Good: We loved the pool. The food was great. The girl from reception was nice (don't know her name). Overall I'll give a 9.9 which in my opinion is great. I'll definitely return if I go back to Budapest. Bad: Staff from the bar need to improve their customer service. Everything else was fine.

Good: To be really honest me and my wife have never had such a positive, relaxing and satisfying experience, we think the Danubius Helia can be considered one of the best hotel in all of the European continent in the relation quality/service/price (and we saw really many hotels). We warmly recommend the hotel for a relaxing regenerative and recharging rest. The hotel is very highly recommended not for one but for several reasons. First of all the warmth and professionalism of all staff, always ready to help, then the breakfast was fully satisfactory for all tastes and plenty of many choices. The room was clean and big enough for our comfortable rest with a stunning view on the river, the position useful to reach all the places of main interest of the capital. Me, my wife and my son want to express our sincere gratitudine to all of the staff of Danubius Helia to have given us the possibility to live a lifetime experience of a great enjoyable holiday. Good: Pravi mali spa dragulj u srcu Budimpešte. Osoblje je ljubazno i profesionalno, hotel moderan i uredan, sadržaji za djecu, dostupan parking, može se zatražiti pomoćni krevet za dijete, doručak je raznovrstan. Bili smo nekoliko puta, želimo se vratiti.

Good: Отзывчивый персонал, уютные комнаты хорошо обставлены, вид из окна очень привлекательный на реку, чисто, уборка каждый день, ставят бутылочку с водой каждое утро, хороший завтрак, сытный разнообразный. Бар внизу работает можно купить кофе ,покушать. В гостинице есть спа. Близко достопримечательности такие ,как парламент королевский дворец, остров маргит и памятник обуви памятник холокоста.

Good: Nice and clean room, decent SPA area,good breakfast. Enough parking spots. Bad: Location can be better, there is not a lot to do around.

Good: Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, ωραία και άνετα δωμάτια. Το σπα επίσης καλό και καθαρό. Το πρωινό πολύ πλουσιο. Η τοποθεσία σχετικά καλή εμείς που είμαστε λάτρεις του περπατήματος σε 30 με 40 λεπτά με τα πόδια φτάναμε στο κοινοβούλιο όπου ξεκινά και το κέντρο - αξιοθέατα. Bad: Το room service δεν μας άφησε πολύ ικανοποιημένους καθώς δεν έμπαιναν κάθε μέρα και όταν έμπαιναν έκαναν μηδαμινά έως καθόλου πράγματα ( πχ δεν σκούπιζαν ή δεν μας άλλαξαν στα 7 βράδια καθόλου σεντόνια- μπουρνούζια.

Bad: No one helped me from the train station to the hotel…. So I walked. They could not arrange transport. They could not give directions. I learned how to get there from some young ladies Promoting tourism.

Good: The breakfasts were amazing. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful whether they were at the front counter or the restaurant areas. Bad: That the rooms weren't cleaned every day, nor the beds made up every day even though we had stayed for 11 days. Maybe they should employ more people for housekeeping.

Good: Beautiful location on next to the Danube. Plenty of facilities available on site. Parking available on site. Rich breakfast, with plenty of choices suitable for all tastes. It's within walking distance from the Ferris Wheel, or you can also take a Bolt taxi. You can easily take a walk back from the Ferris Wheel, alongside the Danube.

Good: Quartos confortáveis. Pequeno-almoço bastante completo e saboroso. Mesas de jogos no hall super boas para entreter nas horas vagas. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis, desde o senhor que nos recebe na entrada do hotel aos que fazem a limpeza dos quartos. Bad: As piscinas já poderiam ter algumas remodelações e o ginásio igualmente, ainda assim davam perfeitamente para usufruir em modo férias. As refeições e pequeno-almoço deveriam ter mais opções vegan, tais como, iogurte, queijo e proteina vegatal.

Good: Das Hotel war schön und sauber - nettes Personal und wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt Bad: Punkto Frühstück, warme speisen waren nicht warm und die pancake waren in der Mitte noch gefroren.

Good: Loved everything about this hotel, the staff, the food, everything was clean. Bad: The room was way too hot, doesn't go below 22 degrees, air con didnt work, and windows are locked. Sauna and steam room was also closed on 2 of our days here, which was a shame because we purposely stayed in this hotel for the facilities.

Good: The swimming area was fantastic and the breakfast and loads of food. The Club sandwich was beautifully and well done to the kitchen 👏👏

Good: Breakfast was excellent each morning with a huge choice of food. Fresh omelettes made to order were a bonus. Bad: The spa at this hotel has separate spa for male and female guests. It requires guests to enter naked which is an unusual request.

Hotel on the very bank of the beautiful Danube, the hotel is good, the rooms are enough for two, impeccably clean, the staff cleans them every day, changes towels, leaves a bottle of water. The morning breakfast is good, you can find something even for the pickiest. The hotel also has three indoor pools with a decent size and warmer water and one slightly larger where you can swim with a water temperature of about 28 degrees. For people traveling with their own vehicle, the hotel has its own parking lot, which is charged 12 euros per day, a quite decent price. The location of the hotel allows you to visit most of the city's sights on foot. Excellent balance between price and quality.

