Personale molto gentile, molto educato, sempre sorridente e molto preparato. Disponibile ad ogni tua richiesta.. Il pianista è davvero un artista ed io gli detto "bravo" con sincerità. Tutta l'atmosfera che è lì intorno è piacevole. Il personale di servizio nella sala ristorante è così solerte che devi stare attento che non ti porti via il cappuccino che stai ancora bevendo mentre ti sei alzato per prendere un dolcetto...... Comunque direi, per finire, hotel ottimo e gente ungherese meravigliosa!!!!!!!!! Budapest mi ha incantata......

Good: A szoba szép volt és tiszta Bad: A becsekkolás nem volt túl gyors, én ezt inkább úgy oldottam volna meg hogy az érkező vendégeket becsekkolom érkezéskor és ha kész lesz a szoba akkor már csak a szoba kulcsot kell oda adni, nem pedig 40 percig intézni az ezzel járó dolgokat!

Wonderful stay with beautiful Danube views ❤️ We’ve just come back from our holiday and absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Danubius Hotel Helia. The hotel has recently been beautifully renovated, so everything feels fresh, modern and sparkling new. Our Premium Double Room with Danube views was superb — comfortable, spotlessly clean and with the most beautiful views. We had lovely, restful sleeps and waking up to the river and Margaret Island view was such a treat. Watching the sunset from the room in the evening was equally lovely. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and breakfast offered a great variety of both hot and cold options, with plenty of choice throughout our stay. The staff were also consistently polite, friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the swimming pool was being renovated during our visit. However, the hotel kindly offered free access to their sister hotel, Ensana Thermal Margaret Island, which was a lovely alternative. The rooftop outdoor pool was perfect in the summer heat, and the indoor thermal baths and sauna were fantastic. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the Helia. Personally, because of the larger spa facilities at Ensana Thermal, I might choose to stay there next time, but the Helia is equally lovely and has fantastic access to Budapest city centre. We would definitely return! ❤️

Good: The location was great, the staff was friendly and professional. Food was always good quality and although the swimming pool wasn’t operating, we were able to use their sister hotel’s spa as well on the island.

Minden tökèletes volt . Klimatizált , szèp tiszta szobák , jó kilàtàssal . Bősèges vacsora ès reggeli kínàlat , àr èrtèk arànyban teljesen megfelelő volt szàmunkra ! A szemèlyzet kifejezetten türelmes és kedves volt ! Mindenkèppen jövünk màskor is 🫶🏻

Kellemes meglepetés, nagyon kedves személyzet, finom választékos ételek. Pesten ár értékben szerintem korrekt! Szoba tiszta volt.

Good: A szálloda elhelyezkedése. Magasabb emeleten a kilátás pazar. A belső enteriőr modern, különleges, változatos, a vendégek kényelmét szolgálja. A személyzet segítőkész, figyelmes, kedves, rugalmas. Félpanziós ellátással foglaltunk. Az ételek finomak, frissek, gusztusosak, változatosak. A pincérek nagyon figyelmesek minden tekintetben! Busszal és metróval könnyedén megközelíthető a belváros. A konditerem hatalmas. Ott tartózkodásunk alatt az úszómedencét karbantartották. A szálloda biztosított wellness élményt egy közeli szállodában, ahol ugyancsak figyelmességet, kedvességet tapasztaltunk. Bad: Az első emeleti szobában a kilátás sajnos nem Dunára, hanem fára néző. Feljebbi szinteken egészen más! A wellnessben az élményelemeket lehetne fejleszteni. A szauna nem koedukált.

