Good: The staff was very pleasant, the pools were good. Nice breakfast. There is a luggage storage service - very convenient and the guy who took our belongings was very helpful and pleasant. Bad: We slept on the sixth and last floor. Early in the morning there were really loud bangs from above (I assume the roof area) and as if metal was falling. This happened many times and was even until we left the hotel that morning. It was very unpleasant and woke us up in the morning

Good: המלון מפורסם כמלון עסקים. וזה בטוח שלא הסגנון. מילו את המלון עד 0 מקום בבוקר היה קשה לתפוס שולחן לארוחת בוקר לא הספיקו לפנות ולנקות. חוסר בכוסות ובניקיון של החדר אוכל. חדרים לא מאוד נקיים היה צריך לבקש לנקות מתחת למיטה שאפילו תחתונים של אורחת קודמת היה שם. Bad: מלון מחודש אם ברכות מחוממות , מיטות ממש נוחות וארוחת בוקר מגובנת טובה מאוד. צוות עובדים תמיד עם חיוך

Good: Приветливый персонал,вкусный завтрак. Номер соответствует фото,чистый.Отличные комфортные кровати.Ну и конечно доступ к бассейнам с 7 утра и до 22 вечера особый вид удовольствия.

Good: I had a wonderful stay at Danubius Hotel Helia in Budapest. The location is perfect, right on the Danube, offering beautiful views and easy access to both the city center and public transportation. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest!

Good: Appartement long durée très spacieux et très bien équipé. Personnel gentil & très serviable. Grandes piscines intérieures chauffées. Vue sur Danube Bad: Emplacement- un peu éloigné du centre. Petit déjeuner dans une très grande salle- il y avait beaucoup de monde.

Good: Micul dejun a fost foarte diversificat, au existat multiple variante de mancare, care au fost foarte bune. Hotelul e situat la o distanta relativ ok fata de obiectivele turistice. Bad: Nu mi-a placut zgomotul care se aude din camerele alaturate, camerele fiind despartite printr-o usa (nu a fost foarte deranjant, dar a fost acolo)

Good: Everything was excelent! 🙂 Beds were so comfy that we slept like a babies. Spa is big enough for nice relaxation, and that was just we need after a day long trip to Budapest. Bad: Nothing.

Good: Uns hat das reichhaltige Angebot zum Frühstück und Abendessen gefallen. Große Auswahl. Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sauber. Vom Hotelzimmer hatten wir einen Blick auf die Donau und die Stadt. Hotelzimmer sind neu renoviert und das Interior ist neu. Waren innerhalb eines Jahres schon das zweite Mal im Danubius Helia zu Gast. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Bad: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Good: Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και ποιοτικό. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το στρώμα ήταν πάρα πολύ βολικό. Οι συγκοινωνίες βολεύουν πολύ. Value for money. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Good: Great variety of buffet breakfast items including plenty veggie options as well to start the day and to eat it either inside the restaurant or outside on the patio. The spa, the pools, the rooftop patio, the lounge area with large windows, comfy furniture, qiuet background music and friendly helpful staff really contributed to the very pleasant experience. The room and sheets were clean, the bed comfy. Enjoyed my stay.

Good: Das Hotel und das Personal war Top. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sprechen einige Sprachen und sind immer mit Tips dabei. Ausserdem können Sie schon vieles vor Ort buchen. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und soweit sauber. Im Restaurant gab es Frühstück und Abendessen vom Buffet. Man durfte essen was man wollte und wieviel. Selbst für Glutenunverträgliche gab es eine eigene Auswahl. Beim Frühstück wie auch beim Abendessen gab es ungarische aber auch europäische und nichteuropäische Speisen. Somit konnten viele Nationalität bedient werden. In einem Café im Hotel gab es zu jeder Zeit die Möglichkeit was zu trinken aber auch verschiedene Gerichte zu bestellen . Ausserdem gab es ein Fitness und ein Spabereich mit Pools und Sauna. Massagen und Salzgrotte etc. konnten zusätzlich gebucht werden. Handtücher und Bademäntel stellt das Hotel zur Verfügung. Im Inneren Bereich ist das Hiotel modern eingerichtet. Von draußen kann man es gar nicht richtig einschätzen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt und Drogeriemarkt. Metrostadiion und weiteres....

