Good: Номер отличный. Огромная кровать из двух кроватей. Неимоверно вкусная еда и десерты на ужин. Очень тепло . Бассейны превосходные. Удобные сауны ( отдельно в раздевалке ) даже есть центрифуга для отжима купальника. Все прекрасно и красиво. На ужин был большой ассортимент . Вкусно Bad: На ужин были десерты, но к сожалению не было чая. А запивать жирный крем пироженных , холодным шампанским , было не очень комфортно. Предложили купить чай в баре.

Good: Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά, ήσυχη περιοχή κ ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο με πολυ εύκολη πρόσβαση είτε με μετρό είτε με λεωφορείο.

Good: A reggeli és a vacsora nagyon bőséges és finom volt. Bad: Nem igazán volt ilyen.

Bardzo dobry hotel, mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na rzekę. Na plus długo otwarty basen i siłownia, bez dodatkowych kosztów. Mogliśmy się zameldować już o 12:00, bo pokój był wolny oraz wymeldować się godzinę później. Jedyny minusik to średnie wyciszenie pokoju, czasami było słychać głośne rozmowy z korytarza.

Good: Immaculately clean, warm and comfortable, loved the pool area and the breakfasts were amazing, lots of choice, beds were very comfortable and the shower was perfect.. A little way from everything but the metro is a 5 minute walk, we walked to the main area twice and it’s a lovely walk along the river, took about 40 minutes, Ubers are cheap enough and easy.. i would recommend this hotel

Bad: تسجيل الدخول الساعة الثالثة حتى لو وصلت قبلها بنصف ساعة لابد أن تنتظر حتى يبدأ موعد تسجيل الدخول مع ملاحظة غروب الشمس في فبراير كان الساعة 3:58 دقيقة والجو بارد وممطر .. الأمر الثاني يوجد أصوات من الغرف المجاورة والعليا تحريك اثاث وأصوات خبط غريبة .. تجول كثير من للأشخاص في بهو الفندق بالروب المخصص لحمامات سبا رجالاً ونساءً .. اللوكيشن المخصص للفندق في موقع بوكينغ لا يوصلك إلى الباب الرئيسي للفندق ولا يوصلك إلى مواقف الفندق بل يوصلك للباب الخلفي ومواقف الجيران .. مواقف الفندق مدفوعة وليست مجانية ب12 £ لليلة.. مياه الصنبور فيها مواد كيماوية والله أعلم فلا تصلح للشرب ولا للشاي ..

Les chambres sont agréables et bien équipées. La piscine -jacuzzi à 38 parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de promenade Mention spéciale au petit déjeuner avec large choix de produits et de qualité Le personnel est serviable et disponible A recommander !!!

Einfach super, tolle Lage zum Spazieren auch mit Hund. Hundezone direkt vor der Haustüre Wellnessbereich, Büfett unglaublich und die ungarische Charme einfach unwiderstehlich.

Good: Hotel Helia is well located on the banks of River Danube, and our room had fantastic views of the river and hilly side of Budapest. On a clear day, it was an amazing sight. The breakfast options are extensive and have all sorts of options to meet all kinds of palettes. It was sumptious enough to give you a healthy and hearty start to the day. The Hotel Spa and health facilities were amazing and exceeded my expectations. Kids love the pool, adults loved the relaxing massages and spa facilities. There is a big super market and a drogerie market right opposite to the hotel, in case you would like to choose any extras of your choice. The staff at the reception, yellow bar and the restaurant were all welcoming and went beyond to make your stay memorable. Bad: We travelled with a toddler, and it would be nice if there was a small indoor play area that little ones could enjoy while the adults are making use of the Spa facilities.Apart from this minor thing, it was an excellent stay without any issues.

Good: The view from the rooms were really nice. The breakfast had a lot of options. The restaurants at the Hotel were also good for dinner. Overall we liked our stay. Bad: Nothing that we can find during our stay. Everything was according to our expectation.

