Everything about The Helia is great from the friendly staff to the superb riverside location.

I stayed there for a week in November and everything was the best as usual. Had a power outage in my room, reported it to reception and it was restored within ten minutes. Had breakfast every morning and it was great. Such a good variety of foods. Tasty start to the day. The leisure facilities are exceptional. Used them every day. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Will only stay there when I go to Budapest.

Good: Комната была новой, сразу после ремонта. Завтраки отличные! Бесплатный СПА для проживающих. Bad: Персонал при уборке оставил старый пакетик чая и ложку на столе. Также заказала ужин в баре и он был очень невкусным. Заказала чизбургер, а котлета была сырой.

This was not my first and definitely not my last time booking this hotel. Great location close to the Danube and services that make your stay all the more enjoyable. The staff is very professional and helpful and the hotel's restaurant and bar offers a wide variety of meals & drinks. Rooms are well equipped, the wellness and spa area is clean and a joy to return to after a long day out in the city. I absolutely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return there myself.

Good: Miła i pomocna obsługa. Wygodne łóżko. Świetny basen. Bad: Zbyt skąpe menu w bisto barze. Ale może spowodowane było zamkniętą restauracją w związku z remontem obiektu.

Good: Egyszoval: Minden. Szalloda tiszta es modern. Szemelyzet kedves. Reggeli boseges es finom, nagyon boseges valasztek. Wellnes resz szep, fittnesz modern, szauna, gozkabin egyszeruen tokeletes. Parkolas a hotel elott, kivalo tomegkozlekedes. Bad: Ilyen nincs.

Good: Pool, breakfast, location, staff, really nice, comfortable rooms, nice lobby, gym etc

Osoblje veoma srusretljivo , dorucak izvrstan jedan od boljih. Parking 12 eura cijeli dan odlicno . Sobe ciste . Treba obnova al to znaju i sami😁

Prijeten hotel na dobri lokaciji. Parkirišče pred hotelom, dobro izhodišče za raziskovanje Budimpešte. Osebje je prijazno, zajtrk je ukusen in raznovrstne. Na voljo je tudi bazen in fitnes.

Good: Raňajky boli výborné. Parkovanie super. Výhľad z izby na Dunaj a jesenný Margit sziget top. Poloha v meste uplne postačujúca. Kľudná a relatívne tichá štvrť Budapešti. Lobby, reštaurácia, bar, výťahy sú krásne, moderne prerobené. Izba a wellness mali troška staršie vybavenie, ale čistota izieb aj wellnessu hodnotím 12 z 10😊. Určite sa vrátime a ďakujeme.

Good: Locatia hotelului este foarte frumoasa. Camera pe care am rezervat-o a fost cam mica, dar a avut vedere la Dunăre. Patul si pernele au fost foarte confortabile. Micul dejun foarte diverificat, ptr toate gusturile. Bad: Mi-ar fi placut ca in camera sa gasesc o sticla cu apa sau frigiderul sa contina bauturi si snacks

Good: Hotel bardzo ładnie położony, tuż przy rzece Dunaj. Pyszne śniadania. Blisko do metra, my jednak w zasadzie poruszaliśmy się po całym mieście pieszo. Po całym dniu chodzenia relaks na basenie - super (w cenie pobytu). Dojazd z lotniska i na lotnisko (nawet w środku nocy) bez żadnych problemów. Polecam :)

Good: Очень хороший отель, особенно для длительного пребывания. В номере есть все необходимое. Если были бы белые тапочки, было бы вообще идеально. Номер брали с ремонтом. Отзывчивый персонал, реагировали на все просьбы. На ужин по запросу готовили для ребенка блюда без соусов. За 6 дней пребывания ужины не повторялись. На ужин вода включена в стоимость. После прогулок можно расслабиться в бассейне и сауне. Bad: Из минусов: некачественная уборка номеров. Нормальная уборка была через день. В один день была только видимость уборки: застелили постель и поменяли полотенца. В ванной не помыли и даже не вынесли мусор. Туалетную бумагу ложили через день. И в номере не работал полотенцесушитель. Но тут не знаю, возможно, отключили централизовано. В целом - отель, в который хочется вернуться еще.

