלון ממוקם במרכז העיר. צמוד לבית מלון יש מטרו,רכבת קלה, אוטובוסים ואוטובוסים חשמליים. אחד מבתי מלון מעטים שבו ניתן להזמין חדר משפחתי למשפחה עם 2 ילדים. אם יש 3 ילדים כבר צריך להזמין 2 חדרים. לגבי מוניות מקסימום שמונית יכולה להסיע זה 6 נוסעים. ניתן לקנות כרטיסים חופשי שבועי או חופשי 72 שעות לכל סוגי התחבורה. מכונות הכרטיסים צמודים לתחנות המטרו. לתקף כרטיס חובה לפני העליה לתחבורה ולשמור כל הנסיעה עד יציאה מתחנת היעד. בבית ה מלון יש ארוחת בוקר ובר משקאות שעובד כל היום עד 11 בערב. מנקים חדרים כל יום. יש עיכוב במילוי שקיות תה וקפה בחדרים אבל תמיד ניתן להתקשר לקבלה מטלפון נייח שבחדר

Good: Loved my room, appreciated the TV - saw FIFA Games, Restaurant was excellent as was the location. Bad: Only thing for me would have been a lower price.I’d come back in a minute if I could.

Good: The Danubia Astoria is an elegant reminder of Hungary's glory days of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Some of the furnishings are old but in good condition. The immediate neighborhood is a little on the gritty side, but the location is amazingly convenient, with subway, bus and tram stops all just outside the front door. Staff were uniformly kind, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. Bad: My only real complaint is that the shower temperature tended to swing wildly between hot and cold. Other than that, there is a bit of traffic noise and exhaust fume air as one would expect being in the middle of a major city.

Good: Tolles Hotel. Sehr gute Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (5 Jahre) da. Es war sehr viel Platz mit einem tollen großem Bett. Da hatten wir alle genügend Platz. Im Großen und Ganzen war auch alles schön sauber. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Was uns überaus gut gefallen hat: Unser Zug ist am Morgen in Budapest angekommen und wir waren schon gegen 9 im Hotel und wir konnten gleich in unser Zimmer, obwohl der Check in erst 15 Uhr gewesen wäre. Mit keinem Kind einfach top. Bad: Die Bedienungen im Frühstücksraum war wirklich nicht sehr freundlich. Man hatte sogar das Gefühl, das über einen gelästert wird! (mein persönliches Empfinden)

The reception is a little sluggish to acknowledge you but once they do they are very helpful . Loved the friendliness of the cleaners , always greeted us in mornings . Slight downside is that there is no iron in room and don’t provide one with a request, instead you would need to go to the 6th floor ironing room. Also somehow , while the room was very clean but always found some hair on bathroom floor ( I promise it wasn’t mine as it differed in colour😅). Signed painting in suit room we stayed , also beautiful view from the balconies and nice antique furniture .

The reception and breakfast staff were extremely helpful

Good: We stayed in a classic twin room and it was very comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful. We are planning to come back next year.

Good: Great location right by several public transportation options and within walking distance to a lot of other sites and restaurants. Also really great water pressure in the shower! Bad: I felt like housekeeping could have done a better job. I only had my room cleaned 3 times during my 11 night stay. They did not always change the towels or replace the toilet paper or completely empty the trash. Thankfully my room was clean when I arrived

Good: Mit offenem Fenster wäre Schlafen schwierig geworden! Es war ein wenig staubig an Stellen wo man mit dem Besen nicht hingekommen ist! Vor allem unter dem Tisch zwischen den Betten.

Good: L'hôtel est très bien situé. A 30 m du métro et des principales lignes de bus ( à noter que tous les transports publics bus metro, tram et trains sont gratuits pour les européens de plus de 65 ans. c'est très pratique !) La chambre est très grande et bien meublée Le lit est très large 200 cm et confortable Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel en variété, qualité et quantité. Bad: Samedi soir, beaucoup de gens bruyants sous ma fenêtre rue Magyar utca jusqu'à une heure tardive. Le personnel à l'accueil est peu souriant et ne parle qu'un anglais peu compréhensible (pour un Français) Le ménage de la chambre n'a pas été fait pendant une semaine . Juste le changement des serviettes. Lit pas fait.

Had a good visit but disappointed with room cleaning staf 2 days out of my 3 the room was not serviced coffee cups not cleaned bins in bathroom not emptied and curtesy tray not replenish . Must say breakfast was outstanding

All was very good, I’m Very satisfied

I would do 4.5 because of the hard beds but that wasn't enough to warrant a four. The room looked great and we enjoyed the view of the nearby architecture from the sixth floor. The restaurant was GREAT I highly recommend eating there for dinner at least once during your stay. For the most part it was quiet except for one pair of guests in the hallway but that only happened once.

Good: Hotel má výjimečnou atmosféru. Je celý v secesním stylu. Po vstupu se ocitnete na počátku 19. století. Hotel má krásnou stylovou kavárnu a restauraci. Pokoje jsou přiměřeně prostorné a pohodlné. Bad: nic mne nenapadá.

Good: Bardzo fajny hotel w centrum miasta. Usytuowany w ładnej kamienicy. Idealnie skomunikowany. Można skorzystać z metra które jest dosłownie przy wejściu. Na piechotkę szybko nad Dunaj. Bardzo dobre śniadania w klimatycznej hotelowej restauracji. Można się poczuć jak za dawnych czasów Austro-Węgier. Korzystałem z pokoju rodzinnego który spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania.

Good: Konumu çok iyi, her yere hem yürüme mesafesinde hem de yakında otobüs, metro ve tramvay hatları geçiyor. Otel temiz, odalar klimalı, oda genişliği iyi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Eski klasik bit görüntüsü var ama temiz ve bakımlı. Sıcak havada lobiye soğuk su bile koymuşlardı. Bad: Beğenmediğimiz bir şey olmadı.

Muy céntrico, muy bien comunicado andando o con transporte público. A pesar de no manejarnos muy bien con el inglés, se esforzaron por entendernos. Desayuno abundante y delicioso. Excelente calidad a precio asequible.

Good: Konum harika her yere yürüme mesafesinde.kahvaltı çok güzel.oda çok geniş.çıkışta ücretsiz bavulumuzada göz kulak oldular. Tekrardan kesinlikle gelmek isterim.herkese tavsiye ederim. Bad: Sadece bir keresinde kahvaltıda mekanı sinek basmıştı.sanırım mevsimle alakalı.buna özen gösterebilir.bunun dışında bir sorun yok.

Good: La proximité avec les lieux a visiter Le petit déjeuner La taille des chambres Le frigo dans la chambre Le professionnalisme du personnel Bad: Volet cassé dans la chambre mais le personnel a immédiatement changé notre numéro de chambre. En revanche nous avons du nous même monter le chariot a bagages et tout déplacer alors que nous avions un bébé de 8 mois dans les bras. Et dommage pas de compensation que ce soit le petit déjeuner offert ou une plus grande chambre.