Personalul hotelului cu care am interacționat este format dintr-o echipa de oameni foarte drăguți , deosebit de amabili și dedicați . Știu sa-și personalizeze relația cu clientul. Știu sa fie atenți . Bravo ! Am avut o experiența foarte plăcută pe toată durata șederii mele in hotel . Recomand cu încredere .

Good: Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν άριστο, με αξεπέραστο πρωινό. Η θέση του ειναι ιδανική για να δεις την πόλη. Εμεις είχαμε πάρει ημιδιατροφή . Το πρωινό τελειώνει στις 10 και το βραδινό ανοίγει στις 18.00 οποτε αρκούσαν τα δύο γεύματα άνετα με ένα ενδιάμεσο σνακ. Το δωμάτιο ηταν πολυ καλό και γενικά όλοι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου φαίνονται καινούργιοι. Υπάρχει καθαριότητα και ηρεμία. Είναι διακοσμημένο με πολλά μοντέρνα στοιχεία. Το spa έχει 3 πισινες εσωτερικές με διαφορετική θερμοκρασία η κάθε μία, σαουνα και χαμάμ ανδρών και γυναικών, πολλές ντουζιέρες με άφθονο ζεστό νερό. Στο σπα μπορείς να κάνεις παρά πολλές θεραπείες σε ξεχωριστούς χώρους που διατίθενται όπως μασαζ, σολαριουμ, γυμναστική κλπ. Οι τιμές γενικά στη Βουδαπέστη ειναι λίγο τσιμπημένες οποτε θα πρότεινα το ξενοδοχείο με την ημιδιατροφή.

Good: Hotel na úrovni, pokoj čistý a vkusně zařízený Bad: Sprchy u sauny a bazénu a vstup u sauny

Good: Отель находится в тихом месте, рядом с ним остановка и супермаркет, что очень удобно. Хорошая парковка прям перед зданием, частично платная. Номер у нас был чистый, достаточно уютный, с видом на реку. Рядом набережная, где можно прогуляться, если не хочется сразу бежать на осмотр достопримечательностей. Неплохой СПА и бассейны для отдыха и релакса. В номере есть все необходимое. Мы довольны, возможно, приедем еще. Bad: Завтрак все-таки скудноват, каждый день одно и то же. Ну и если кому-то важно быть прямо в центре города, то тоже не подойдет (нам было важнее быть в тишине).

Bad: שום דבר, אהבנו הכל

Good: Hotel krásny izba super len dosť boli tvrdé vankúše, wellness by trebalo trochu rozšíriť ale súper sme si pobyt užili V hoteli je kaviareň s reštauráciou jedlo je super no nikde nás neupozornili že za servis sa plati 12% zo sumy z jedla a ďalšie percenta ešte z nápojov Bad: Všetko bolo dobre až na to parkovanie pri hoteli 12€ na noc plus parkovne v centre na každom rohu ina suma a zakaždým dosť vysoká.

Good: I have been many times to this hotel, and will return because it matches my needs perfectly. The room is comfortable, the spa area is delightful, and both inside the hotel and outside on the terrace there are inviting, comfortable seating areas. Check-in and out was fast and easy. Hotel Helia has all of what I appreciate, a delightful swimming pool with many facilities, hot water pools, sauna, water fitness, massage, good service and much more. Very good buffet breakfast in the main restaurant, and also a good bistro restaurant with tasty dishes for snacks and simple meals, lovely walk terrain behind the hotel along the Danube with many chairs, benches and even reclining chairs at the quay to rest on if needed. Very good central location with excellent bus service just outside the hotel and a supermarket opposite the hotel. Coffee, tea and fridge in the room and more. Metro M3 is nearby and airport transportation is easy with airport bus 100 E to Kalvin Ter and bus 15 (from Kecskemeti utca to Drava utca) makes it very simple for airport travel from/to airport without climbing metro stairs or looking for elevator and only 3 minute walks! I find Google maps ideal for planning and finding where the bus stops are located. For those who are EU citizens and 65+ public transportation is free. The hotel is inviting to children and dogs, but only if they are well-behaved and the hotel requires this, which is good! Bad: Only minor issue was the card key, which sometimes opened easily, other times only after several tries! No problem, staff available for help, but perhaps the lock needs checking.

