Good: Angenehme Atmospähre, sehr freundliches und motiviertes Personal. Insbesondere am Abend an der Bar. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist mehr als groß und sehr lecker. Der Automatenkaffee ist absolut ok. Tipp: Für die Fahrt in die Stadt einfach Uber - günstigste Form finde ich da die Busse nicht unseres sind. Bad: Nichts zu bemängeln.

Good: amazing hotel. the ambiance was so good, clean facilities and rooms, good staff. the breakfast is so good 👌🏻 Bad: we extended the hours of stay. instead of 11am we check out at 2pm but we didn't enjoy the extension because of some noise outside and from the other room. we heard them cleaning, talking, using vacuum and moving something.

Fiatal recepcios csapat, mobil fontosabb mint a vendèg érzetem volt..jól elbeszélgettek egymással..vendégként én köszöntem előre, utána jött a válasz.. Hospitality feeling nagyon halovàny, mosoly szintén hianyzik..egy köszönöm hogy szállodánkat valasztották el nem hangzott.. Gyerekkel voltunk, recepcion check in-nél jeleztem gyerekköntös kellene..erre bízott benne a recepcips hogy be lesz készitve, én nem biztam ezért jeleztem figyeljenek rá.. külön már a, szobábol kellett jeleznem igazam volt, nincs bekészítve, .vartunk rá,míg hoztak egyet ami nyakánál enyhen de szakadt volt.. Ezt vendégnek odaadni.. Gyerekpapucs szintén nincs, felnőttet kapott a gyerek.. máshol megkérdezik recepción mi a gyerek lábmerete és adnak..hihetetlenül le van maradva hozzáállasban ez a hotel.. Kozponti beszerzés ? Gyerek papucs, köntös...jelzem kellene

Good: Bardzo dobre śniadania. Strefa SPA również fantastyczna. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Spod hotelu odjeżdża autobus, którym można dostać się do centrum lub przesiąść na metro. Bad: Poziom wygłuszenia pokoi. Było słychać wszystko z korytarza. Było słychać pokojówki sprzątające pokoje obok i na górze. To był największy minus bo ciężko było odpocząć w pokoju.

Good: Schönes Zimmer, angenehmes Bett, riesiger Wellnessbereich mit vier Pools und Sauna. Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großes und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliches Personal. Bad: Völlig überzogene Preise im Hotelbistro; Preis/Leistung passt da überhaupt nicht. Abendessen (Halbpension) hat qualitativ Luft nach oben - das Essen war zum Teil nur lauwarm und machte vor allem am ersten Tag keinen sehr frischen Eindruck.

Good: Das Hotel hat mir viel besser gefallen als erwartet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, mit großer Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Das Personal war sehr professionell, immer hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich. Außerdem hat das ganze Hotel sehr sauber und frisch gerochen, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt.

Excellent hotel that provides great value for the money. The spa was phenomenal and the fitness center very well equipped. The breakfast was better than anything I experienced in other similar level hotels, including some much pricier ones. And the location along the danube was very welcome, as was the sight at the back of the hotel. I also found it convenient for getting into the city center, with a straight bus just outside the hotel and taxis/ubers that were reasonably priced. With two dining rooms, one a la carte and one that provides a great buffet dinner, no guest would be likely to go hungry for long. Finally the staff, mostly super friendly young people with healthy sense of humor, went above and beyond to be helpful with advise and help needed for transportation and information (and I needed quite a bit of advise as my trip was a bit complicated with people to meet and places to go to). The room was also lovely, (other than perhaps a more convenient desk space would have been nice for laptop users, though likely most people don't come to work at this hotel). All in all, highly recommended for your stay, be it short or long, solo or with family/colleagues.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff from reception, to housekeeping and restaurant really great and accommodating. So friendly, efficient and polite. Wellness centre is fabulous too. We would stay here again, without a thought. Highly recommended.

Good: Amplasarea fata de metrou este la max 10 min si de Insula Margareta la 20 min mers pe jos. Noi am fost incantati de facilitatile hotelului. Personalul de la receptie foarte ok si empatici. Am luat cina intr-una din seri si a fost foarte buna. Micul dejun proaspat, diversificat, fabulos. La piscina am fost de cateva ori dupa ora 18 si nu a fost aglomerat, fetita s-a putut bucura de aceasta, sunt mai multe piscine cu diferite temperaturi a apei. Parcarea un mare plus! (se achita separat 15 eur/zi). Bad: Nu este cazul. Am fost incantati de toate facilitatile!

Good: habitaciones nuevas, instalaciones muy bonitas. el spa un poco anticuado pero muy bien por comodidad y ofrece de todo tipo masajes y el gym bastante completo la verdad. El desayunado variado y estaba bastante bien, sin duda muy cómodo y tranquilo x la zona.