Good: Die Unterkunft ist sauber und bietet schöne Erholungsmöglichkeiten im SPA-Bereich. Auch der Sport Bereich bietet jedes Gerät, was man braucht. Bad: Veganes Frühstück ist leider schlechter/weniger geworden als vor noch ein paar Jahren.

Good: The hotel is really excellent, with great facilities, including a very relaxing spa. The breakfast was great, very good variety of food, everything was fresh. The hotel is very well located, around 30 minutes away from House of Parliament. The city center is easily accessible by bus (across the street) and subway (8-10 minutes walking). All the staff was professional and friendly. We will return to this hotel next spring.

Stayed with partner and a baby for 2 nights. Hotel has a great location near a bus stop and metro, facilities were great, pool ( kids friendly)and gym . Good breakfast and dinner. Overall a good value for money

Ein sehr schönes vier Sterne Hotel. Klar von außen sieht es dementsprechend naja aus, aber das interessiert mich nicht. Das innere so wie der Service das ist das wichtigste. Das wurde hier alles zum besten erfüllt und gegeben. Dafür bedanke ich mich. Wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon , Blick auf die Donau , wunderschön. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, das Bad etwas klein. Trotzdem alles vorhanden was ich brauchte. Das Frühstück sehr vielseitig und sehr viel Auswahl. So wie das Abendessen. Das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fuß Weg in die City , ca 4 km. Man geht genau die Donau entlang , einfach Traumhaft. Ich kann dieses Hotel mit guten Herzens weiter empfehlen.

Good: Minden rendben volt. Visszatérő vendégek vagyunk. Azért választottuk ezt a szállást, mert meg vagyunk vele elégedve. Bad: A szoba egy kicsit hűvösebb volt, mint szerettük volna.

Good: Very good value for money! Sparkling clean newly renovated rooms and lobby, excellent breakfast and amazing staff. Nice spa area. 20min walk from city centre. We had a perfect stay, highly recommend.

Good: Hotel za svaku preporuku, pozicija odlična, do centra se stiže za 20 tak minuta javnim prevozom. Bazeni i fitnes centar za mene odlični. Želja da se vratim je velika i nadam se da ćemo sledeće godine ponoviti naš put. Bad: Jedina mala primedba je što je u kupatilu kada što može predstavljati problem nama starijim od 60 godina (teško je ući a teško je i izaći). Sve ostalo je izvaredno, veličina sobe, obilan doručak i mogućnost večere.

Good: Am stat două nopți și, din punctul meu de vedere, totul a fost foarte ok. Zona de spa este mare, spațioasă și bine întreținută. Camera în care am fost cazat a fost frumoasă, cu o vedere excelentă către Dunăre. Locația este aproape de zona centrală, iar parcarea, chiar dacă este contra cost, are un preț foarte bun. Micul dejun a fost foarte bogat și diversificat, cu opțiuni pentru toate gusturile. Bad: Singurul minus pe care l-am observat este lipsa unei opțiuni pentru servicii de streaming (Netflix.). Ar fi util dacă ar exista măcar la recepție un dispozitiv sau un cablu care să permită conectarea telefonului la televizor.

Good: Das Hotel war ausgesprochen sauber und sehr schön ausgestattet. Alles ist neu möbliert und wirkt modern und gepflegt. Der Spa-Bereich hat uns ebenfalls überzeugt – besonders das angenehm warme Wasser (38 °C), richtig fein! Das Frühstück war top, große Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und bot eine tolle Aussicht. Insgesamt aber ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel. Bad: Ein kleines Manko war der späte Check-in erst ab 15:00 Uhr. Eine frühere Möglichkeit ab 13:00/14:00 Uhr wäre wünschenswert. Insgesamt aber ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Good: Camerele curate si amenajate cu bun gust, personalul deosebit de amabil si respectos Spa-ul a fost perfect pentru relaxare, mic dejun bogat și variat. Localizarea hotelului, pe malul Dunării aproape de statie de bus si metrou. Bad: Un singur minus ar fi dimensiune camerei, a fost extrem de mica.

