Good: Замечательный отель, приезжаем не первый раз.радует. что проходит реновация как номеров так и общественных мест.хорошие завтраки.Хороший СПА.Очень тепло и уютно в номерах.Вежливый персонал.Идет на встречу просьбам.Рекомендую всем, кто хочет насладиться отдыхом и расслаблением в отеле и увидеть центр города, который в пешей доступности от гостиницы.

Good: locația, Spa, mic dejun foarte bogat Bad: băile din camere sunt foarte mici, fără aerisire si ventilație. In camera in care am fost cazați mirosea intens a fum de Țigara, noi fiind nefumători era evident. Dar turiștii sunt problema nu locația! Suntem clienți “fideli” fiind al treilea sejur in aceasta locație, nu apăream in baza de date la check in.

Már nem először jártunk a szállodában. A wellness szuper, a szobák kényelmesek, személyzet kedves es barátságos. Most is nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A reggeli es a vacsora választék is bőséges volt. Biztos visszatérünk még.

Good: I enjoyed staying in this hotel , everything is clean , indoor pools are exceptional , especially for the kids, breakfast is great, location is ok, with parking at hotal or on street, next to it. I will come back next time for sure, kids also loved it.

Good: It is a modern and very clean hotel with many facilities and good food. Bad: The rooms are not very modern, they are not at the level of the reception and like the rest of the hotel. And the room does not look like the picture on the booking. Those in the middle of the hotel overlooking the Danube are as in the picture, those on the side are a little less equipped, this must be taken into account.

Good: micul dejun exceptional, gazonul din curte de un verde de ruccola nemaintalnit, camere misto.

Good: Mycket fint hotell. Mysigt med poolerna. Stor frukost buffé. Bad: Väldigt varmt på rummet på vintertid även om vi sänkte värmen. Golvet med heltäckningsmatta blir lätt smuligt och smutsigt.

Good: La comida está muy rica y la habitación doble con balcón es muy cómoda. Las vistas desde la habitación eran preciosas. La zona del hall y el restaurante están reformados y son muy bonitos. El personal es muy amable. En general la experiencia fue muy buena. Bad: Está a media hora andando (o un poco más) del centro. En bus se llega en 10 minutos pero andando está algo más apartado. Por poner algún pero, en la TV no funcionaba la opción Smart TV, pero nada grave.

Good: Camera renovata cu vedere la Dunăre. Atât micul dejun cât și cina au fost variate și gustoase . Bad: Politicile hotelului in ceea ce privește copiii sunt diferite fata de cele postate pe booking. Astfel când ajungi la fata locului ești informat că copiii nu pot folosi piscina pe parcursul întregului program invocând așa numitele "ore de liniște". Mai mult decât atât daca la inceputul unei astfel de "ora de liniște" copiii se afla deja la piscina, o persoana de la recepție vine și efectiv te scoate afară cu copii cu tot. Aceasta politică a hotelului nu este afișată pe booking la momentul când faci rezervarea, dimpotrivă informația este că o piscina este deschisa pentru toată lumea între orele 7-22.

Good: Hotel extraordinar, o parte este nou renovat, curat, Camerele sunt ingrijite, cu miros curat si arata exact ca in descriere, Salteaua este foarte confortabila. Baia este foarte curata , la fel si prosoapele ca se schimba zilnic. Micul dejun de tip bufet este foarte bun, destul de variat. Personalul de la receptie , de la bar este ireprosabil si mereu dispus sa te ajute, sa iti ofere detalii sau raspunsuri, zona de spa, ne-am simtit foarte bine.

Remek volt a vacsora, a reggeli. Meleg volt a szoba a gázmizéria ellenére. A szoba tiszta, kényelmes volt. Minden be volt készítve előre, ahogy kértem.

Good: The property was right in front of a grocery store. For people like us who were there for a cruise, it was less than five minutes walk to the dock. Bad: There are not a lot of restaurants nearby but luckily the food in the hotel restaurant was good.

