Good: Ein traumhaftes Hotel in hervorragender Lage! Man merkt, dass das Hotel im Innenbereich neu renoviert worden ist - leider wurde dabei aber auf die Außenfassade vergessen! Personal, Reinigungskräfte, Zimmer und Ausstattung, Frühstück, Abendbuffet und Service sind TOP !!! Hervorzuheben ist auch noch der komplette Spa und Wellnessbereich zur teilweisen Gratisbenutzung! Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😃 Bad: Außenfassade

Good: Parking, position of the hotel ( by the Danube river, 30 min.walk to the Parliament). The receptionists were welcoming and helpful. The three pools,a large lobby area. Great breakfast choices. Bad: Nothing to be noted.

Good: The food was lovely (good breakfast buffet and the bar menu was fantastic - I recommend the Club Sandwich)! Staff are very friendly and always willing to help you in anyway that will make your stay more comfortable! The hotel is really well located, right beside the Danube River with a view of Margaret Island. The streets around the hotel are quiet, clean and tree-lined, so the 10 minute walk into the busy area of the city is really pleasant. There is also a grocery store right across the street! The room was fabulous - balcony had an amazing view, the bed was comfortable, the shower was huge with good water pressure and the decor is really nicely done. Housekeeping services are great, everyday our bed was made and we were provided with fresh towels. The spa facilities are lovely - there are 4 pools to choose from, a sun deck on the roof, a 2-story gym, various treatment rooms where you can get massages (you must book at the spa reception for the wellness treatments). Bathrobes and slippers are provided in your room for use at the spa. An amazing way to unwind after a long day of exploring the streets of Budapest! I had an amazing experience as a guest at the Danubius Hotel Helia, and I stayed for a week. Thank you, and I can’t wait to return! My trip to Budapest was one of the best trips I have been on, and the Danubius Hotel Helia played a huge part in this! Bad: I have no negative comments, I truly had a great stay!

Bad: Financial procedures are extremely strict even if I've fulfilled all payments as they asked for! Nothing can be done, all blames goes for the electronic system.

Good: Belle chambre avec vue sur le Danube, demi pension au top avec un joli buffet, trolley bus 75 à côté et métro pas loin . Bad: Accueil pour Check in désastreux, 1 h de retard pour la chambre et aucune empathie du personnel, un sourire aurait été de mise, dommage … à revoir idem pour le Check out dommage

Good: The location is very nice, The room was clean and well equiped, The breakfast was good and The staff very nice Bad: At the breakfast we found loaves of bread that were frozen in The middle. We had a very noisy stay because of a window that couldn't be closed properly. We informed The staff twice but unfortunately nobody did anything about it and as a result, we couldn't rest properly. The parking at the property is very expensive from my Point of view, especially since you have no other parking options in the area

Last time we stayed at the N.Y Palace but I prefer this one for the following reasons - the reception staff are outstanding (Peter, Matt, Daniel, Victoria) - very professional, helpful, and pleasant as are all the staff!🙏🏻 Located in a beautiful, quiet, and safe neighbourhood. On the Danube and a 35 min walk to Margaret Island. 5 min walk from the Metro - 4 stops and you are in the centre of Budapest. The hotel is modern & cheerfully decorated, spacious yet cozy. Room - fabulous and v. quiet. Spa - very relaxing. Also took an exercise class & yoga. Breakfast- plenty to choose from. Bar menu- very good. Try the season pea soup (delicious + dumplings!). Thank you for everything ❤️

Good: Hotel frumos,amplasat pe malul Dunării.Este destul de aproape de zona centrala,la vreo 40 minute de mers pe jos.Micul dejun a fost diversificat.Exista parcare,ceea ce este un avantaj.

Good: Hotel Helia ligger precis bredvid floden Donau med utsikt över ön Margit sziget. Hotellet är jättestort och inrymmer ett fint spa med varma pooler, utmärkt massage, träningslokal och andra olika bra faciliteter. Bekvämt rum med skön säng, dusch, värdeskåp och kylskåp och kaffekokare. Utsökt jättestor frukostbuffé med allt man kan tänka sig, stort plus. Omelett tillagas på plats enligt önskemål. Superproffsig och trevlig personal i hela hotellet. Har varit här innan, och kommer gärna igen.