Good: Minden tetszett, mindig imádjuk ezért szállunk meg itt❤️ Bad: Zwei Dinge sind eine Katastrophe. Erstens ist es voller unerzogener Kinder. Früher gab es eine Ruhezeit, aber die gibt es inzwischen nicht mehr. Die Kinder springen ins Wasser, planschen herum und sind sehr laut. Wir haben mehrfach mit verschiedenen Familien gesprochen, und alle haben genau das Gleiche bemängelt. Seit Jahren ist das hier der größte negative Punkt. Einige haben sogar gesagt, dass sie deswegen nicht mehr wiederkommen werden. Sowohl Deutsche als auch Italiener haben uns das gesagt. Das Zweite, was wirklich furchtbar ist: Das Reinigungspersonal zieht in den umliegenden Zimmern ständig die Stühle über den Boden. Jeden Tag ist es laut und dauert sehr lange. Man hat überhaupt keine Chance, sich auszuruhen, weil ständig dieses laute Kratzen und Scharren der Stühle zu hören ist. Két dolog katasztrófa. Egy hogy tele van neveletlen gyerekkel és régen volt csendes pihenő időszak. Ez már nincs. A gyerekek ugrálnak a vízbe, csapodnak, hangosak. Több családdal beszélünk többször és mindenki ezt jegyezte meg. Évek óta ez a legnegatívabb itt. Van aki nem jön emiatt többet. Németek és olaszok is ezt mondták. A másik borzasztó hogy a takarító a környező szobákban huzigálja a székeket. Minden nap hangos és sokáig tartott. Esélyed sincs pihenni, mert hangos karistolás hallatszik.

A szálloda tökéletes, KIVÉVE hogy a sok gyerek borzalmas hangos. A fürdőben vízipisztolyoznsk, ugrálnak és hangosak! Több csendes pillanatra vágyó házaspárral beszélgettünk vacsora közben és mindenki erre panaszkodott. Minket is extra zavart. Régebben volt csendes órák időszak, mostanra nincs. A hölgy a medence mellett pedig senkire sem szólt rá! Csak nyomkodta a telefonját. Régóta itt szoktunk megszállni de az hogy ennyi neveletlen gyereket kell elviselni az negatív! A másik hogy mikor pihenni szeretnél el kell viselned, hogy a takarító feletted és melletted ide oda huzigálja a másik szobában lévő székeket. Órákon át és minden nap hangos! Nem tudsz nyugodtan pihenni!

Good: Reggeli :) Bad: Papír ajtók amin mindent hallottunk a szomszéd szobából, folyosóról, valamint minket is hallhattak. Este a szomszédos normál hangú beszéd úgy hallatszódott mintha az ágyunkban beszélnének.

Good: Breakfast was amazing Staff were always helpful, polite and friendly. The spa was great - quiet and clean. Using the spa after check out was very uncomplicated and appreciated. The room was clean and well stocked. The shower was big and a pleasure to use. The complimentary flavoured water/ice tea in th foyer was great - we used it multiple times a day.

Good: Pacilo sa mi jedlo, bolo pestré a každý den iné,. Výborná dostupnosť do mesta. Bad: Nepáčilo sa mi wellnes, je potrebné do toho investovať. Sauny boli označené, ze sa nema vstupovať v plavkach, avšak vsetci chodili obleceny do sauny. Upratovačky izieb by mali dbať na vynesení smetí a poriadnom uprataní. Za toto veľký mínus a asi sa uz nevrátim.

Good: Hotel byl čistý, voňavý , klimatizovaný. Personál příjemný. V létě byl skvělý bazén v teplém počasí. Velký výběr jídel v restauraci při snídani i večeři. Bad: Trpím klaustrofobií a byly pro mě problém okna bez klik. Ještěže jedno okno šlo otevřít :-). Prostor se zataženými závěsy a klimatizací byl pro mě velmi stísněný. Jen jako poznatek pro ty , kteří trpí podobnými problémy. Občas jsem měla pocit, že se dusím.

Good: Tiszta, kényelmes szoba, kiváló reggeli. Bad: A szobánk és a szomszéd szoba közt egy ajtó volt, amin keresztül egy operaénekes esti skálázását és hangos TV nézése zavaró volt. Egy hangszigetelt megoldást javasolnék.

