Personale molto gentile, molto educato, sempre sorridente e molto preparato. Disponibile ad ogni tua richiesta.. Il pianista è davvero un artista ed io gli detto "bravo" con sincerità. Tutta l'atmosfera che è lì intorno è piacevole. Il personale di servizio nella sala ristorante è così solerte che devi stare attento che non ti porti via il cappuccino che stai ancora bevendo mentre ti sei alzato per prendere un dolcetto...... Comunque direi, per finire, hotel ottimo e gente ungherese meravigliosa!!!!!!!!! Budapest mi ha incantata......

Good: Rewelacyjne śniadania. Olbrzymi wybór i wszystko super świeże i smaczne. Bardzo rozbudowana jak na hotel strefa spa- wellness. Obszerny parking z niską jak na Budapeszt ceną za dobę. Świetna lokalizacja. Bad: Słaby serwis sprzątający pokoje. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że pojemniki na mydło i żel pod prysznic były KOMPLETNIE PUSTE. Na drugi dzień poprosiłam Panią o ich napełnienie oraz uzupełnienie papieru- mydło uzupełniła, ale zostawiła mnie z kończącą się rolką papieru. Przy okazji zabrała kaucjonowane butelki, które NIE BYŁY W KOSZU ANI OBOK KOSZA, tylko odstawione w innym miejscu. Nie chodzi o parę groszy, ale to niedopuszczalne.

Good: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysto i komfortowo. Bad: Jedynym mankamentem była dziwnie skonstruowana kabina prysznicowa, trzeba było bardzo uważać, bo inaczej woda wylewała się na podłogę.

Good: A szálloda nagyon jó és szép helyen van. A szálloda teljesítette a szobára vonatkozó különleges kéréseinket. A reggeli nagyon változatos és finom volt. A vaníliás csiga receptét jó lett volna megtudni a séftől :) Az ágy kényelmes volt, nem se túl kemény, se túl puha. Bad: A napozó teraszra jó lenne néhány napernyő és egy tusoló, hogy kényelmesebb legyen a pihenés.

Very good hotel with comfortable rooms. We stayed for four nights in a modern, well-equipped apartment that included two TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, two bathrooms, and air conditioning. The breakfasts were very good, with a wide selection of food. If we visit Budapest again, we will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it.

Good: Curatenia , diversitatea la micul dejun , piscina , sala de sport .. toate incluse in pretul cazarii ! Bad: Parcarea se plătește suplimentar 17€ peste noapte !!

Good: Hotel je ugodan i uredan. Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno ,pristupačno i spremno pomoći. Sobe su jako čiste i ugodne za boravak. Lokacija je dobro povezana sa gradskim prijevozom, jednostavno je doći do svih znamenitosti. Hrana je bila odlična, veliki izbor za doručak i večeru. Komunicirali smo sa puno lokalnih ljudi, svi odlično govore engleski i spremni su pomoći! Čista desetka i za hotel i grad 😊

Good: Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen!! Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, alle Anliegen direkt zu klären. Man hat im Haus die volle Infrastruktur, kann ins Spa gehen oder auch etwas zum Abendbrot essen. Die Betten waren ganz ok. Bad: Die Reinigung ist nicht perfekt, schon bei Ankunft waren in unserem Zimmer Krümel auf dem Boden und Staub auf Kanten, das müsste verbessert werden; das sah in den Gängen auch so aus. Insgesamt aber noch ok.

Good: Pobyt minął bardzo przyjemnie, duży plus - klimatyzacja w pokoju. Pokój ładny, łóżka wygodne. Widok na rzekę był w porządku. Śniadania były bardzo dobre, duży wybór. Obsługa w recepcji super. Bad: Naczynia dostępne w pokojach nie były do końca czyste. Pokój trochę mały jak na trzy osoby. Panie, które sprzątały na śniadaniu, mogłyby być bardziej dyskretne. (patrzenie się na gości i rozmawianie o nich, śmiejąc się były trochę nie na miejscu, można poczuć się nieswojo).

It was a wonderful experience that we had at the Danubius Hotel Helia. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, the service and food were excellent. And last but not least, the time spent at the spa was wonderful, perfect for escaping the 37° C heat from outside. We only stayed one night but we will definitely come back. Budapest has won our hearts ! 🫶

Good: - Pool area was grear, heated pool, open from 7am to 10pm. - Nice location at the river, so walking to city center is conformable, it is a bit too far, bit if you like to walk it is not a downside. - Big breakfast selection. - Conformable beds. Bad: - Rooms are bit too small, but we were two adults with 4 year old.

Good: Bardzo urozmaicony śniadania. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Wspaniałe centrum spa z którego korzystałam codziennie po wiele godzin - baseny, sauny, w pełni wyposażona siłownia, profesjonalne masażystki, bardzo dobre posiłki w barze w lobby w dobrych cenach. Dawno nie byłam w tak dobrym hotelu. Bad: Mały minus za brak parasoli słonecznych na tarasie słonecznym. Kolejny minus za słabo przygotowaną część kawiarni - restauracji na dworzu. Złożone krzesła i parasole. Często nie było posprzątane, ogólnie niezbyt ładnie. Przestrzeń wymaga aranżacji. Obecnie zupełnie nie chce się tam siedzieć.

