sono stato due notti in questo hotel, devo dire di essermi trovato veramente bene. personale gentilissimo, camere silenziose e tranquille, NESSUNA BRUTTA SORPRESA SU CARTA DI CREDITO!!! una spa veramente rilassante e tranquilla, con vasca idromassaggio molto ampia, più altre vasche con acqua di diverse temperature. Vita notturna intorno all'hotel quasi inesistente, un 24/7 per acquisti di tabacchi o bibite e cibi nelle vicinanze... di giorno invece ben collegata con la metropolitana a 5 minuti a piedi. Nonostante la distanza dal centro, tornerei con molto piacere in questo hotel!

Good: Struttura ricettiva elegante ed accogliente. Personale disponibile a risolvere ogni richiesta. Camere pulitissime cambio asciugamani giornaliero.wifi GRATUITA nelle hall e nella terrazza. Spa molto bella e curata. Piscine con acque termali disponibili gratuitamente agli ospiti. Tutto perfetto.

Good: è spettacolare immenso e bello Bad: i cuscini Location Tip: è a pochi metri dal Danubio e a pochi km dal centro,raggiungibile con la metro e bus, la zona è silenziosa e tranquilla hotel magnifico, camere ordinate con tanti confort (minibar, cassaforte, fono, saponi, pubblicità,accappatoi, asciugamani) piscine con acqua termale di varie gradazioni,lettini con asciugamani e docce, ascensori gradevoli e numerosi, bar con sala wiifii con divanetti comodi e gradevoli sedie,sala palestra attrezzatissima, varie sale per massaggi e numerose terapie, personale educato e gentile,ristorante eccezzionale ma un pò caruccio,colazione discreta. Alcuni suggerimenti: personale che parli anche italiano, menù in italiano e con foto, cuscini senza le piume che sembrano spilli.

Personale molto gentile, molto educato, sempre sorridente e molto preparato. Disponibile ad ogni tua richiesta.. Il pianista è davvero un artista ed io gli detto "bravo" con sincerità. Tutta l'atmosfera che è lì intorno è piacevole. Il personale di servizio nella sala ristorante è così solerte che devi stare attento che non ti porti via il cappuccino che stai ancora bevendo mentre ti sei alzato per prendere un dolcetto...... Comunque direi, per finire, hotel ottimo e gente ungherese meravigliosa!!!!!!!!! Budapest mi ha incantata......

Good: Staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was nicely located. Room was very comfortable and sufficient water provided in room for the hot weather. The breakfast was wonderful with do much to pick from. There was choice of eggs; scrambled, fried, omlette, boiled. Variety of juices, coffees, teas, bread, fresh fruit. Absolutely delightful food at the restaurant and service late into the night. Wondergul experience! Bad: Did not get my river view room I paid for for first 2 nights! On 3rd and last night got the view.

Good: Superbe hôtel et personnel très pro. L'extérieur commence à faire un peu vieillot mais l'intérieur est moderne et agréable. Les chambres sont bien isolées et il y a beaucoup de monde, parfois les gens ne respectent pas trop les autres et peuvent être sales ou bruyants mais le personnel de l'hôtel est très réactif et arrive à trouver des solutions. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. L'hôtel est peu excentré du centre ville, ce qui lui confère beaucoup de calme au bord du Danube où on peut rejoindre le centre ville ou l'île Margaret en face en une dizaine de minutes en transports.

Good: the staff Bad: the amenities in the shower are quite dangerous… hit me knee on the shelf where the shower gel is stored and cut myself, had to get stitches in a hospital. but the stuff was very friendly and I got a refund for the cost of the doctor.