Good: Tento hotel síce zvonku nevyzerá tak dobre ale vnútri hotela je vidieť že naozaj investovali veľa do celého interiéru, nádherná jedáleň naozaj dizajnová a raňajky úžasné. Izby pohodlné tiež pekne zariadené mali sme výhľad na rieku. Akurát veľká izba, šatník a konečne aj vesiačiky na stene na zavesenie bundy, toto veľa hotelov vôbec na chodbe nemá,všetko čisté. Bazény v ceny tiež sme využili, dva teplé bazény s vírivkou aj pre veľa ľudí. Kúsok od hotela zastávka. Pred hotelom veľké parkovisko za cenu 12€ na deň úplne super. Určite tento hotel využijeme znova a má výbornú cenu. Bad: Chvíľu išiel iba jeden výťah čo spôsobilo dlhšie čakanie nevieme prečo ale už sme čítali že sa to stáva niekedy.

Az Exclusive Group csapata, mint szolgáltató járt a Hélia Hotelben, rendezvényen standot építeni. Mind a recepciós, mind pedig a rendezvényes kollégák nagyon segítőkészek voltak már több alkalommal. Köszönjük.

Good: Dobra lokacija, moderno uređenje. 4 unutarnja bazena od koja su 3 grijana, djeca su obožavala. Bad: Generalno je sve bilo ok, malo su madraci tvrdi, doručak je korektan, možda malo fali izbora.

Good: Jättefint hotell med bästa frukosten. Fin badanläggning. Bad: Yellow Bistro & Bar som fanns i hotellet, fanns en hel del att önska när det gällde både service och matkvalitet. Det här gällde inte matsalen där frukosten serverades, som var bland det bästa vi fått.

Good: Hotel was fantastic and the staff in the reception and the bar and restaurant were all very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the freshly made omelettes a treat. We enjoyed a visit to the Spa area which was very good. Bad: The location isn't very central and a 30 minute walk to any sites. However for the value and service I would stay again.

Good: I liked that everything was clean and well organized, the breakfast was rich, there was also a good option for dinner – a Swedish buffet. Hotel is kid-friendly, with a drawing area for children and interactive tables with games.

Good: Hotel je na lepoj lokaciji pored Dunava,sa puno zelenila okolo,sala za ručavanje okružena zelenilom, nov i moderan,čist ,sa spa centrom.Osoblje ljubazno,odlično organizovano. Doručak je odličan,izuzetno raznovrstan,sve je ukusno. Svaka sitnica je pažljivo osmišljena. Bad: Sve je odlično.

Good: Výborná lokalita hotelu, v blízkosti zastávka MHD a v dochozí vzdálenosti také zastávka metra. Príjemný personál a stylový interiér hotelu a pokojů. Vysoké postele a skvělé matrace! Snídaně bohaté, pestrý výběr všeho. Vybere si i náročný host. K dispozici také bezlepkové pečivo, bezlaktózové mléko, atd. Wellness dostatečně velké a čisté, k dispozici ručníky a voda, nemusíte nic nosit. Na pokoji k dispozici rychlovarná konvice s instantní kávou a čajem, také malá a tichá lednice. Každý den doplňována lahev vody. Bad: Na manželské posteli je jedna velká přikrývka, což bylo překvapení. I když nejste zvyklí, dá se to zvládnout. Do wellness je přístup ze vstupní haly, kde je část určená k večeři/posezení, takže v županu procházíte kolem stolujících lidí. U nás to problém nebyl, ale pro někoho může být taková situace nepříjemná.

Good: Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Donau gelegen. Das Stadtzentrum ist schnell via Bus oder Metro erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön.

Good: Velmi pěkně a moderně zařízený hotel, čisté prostředí, velmi příjemný pozorný personál. Vynikající nabídka jídel, bezlepkových a vegan. Při první rezervaci jsem si spletl termín a Booking bohužel rezervaci nestornoval a peníze nevrátil ( moje pochybení při rezervaci s okamžitou platbou). Žádal jsem jiný termín se stejnými parametry. Druhá rezervace byla již v termínu, který jsem chtěl a při platbě při příjezdu ( již jiná volba na Booking ) mi bylo účtováno pouze storno a ne opět celá částka. Velmi příjemně mě to překvapilo. Z mého pohledu perfektní servis a vyhovění mé žádosti manažerem hotelu. Doporučuji jak z pohledu čistoty, jídla tak i lidského a velmi milého přístupu personálu. Bad: Netýká se ubytování, pouze okolí směrem od řeky není moc příjemné( asi jako v každém velkoměstě ). Jen drobnost, zvolil bych jiného dodavatele kávy.

Good: Convenient location (Danube embankment, near the metro). A big advantage is its own thermal pools. Nice staff. Bad: The price is overpriced. The bathroom has an inconvenient sink - the water from the tap flows out of the sink wall, it is very inconvenient to wash your hands. Unstable hot water in the shower. At breakfast: the staff quickly clears the plates and utensils, there is no filtered coffee, there are no nuts, there are few green vegetables, there could be fish for breakfast.
