Hodnotenia hostí hotela Danubius Helia

The hotel is in a perfect location, equidistant from the center, Margarita Island and Varosliget (15-20 minute walk). View from the room to the Danube and the island. The use of the spa area is included in the very favorable price. The choice of food for breakfast is sufficient even for very picky guests. The hotel staff is very friendly and will help with any query.

Good: Relaxing atmosphere in hotel. Taxi's, restaurants and bars very cheap compered to UK. A wonderful city to explore Bad: Coffee machine not replenished regularly in restaurant. Yes that's all.

Good: Bardzo dobre, urozmaicone śniadanie w formie bufetu. Doskonała lokalizacja. Blisko do najciekawszych atrakcji turystycznych. Uprzejmy, miły personel.

Good: everything

Good: The spa was nice. The room was clean and well equipped. Both restaurant was superb, food, service prices were great. Bad: The sparking bath could have been warmer. The shower gel/shampoo was barely dripping, small individual packages would have been serving better. We had some trouble with the TV, but it was solved.

Good: super service Bad: very nice 👌👌

Good: Highly recommended 👌

Good: location Bad: room

Good: very clean and good breakfast

Good: The main reason why I keep coming to this hotel is the spa zone. Four pools with hot and cold water plus a very well equipped gym. Also lots of facilities for an extra cost, like treatments and beauty saloon and let's not forget the rich breakfast. Bad: No complaints

Good: Fantastic, upmarket hotel and room. The wellness facilities were great. Very professional staff. Great buffet breakfast. Bad: The area surrounding the hotel is slightly dodgy. The hotel is close to the Danube river but is far away from central Budapest.

Good: Loved the breakfast. The lobby and the reception look modern, also the swimming pools are nice! Bad: I didn’t like the room so much. it had a very old decor, like in the 70’. but it was clean and quiet. Also the rooms with a view are a scam. We got a room with a small window and there was no impressive view, just some tree branches. big scam selling rooms with a good view when there is no such thing.

Good: A személyzet,és a szálloda egész légköre Bad: A folyosókról nagyon behallatszanak a zajok a szobákba

Good: Freundlichkeit des Personals

The best hotel ever ! Very refreshing and nice 👍🏻 the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Good: the hotel is nice and clean, and has a good location. it's near downtown . Bad: we arrived at 2:40 PM, and we asked if we can check in and they didn't let us check in util 3:00 PM . that's a bad point ..

Good: Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel.

Good: Amplasat pe malul Dunării, aproape de Parlament, camera spațioasă,curata.,micul dejun foarte bogat și diversificat, zona de spa relaxanta parcare monitorizata video...Recomand Bad: Nu am obiecții.

Good: Siisteys, palvelut, aamiainen, parkkipaikka ja henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä.

Good: Godt utvalg

Good: Cleanliness, excellent breakfast, ten-note breakfast services! A lady super receptionist. Bad: Small and old-fashioned bathroom!

Good: We stayed with our dog for one night while travelling. The room was quite nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great with a huge buffet. Parking is available for a fee in front of the hotel in an open parking lot which looks very safe.

Good: it was me second time in this hotel and I found it great. I will come back

Good: královské snídaně, wellness centrum Bad: postele byly na náš vkus příliš měkké

Nice hotel. Situated slightly out of the centre but within walking distance of the metro - very close to the river. Slightly dated decor. The shower would not stay in it’s holder but otherwise good.

Good: Strefa spa, wyposażenie pokoju, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Bad: Płatny parking.

Good: All are OK!

Good: Pat confortabil, atmosferă liniștită, te poți odihni. Mic dejun bun, bufet.

Good: What an absolute gem of a hotel. I read many reviews before making my booking and I thought it seemed to be a pretty good hotel. It really is amazing in my opinion - so bright, clean, welcoming. Our Danube view room was spacious and very well appointed. Breakfast was just superb - anything you could want was available. The only negative was the orange juice - it comes out a machine and is a little watery. The bar food also was very good with a decent selection. I have to mention the lovely Attila and Nikoletta who made us feel very special. also the very helpful young concierge who I am sorry to say I didn't get his name. All in all just a lovely experience and I will be very happy if I find its equal when I next travel. Bad: A lot of guests were disappointed at the long wait for the coffee machines at breakfast - I think it might be advisable to find a better method in order to avoid the queuing.

Good: - Preis Leistung - Frühstück - Lage Bad: - Hohes Trinkgeld mit einberechnet beim Restaurant

Good: Schön sauber und zentral

Good: Bellissima struttura, personale accogliente e professionale. Ottima colazione internazionale. Piscine da favola.

Good: Hotel je velky a z venku pusobi zastarale. Pokud spite s otevrenym oknem, hluk velkomesta vas vzbudi.Ale pokoj je klimatizovany.

Good: Nagy parkoló. A Duna parton helyezkedik el. Finom, bőséges reggeli.