Good: We stayed for three nights in a Premium Twin Room with River View, and overall our stay was pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I particularly liked the spacious lobby with its high ceiling and modern design. The location was also quite convenient for exploring the city. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Bad: The main disappointment was the information about the airport shuttle service. On Booking.com, the hotel is described as offering an airport shuttle, which can easily give the impression that it is a free or hotel-dedicated shuttle service. In reality, it is a paid shared shuttle service that also serves other hotels and passengers. This means that you may have to wait for other passengers before the shuttle departs, and the cost can be similar to taking a taxi. I think the information should be much clearer to avoid misunderstandings and unrealistic expectations. Another thing that could be improved is the breakfast service. On one morning, we arrived at around 9:00 and the breakfast area was temporarily closed for cleaning and restocking, so we had to wait around 30 minutes before we could have breakfast. I understand that cleaning and replenishing the food is necessary, but it would be much better if this could be done continuously without completely interrupting the breakfast service. Guests arrive at different times in the morning, and having to wait 30 minutes before being able to eat is not ideal.

Good: Nagyon jó lokáció, különösen jó reggeli, csendes, szép szobák. Bad: A liftek olykor túlterheltek.

Good: A very pleasant hotel with an excellent location, conveniently situated and close to the main attractions. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, with everything you could need for a great start to the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We have stayed here every time we visit Budapest, and it has never disappointed us. It has become our preferred hotel in the city, and we will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended! Bad: The only negative aspect is that there are no irons available in the rooms, and guests have to use a shared ironing room. Unfortunately, if it is already occupied, you have to wait. The swimming pools are also quite old. Although they are pleasant to use, they do not really meet the standards expected of a hotel with such a high star rating. The terrace with sun loungers is also outdated and in need of renovation. This is a pity, because the hotel itself is truly wonderful and has great potential.

Good: Хорошие завтраки, каждый день разные десерты. красивый вид на реку. бассейн чистый, можно позагорать на террасе. дружелюбный персонал, вкусная минеральная вода в номерах. уютное расположение - напротив остров, за 20 минут по набережной можно дойти до Парламента. рядом есть остановки экскурсионных корабликов. остановки автобусов и метро в шаговой доступности. Bad: терраса с лежаками выглядит немного запущенной, можно немного преобразить.

Good: Very good room, exceptional breakfast and good spa. Bad: Location is not the best (600m to metro station) but very quiet. Too far from city centre to walk daily.

Minden tökéletes volt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Igényes, szép szállás, ahol minden apróságra figyelnek. A szobák tisztasága és a dizájn csillagos ötös, az ágy kényelmes, kellően kemény és nem süppedős, így lehetett jót pihenni. A reggeli svédasztal nagyon változatos és ízletes, bőséges a kínálat. A személyzet kedvessége és segítőkészsége pedig már csak a pont volt az i-re. Köszönjük a vendéglátást, szívből ajánlom a Danubius Hotel Heliát mindenkinek!

Good: We had a wonderful experience at Danubius Hotel Helia in Budapest. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well organized, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. We especially appreciated how smoothly everything was handled for our group. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the meeting facilities worked very well for our conference. The location is also great, with beautiful views of the Danube and easy access to the city. A big thank you to the entire Danubius Hotel Helia team for their hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Good: Понравилось все, комфортно, чисто идеально, завтраки, ужины, спа.. вид на реку, особенно порадовало наличие стиральной машины.. рядом через дорогу супермаркет, где можно купить все необходимое очень рекомендую этот отель :) Bad: До центра добирались на такси, это затратно, за эти деньги можно было взять машину на прокат..это надо учитывать. Раскладной диван для детей не был удобным, от слова совсем..

Good: Personál bol úžasný. Meškali 10 minút s izbou a automaticky nám ako kompenzáciu dopustili parkovné 15,- eúr sami od seba. Raňajky skvelé, výber, kvalita. Izby čisté voňavé. Určite odporúčam. Bad: Z vonku hotel vyzerá horšie.

Lovely hotel, great food.Greay gym and spa service. Big pool was shut down for maintenance so small polos were packed with all Kinds including couples who were clearly unmindful of kids being there! Rooms were standard so nothing special. One good thing was the danube river view

Good: A környék nagyon csendes volt. Kiváló reggeli. Nagyon nagy választék, minden igényt kielégítő. Volt hely ahol kényelmesen el lehetett fogyasztani. Rövid sorbanállással még a legnagyobb vendégszámnál is kaphattunk akár frissen sült tojást is. Bad: A szobába érkezéskor nem volt tusfürdő és sampon a fürdőszobában. Kérésünk után 25 perccel pótolták

Bad: Nem volt ami negativan erintett.