2 estére foglaltunk szàllàst és nagyon meg voltunk elégedve mindennel is. A Hotel gyönyörű és nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű. Nyugodt környezetben,de mégis a vàros szívében talàlható, így tömegközlekedéssel is gyorsan megközelíthető minden. A szoba makulàtlanul tiszta volt. Az àgy szuper kényelmes és hatalmas, így minden tùlzàs nélkül àllítom,hogy kipihenten ébredtünk, szinte ùgy, mint otthon...talàn jobban is😜 A reggeli több,mint bőséges. A vacsora is büfé jellegű, igaz, nincs akkora kínàlat,mint a reggelinél,de kàrpótlàsként isteni ízvilàgù! Pl.a marha pörkölt annyira tökéltes volt, hogy szinte kifulladàsig ettük. A felszolgàlók kedvesek és nagyon gyorsak. A személyzet többi tagja is nagyon kedves,le a kalappal előttük.Egy recepciós hölgytől csak a vacsora utàn érdeklődtem,de annyira pozitív kisugàrzàsa volt, olyan mosolygós és kedves személyisége volt, hogy mikor tàvoztam a recepciótól azon kaptam magam,hogy milyen kàr,hogy nem tudtam vele többet beszélgetni. 🤗Nagyon jó benyomàst kelltett. Aztàn tàvozàsunk utàn 2 óràval jutott az eszünkbe,hogy a kedvenc fürdőnadràgja a pàromnak és kisfiamnak a fürdőszobàban maradt. Gyors telefonos,majd e-mail-es egyeztetés utàn, a szàlloda biztosított minket,hogy megtalàltàk az ott felejtett tàrgyainkat és hogy szívesen kipostàzzàk a külföldi címünkre, amit pàr nap elteltével meg is kaptunk...díjmentesen!!! Na ezt nevezem kiszolgàlàsnak! Egy szó,mint szàz! Ezt a Hotelt én mindenkinek szívből ajànlom! Ilyennek kellene lennie minden 4*-os Hotelnek Magyarorszàgon!

Good: A reggeli nagyon bőséges volt,modern a hotel berendezése Bad: A fürdőszobában a tusoló ajtaja nem szigetelt,mindig kifolyt a víz és úszott a fürdőszoba. A szoba felületesen volt kitakarítva,a kirakott bögre sem volt normálisan elmosva. A tv képe többször elment,az adás is befagyott. A wellnessben a medencék vize aránylag hideg,nem kellemes benne hosszabb ideig pihenni,mert hamar elkezd fázni az ember.

Good: Personal amable. Nos dieron un apto pero el sofá cama era incómodo y la luz de la habitación no se podía apagar por lo cual era imposible dormir. Bad: Pésimo el desayuno. La persona que hace los huevos habla por celular. , además que no los hace bien. Mucha gente y muy desordenado el restaurante

