Helia

Good: Clean, good food, beverages

Good: Micul dejun este deosebit si variat, camerele confortabile si curate, personalul foarte amabil. Bad: -

Good: Dovolenka s poznávaním histórie. Hotel s bazénmi a príjemným oddychom.

Spokojna okolica. Około 20-30 minut do centrum miasta, w pobliżu przestanek autobusowy i stacja metra.

Good: We had a large modern room overlooking the Danube, the food in the bar and the buffet breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice and a varied offering, the staff were extremely friendly and efficient, and the hotel was in a great location close to Metro line 3 for a short ride into town.

Good: Sehr schön, Gutes Frühstück, Wellnessbereich sehr schön und sauber

Good: Excellent location just next to the bank of the river. Helpful staff. Bad: At the breakfast could be improved poor quality of the orange juice and missing milk for tea.

Good: Výborná poloha v centru města, bohatá strava formou bufetu.

Good: War alles ok Bad: alles super

Good: Staff, location, easy access to facilities, bistro Bad: Nothing

A little far away from the centre but lovely hotel with excellent service and facilities!

Good: Spa and breakfast were very good

Good: The hotel offer a very high standard of service and an amazing experiences for its guests. Try the restaurant at the ground floor, their menu is delicious.

Good: det var helt gudcent

Good: The spa Bad: The room was too hot. The air conditioning was not working

Good: Spa, restaurante, habitacion, todo en estupendas condiciones

Great place with big rooms, great breakfast & spa facilities. Staff was nice and answered all our questions & needs. Parking for the car as described.

Good: Všechno byla to naprostá paráda Bad: Nemám co vytinout

super hotel super service stayed a few times with visiting KREATIV DENTAL rather stay here than ARENA

Good: Attentive and friendly staff, lovely restaurant and location. Highly recommend.

Good: Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en zeer smakelijk.

Good: I had a nice vacation, this hotel is quiet and clean, the food is good, and the location is amazing. The staff is very kind, and the spa area is bigger and cleaner than I expected.

Good: Прекрасная гостиница .

Good: The spa, breakfast and the location Bad: Everything was great

Good: Všetko bolo super

Good: Hotel je izuzetan i za svaku pohvalu!

Good: The view from our room was lovely, the staff very hospitable and the breakfast was out of this world. Also the thermal pools were very relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. Bad: The German style toilets were fairly unpleasant in our opinion. Also one evening a fight broke out by the front door to the hotel and we were afraid to come in.

My travel companion and I, at a great time at this hotel. Your staff was overly friendly, which was fabulous. They were very well-educated on all the information we needed to know about the hotel in itself was very clean. It was nice and quiet. There was no ruckus, the rooms were very comfortable. We absolutely had a fabulous time staying with your hotel. It was centrally located for the event that we were there for so we didn't have to do a lot of travel time and the view from our room was spectacular.

Nagyon jól éreztem magam. Köszönöm !

Kedves Ágnes! Köszönjük, hogy megosztotta velünk véleményét, hálásak vagyunk, hogy szállodánkat választotta! Bízunk benne, hogy hamarosan újra vendégül láthatjuk! Üdvözlettel, B. Gábor Danubius Hotel Helia

Great location and swimming pools.

Good: Kényelmes ágy, bőséges reggeli. A terasz választás a kilátással jó ötlet volt.

Good: Nice SPA. It makes very good value for many as free for hotel guests.

Good: Doručak raznovrsan jedino mi je falilo svježe voće.

Good: Location and view of the river. Friendly staff. Very helpful reception staff. Leisure facilities. Bad: The only thing was the air conditioner didn’t appear to work that well.

Good: The Spa facilities were amazing - we booked this hotel with spa as back up should weather be unkind - but we were so lucky and did explore more than we thought - but spa was excellent Bad: Maybe an opportunity to have a late drink on return from visiting the city - say till midnight ?

Good: We stayed in a suite room with river view. The room was amazing with a sauna inside, mini gym and living room! The room was well equipped with your kitchen needs i,e., microwave, coffee machine, kettle, utensils, etc. The living room has a sofa and a smart tv and the bed room has a comfortable bed with a TV as well. The bathroom is big with inbuilt sauna and has a separate toilet too. Overall happy with the stay and recommended Bad: Nothing specific. The breakfast spread could be better

Good: God varieret morgenbuffet. Gode senge. Bad: Aftenbuffeten var lidt kedelig og smagsneutral.

Good: Fabulous location. Great staff and good value for money as it has great facilities including a spa. We stayed 7 nights and it was our 4th visit. Bad: Can’t fault it.

Good: Nove moderne sobe i čistoća usluga je izvršila.

Good: Great place with big rooms, great breakfast & spa facilities. Staff was nice and answered all our questions & needs. Parking for the car as described.

