Good: Incredible value for money. We have stayed here four times already and were a bit apprehensive about spending Christmas in a hotel, but we really didn’t need to worry. The catering staff are extremely professional—you hardly notice them working, yet everything is always perfectly taken care of. The hotel is spotless and very comfortable, and waking up to the river view is simply beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic, with a great selection of hot, cold, and continental options. The food is high quality and delicious; the chefs and catering team are outstanding and work incredibly hard. The entire service is very well managed. The Christmas dinners were special and delicious, accompanied by a live band playing smooth music. We were also greeted with a glass of champagne or juice, which we only realised at checkout was complimentary—a lovely touch. We are already looking forward to booking our next trip. Bad: There was nothing we didn’t like. It is a little hard to watch people working so hard at Christmas—especially the cleaning staff and catering team and the management —so that guests can relax and enjoy themselves. As a Hungarian, it’s something you notice even more. It is, of course, their job; nevertheless, we truly hope they are paid in line with the wonderful work they do, and that other guests were not shy about leaving tips. Their hard work and professionalism truly deserve recognition.

Nagyon élveztük az ott töltött időt! Az ágy és ágynemű kényelmes volt, a szálloda tiszta és modern, a sötétítő függöny és az internet pedig kiemelkedő. A reggeli változatos, a spa pedig nem volt túlzsúfolt. Ami kicsit kár, hogy az ajtó rosszul hangszigetelt, így könnyen fel lehet ébredni, mikor valaki a folyosón beszélget, egyik reggel pedig arra keltünk, hogy a szomszédos szobában egy kutya perceken át ugatott.

Good: Estadia de 4 noites por volta de dia 20 de Dezembro. O Hotel está numa zona sossegada e com paragem de autocarro mesmo ao lado a partir da qual é possível chegar facilmente ao centro. Fomos bem recebidos e todas as instalações se encontravam limpas e arrumadas. Pequeno almoço variado e com bastante espaço disponível. Varias piscinas à disposição e sem estarem sobrelotadas.

Good: Great staff, satisfying breakfast and comfortable room with an amazing bed. The only bad thing was the carpet in the room which obviously wasn't clean and nobody cleaned it during the four days of our stay. The location is far from the center but the metro and bus stations are 5 minutes away so everything was easy.

Good: A stylish and innovative boutique hotel near the Gozdow courtyard and within walking distance of fashion, culture and culinary centers. A winning team focused on creative solutions and always pleasant and creating a pleasant atmosphere. A varied and delicious meal. The maximum cleanliness defeated my allergies. And the cocoa in the lobby is the most delicious!

Good: Die Küche war wirklich sehr gut! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Buffet am Abend war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Bad: Beim Abendessen werden keine Getränke am Tisch serviert. Man muss das Restaurant verlassen und sich selbst an der Hotelbar etwas zu trinken holen, da lässt sich das Hotel glaub ich ziemlich was an Einnahmen entgehen! Es sollte immer eine Person am Tisch sitzen bleiben, denn wenn beide gleichzeitig zum Buffet gehen, wird der Tisch inklusive der halb vollen Getränke abserviert!

Good: The room was amazing , there is not enough space but amazing , everything is new and clean, food at breakfast also amazing, restorant in the hotel amazing, but pool and welness not bad , but not perfect. Pool is small , not enough space for all guests , not enough sunbed and tables, toilets are very old,they definitly must do on that things. And beacuse all of that price is to expencive, i was definitly at hotels with better facilities for less money. Final is 9/10 just beacuse of welness stuffs. Bad: also gym space is small and the exercise equipment is outdates

Overestimated. I was staying at this hotel, but during the weekend days the pools are too crowded. Too many people that were not hotel guest were coming only for pools.

Good: Второй раз в этом отеле, мне все нравится. Есть кофе/чай, отличный вид на Дунай, парковка прямо перед отелем, СПА, где можно расслабиться после прогулок, рядом остановка, супермаркет. Приличный завтрак (но все еще совершенно одинаковый), приятный персонал, бар и ресторан. Bad: С уборкой в этот раз творилось что-то непонятное - дважды приходили, когда я была в номере. Попросила зайти чуть позднее - сказали "хорошо" и не вернулись. На третий день вообще не пришли. Больше никаких замечаний

Good: • Pokoje byly krásně uklizené • Snídaně byla velmi bohatá a dobrá • Personál byl velmi hodný • Větší obchod hned přes ulici hotelu • Každodenní úklid pokoje • Pěkný výhled na řeku a ostrov • Společenské prostory jsou také velmi pěkné. Součástí hotelu je také restaurace, kde si můžete dát dobré víno a jídlo :) • Wellnes hotelu zahrnuje 3x bazén s odlišnými teplotami od studenějšího po nejteplejší společný s vířivkou. Sauna není společná, nachází se odděleně v pánských a dámských umývárnách. V ostatních nabídkách wellnesu jsme nebyly. Bad: • Lokalita je trochu vzdálenější od centra, ale nebylo to nic hrozného :)

Good: O pequeno almoço era muito diversificado e bom, os funcionários sempre muito prestáveis. A localização não era a melhor, mas era perto dos pontos de interesse da cidade. Não sei como funcionavam os transportes entre o hotel e o centro da cidade, pois desloquei-me sempre de bolt.