Good: Έχει υπέροχη τοποθεσία, πάνω στο Δούναβη, απέναντι από το μισή της Μαργαριτας, τόσο κοντά κ τόσο μακριά για ξεκούραση κ χαλάρωση ! πολύ κοντά σε στάσεις λεωφορείων για να κατέβεις στο κέντρο ή να πας όπου αλλού χρειάζεσαι! Πεντακάθαρο! Πολύ καλες οι παροχές στο δωμάτιο . Πολύ καλό κ πλούσια πρωινό για κάθε γούστο που ανανεώνεται. Το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν (ΧΑΜΟΓΕΛΑΣΤΟΙ) κ στο μπαρ για το απόγευμα απολαύςεις ωραία κοκτέιλ κ στο σπα εξαιρετικες πισίνες κ ειδικά εκείνη με το υδρομασάζ ανά 10 λεπτά… σαουνα … αποδυτήρια όλα πεντακάθαρα … κ παροχές μασάζ σε φυσιολογικό κόστος ! Οι καθαρίστριες στα δωμάτια εξαιρετικές!!! Από το αεροδρόμιο μισή ώρα με ταξί, που δεν σε χρεώνουν παραπάνω. Bad: Το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι δεν ήταν τόσο άνετο , κάπως βούλιαζε. Περίεργο για 4* ξενοδοχείο!! Αλλά είχε 2 κρεβάτια κ το το άλλο ήταν λίγο πιο υποφερτό! Το προσωπικό στο πρωινό, γενικά πολύ άγρυπνο να μαζέψει , να καθαρίσει , … κλπ αλλά ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ ΧΑΜΟΓΕΛΑΣΤΟ ούτε Πρόσχαρο… βέβαια Αν τους ζητούσες κάτι Πολύ Ευγενικοί κ εξυπηρετικοί!

Good: Fantastic hotel, extremely comfortable, very classy. Spa facilities and pool are brilliant too.

Good: המלון היה מעולה, חדר נוח, נקי ועם נוף לדנובה ולאי מרגרט, קומת הספא מדהימה, ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומפנקת. Bad: בלילה הראשון הם עשו טעות עם סוג החדר אבל למחרת העבירו אותנו לחדר המוזמן וביום האחרון נתנו לנו פיצוי Late checkout אז הכל סבבה.

Good: Sve je bilo odlično. Pozicija hotela, malo van grada, a do svih sadržaja si za 10min maksimalno, javni prijevoz je blizu hotela, bus i metro. Sobe su lijepe, uredne i imali smo predivan pogled. Doručak je bio super, bazeni i saune jako čisti. Osoblje je ljubazno. Uglavnom svi smo uživali i bilo nam je predivno. Preporučamo hotel!

Good: Beautiful. Clean. Nice staff. The cleaning staff was so friendly and always left me extra things. Bad: The food for breakfast and the lunch were not clearly labeled. And when asking the staff if things were vegetarian it wasn’t clear either. While the staff was very kind and helpful, it was mentioned some foods were vegetarian but it had sausage in it. . So I did not eat too much lunch time for the conference. But there were great places to eat 15-20 min walk away.

Nagyon kellemes élményt jelentett a hotelben tartózkodás, ajánlom mindenkinek!

Good: Śniadanie zróżnicowane, duży wybór. Każdego dnia pojawiało się coś innego. Dobrze że maszyny do kawy są w różnych miejscach, to zapobiega długiemu czekaniu (widziałem cztery). Najlepsza jest część basenowa i spa. To co prawda nie są baseny termalne, ale woda jest cieplutka. Zwłaszcza w basenie z jacuzzi. Ogólnie są 4 baseny o różnej temperaturze, w tym dwa które nadają się dla dzieci. Grota solna też świetna (chociaż za opłatą). Jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej było jednym z lepszych jakie udało nam się zjeść w Budapeszcie - w centrum albo kiepsko trafialiśmy albo po prostu kuchnia przereklamowana? Na szczęście w hotelu wtopy nie było, wszystko smaczne.

Good: The hotel is located 25 mins walk from the Parliament, in a not so touristic area. The room cleanliness was very good and it was also quiet (no noises during night from the neighbours). The breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. The staff was friendly and super responsive. Bad: Some of the breakfast products' freshness was questionable - the shredded carrots salad had a strong fermented taste.

Good: Friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent location. Bad: Gym a little bit outdated except for the treadmils and other cardio machines.