Good: Továbbra is kiváló Hotel! Már másodjára jártunk Náluk, de továbbra is kiemelkedő a színvonal. A személyzet kedves, figyelmes és minden pillanatban mosolyogva fogadják a vendégeket. A szobák minősége fantasztikus. A Lifestyle apartmant választottuk ezúttal, amely azon felül, hogy szintén modern, mindent tartalmaz amire a vendégeknek szüksége lehet. Plusz pont, hogy nem állítanak valótlant, hanem egyszerűen pontosan megfelelnek a szobák a hotel hirdetésében foglaltaknak. A tisztaságra sem lehet panasz. Napi takarítással tartják fent a hibátlan tisztaságot (külön dicséret a takarító személyzetnek, hisz rengeteg dolguk van, de mégsem hanyagolnak el semmit). A reggeli és a vacsora frenetikus. Minden esetben széles választékkal és korlátlan mennyiséggel készülnek. Nem is tudjuk, hogy lehet ennyi fajta ételt minden napra kitalálni. Minden ételük igazán ízletes és minőségi. A személyzet folyamatosan, megállás nélkül dolgozik azon, hogy a betérő vendégek a legkomfortosabban tudják elfogyasztani a reggelit és/vagy a vacsorát. A Wellness pedig páratlan, a 4 medence (köztük pezsgőfürdő), a különböző masszázs és egyéb lehetőségek (sószoba, napozó terasz (ingyenes napozóágyakkal), mind a pihenés és a kikapcsolódás záloga. A Wellnesst is a tisztaság, precízség és a minőség jellemzi. Összességében nagyon elégedettek vagyunk a Hotellel és a szolgáltatásokkal (nem is tudjuk, hogy lehet-e ennél jobban) és csak ajánlani tudjuk mindenkinek, hogy szálljon meg Náluk, mert biztosan elégedett lesz. Külön Gratulálunk a teljes Danubius Hotel Helia csapatnak, hogy 06.03-án megszerezték a Superior fokozat viseléséhez szükséges certifikációt. Ez nem véletlen, nagyon kemény munkával, megérdemelten szerezték meg. Köszönjük még egyszer, még biztosan visszatérünk! Bad: Nem tapasztaltunk olyat, amibe egy picit is bele lehetne kötni. Minden tökéletes volt és minden a pihenésünket szolgálta.

Good: It's clear that the staff are happy to work there and they are very helpful. Breakfast were amazing, on Sunday I even found champagne. I loved the view, and the room had everything we needed as a base for sightseeing. The AC worked really well. On the last day we used the luggage room, but were also assured that if we needed a quick shower before our flight we could use the wellness center. Bad: The shower drain was slow and the bathroom floor got wet fast. The window in the picture is IT, the rest is solid wall with a curtain. If I were to rent a room here next time I'd love to get one with a balcony. Keep in mind that the walk to the metro takes 10 minutes.

Good: Rewelacyjne śniadania. Olbrzymi wybór i wszystko super świeże i smaczne. Bardzo rozbudowana jak na hotel strefa spa- wellness. Obszerny parking z niską jak na Budapeszt ceną za dobę. Świetna lokalizacja. Bad: Słaby serwis sprzątający pokoje. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że pojemniki na mydło i żel pod prysznic były KOMPLETNIE PUSTE. Na drugi dzień poprosiłam Panią o ich napełnienie oraz uzupełnienie papieru- mydło uzupełniła, ale zostawiła mnie z kończącą się rolką papieru. Przy okazji zabrała kaucjonowane butelki, które NIE BYŁY W KOSZU ANI OBOK KOSZA, tylko odstawione w innym miejscu. Nie chodzi o parę groszy, ale to niedopuszczalne.

Good: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysto i komfortowo. Bad: Jedynym mankamentem była dziwnie skonstruowana kabina prysznicowa, trzeba było bardzo uważać, bo inaczej woda wylewała się na podłogę.

Good: A szálloda nagyon jó és szép helyen van. A szálloda teljesítette a szobára vonatkozó különleges kéréseinket. A reggeli nagyon változatos és finom volt. A vaníliás csiga receptét jó lett volna megtudni a séftől :) Az ágy kényelmes volt, nem se túl kemény, se túl puha. Bad: A napozó teraszra jó lenne néhány napernyő és egy tusoló, hogy kényelmesebb legyen a pihenés.