Good: Wir waren mit dem ersten Zimmer nicht zufrieden, da das Baf muffig roch! Es wurde für den nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer organisiert! Bad: Das Zimmer war soweit sauber, aber die Fußböden wurden nicht gesaugt und gewischt! Flecke auf den Boden am 1 Tag, waren auch noch am letzten Tag zu sehen. Und überall Staubflocken! Leider stand das Schwimmbad nicht zur Verfügung wegen Renovierung! Das Schwimmbad im Schwesterhotel war keine Auktion, da es viel zu weit und umständlich war, da hin zu kommen!

Good: Very nice room with a splendid view of the river. Very tasty breakfast and dinner, with a variety of options Bad: The fact that the swimming pool is closed in August. Also the toilet near the pool area needs an update because it does not look good at all or at least not like the rest of the hotel. Also maybe the area around the hotel can be more green with plants and flowers.

Good: Мені здається недооціненим цей готель, так він не новий, але дуже доглянутий, чистий, приємний персонал, нам без проблем надали додаткове ліжко безкоштовно для дитини 5 років. Сніданок був просто прекрасний, різноманітний і смачний. Ми були поїздом тільки на 1 ніч, не було можливості скористатись спа, тому про нього нічого не можу сказати. І локація близько центру я би із задоволенням ще раз тут зупинилась, співвідношення ціна/якість прекрасно 👌

Good: Nagyon elégedett voltam a szállodával. A szoba szépen felújított, modern, tiszta és kényelmes volt. A szállás összességében igényes és kellemes benyomást tett rám. Jól éreztem magam, szívesen visszatérnék máskor is, és bátran ajánlom másoknak.

Good: Szépen felújított szálloda, kívülről nem is látszik hogy belül milyen szép. Nagyon jó helyen van. Szeretem a dunai panorámás szobákat.

Good: Ne-a plăcut absolut tot , a fost conform descrierii și așteptărilor noastre. Am avut două zile / două nopți de cazare cu demipensiune, patru persoane / două perechi / cupluri și două camere , micul dejun pe săturate și delicios iar cina a fost un răsfăț culinar, la intrarea de la cină, ne-au așteptat cu câte un pahar de șampanie din partea casei , camerele renovate recent , miros plăcut în camere , așternuturi de top , salteaua nouă excelentă și foarte comodă , am intrat puțin și pe la SPA , dar piscina mare era în reparații. Recomandăm plimbarea cu vaporul pe Dunăre , se poate lua de pe faleza din spatele hotelului. Bad: Piscina de la SPA era nefuncțională din cauza unor reparații de întreținere. Nu a fost un inconvenient mare și am fost anunțați de la început că nu e disponibilă piscina mare. În schimb fiind la Budapesta, chiar ai ce să faci două zile pline.

Good: Locație lângă Dunăre, cam 2 km de parlament. Metrou, stație de abtobuz, magazine, tutungerie in apropiere. Curățenie Loc de parcare (plătit extra, dar merită).

Good: A reggeli bőséges és választékos. A szoba tiszta, ágy kényelmes. Nagy parkolója van a szállodának.

Good: Close to river Danube, close to significant attractions of budapest including parliament, chain bridge, Margaret island etc. Outstanding breakfast which catered to all tastes and very generous sittings early 7.00 to 9.00 and 9.30 to 11 which facilitated early and late risers. Staff were excellent 👌. Very courteous and professional. Bad: Expense of bottled water in bar. No outdoor pool facilities while staying in mid-summer. Would have liked to have seen pricing in € as well as HUF.