Good: Verbindung von Hotel und Thermalbad Bad: unfreundliche Hotelgäste

Good: Velký výběr u snídaně

Good: The room was very clean. Thr breakfast was fresh, most of thr staff was so helpful and friendly Bad: The only thing was one of the receptionist called Peter, who messed up our room in the first place as we got someone else's room....but the shift manager came and sort it out everything very quickly. Hoeever when we wnt back down to ask him is our breakfast been transferred as well,h3 looked at me and told me,like you already in the more expensive room that you paid for...and I told him like, sorry but you made a mistale not me,and is not my fault....and he said yeah but you are in the more expensive room....

Good: localizare foarte buna

Good: Great value for money, friendly staff, comfortable room, great breakfast. Bad: The A/C is a bit weak and only a small window opens.

Best hungarian goulash we had in Budapest. Everyone was great.

Good: lokalita, čistota, služby a fantastická snídaně

Bad: Ženské sauny v rekonštrukcii. Pre welness sme vybrali hotel Helia

Good: AGyönyörű kilátás, nagyszerű wellness programok.

Good: Tutto bello. Pulizie, cibo buono e abbondante. Piscine ottime.

Good: Everything but not the Restaurant Staff.

Good: Skvělé služby včetně wellness, perfektní personál, profesionální přístup k hostům hotelu.

Good: The view was amazing Breakfast was very good Room was spacious and comfortable Gym is also excellent

Good: Śniadania i kolacje (jeżeli są dostępne) są wyśmienite. Siłownia, basen, wszystko na plus. Parking pod hotelem. Do Parlamentu można spokojnie dotrzeć spacerem, jak i drogą rowerową. Przystanek autobusowy/tramwajowy na miejscu. Jedna z lepszych lokalizacji w Budapeszcie.

Allein deshalb gerne wieder.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel

Good: Összességében minden rendben volt, ajánlom mindenkinek. Bad: Minden rendben volt. Megfelelő volt minden.

Good: The locantion, the rich breakfast, modern reception. Bad: saunas in spa werent available and we werent informed in advance

Good: Frühstück war hervorragend. Lage: Weg in die Innenstadt etwas lange. Zimmer hervorragend.

Good: Wir waren zum 2.

Good: Hotel tres propre, personnel a l ecoute, bonne infrastructure Bad: Trop loin du centre ville

Good: parkovani, snidane, personal, vybaveni Bad: mohl byt lepsi vyhled ale detail.

Good: Változatos, bőséges ,finom volt a reggeli. Kérésre friss omlettet is készítettek.

Good: Simpelt hen ALT!!

Good: Kedves személyzet.

Good: Breakfast was perfect.....

Good: This hotel has to be the most peaceful out of the centre of Budapest. You have the luxury of viewing the Danube. Bus 115 a few steps from the hotel that takes you right downtown to the Vaci Ut. Love the 3 thermal pools and the swimming pool. If you are looking for a place to relax and have down time, this is the place. The food was delicious, they have a dietician on board who works with the chefs to provide healthy meals.. We absolutely loved our stay. There is a park walkway just outside the hotel and you walk along the Danube to enjoy the cruise ships along the way. They have a huge patio with huge chairs to enjoy the day or night. I cannot say enough about this hotel on this page. Just go and enjoy. You will love it. Its an older hotel with modern day charm and well maintained. Bad: There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. Everything was great.

Good: Everything great! Thanks! Cozy modern hotel on the bank of Danube. Bad: Everything great! Thanks!

Good: Wygodne pokoje, smaczne śniadania. Miła obsługa. Bardzo przyjemne baseny. Nieźle wyposażona siłownia. Dobre jedzenie w hotelowym bistro. Niemiłe zaskoczenie to maleńka łazienka.

Good: everything was proper

Good: Nagyon jo helyen van, korrekt boseges reggeli, kedves szemelyzet, tiszta szoba

Good: The spa was lovely, room was comfortable, good breakfast and staff very helpful. Bad: nothing

Good: the view Bad: the bathroom was very small but it was ok.

Gyönyörű helyen, bőséges reggeli, nagyon kényelmes ágy!

Good: good location. close to work amd 30 min walk to the parlament. breakfast is good. rooms are comfortable. they have flavoured water in the lobby Bad: the coffee is really bad. you can’t drink the americano. only the ciococcino is ok.

Good: Traumhafter Blick auf die Donau und Budapest

Good: Bra frukost lite mer variation än vad det varit tidigare. 3e gången i år vi är här. Bra kommunikationer strax utanför. Bad: Inget Thermalvatten längre. Vanligt uppvärmt vatten men skönt och avkopplande ändå.

Good: Minden rendben volt ezúttal is.

Good: All hotel staff were very helpful!! Spa facilities! Hair and nail salon was excellent. Barbara did a great job on hair and nails, is very kind and speaks excellent English. Grocery store and wonderful bakery, Trombitas, across street from hotel. Though Old Town is not near, the walk is doable and enjoyable, especially in the evenings.

fint hotel i rolige omgivelser.

Good: lovely location great staff very good service and quality of good reasonably priced. Bad: bedrooms a little dated room was not properly cleaned everyday.

Good: Staying in hotel was very pleasant, clean, confortable and it is situated very near to the center of historical sights. Breakfast was very good with great kinds od food. Bad: It would be better for the future make many changes with big noise from next rooms.