Το πρωινο ήταν τέλειο , το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο ηταν επισης ωραίο και οι τιμές του προσιτες , επισης οι πισίνες άνετες με διαφορετική θερμοκρασία η κάθε μια. Bad: Ενώ ήταν καθαρό όλο το δωμάτιο δεν επιτρέπεται να έχει πουρί στο πάτο της λεκάνης της τουαλέτας.

Good: Personalul, parcarea, barul din lobby, curatenie, piscine. Bad: In afara de bradul din holul hotelului, nimic care sa te faca sa simti stmosfera sarbatorilor de iarna.

Good: mic dejun bun , mi-a placut ca se pregatea proaspat la proprietate . Spa-ul curat , partial renovat. Bad: Camerele destul de invechite , desi am avut upgrade de camera , curatenie nu se face , in minibar nu e nimic nici macar apa , iar cel mai mare inconvinient parcarea care trebuie platita chiar daca stai la hotel !

Good: In a cold, rainy day of winter, relaxing at the pools of this hotel is always a blessing. When in Budapest, i usually choose Danubius Helia for my stay because i know it is a quality hotel with all the amenities i am looking for.(pools,spa,good food, professional staff). It was clean, breakfast was good, parking in front of the hotel, good coffee. Bad: Room was cold for my taste (i only stayed for one night, so i did not request any auxiliary heater from the front desk). The central heating was really loud and almost useless, making sleeping difficult. Some of the staff at the breakfast room where talking and laughing loud next to guest tables, wich for me, seems really unprofessional.

Good: Excellent location. Great swimming pool area. Choice of the swimming pools with different temperatures of water are excellent. The quality of water is amazing. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is fabulous. Bad: Choice of food that could be offered in late hours. For example dinner. Better free WI FI.

Good: We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel... The room was comfortable and nice view over the Duna river and Margaret island, the common areas are very clean and quite and I loved the design of the furniture. The staff is nice and welcoming and breakfast was good... Highly recommended :)

Good: אהבנו את ההתנהלות במלון. אני אסביר, במלון יש מרכז בריאות ובו בקומה התחתונה יש מתחם עם בריכות, בריכה לשחיה, בריכה קטנה יותר חמימה לטובת שחרור הגוף מכל היום, ושתי בריכות עם מים חמים ואחת עם זרמים כמו ג'אקוזי, נפלא, יש סאונות ומקלחות טובות, הכל נקי ומטופח, עם כסאות לשבת, מקום נפלא לחופשה. יש במלון מסעדה קטנה ונחמדה, טוב לימים שאין כח לצאת. יש מסעדה מצויינת קרובה למלון ליד אולם ההופעות ראם, ממש 5 דקות הליכה, אווירה ואוכל טוב, צריך להזמין מקום. הזמנו חדר עם מרפסת ונוף לדנובה, ולאי מרגיט, תענוג לקום ככה כאילו בכפר. ארוחת הבוקר היתה נהדרת, אמנם היו מעט אפשרויות ללא גלוטן וחלב, אבל הסתדרתי, עם חביתה וסלט, לחם ללא גלוטן. חדר האוכל יפה וטובל בירוק של הפארק, אווירה כפרית ונעימה. המלון קרוב יחסית לפארק, יש אוטובוס לכיכר הגיבורים, או מונית ואז אפשר לטייל בפארק, בטירה, במוזיאונים, להנות מהמרחצאות והקרקס. המלון רחוק ממרכז העיר, אך אפשרי עם מונית להגיע לכל מקום, או תחבורה ציבורית, אני בחרתי בכוונה את המלון לימים הראשונים ואחר כך עברנו למלון בעיר, אם רק יעלה בדעתי לחזור אחזור בשמחה גדולה. היה תענוג גדול. Bad: החדר שלנו היה בקומה האחרונה החמישית, ליד המעלית, כנראה ליד המנועים והרעש מהמעלית מאוד הפריע לנו בפרט במהלך היום, כדאי אולי לבקש את קומה 3, מול המעלית נמצאים החדרים עם המרפסת אז זה המלכוד...