Πολύ άνετο και καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, με πολύ καλό πρωινό και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και η διαμονή μας συνολικά πολύ ευχάριστη. Τα μόνα αρνητικά ήταν το ντους, όπου το νερό δεν αποστραγγιζόταν αρκετά γρήγορα και μαζευόταν στο πάτωμα, καθώς και το parking, το οποίο θεωρώ υπερβολικά ακριβό. Συνολικά, όμως, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Good: Очень приятный, уютный отель, у нас был номер с балконом, номер очень уютный , свежий ремонт, большой телевизор, холодильник, кондиционер, видно что все свежее современное, неограниченное посещение СПА, мы приехали раньше заселения, наш номер был еще не готов, но нам предложили подождать в СПА, но мы оставили чемоданы и пойти гулять, вернулись к 2 часам и нас любезно заселили. Пишут что отель находиться далеко от центра, да он немного в отделении, но есть очень хорошее транспортное сообщение, остатки буквально в паре минут от отеля, метро в одной остановке, пешком до Парламента 25 минут по красивому променад, остров Маргит напротив отеля, можно зайти с двух сторон. Рядом с отлем супермаркет, алкашка круглосуточная, магазин Росмман. Вернёмся ли мы в этот отель ещё раз однозначно, тем более у них есть программа лояльности, порекомендуете друзьям 💯 Bad: У нас были только завтраки, завтраки без излишеств, но найти для себя можно, классические яйца, яишницы, парень может пожарить омлет как вы хотите, сосиски, бекон, нарезки, зелень, огурцы-помидоры, сыр 🧀 фрукты, хлеб, булки мед в сотах, кофейные аппараты расставлены по залу не нужно стоять в очередях, НО персонал стоит и смотрит как ты ешь и ждёт когда освободишь тарелку, не очень приятно, да подбирают все быстро убирают, ну вот стоят толпой и наблюдают .

Jó hotel, nagyon jó helyen. Kívülről nem annyira menő, mint belülről. Kitűnő reggeli. Azt viszont még mindig nem értem, miért van külön a női és a férfi szauna.

Good: We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Although we were initially disappointed that the pool was under maintenance, the staff was very kind about it and offered us a nice solution, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Minden rendben volt, egyedül ami kicsit zavaró volt, az a szoba és a fürdő mérete, elég pici volt. (premium dunára néző szoba volt franciaággyal).

Good: A hotel elhelyezkedése remek, tömegközlekedést és autót használóknak is. Folyóra néző szobánk volt, csodálatos kilátással.

Good: A fost foarte curat, mic dejun delicios, personal amiabil. Bad: Frigiderul din camera nu a functionat. Pana cand a fost pus in functiune mancarea bebelusului nostru s-a stricat. In a doua dimineata nu am fost lasati sa intram la micul dejun la 9:15 pana la 9:30 din motivul ca s-au reaprovizionat mancarurile ( mentionez ca eram cu copilasul caruia i-a fost foarte foame).

Szépen felújított szálloda. Remek reggeli. A szoba lehetne kicsit tisztább. A fürdőszobában a higiéniai termékek hiánya kicsit kellemetlen volt. Kérésünkre pótolták. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

Good: The food in the restaurant. The fitness, gym is amazing, the best I met. The pools were great even though one was not available. The balcony met it standard and the view of the river. The staff very friendly. It was very clean and neat. The location was all right, the bus was really close and it was easy to access everything in the city. There was a supermarket just across the street, even Rossman. There were nice restaurants in the area. The facilities in the restaurant amazing, the sofas, chairs - perfect. The whole organisation of breakfast was exceptional. The salmon was served as well as great variables of eggs. Bad: There were three lifts but you sometimes had to wait to get to your room. We could not locate stairs, only emergency exits.

Good: A tisztaság, a reggeli bőséges. Bad: Második éjjelen mintha bútorokat toltak volna a felettünk lévő emeleten. Így nehéz volt elaludni. Klíma bár 19 fokra volt állítva és a legnagyobb sebességen ment,nem hűtötte le a szobát.

Good: Jó elhelyezkedés, kiváló reggeli.A recepcióhoz közel jeges tea és víz volt kirakva innivalónak.