Good: Nagyon tiszta, szép szálloda, jó parkolással, kedves személyzettel. Bad: A szomszéd család nagyon hangos volt. Javaslom, ha van rá mód az egyedül érkezőket távolabb szállásolni a kisgyermekesektől. Csak amiatt írom, mert lehet csendre vàgyik a vendég a késő esti órákban. Az egyedül megszállók szerintem biztosan.

Good: Great location, next to the river, close enough to the center , you can go by foot, fully renovated, everything was brand new. They upgraded our room for free, and the room was exceptional. Spacey , 55 inch tv, king size bed, big bathroom, everything was perfect! The breakfast was exceptional. Variety and quality! Also the spa (hot pools ) were very nice. VFM for sure. If I visit again Budapest I will stay at Danubius Helia for sure. Bad: The floor it could be a little more clean.

Good: Nagyon szépen felújított szálloda, remek reggeli, négycsillagos szoba. A személyzet nagyon megértő és kedves. Bad: A fürdőszobában a zuhanyajtó nem faltól falig ér, így kifolyt a víz fürdés/hajmosás közben, mert a zuhanytálca széle viszont alacsony. Többször ki kellett csavarni a kilépőt, hogy ne álljon a víz a fürdőszobában. Ez nagyon kényelmetlen volt. A medencetér nem túl modern, nem éreztem az általában társítható kikapcsolódást. Nincs merülőmedence a szaunához, bár a hidegvizes úszómedence segít.

Good: W skrócie wszystko :). Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, wszędzie czysto, pokuj odnowiony nie mający jeszcze praktycznie zniszczen. Kompleks basenowy z gorąca woda super sprawa dla zmęczonych nóg po zwiedzaniu, jak i dla dziecka które mogło się wyszaleć w cieple. Śniadania różnorodne i napewno każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Dostępny parking. Po drugiej stronie ulicy sklep gdzie możemy kupić np wode na wyprawę. Bad: Odległość do centrum - jeżeli ktoś się nastawia na piesze wyprawy. Natomiast jeżeli ogarniemy komunikację miejska przestaje to być już problemem, blisko do przystanków jak I metra.

Good: Fin beliggenhet, fint hotell og flott spa anlegg Bad: Vi opplevde mangelfull oppfølging av romvask. Vaskingen ble utført sent på dagen, toalettpapir ble ikke etterfylt, og støvsuging under sengen var ikke gjennomført. Videre kunne personalet med fordel ha fremstått mer imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte.

We had a great stay at Danubius Helia Hotel Budapest. The check-in took about an hour, but it wasn’t a problem since we explored the city in the meantime. The view from our room was directly over the river, which was beautiful. The hotel provided free bathrobes with belts and slippers, which was a nice touch. Our room had a solid modern Samsung TV with plenty of international channels and absolutely no lags. All elevators worked perfectly, everything was clean, and there was no noise at all. Overall, very good value for money. The breakfast was nice as well ! I really recommend The Fitness Upgrade too! So we really enjoyed our stay here!

Good: Minden tetszett, különösen a finom és bőséges reggeli. Kellemesen meleg volt a medence vízhőmérséklete. Tágas terek, kényelmes ágy, a szobából kilátás a Dunára. Mesés volt. Bad: Nem volt ilyen.

Good: Tetszett a recepció személyzete, a reggeli bősége, a wellness részleg, a szoba kilátása, Bad: Nem tettszett hogy a szobába az ágy alatt tiszta por volt mikor megérkeztünk és egyik nap sem sepertek fel én hiányolom legalábbis a szobákból a seprüt, hogy ilyen helyzetben az ember megoldja magától, nem tetszett a yellow bistro bar férfi brigád személyzete már jártam ebben a hotelbe de most elég szétcsuszottak voltak. Hiába látták, hogy ott ülünk 20percig sem jöttek volna oda étlapot hozni esetleg, de a szervizdijat 2× is számolnak a számla végén.

Good: It's one of the best hotels we've been to. Great location, an amazing balcony view, the food was delicious (breakfast and dinner), and the staff was friendly. Overall, it is a great value for money.