Bra med bistro med bra öppettider på hotellet. Nära (ca 200-300 meter) till livsmedelsaffär om man vill handla nåt till rummet. Bra bussförbindelse till de mest centrala delarna Välstädat Trevlig och hjälpsam personal Bad: Handtaget till min balkongdörr var trasig när jag kom. Men en vaktmästare fixade till det.

Good: Designul hotelului în zona restaurantului, lobby, sala de mese, recepție - frumos renovat, de 4 stele. Mic dejun bogat și diversificat, ai din ce alege. Spa - ul este punctul forte al acestui hotel. Deschis de la 7 - 22 în fiecare zi. Curat, 4 piscine dintre care 1 cu jacuzzi. Doua saune :una umeda și cealaltă uscata. Din păcate salină nu a fost deschisă pe perioada sejurului nostru. Vi se oferă capoate de baie și prosop de baie separat pentru piscina, însă șlapi trebuie sa va duceți de acasă. Vederea către Dunăre frumoasa chiar dacă a fost doar o vedere laterală. Personalul amabil și mereu săritor sa te ajute cu informații și cu ceea ce și nevoie. Mâncarea la restaurantul hotelului a fost de asemenea bună, un pic cam scumpa, dar cel puțin nu trebuie sa te deplasezi în alta parte pentru a lua masa. Paturi și saltele comfortabile. Bad: Camere sunt puțin cam mici iar mobilierul nu este de 4 stele, ci doar de 3 stele. Nu se face curățenie în camere pe perioada sejurului. Se schimba doar prosoapele, dar nimic altceva. Capoatele nu se schimba decât dacă ii ceri cameristei. Gunoiul nu a fost dus în cele 3 zile cât am stat noi. Nu exista mini bar și nici măcar o apa plata nu se oferă din partea casei. Aveam 3 plicuri cu ceai, 3 plicuri de cafea, niște plicutele de zahar și zaharina. Însă nu se face refill pe perioada sejurului. Izolația fonica ar putea fi îmbunătățită, astfel încât sa nu se audă din celelalte camere. Baia curata dar foarte mica. Perdea la baie.

Good: The breakfast had great options. While the location was not central it had GREAT transport links which were easy to use with the travel card Gabor at concierge helped us setup on our phones. Bad: The rooms are slightly outdated but the hotel is in a period of renovation and once everything has been completed it will be amazing. As non-white people we got a lot of stares from Hotel patrons particularly when using the spa facilities but you just steel your nerves and get on....and maybe stare back 😳

Good: výborné snídaně, výhled na vodu, čistota, dostupnost městské dopravy, příjemný personál. Miluju Budapešť. Bad: mohlo by být v relaxační části dostupné pití, aby nebylo nutné chodit do lobby v županu např. po sauně.. a uvítala bych naplněný minibar.

Odličan smeštaj, ljubazno osoblje, pristupačne cene . Korišćenje bazena od 07h-22h.

L hotel non è molto lontano dall' aereoporto, molto vicino al centro raggiungibile anche a piedi, ma nonostante c e la fermata del pullman a 100 m dall' hotel...quindi è molto facile muoversi, le camere spaziose, comode e soprattutto pulitissime, il servizio eccezionale. Inoltre alla reception ci sono operatori validissimi, per chi avesse problemi con l inglese si può andare tranquilli perché parlano molto bene in italiano anche. Lo spazio spa è ben strutturato comprende tre vasche di cui due calde una di queste ha anche l idromassaggio. la terza vasca non è riscaldata utile per chi vuole fare una nuotata, comprende inoltre una sauna di modiche dimensioni e un bagno turco e una palestra ivi compresi nel momento in cui si prenota una camera...in più ci sono massaggi e altri trattamenti benessere ma non sono compresi nel prezzo della camera. Area ristoro ben fatta e le pietanze non sono niente male...lo consiglio. Qualità prezzo ottima