Good: Nie sme veľkí cestovatelia a teda nevieme úplne porovnávať, avšak tento hotel nás naozaj očaril. Čisté, útulné, plne vybavené izby, každý deň vyupratované, uteráky vymenené aj keď sme ich zámerne ani na zem nepoložili. Určite odporúčam izby s výhľadom na Dunaj. Jednu izbu sme mali na Dunaj, druhú na mesto. Funkčná chladnička, ak bolo treba každý deň nová fľaša minerálky alebo doplnenie čaju, kávy, smotany do kávy, sladidla alebo cukru. Raňajky i večere formou bohatých bufetovych stolov a veľa ovocia, rôzne druhy pečiva, k večeri aj rôzne druhy dezertov a pohár šampanského alebo džúsu. Džbán čistej vody bol samozrejmosťou, ak sa Vám minul, hneď priniesli ďalší. Úžasný pán, ktorý sa staral o batožinu. V cene bol aj vstup do bazénov, sauny a fitness. Zaplávali sme si dosýta aj v sedacom bazéne sme sa vymasirovali bublinkami. Mali sme k dispozícii aj župan a papuče. Dostupnosť metrom a mestskou dopravou úplne výborná. Pozor, ak ste boli zvyknutí na skupinový 24 hodinový lístok, tak ten už od januára 2025 nie je dostupný. Jednoducho celkovo sme z nášho 6 dňového pobytu s polpenziou nadšení. Bad: To, čo sa mi nepáčilo je tak hlboko subjektívne, že to už je len skôr taká informácia než kritika. Vôňa tekutého mydla na ruky a sprchového gélu dosť nepríjemná taká plastovo citrónová, trochu som ľutovala, že som si nezobrala vlastný sprchovací gél z domu. Šampón na vlasy neviem, ten som mala svoj. Ale opäť pozitívne je, že toto všetko máte k dispozícii, vrátane fénu. Dokonca aj také hotelové balenie telového mlieka, ktoré zase voňalo veľmi príjemne. 🙂 Na strane s výhľadom na mesto nás dosť rušil nepretržitý (vo dne, v noci) hukot, nevedeli sme to identifikovať skadiaľ to je, ale na noc sme zatvárali okno- takú malú vetračku, lebo naozaj sa pritom nedalo zaspať a zavreté okno to trochu tlmilo.

Good: Nagyon kedves és figyelmes volt a személyzet, mind a takarítók, mind a recepciósok és az étteremben a felszolgálók. A reggeli bőséges volt és finom. Az ágy kényelmes volt. Külön értékeltük, hogy hét közepén az ágyneműnket áthúzta a takarító hölgy, mert észlelte, hogy a kisfiúnk összepiszkolta több helyen. A wellness részleg kicsit retro, de a pihenésünket maximálisan szolgálta. A szálloda környéke nyugodt, mind kocsival, mind tömegközlekedési eszközzel jól megközelíthető. Az épülettel szemben található egy jól felszerelt bolt is. A környéken több parkolási lehetőség is van, ha valakihez vendég érkezik a hotelhez és esetleg nem a hotel parkolóját szeretné igénybe venni. Ár-érték arányban kiemelkedően jó volt a hotel, kellemes élményekkel jöttünk el onnan.

z zewnątrz budynek hotelu trochę straszy i nie sprawia dobrego wrażenia, natomiast wewnątrz widać, że wszystko po generalnym remoncie. w środku jest czysto i nowocześnie. dostateczne śniadania, na duży plus to, że hotel w strefie spa ma własne baseny termalne. wybitna proporcja ceny do jakości. polecam serdecznie.

Good: Locația la 200m de Dunăre. Nu departe de Parlament. Mâncarea de la MD și cină + dulciurile (am ales cameră cu demipensiune). Priveliștea super faină din camera de la et.5, ultimul. Parcare exterioară chiar mare! Personal drăguț peste tot, la bar la fel. Totul a fost ok. Merită să revenim! Budapesta = un oraș mișto! 😍

Good: ארוחת בוקר טובה מבחר מגוון ביחס לבתי מלון אחרים באותה רמה. הבריכות מצוינות בטמפרטורות שונות וזה מאוד נחמד. צוות מאוד שירותי ונחמד. Bad: החדרים הרגילים קטנים! מי שמגיע זוג+ ילד חייב לקחת לפחות סוויטה אחרת צפוף מאוד. המיקום מרוחק מהמרכז ובאזור אין כמעט כלום.

2025. Júliusában döntöttünk a Hotel Danubius Helia mellett , és nagyszerű a tapasztalatunk . A recepción rendkívül készségesek , a Hotel egyéb területei és a Hotel szoba is rendkívül tiszta . Csendes és kellemes környezetbe helyezkedik el , a reggeli és a vacsora is nagyon finom , igényes volt és a személyzet is udvarias , figyelmes . A medence rész nagyon tiszta és élvezetes volt nem volt egyáltalán zsúfolt annak ellenére se hogy sok vendég tartózkodott a Hotelba . A konditerem teljesen rendbe volt , bőségesen vannak gépek amik jó állapotba voltak mindenki megtalálhatja a magának megfelelő gépet amit szeretne használni , és a masszázs terápia is nagyon jó volt , kellemes relaxáló halk zenével , legközelebb is maradunk ennél a Hotelnél .

Good: The hotel is very good – the location is convenient. There is a large supermarket nearby and public transport stops close to the hotel. The reception staff are wonderful and very helpful with any questions. Bad: I understand that towels and bed linen are changed every few days, but from Thursday to Sunday our room was not cleaned at all, which was very disappointing.