Good: Fantastic hotel. Clean, comfortable air conditioned rooms. The best breakfast selection I’ve ever seen at a hotel. We had tea once in each restaurant. Both lovely each time. Used the swimming pool facilities once. Plenty room in changing rooms. Lovely area. The saunas are in the changing rooms, incase like me and my partner you expected to be sitting in the sauna together. Staff friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage there on the last day as we had a nighttime flight. Close to supermarkets and transport links. If you have the choice ask for a river view as it is beautiful.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were great - decent size and incredibly clean (premium balcony with river view). Swimming pools were fantastic - there different pools at different temperatures. Lovely lobby with comfortable seats and a nice outdoor seating area. Breakfast was reliable - hot cooked items (bacon, sausage, egg, beans, etc), cold meats and cheese, breads and pastries and more. We had travel cards for getting around - bus stop outside by the Prima store (also helpful to have nearby) and a 10 minute walk to the metro m3 line.

Good: We absolutely loved the whole Danubius Helia experience. Gorgeous staff, amazing and big variety of food, magnificent spa and gym, wonderful classes, spacious room. Everything was just so kindly and with lots of care and intelligence organized. They even upgraded our room, since we returned. Loved the design, the scent of the hotel, free extra mineral waters in the room and flavoured water in the lobby. We return definitely, especially if the keep their proce and quality ratio so good and affordable. By the way, if somebody could tell me where could I get the same scent, would love to have it in my home to remember always of the hotel. Bad: We absolutely l9ved everything.

Super hotel, stanici od metra , trolejbus po 10 minutách, čistý pokoj, milý personál, bohatá snídaně a jako bonus zdarma po celý den termální bazén s vířivkou a bazén pro plavce. Voda krásně čistá! Csak ajánlani tudom. Tiszta,rendezett szoba. Wellness részen külön törölköző. Papucs, fürdőköpeny, kávé,tea és ásványvíz a szobába bekészítve. Választékos és sokféle kínálat a reggelinél és vacsoránál is.

環境舒服，乾淨衞生，早餐種類齊全，緊鄰多瑙河，風景優美，特別適合愛運動的人入住，室內還有健身房和游泳池，不出門即可運動。

Good: The staff is nice and helpful. The food is plenty and delicious. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is open from early morning to late evening. Housekeeping is regular and the ladies very nice, always making sure we had everything we needed. Bad: -

Good: Concernant les points positifs de l’hôtel, le personnel a été excellent, que ce soit à la bagagerie, à la réception ou encore au bar. Les équipements sont complets et de très bonne qualité. La chambre est agréable et joliment décorée. La salle de petit-déjeuner est également très belle, on voit qu’elle a été rénovée récemment, ce qui apporte une impression de modernité. Bad: Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la chambre n’était pas particulièrement propre. Malheureusement, cette première impression s’est confirmée au fil des jours : le ménage semblait être effectué de manière très sommaire. Par exemple, une tasse sale a été laissée dans la chambre sans être remplacée, et le papier toilette n’a pas été réapprovisionné. Nous avons d’ailleurs dû en faire la demande auprès du personnel. Même constat concernant le petit-déjeuner. À l’inverse, il nous a semblé qu’il y avait beaucoup trop de personnel en salle. Dès que nous nous levions pour aller chercher quelque chose au buffet, notre table était débarrassée sans que l’on nous demande notre avis. À plusieurs reprises, nos assiettes ont été retirées alors que nous n’avions pas terminé, sans que nous ayons le temps de dire quoi que ce soit. Cette précipitation a été assez désagréable. Il serait sans doute préférable d’affecter une partie de ce personnel supplémentaire à l’entretien des chambres, où les besoins nous ont paru bien plus importants. Comme notre salle de bain était assez petite, ce n’était pas toujours évident. Même si nous sommes encore jeunes, la baignoire n’était pas vraiment pratique à utiliser au quotidien. De plus, il y avait très peu d’espaces de rangement pour nos affaires de toilette. Je souhaitais également préciser que le matelas était extrêmement mou. En revanche, certaines parties de l’établissement présentent un aspect un peu vieillissant, ce qui contraste avec les espaces rénovés et donne une impression moins homogène de l’ensemble de l’hôtel.

Good: Zentrum sehr schnell erreichbar. Entsprechend einer Großstadt liegt das Hotel ruhig. Hat alles was „Mensch“ bräuchte. Bad: Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Im Bad wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten.