Good: Great value for the buck, rooms are great, probably been renewed not too long ago, very good breakfast offering Bad: Not a complain but pool and spa showing age, it's a huge hotel but did not get too crowded

Good: Reggeli nagyon tetszett, bőséges, finom, minőségi és az este 10-ig nyitva tartó wellness Bad: A szoba nem volt rendesen kitakarítva, az előző lakója által ott hagyott barackmag valamint chips darabok voltak a földön, több helyen is, látszott hogy nem volt felporszívózva. Reggelinél a felszolgáló személyzet elég komótosan pakolta le a koszos tányérakat/ poharakat az asztalokról, mondhatni tornyokban álltak.

Good: Czyste Pokoje i bardzo ładne. Bardzo dobre śniadania obfite. Bad: Sauna powinna zostać odnowiona . Ale plus że jest .

Good: Skvela snidane- velmi bohaty bufet, vecere bufet take pekny vyber. Bad: Za me jedine co mi vadilo, bazén dost smrdel chlorem. Vydrzela jsem tam max hodinu. Na recepci jsme se chteli domluvit v němčině, slecna neumela a jen anglicky(coz zas neumime moc my)druhy den jsme uz sli k jine a ta plynule mluvila, takze mi mrzelo, ze nas ta prvni na kolegyni neodkazala, myslim, ze musi vedet kdo se jak dorozumi z kolegu.

Good: Ottima posizione,letto comodo,buona la colazione Bad: Non hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e hanno lasciato le tazze del tè sporche. Nessuno parlava italiano e a malapena l'inglese

Good: Бассейн так как ребенок как раз отдохнул . Bad: 1- ужин ужасный жирное и не аппетитно . Точно не стоит той цены за ужин которую мы доплатили. Так ккк приехали с дороги и ребенок был голоден уже взяли ужин , но это дорого на то качество не советую брать ужин лучше пойти в кафе или в макдональдз и выйдет не дороже

Good: O hotel é lindo, está muito bem localizado e tem uma vista excelente para o Danúbio. Não poderia ter escolhido melhor para a minha primeira vez em Budapeste. O pequeno almoço é rico e variado, todos os dias tem mais alguma coisa diferente! Os funcionários são prestáveis e acessíveis. 😊

Good: Directly located at the Danube river and with a Bus station nearby within a 3 minutes‘ walk, the hotel provides an ideal starting point for each day‘s trips in and around Budapest. Rooms were quiet and clean and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Veldig bra hotell. Kaos i frokostsalen rundt 9, men dette var et veldig bra hotell i forhold til prisen. Vennlig personell samt rent. 5 minutter til metro som er kun få stopp fra sentrum.

Good: Bardzo fajny hotel o wysokim standardzie. Komunikacja w języku angielskim. Super basen z termalną woda jest bardzo dużym atutem tego miejsca. Komfortowe pokoje, wszędzie czystko, bardzo duży wybór jedzenia na śniadaniu. Duży parking w rozsądnej cenie. Obsługa uśmiechnieta. Zaskoczeniem było pytanie każdego dnia o chęć wypicia kawy w pokoju oraz przy wymeldowaniu propozycja przygotowania kawy na drogę.

Good: Neat and pleasant. Parking was not included in the price, which was a small issue. The room was quite cold during our 4-night stay; the heating wasn’t working well. They tried to fix it, but we were told it’s because the room is on the fifth floor and can’t get warm enough. The staff was friendly.

Good: Excellend location, clean rooms, great facilities. Breakfast choice beyond expectation. Staff was wonderfull, professional and friendly. I never travel twice the same location but I will be back in this hotel 🤩 Bad: I would like to be shown around on arrival to see and explore my options within the hotel, otherwise everything great.

Hotel stupendo!!!!! Seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel e devo dire che la pulizia delle camere è migliorata. Colazione eccellente, le piscine sono veramente meravigliose soprattutto dopo una giornata di lunghe camminate. L hotel non è proprio al centro ma ci sono sia bus che metro che in 15 minuti circa ti portano al centro . Di fronte c è un supermercato. Consiglio a tutti questo fantastico hotel vicino alle rive del Danubio.
