Good: Отличное расположение в центре - близко от всех основных достопримечательностей города. Очень приветливый персонал, довольно чисто - да, убираются в номере раз в три дня из-за эпидемии, но все основное можно попросить на ресепшене. Сам отель с атмосферой 20х гг, очень красивый, наш номер был с высокими потолками, ванной и небольшим балкончиком. Все понравилось! Bad: Жалко, что не работал ресторан во время нашей поездки. Возможно, небольшой косметический ремонт в ванной комнате бы не помешал. Высокая слышимость, но это особенность многих старых зданий.

Good: Отличный отель в центре города. Удобно в качестве базы для прогулок по городу, как по Буде, так и по Пешту. Находится в 2 шагах от остановки Astoria, куда приходит автобус из аэропорта. Очень хороший плотный завтрак с горячими блюдами, свежими фруктами и овощами.

Good: красивый отель, вкусный завтрак, вкусный кофе, у нас был большой номер, красивый вид на город из окна номера, рядом остановка автобуса в аэропорт, в центре Будапешта. Bad: мы приехали на 2 часа раньше (13 часов) заселения (15 часов) , нам сказали, что сейчас номер не готов, попросили подойти в 15. ок. я спросила, где я могу переодеться. т к был мой день рождения (по плану сразу был поход в ресторан) . мне предложили туалетную комнату. там я и переоделась. выхожу через минут 8, и работник отеля мне с улыбкой говорит , Ольга ваша комната готова. не знаю , что это было. толи он хотел с нас доплату за 2 часа ( проверял ), толи сюрприз такой ко дню рождения ( в отеле знали об этом) короче, фокус не совсем удался. мне не до улыбок было, после того, что я толклась в этом туалете переодеваясь. не думаю , что 8 минут что-то решили. такая история , сразу подпортила отношение к этому заведению.

Персонал готов был помочь, но практически никакого сервиса не было в наличии, услугой уборки не успели воспользоваться=)) Bad: Гостиница находится в центре, но рядом очень много забегаловок, типа пиццерий и шаурмы, где находился не очень приятный контингент, многие расшивали спиртные напитки прямо на улице.

Good: The hotel is particularly beautiful, furnished with class, style and elements of a high standard. The staff are very polite and professional. We stayed in an apartment with one bedroom, a living room and 2 bathrooms, all very finely furnished and with attention to detail, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Although the hotel is located on a busy road, the rooms are very well soundproofed. The location is very central, in a few minutes on foot you can reach the center. The breakfast was also excellent, very filling with a wide choice. Perhaps compared to average hotels in Budapest it is relatively expensive, but it offers an excellent quality of service that is nowhere near comparable to lower-middle-range hotels. Absolutely recommended!

Good: Очень удобное расположение. Рядом и метро, и магазины, и достопримечательности. Атмосферный отель. Было чисто, удобно и тепло. Завтраки были обычные, ничего сверх ожиданий. Просто хорошие, со средним выбором, всем всего хватало. Из странного, но это не повлияло на оценку- в номере нет чайника, нет мыла для мытья рук, и не убирают, если не попросишь. Мы просили выкидывать мусор. И я курю, поэтому приходилось ходить на улицу. Балконов или террас у гостиницы нет.

Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell som ligger mitt i centrala Budapest med gångavstånd till det mesta. Vill man inte gå så finns både Metro, buss och Hop on hop off bara nån minuts gångväg från hotellet. Vi valde att köpa 48h hop on hop off buss, då ingår även en kortare båttur på Donau. Kostar ca 250kr/vuxen. Man tar sig runt på ett bra å enkelt sett då till dom flesta sevärdheterna. Hotellet har mycket trevlig och vänlig personal som gärna hjälper till med förslag mm. en helt ok frukost. Något slitet kanske men ändå helt ok! Att tänka på är att huvudgatan går alldeles utanför så är man känslig mot buller så kör på öronproppar 👍 Vi bodde här i tre nätter med frukost i ett av dom större rummen med stor säng (190cm bred) liten soffgrupp kylskåp mm för knappt 3000kr ink frukost.