Good: Pekne zariadené izby,super bazény, perfektné raňajky a hlavne večere. Bad: Nemám čo vytknúť.

Bad: Chýba bazénik s plytkou vodou pre malé 1 ročné dieťa.

Good: Beautiful hotel Food was stunning Was a little bit of a walk to the main square but cheap enough for a taxi if needed Bad: Some Staff were but rude and quiet blunt not very welcoming at the front desk and not very helpful or polite But the rest were lovely

Good: We loved the pool. The food was great. The girl from reception was nice (don't know her name). Overall I'll give a 9.9 which in my opinion is great. I'll definitely return if I go back to Budapest. Bad: Staff from the bar need to improve their customer service. Everything else was fine.

Good: To be really honest me and my wife have never had such a positive, relaxing and satisfying experience, we think the Danubius Helia can be considered one of the best hotel in all of the European continent in the relation quality/service/price (and we saw really many hotels). We warmly recommend the hotel for a relaxing regenerative and recharging rest. The hotel is very highly recommended not for one but for several reasons. First of all the warmth and professionalism of all staff, always ready to help, then the breakfast was fully satisfactory for all tastes and plenty of many choices. The room was clean and big enough for our comfortable rest with a stunning view on the river, the position useful to reach all the places of main interest of the capital. Me, my wife and my son want to express our sincere gratitudine to all of the staff of Danubius Helia to have given us the possibility to live a lifetime experience of a great enjoyable holiday. Good: Pravi mali spa dragulj u srcu Budimpešte. Osoblje je ljubazno i profesionalno, hotel moderan i uredan, sadržaji za djecu, dostupan parking, može se zatražiti pomoćni krevet za dijete, doručak je raznovrstan. Bili smo nekoliko puta, želimo se vratiti.

Good: Отзывчивый персонал, уютные комнаты хорошо обставлены, вид из окна очень привлекательный на реку, чисто, уборка каждый день, ставят бутылочку с водой каждое утро, хороший завтрак, сытный разнообразный. Бар внизу работает можно купить кофе ,покушать. В гостинице есть спа. Близко достопримечательности такие ,как парламент королевский дворец, остров маргит и памятник обуви памятник холокоста.

Good: Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, ωραία και άνετα δωμάτια. Το σπα επίσης καλό και καθαρό. Το πρωινό πολύ πλουσιο. Η τοποθεσία σχετικά καλή εμείς που είμαστε λάτρεις του περπατήματος σε 30 με 40 λεπτά με τα πόδια φτάναμε στο κοινοβούλιο όπου ξεκινά και το κέντρο - αξιοθέατα. Bad: Το room service δεν μας άφησε πολύ ικανοποιημένους καθώς δεν έμπαιναν κάθε μέρα και όταν έμπαιναν έκαναν μηδαμινά έως καθόλου πράγματα ( πχ δεν σκούπιζαν ή δεν μας άλλαξαν στα 7 βράδια καθόλου σεντόνια- μπουρνούζια.

Bad: No one helped me from the train station to the hotel…. So I walked. They could not arrange transport. They could not give directions. I learned how to get there from some young ladies Promoting tourism.

Good: The breakfasts were amazing. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful whether they were at the front counter or the restaurant areas. Bad: That the rooms weren't cleaned every day, nor the beds made up every day even though we had stayed for 11 days. Maybe they should employ more people for housekeeping.

Good: Ausstattung war sehr gut. Bad: Könnte sauberer sein.

Good: Beautiful location on next to the Danube. Plenty of facilities available on site. Parking available on site. Rich breakfast, with plenty of choices suitable for all tastes. It's within walking distance from the Ferris Wheel, or you can also take a Bolt taxi. You can easily take a walk back from the Ferris Wheel, alongside the Danube.

Good: Quartos confortáveis. Pequeno-almoço bastante completo e saboroso. Mesas de jogos no hall super boas para entreter nas horas vagas. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis, desde o senhor que nos recebe na entrada do hotel aos que fazem a limpeza dos quartos. Bad: As piscinas já poderiam ter algumas remodelações e o ginásio igualmente, ainda assim davam perfeitamente para usufruir em modo férias. As refeições e pequeno-almoço deveriam ter mais opções vegan, tais como, iogurte, queijo e proteina vegatal.