Good: Locația. Bad: La etajul 1(cu balcon) priveliștea spre Dunăre a fost obturată aproape în totalitate de copacii de pe spațiul verde! Nu, nici nu sunt împotriva spațiilor verzi, dar dacă plătești 100€ în plus, măcar să ai panoramă! Încă un punct negativ, deși rezevarea a fost făcută în mai(27), ni s-a spus de la recepție că (virgulă) camerele au fost repartizate în ordinea rezervării! Acest aspect mă face să am dubii în privința repartizării camerelor, cele de la etajele superioare cu balcon vorbesc, cred că aș putea spune discriminatorii pentru turiștii străini, în favoarea celor autohtoni(dar nu am cum dovedi). Acest aspect mă face să nu mai prefer acest hotel în viitor!

Good: Profesionálny a ochotný personál, vybavenie hotela, wellnes, raňajky a večere formou bufetu - bohatý výber, zariadenie izby, poloha hotela, veľká spokojnosť. Bad: Na izbe bol prach, na parapetách, na stolíkoch, prach v kúpeľni a nevynesený smetný kôš po predchádzajúcich hosťoch, chýbal jeden župan.... riešené s milým recepčným v našu spokojnosť, ale troška nás to po príchode sklamalo...

Good: Minden nagyon jó volt! Gyönyörű a szálloda, a wellness is nagyon jó volt. Az ágy először túl puhának tűnt, de nagyon jót aludtam, szuper kènyelmes volt. A reggeli kiváló volt, mindenki talál a kìnálatban magának megfelelőt. A szemèlyzet is nagyon kedves volt. Bad: Nem volt ilyen.

Good: Hotel frumos pozitionat pe malul Dunarii la 2km de Palatul Parlamentului. Camere foarte curate, mancare diversificata si foarte buna. In fiecare seara cand se mergea la masa se oferea cate un pahar de sampanie sau de suc pentru copii. Seara se ofera apa plata la discreție. Piscinele sunt foarte ok. Cea mica pentru copii avea temperatura de 38 grade, cea mijlocie 20-30grade iar cea mare 25-26grade. Parcare suficienta contra cost. 12 euro/ nopate. Cand voi veni din nou la Budapesta voi alege din nou acest hotel. Bad: Nu a fost ceva ce sa nu-mi placa.

Good: Totul este la superlativ. Am avut un apartament LifeStyle foarte frumos. Avea doua bai, sala de forță, sauna etc. Mancarea diversificata pentru toate gusturile Loc de parcare 12 euro/zi Recomand cu incredre. Aproape de obiective turistice ale orașului.

Good: Bardzo ładne, zadbane pokoje. Dostawka dla dziecka to pełnowymiarowe rozkładane łóżko z dobrym materacem. Śniadania powtarzalne, ale duży wybór. Baseny to duży plus. Niedaleko stacji metra. Bad: Niestety przed hotelem unosił się brzydki zapach kanalizacji.

Bad: Kada smo došli soba nije bila spremna nego smo morali čekati sat vremena dulje, s malim djetetom. U sobi nije bilo ispražnjeno smeće od prijašnjih gosti.

Good: We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Danubius Hotel Helia. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location by the Danube is peaceful and scenic, yet still conveniently close to the heart of Budapest.

Good: We had a great time and will surely come back.it's my second time here and this time they gave me a room upgrade to the riverside view for free!the SPA is awesome and the breakfast buffet is superb! Bad: The room was quite warm and uncomfortable because the air conditioning temperature could'nt be adjusted.i reported it to the reception and they said someone would come to fix it but no one showed up.i hope they can improve their responsiveness to guest concerns in the future.

Good: Jó ár-érték aràny, kedves személyzet, szèp szoba. Bad: Wellness: régies, a szálloda többi része felújított, de a wellness részleg eléggé elavult.

Good: Great facilities. Nicely stocked breakfast buffet. Well staffed. Bad: Evening buffet not a patch on breakfast.

Good: V tem hotelu je bivanje zelo prijetno. Okusen, odličen zajtrk, zelo lepe prenovljene sobe s pogledom na otok in Donavo, prijeten bazen, savna, spa, bližina javnega prevoza in seveda ne smem pozabiti na zelo varen parking za rampo in pod kamero pred hotelom za 12€/dan. Zadnji dan po opravljeni odjavi pa sem brez skrbi in brezplačno imel avto parkiran pred hotelom, medtem ko smo še uživali v mestu. Vse pohvale , hvala Vam in se še kdaj vidimo. Bad: Vse je OK.