Good: אחלה תמורה לכסף. מיקום מצויין, לקחנו חדר רגיל והחדר שקיבלנו היה מרווח מאוד ביחס לבתי המלון שתמצאו בבירות אירופה (אפילו עם מרפסת קטנה). ארוחת הבוקר סטנדרטית - וזה בסדר גמור. Bad: It seems that COVID turned the hotel into a mood of “half power”. The restaurant is closed, no coffee available (only as part of breakfast), the lobby is too dark, and in general the atmosphere is pretty sleepy. I would recommend the management to do something with it. Thank you.

Charming hotel, a bit even like a parody of itself, the luxurious classical Central European hotel with its art nouveau, Chinese vases and list of visitors and uses as film location from Win Wenders to Istvan Szabo. I can definitely recommend for any reflective cultural guest. The breakfast was great too.

The hotel is in good location, near centrum and metro. Hotel staff especially in day time is very kind, helpful and approchabel most especially very flexible about our check in and luggage storage. The entire stay is fantastic. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Good: מיקום מצוין! - במרחק של הליכה כיפית לכל האטרקציות המרכזיות, תחבורה ציבורית בפתח המלון, כולל שאטל E100 משדה התעופה. סופר גדול ליד המלון. מבנה היסטורי מעוצב, חדרים גדולים ונוחים. בידוד טוב בחלונות - אנחנו קיבלנו חדר שפונה לצומת הגדולה של ASTORIA עם נוף מדהים ולמרות שהצומת מאוד תוססת לא שמענו כל רעש כשהחלונות היו סגורים. ארוחת בוקר בסדר גמור עם כל מה שצריך כולל פירות וירקות. תודה מיוחדת לצוות! - סבלניים, נעימים, עוזרים בכל מה שצריך. בין היתר עזרו לנו עם קביעת בדיקת PCR (במרחק הליכה של 5 דקות מהמלון) והדפסת מסמכים. בחוות דעת נכתב רבות על שרות נקיון בחדרים - כבר בצ'ק אין מסבירים ששרות ניקיון לא מתבצע אוטומטית כל יום, במידת הצורך יש להודיע בקבלה יום מראש במידה ורוצים שינקו את החדר למחרת. אנחנו הודענו כבר ביום השני וזה עבד מצוין. Bad: חסר אמצעי הכנת קפה / תא בחדר. אפילו לא קומקום.

It's a beautiful hotel, in a great location, and the people at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside we had was our in room safe didn't work, and we had to pre-book housekeeping. That annoyed me, as staying at a hotel, housekeeping is literally half of the cost of the room rate. We were there 4 nights, and our room was in need of some housekeeping by the time we left.

Good: Отличное расположение.Автобус 100Е из аэропорта, туристический автобус и метро в 50 метрах от входа.Кафе, суперы - все рядом.До набережной и ул.Ваци 5-7 минут пешком. У нас был большой номер с 2 дверями на балкон.Много места. Очень хороший и отзывчивый персонал. Bad: Однообразный завтрак, все 6 дней одно и тоже.Нет выбора салатов.Рыба, запеканки, паста остались только на фотографиях. Ресторан закрыт из за короны.

Good: Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat, aproape de principalele obiective turistice la care te poți deplasa pe jos fără nicio problema. Хороший Отель с историей. С прекрасным расположением. Со вкусным завтраком с 07-10 утра ( есть 4 вида колбасы, 2 вида сыра, очень вкусный кофе, фрукты, также есть молоко без лактозы и соевое 👍) единственное чего не хватало в номере это чайника и тапочек. Wi fi работал очень хорошо.

Good: Das Frühstück war einwandfrei, auch Vegetarier sind auf ihre Kosten gekommen. Bad: Es gab leider keine Parkplätze die zum Hotel gehörten und auch eine Auskunft über hotelnahe Parkmöglichkeiten war eher schlecht als Recht.