Good: Modern, clean, conveniently located. About 30 minutes walk by the Danube river to parliament square. Easy access to public transport by metro (10 min walk) or buses (2 min walk). Great Gym and swimming pool. Has 3 different pools different depth and temperature. All staff are helpful. From episode restaurant, front desk, spa to housekeeping. Bad: Nothing to mention here.

Prisupacnost za osobe sa invaliditetom, liftovi, stepenice na ulazu u bazen, parking ispred vrata hotela je nesto sto bih istakao kao poseban znacaj za ovu kategoriju putnika Bad: Nije mi se dopalo sto se uz dorucak sluze samo mesni proizvodi koje ne jedu muslimani, Malo bih pojacao temperaturu u velikom bazenu, takodjer naplata parkinga za goste hotela, sve u svemu moje iskustvo je izvrsno i rado cu se vratiti ponovo ovo je samo ono sto bih ja promijenio

Good: A személyzet kedvessége. Illetve a szálloda gyönyörű, tiszta. A reggeli bőséges, sokféle és nagyon finom. Illetve a wellnes részleg is szuper. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes.

Good: Sehr gutes Frühstück und haben Buffet, sehr modern eingerichtet. Und super höfliches Personal. Bad: Von außen sieht das Hotel leider nicht so einladend aus

Good: Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben keinerlei Kritik. Wir waren mit drei Kindern (1, 7 und 13 Jahre) für 2 Nächte im Hotel. Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer, welche mit einer Verbindungstür verbunden waren. Das empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend. Es war für jeden etwas dabei und die Speisen waren sehr lecker und frisch. Die Auswahl war reichlich und ansprechend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zudem ist positiv zu erwähnen, dass das Hotel sehr sauber ist. Es wird täglich alles gereinigt. Vom Hotel aus konnte man bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten über Bus und Bahn erreichen.

Good: Ako vždy to boli výborné raňajky, pestrý výber jedál, výborný personál a čistota priestorov. Veľmi dobrý wellness, bazény a soľná jaskyňa. Bad: Izba bola pekne zrekonštruovaná, krásny dizajn, ale málo úložných priestorov: Na šaty, kabáty dostatok vešiakov ale málo poličiek na oblečenie a ostatné veci. Nelogické umiestnenie držiaka na tekuté mydlo vpravo na bočnej stene aj keď bolo dostatok miesta vedľa vodovodnej batérie a malinký radiátor na sušenie vecí v kúpeľni a na zavesenie ručníkov, županov a osušiek.

Good: The whole hotel facilities were good, it had a great view of the danube River. The availability of the parking slot is another good thing. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The staffs were also very nice and helpful. I can recommend this hotel to any one coming to Budapest.

Good: Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer, daher top und die Aussicht auf die Donau war Mega. Das Frühstück war der Hammer, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder!

Good: Hotel sme navštívili druhý krát. Krásny dizajn hotela, všade príjemná vôňa a milí personál. výborné jedlo či na raňajky alebo v reštaurácii Today, bazény, možnosť parkovania pri hoteli. Izby sú dostatočne veľké pre pár a majú všetko potrebné.

We had a very pleasant stay with our family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a quiet location by the Danube, with convenient public transportation to the city center. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

A good and safe choice in Budapest. The hotel was very clean, the staff were kind, and the spa facilities, including the pools, sauna, were great. The room and windows were quite small, and unfortunately, the towels often had stains. Overall, I had a good stay and would choose this hotel again.

Good: Trotz der Größe ein ruhiges Hotel, so konnten wir uns wirklich wohlfühlen. Kein Gedudel im großzügigen Foyer, Ruhe zum reichhaltigen Frühstück, entspanntes Schwimmen im wunderbar großen Pool. Habe es sofort weiterempfohlen, meine Freundin wird kommen! Bad: Das Zimmer 634 bietet zur Hälfte den Blick auf einen Betonklotz. Das große Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, das kleine nur leicht ankippen, schade.

Good: Je vais mettre ce commentaire pour les musulmans , L’hôtel était propre , personnel souriant, est professionnel. Piscine qui autorise le Burkini pour les musulman . Petit déjeuner varier , en plus ils nous a laissé prendre dans la chambre . Emplacement calme en face de lac . Coucher de soleil waw , Y’a arrêt de bus derrière l’hotel 3 min a pieds Y’a métro a 8 min a pieds . De l’aéroport on a pris le bus 100E ensuite le Metro , pour arriver a l’hôtel (30min). L’hôtel est en face d’île marguerite. Y’a un mini parc pour les enfants a coté de l’hotel. Bad: Tout va bien .

Good: The room was generous. The breakfast was diversified. They were kind and everyday they put a bottle of still water in our room. I recommend bus 15 to the city center. Bad: I booked a room with Danube view. In reality we stayed at the 2nd floor and we didn't have a view to the Danube because of the trees. Maybe if we were at a higher floor we could see the Danube. We couldn't acces YouTube from the TV, we called staff for this problem but persisted. When we arrived we found in the shower cabin a plastic cover for a razor, probably from the previous guest. This makes me think that the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival.