Good: התקשורת עם הצוות וההיענות לצרכים היתה נעימה וברורה - מה אפשר, אי אפשר ומה בעלות נוספת. החדרים נעימים ונקיים ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת הכוללת מגוון ביצים, כולל טיגון במקום. ירקות, גבינות ונקניקים וגם פינת המתוקים לא חסרה. איזור הספא היה רגוע עם בריכות בטמפרטורות שונות ארוחת הערב היתה טובה וגם עמדת ארוחת הצהרים הצהובה היתה טעימה Bad: למי שמגיע עם ילדים שימו לב שרעש ומשחקי כדור באיזור הספא לא מתקבלים באהדה

Good: Dejligt sted med gode værelser og venligt personale, morgenmaden var god. Offentlig transport lige udenfor hotellet. Bad: Solstolene på tag terrassen kunne godt trænge til at blive spændt, ellers var alt 👍👍

Good: O local é muito bonito, novo e o SPA é incluído no preço. Fizemos o check out na madrugada e eles prepararam um lanchinho da madrugada pra gente uma vez que não íamos tomar o café da manhã. O local fica a 20 min do centro de ônibus. Bad: Não conseguiram flexibilae o checkin pra um pouco mais cedo

Good: Teljesen új, frissen korszerűsített, gyönyörű és mindent kielégítő, hangulatos a szálloda. A recepció kedves és figyelmes, gyors és kedves az ügyintézés. A szálloda mindenhol légkondicionált, a szobák légköre és felszereltsége kiváló. Az étkezés gyors, bőséges étel és ital választékkal. A wellnes rész is kiváló volt. Bad: Egyetlen észrevételem van csak a rengeteg dicséret mellett, a szobákban nagyon kényelmes ágyak vannak, csak amikor szerettünk volna a 2 ágyból franciaágyat csinálni akkor az ágy első lábai kerek voltak és ezért szétnyiltak.

Good: Хотела е уютен и чист , персонала мил и услужлив, закуската невероятна но малко бавни на омлетите . Винаги бихме посетили отново .

Everything was so delicious that even when we said we’d “just have a coffee,” we always ended up eating more because we simply couldn’t resist! We had a great stay at Danubius Hotel Helia. The breakfast and meals were excellent — lots of variety and everything was delicious. The atmosphere of the hotel is really nice, very pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are spotless, modern, and newly designed, which we really appreciated. The view of the Danube River from the room was beautiful! On the downside, the balcony wasn’t as clean as we expected, as it was covered with spider webs. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and it was a big plus that even though we arrived early, they allowed us to leave our luggage and use the hotel’s common areas while waiting for check-in. Overall, a great experience!

Több napos pihenésünkre választottuk ezt a Hotelt, ami kiváló választásnak bizonyult, hisz csak és kizárólag pozitívumokat tudunk felsorolni velük kapcsolatban. Az egész személyzet ízig-vérig profi. Mindenki kedvesen, mosolygósan fogadja a vendégeket, még akkor is ha nagyon sokan vannak. Illendően, minden esetben egy-két kedves mondattal köszöntik és köszönnek el a vendégtől. A szobánk egy felújított, teljes mértékben modern stílusú szoba volt. Nagy tisztaság és minőség jellemezte. Ki szeretnénk emelni, hogy minden nap takarítva volt a szobánk, a legapróbb részletekig figyelve mindenre, így például a törölköző és egyéb eszközök cseréjére, vagy a teljes szoba takarítására. Kérem senki ne higgyen a rosszindulatú (valószínűleg hamis) egy-két kommentnek! Minden saját holmink a helyén volt hagyva, pedig nagy értékűek is voltak benne, mégsem nyúlt hozzá senki illetéktelen! A Wellness-részleg szerintünk egyszerűen szuper, tényleg ki tudja magát pihenni a vendég. Szép, tiszta, modern, mindenki megtalálja a neki tetsző kikapcsolódási formát. Kristálytiszta a víz mindenhol, és a szabályokat is mindenki betartotta, így semmilyen zavaró tényezőt nem tapasztaltunk. Az étterem és a bár kiváló minden szinten. Nagyon kedves, figyelmes kiszolgálással és rettentő nagy választékkal vártak minket. Ha valami elfogyott véletlen, konkrétan másodperceken belül már töltötték is fel újra. Nem volt olyan alkalom, amikor kétszer ugyanazt az ételt találtuk volna a kínálatban. A szerteágazó választékban megtalálható a mentes ételektől a gyümölcsökön át a péksüteményeken keresztül az elő-és főételek sora. Szerintünk lehetetlen, hogy valaki ne találjon számára tökéletesen passzoló finomságokat. Magas minőség, ízletes ételek és italok jellemzik az éttermet! Összességégben tehát kifejezetten ajánljuk mindenkinek a Danubius Hotel Helia-t, aki tökéletes és modern környezetben, figyelmes és segítőkész személyzet által szeretné eltölteni a pihenését.