Very good hotel with comfortable rooms. We stayed for four nights in a modern, well-equipped apartment that included two TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, two bathrooms, and air conditioning. The breakfasts were very good, with a wide selection of food. If we visit Budapest again, we will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it.

Good: Hotel je ugodan i uredan. Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno ,pristupačno i spremno pomoći. Sobe su jako čiste i ugodne za boravak. Lokacija je dobro povezana sa gradskim prijevozom, jednostavno je doći do svih znamenitosti. Hrana je bila odlična, veliki izbor za doručak i večeru. Komunicirali smo sa puno lokalnih ljudi, svi odlično govore engleski i spremni su pomoći! Čista desetka i za hotel i grad 😊

Good: Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen!! Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, alle Anliegen direkt zu klären. Man hat im Haus die volle Infrastruktur, kann ins Spa gehen oder auch etwas zum Abendbrot essen. Die Betten waren ganz ok. Bad: Die Reinigung ist nicht perfekt, schon bei Ankunft waren in unserem Zimmer Krümel auf dem Boden und Staub auf Kanten, das müsste verbessert werden; das sah in den Gängen auch so aus. Insgesamt aber noch ok.

Good: Pobyt minął bardzo przyjemnie, duży plus - klimatyzacja w pokoju. Pokój ładny, łóżka wygodne. Widok na rzekę był w porządku. Śniadania były bardzo dobre, duży wybór. Obsługa w recepcji super. Bad: Naczynia dostępne w pokojach nie były do końca czyste. Pokój trochę mały jak na trzy osoby. Panie, które sprzątały na śniadaniu, mogłyby być bardziej dyskretne. (patrzenie się na gości i rozmawianie o nich, śmiejąc się były trochę nie na miejscu, można poczuć się nieswojo).

It was a wonderful experience that we had at the Danubius Hotel Helia. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, the service and food were excellent. And last but not least, the time spent at the spa was wonderful, perfect for escaping the 37° C heat from outside. We only stayed one night but we will definitely come back. Budapest has won our hearts ! 🫶

Good: Bardzo urozmaicony śniadania. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Wspaniałe centrum spa z którego korzystałam codziennie po wiele godzin - baseny, sauny, w pełni wyposażona siłownia, profesjonalne masażystki, bardzo dobre posiłki w barze w lobby w dobrych cenach. Dawno nie byłam w tak dobrym hotelu. Bad: Mały minus za brak parasoli słonecznych na tarasie słonecznym. Kolejny minus za słabo przygotowaną część kawiarni - restauracji na dworzu. Złożone krzesła i parasole. Często nie było posprzątane, ogólnie niezbyt ładnie. Przestrzeń wymaga aranżacji. Obecnie zupełnie nie chce się tam siedzieć.

Good: Fantastic hotel. Clean, comfortable air conditioned rooms. The best breakfast selection I’ve ever seen at a hotel. We had tea once in each restaurant. Both lovely each time. Used the swimming pool facilities once. Plenty room in changing rooms. Lovely area. The saunas are in the changing rooms, incase like me and my partner you expected to be sitting in the sauna together. Staff friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage there on the last day as we had a nighttime flight. Close to supermarkets and transport links. If you have the choice ask for a river view as it is beautiful.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were great - decent size and incredibly clean (premium balcony with river view). Swimming pools were fantastic - there different pools at different temperatures. Lovely lobby with comfortable seats and a nice outdoor seating area. Breakfast was reliable - hot cooked items (bacon, sausage, egg, beans, etc), cold meats and cheese, breads and pastries and more. We had travel cards for getting around - bus stop outside by the Prima store (also helpful to have nearby) and a 10 minute walk to the metro m3 line.

Everything was just so kindly and with lots of care and intelligence organized. They even upgraded our room, since we returned. Loved the design, the scent of the hotel, free extra mineral waters in the room and flavoured water in the lobby. We return definitely, especially if the keep their proce and quality ratio so good and affordable. By the way, if somebody could tell me where could I get the same scent, would love to have it in my home to remember always of the hotel. Bad: We absolutely l9ved everything.