Good: Удобное расположение.Рядом с гостинницой остановки автобуса.тролейбуса.метро пешком 5 мин.Прекрасный персонал в ресепшион и в спа. Bad: Отвратительная уборка номеров.Ужин просто катастрофа. Официанты не двигаются.Стоят как статуи и даже не собираются убирать грязную посуду со столов. Не смотря что было только 2 столика занято.Наверняка гости гостинницы знакомы с этим ужасом и не приходят на ужин.Вся еда холодная.На завтраке вся еда холодная тоже.Никто не следит что бы нагреватели плат работали.Частенько поподается грязная посуда.

Good: A rend, a tisztaság, a kedvesség, segítőkészség, a finom ételek és italok a reggelinél és a yellow vendéglőnél. Köszönjük az evőezközöket. Bad: Nem lehetett a tv-hez telefonnal csatlakozni és kevés adó volt elérhető és youtube vagy Netflix legalább lehetett volna, vagy HBO.

I would be very happy to recommend it to others.

Good: Bazen, sauna, obilan doručak, novouređena soba, pogled na Dunav, ljubazno osoblje Bad: Malo izbora TV programa u sobi. Nije bilo "jednostavne" hrane za večeru, samo neki specijaliteti. Za doručak nema palačinki, "jeftini" namazi i salame. Lokacija, tj. puno presjedanja da bi se došlo do centra (većinom više od pola sata uz čekanja za 3km vožnje).

Good: Tisztaság, választékos reggeli, remek wellness és jó elhelyezkedés. Mindig szívesen jövünk ide és biztosan visszatérünk.

Good: Really nice place - I have stayed in one of the renovated rooms. I didn't had time to visit the spa center this time, but both restaurants in which I have had dinner are great. Very good breakfast :) Really close to the public transport stops.

My husband and I love the breakfast buffet and the relaxed feeling of the hotel. We also loved the small restaurant, "Yellow," where we had two excellent meals with family. The health club is a wonderful opportunity to work out in the exercise rooms. There are two floors: one for weight training and the second for cardio exercises. bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals. Most of all, we love the three pools of different temperatures. The hotel has all we need for a wonderful getaway.

Good: Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, smaczne. Pobyt oceniam jako bardzo udany, blisko stacji metro i przystanku trolejbusowego, zachwycający widok na Dunaj (szczególnie nocą). Wygodny parking, świetne baseny z niemalże gorącą wodą. Świetne rozwiązanie dotyczące pobytu dzieci na basenie (mogą korzystać dwie godziny po otwarciu do dwóch godzin przed zamknięciem). W recepcji woda dla gości hotelowych do picia z cytrusami i miętą. Personel miły i pomocny.

Többször jártunk már Önöknél "csajos" hétvégén a barátnőmmel, a szálloda szolgáltatásai (wellness) és elhelyezkedése (közel a Westend és a körúti szórakozóhelyek, vendéglátóhelyek, a RAM Colosseum) épp ideális számunkra.

Good: Pools mit verschiedenen Wassertemperatur waren super. Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffet Form mit genügend Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen. Bad: Wir haben beim einchecken gar keine Informationen bekommen über das Hotel,solche wie ,zum beispiel, wo und wann ist Frühstück, Öffnungszeiten von Spabereich ...

Good: Intérieur très beau et moderne, design original; chambre et espaces spacieux, confortable. Grande piscine intérieure. Service aimable et professionnel. Maintenance réactive et efficace. Bad: Métro à 10' à pied. L'extérieur de l'hôtel, bien que correct, est largement en dessous de son confort et réel et de son superbe design intérieur. bémol petit déjeuner: très bien , mais seulement 2 machines à café pour une nombreuse clientèle.

Good: Very good value for the money and location is great if you would like to walk in Budapest. Bad: Nothing to complain as we just stayed for one night.

Good: Allgemein fantastisch. Bad: Das Zimmer war etwas klein für zwei.

Good: Poziționat pe malul Dunării, cu stații de autobuz la 2-3 minute de mers pe jos, însă relativ departe de obiectivele turistice. Micul dejun este bun, diversificat, sunt suficiente variante din care se poate alege. Zona de lobby, restaurant este renovata in totalitate. De asemenea, recomand doar dacă alegeți o camera renovată, din ce am reușit să vad restul camerelor nu arata prea bine. Bad: Nu recomand pentru zona de spa, care este foarte învechită iar mirosul de clor se simte destul de tare. Check -inul se poate face doar la ora 15, chiar daca au camere libere iar la această oră, la recepție se creează cozi destul de mari, operațiunea fiind destul de greoaie.