Good: Excellent location right on the bank of the Danube, very close to the Parliament. The bed is very comfortable, the room is clean and modern (even if it is quite small). The breakfast was very good and varied. The access to the Spa area and swimming pools was also a big plus. The hydromassage available in one of the pools suited us very well at the end of each day in which we visited the most important tourist attractions in Budapest.

Good: Tasty and varied breakfast. Great spa inside the hotel. Close to public transport. Spacious parking.

Good: Elhelyezkedés Bad: Egyedül a takarításban láttunk kis kivetnivalót(nem látható helyeken- minibár alatt)is időnként kéne portalanítani.

Good: Nagyon szép a szálloda szépen felújították. Bad: Az nem volt.

Good: Az étterem tökéletes volt, a reggeli kimagasló minőségű. A szoba gyönyörű és a dunai panoráma káprázatos.

Good: Tutto Bad: Nulla

Good: Very clean Excellent pool/ spa Bad: A bit far out of town

The welcome was warm, friendly and professional. My room 312,was very comfortable. I love the revamp and so happy the old bath was gone and instead a super shower. I can't enthuse enough about my fabulous balcony and Danube view, quite wonderful and I spent hours just watching the activity on the river. Beautiful by day and by night and so very much appreciated. THANKYOU! This was ,I believe, my fifth visit to the Helia. I have told my friends about it and I will, for certain, come again. All the staff were smiley and the lovely lady taking room numbers at breakfast deserves a special mention. I did notice some guests hardly acknowledged her cheerful greeting but she remained cheerful despite their rudeness!!! Thankyou everyone, you are an ace team! Best Wishes Becca Halsey

Danubius Hotel Helia
Dear Rebecca, Thank you for your warm words about our hotel and team. Our staff works hard to provide a good service and make our guests stay special, so thank you for the compliment. We look forward to welcoming you back. Best regards, Tímea B. Danubius Hotel Helia

Kicsit sokaltam a parkolás díját vendégként igazán lehetne kevesebb a díj mint aki csak sima parkolónak használja a szálloda saját parkolóját. 😨

Good: Personalul, facilitstile, curatenua, mancarea Bad: Putin cam rece la piscine

Good: Absolutely everything!

Good: Wellnessben többféle medence volt, reggeli széles választéka, a táplálékerzekeny számára is, rendkívül segítőkész dolgozók Bad: Lehetne a reggeliző asztalokon kis szemetes, a szobában fültisztító, vattakorong

Good: Raňajky formou bufetových stolov výber bol slušný, večera rovnako tak, 4 bazény vybrať si mohol každý podľa toho čo ho oslovilo. Bad: Chýbalo nám detské ihrisko, no išli sme tam pozerať mesto a nie hotel :)

Budapest egyik legjobb helyen lévő szállodája, csúcs reggelivel, wellness részleggel, nagy parkolóval.

Danubius Hotel Helia

Good: Really inviting and green Bad: Nothing

Good: Tökéletes volt minden!

Good: Camere, spatii publice renovate, arata foarte bine.

Good: Gut Bad: Allies war gut!

Good: Great hotel in a great location near the river. A little out of the main part of the city but public transport was so easy and quick this made no difference or a lovely walk by the water. Loved the use of the spa which was very relaxing. Great choice at breakfast. Staff were so amazing and friendly. Great value stay for how lovely the hotel is. Bad: Only small thing was our room was quite warm despite using the air con.

Good: Check-in was a breeze, and there was plenty of safe parking space. The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the made-to-order omelettes! I appreciated the clever placement of the shower knob at the entrance, even though the showerhead was on the left. Plus, the smell of the new carpet was a delightful touch! hehe Bad: What an adventure! I was all set in my bathrobe for some wellness fun when I realized I had to dash to reception for slippers. 😄 Also, all the rooms are equally charming—no upgrades here! And remember, breakfast is a delicious race against time, ending sharp, so be sure to arrive on time!

Good: Snídaně - vynikající - velký výběr. Večeře - menší výběr, ale vše výborné chuti.

Good: Vše bylo naprosto v pořadku. Vynikající snídaně, pěkné welness

Good: Location, friendly staff, nice, comfortable, clean room. The spa, sauna and steam room was very well managed. The breakfast had excellent food and service. Bad: N/A

Good: Hotel a wellness. Bad: Nic

Good: Newly refurbed room was excellent! Bad: Nothing springs to mind!

Good: výborné jídlo a snídaně Bad: čekali jsme trošku lepší wellnes program

Good: Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau. Exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöne Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum. Bad: Duft in der Aula. Sehr chemisch riechender Blumenduft.

Good: Außen Pfui Innen Hui . Absolut top modern. Sehr saubere Zimmer.

Good: Pokoj Premium je zcela nový. Vše je velmi pěkné, pohodlné. Snídaně i večeře výborné. Zastávka MHD i obchody s potravinami pod hotelem.