Good: A fost destul de aproape de centru și multe obiecte turistice. Camera spațioasă, cu vedere superbă ,la Dunăre, de unde se vedea castelul Buda și Bastionul Pescarilor, curățenie, mic dejun foarte bogat și variat., personal amabil. Bad: Camera noastră avea o ușă comună cu cea vecină ( probabil se transforma în apartament, la nevoie) . Și se auzea absolut tot ,dintr o cameră în alta. Iar aia erau niște ciudați, care stăteau toată ziua cu anunțul, nu deranjați, și băteau în perete la orice zgomot! Mi s a părut deranjant!

Good: Newly refurbished, clean room and bathroom with great shower, offering views of the Danube, Margaret Island and a parking lot. While ugly on the outside, the hotel provides much comfort and had a fantastic breakfast buffet. It's also very convenient to have a supermarket across the street. Bad: The location is not exactly central (although the metro is a 5 min walk) and in an ugly part of town. The "spa" is quite small.

Bad: Singul lucru care nu mi-a placut a fost ca doua dintre cuplurile cu care am fost au fost cazate imediat cum am ajuns, iar noi si al cuplu cu care am mai venit, am fost cazati dupa 45-50 de minute, spunandu-ne ca nu au camerele gata, chekin-ul fiind la ora 14, iar noi ajunsasem la ora 14 :10. Dupa ce am fost de mai multe ori la receptie si spunandu-i baiatului de acolo sa ne cazeze odata, ca se facuse ceasul 15, intr-un final a gasit doua camere, desi le avea gata demult, dar zicea ca nu sunt gata. O minciuna. Receptionerul se numea Peter.

Good: Excellent location, with its own parking lot right in front of the hotel (yes, it’s extra, but it’s worth it! We compared many other hotels and this had the best deal!). There are tens of choices for breakfast, including for vegans, hot & cold drinks for every taste. The room was very clean, and the beds comfortable. Even with the kid’s bed there was space to move around. I would advise to buy public transport card (you can buy that from the metro station 8 min walk), then you can use that on any bus/ metro. The bus station is a 2 min walk and there is one that takes you straight to their city centre.

Отель очень понравился не далеко от центра в тихом районе рядом есть не большой супермаркет Prima. Номера чистые девочки которые убирают очень приветливые нам очень помогла одна из них её зовут Niki ( у нас заболел ребёнок она помогла позвонить к доктору чтобы нам подсказали что делать и в итоге выписали лекарство) спасибо ей огромное благодаря ей остались в памяти только хорошие моменты ! Еда завтрак был вкусный кофе, горячий какао. Вид из окна красивый видно Дунай . Я добавлю фото ниже. Гостиница подходит и парам с детьми т.к и есть бассейн куда можно заходить с детьми. Но надо осторожно чтобы дети не погружались и по ошибке не попала в рот вода с хлором. В номере есть тапочки, халаты , фен. ...

Good: Ďakujeme za možnosť stráviť čas v tomto hoteli. Boli sme veľmi spokojné, dokonca aj spoj do centra mesta bol veľmi pohodlný. Veľmi chceme vyzdvihnúť welnes, príjemná pohoda, veľké bazény, všetko super. Určite ešte navštívime tento hotel. Bad: nemáme

Good: Velká vířivka, dobré jídlo, pěkně prostředí hotelu. Ochotný personál a rychlý check in. A super parkování před hotelem. Bad: Nízká teplota na pokoji, bohužel nešlo přidat. Malý tlak ve sprše. A během pobytu nebylo vysáto ani vytřeno.

Good: Хорошие разнообразные завтраки.Удивило наличие каш.комнаты хорошего размера,вид на реку,наличие пустого минибара в номере,наличие халата и тапочек.очень хорошая звукоизоляция. Bad: Матрацы продавлены по краям,можно было скатиться.Вода в плавательном бассейне +24.для зимы это экстрим.честно попробовала,от холода схватило судорогой,ушла в джакузи.джакузи тоже всего лишь 36 градусов и пузырьки под довольно слабым давлением(в сравнении с кантри клубом который посещаю) Лично предпочитаю в номере душевую а не ванную.тк проблема с ногой и с большим трудом перешагнула бортик

Good: Hotel świetnie położony nad samym Dunajem, niedaleko parlamentu. Czyste, wygodne pokoje, całkiem spore. Duże, wygodne łóżko, pokój dobrze doświetlony. Bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Panie na recepcji bardzo pomocne, podobnie obsługa kelnerska. Fajne baseny, zwlaszcza ten z wodą termalna. Duży parking. W ogóle w hotelu panuje luźna , niewymuszona atmosfera, świetnie się tam czuliśmy, na pewno wrócimy !

Good: В готелі гарні нові номери, чудовий сніданок. Перебування тут було комфортним, всі питання вирішувалися швидко і чітко. Номер був як на фото, з видом на Дунай. Було тихо з вулиці, але з коридору були чутні звуки. 3 басейни, трохи може на вид якось застарілі, проте все одно ми добре відпочили.
