Good: Questo hotel sicuramente è storico ma nonostante l'età è ben mantenuta e pulita. La colazione a buffet è soddisfacente e si trova sia dolce che salato. Ottima la posizione con la fermata della metro a 1 minuto, camminando in meno di 15 minuti si arriva al ponte delle catene. Ottimo anche il ristorante alla carta che fa parte della struttura

Good: The room was very spacious, maybe a bit out-dated but I liked that about it, and we knew this before arriving. The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything but our room backed onto a quiet street! The staff were really lovely as well. Our favourite part was that you could enter the cafe without going out of the hotel, we didn’t have breakfast there but we really enjoyed having coffee and cake there a couple of times Bad: Some of the facilities needing updating (the tissue box kept falling off for example), but all the main ones e.g. the shower I really liked so the smaller things didn’t bother me. It was all pretty decent considering the price

Good: Frindly and helpful staff. They offered an early check in. White furniture looks like rariti. The quality of breakfast is good and it was delicious. Exeellent lication wish busy and lively streets all sights are near places of interest and simply beautiful locations. Bad: NOTHING!

Good: This hotel has old world charm in a central location. Staff running the restaurant were charming, beds comfortable, room cosy and a top noche breakfast - they'll even make you an omlette. Nothing to complain about here. Would recommend - definately value for money. Just like the Grand Hotel Budapest- but missing the bellboy. Bad: Nothing.

This was a remarkable stay, a hotel laden in history. In the middle of Budapest, walking distance from Parliament, Buda Castle, christmas markets. While the hotel is aged, you cannot forget the rich history of its walls, has not been upgraded with cheap new furniture and instead holds its head high with its articulate and period flavor. Great restaurants and staff, inexpensive and sturdy….beautiful building…

Hotel e ristorante storico in pieno centro a Budapest. Molto pulito e camere spaziose. Ristorante molto bello con un design rétro.

Good: The location was great, the staff were nice and the hotel itself is very pretty, lots of old style class. Bad: The road noise was constant but to be expected for the central location.

Szállodán belül minden nagyon jó volt, szuper,meg minden. Recepció és személyzet kedvesek voltak és segítőkészek. Szálloda híven adtta vissza az 1900-as évek hangulatát. Szoba minden szükséges dologgal fel volt szerelve, szobában tisztaság volt. Egész nap esett az eső, jól megázva értem a szállodába, de szobában fűtés rendben volt, meleg vízben jól át tudtan melegíteni magam. Ami egyedül tossz volt, a Rákóczi úti forgalom, sziréna zavartava dzoba csendjét.

Good: Mooie ligging, direct aan tram en metro. Op 10 min van de baseliek en centrum. Oud maar gezellig hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed eten in de bar. Bad: Niks,alles was in orde.

Good: Lovely, tradition hotel in the centre of town. Location was excellent - easy to get to everywhere on foot. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds and decent, well-priced food and drink in the attached restaurant.

Good: Posizione eccellente, colazione ricca e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, prezzo ottimo per una camera doppia

Good: The staff were always present to help and guide us - breakfast plentiful, rooms sound and felt safe and corridors were quiet. We could walk to most sights and if not the metro was a stone’s throw away. The stay was so good I would recommend it and the bonus was it is good value for money Bad: Not applicable

Good: Vacanza di 3 giorni con la famiglia posizione top mezzi praticamente a fianco l’entrata il bus dall’aeroporto ferma praticamente lì colazione abbondante e camere anche se datate ma confortevoli!

Good: Çok eski bir otel olmasına rağmen her şey düşünülmüştü ve çok temizdi. Kahvaltısı oldukça güzeldi. Konumu daha iyi olamazdı.

Elegant hotel in a great location. It has aged very well, and has a very nice restaurant.

Good: La struttura è molto valida. Innanzitutto la posizione ti permette di girare la città a piedi ma è anche ben collegata con bus, tram e metro (la metro Astoria è letteralmente davanti all’hotel). L’ingresso dell’hotel e il ristorante sono super chic con questo arredo oserei direi Regale. Addirittura nel nostro corridoio vi era un pulisci scarpe automatico. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile. Nell’hotel vi è anche un negozio di souvenir. Inoltre è disponibile un ristorante nell’hotel aperto sia agli ospiti che al pubblico. Molto buono il cibo e anche il vino, prezzo regolare. Bad: Sicuramente la pulizia potrebbe essere migliore. La moquette nel corridoio e nella stanza è ormai rovinata e da cambiare. Una cosa nella stanza che mancava sono le ciabattine per ogni ospite. Frigo bar c’era ma dentro nulla. Camera un po’ ni in confronto a tutto il resto dell’hotel. La colazione molto normale, diverse opzioni per il salato e molte poche per il dolce.

Fantastic ‘time capsule’ decor and features. We were in the refurbished rooms which were very smart. A manual on operating the shutters would be helpful for the uninitiated British visitor! Breakfast was plentiful and fresh but very busy at times. Metro line just outside, safe and easy to use to explore the wonderful sights of the city. Night Danube cruise a must.

Good: Great room with balcony - fab! Watched many convoys of ministers going to parliament. Terrific for Christmas markets. Bad: Cooked buffet breakfast is stone cold, sharpen up on this! Also - why no tea and coffee facilities in the room? Seems very strange!

Good: Foi um dos hotéis mais interessantes onde já me hospedei. Tudo muito antigo, mas extremamente elegante e fino, com uma decoração sensacional. Senti-me na década de 30. O quarto era confortável e amplo como uma ótima ducha. Sem problemas como o wi-fi. O café da manhã foi ótimo. Muita variedade com omeletes deliciosos. Equipe solícita e atenciosa. Metrô literalmente a 10 passos de distância. Muitos restaurantes nas redondezas. Ficaria novamente sem dúvidas. Bad: Como os ambientes são antigos, deu para se notar algum desgaste como nos tapetes do quarto. O hotel fica numa avenida de muita circulação e quarto não era exatamente silencioso. Mas nada que me atrapalhasse.

Lovely old hotel in.an excellent location in central Pest, close to but not on.the Danube. Has aged very gracefully. Excellent restaurant, friend service, and an unique ambience.

Good: l' hotel ha una posizione fantastica. E' esattamente al centro rispetto a tutte le attrazioni da visitare. Il personale è molto cordiale (un receptionist parla anche l'italiano abbastanza bene). La struttura è qualcosa di fenomenale. Un palazzo ricco di storia, dove attraversando le stanze ed i corridoi avverti la sensazione di quanto siano stati vissuti quegli spazi e di quanti ricordi portino con loro. Bad: La colazione è varia, ma forse andrebbe aumentata la proposta di dolci (croissant e torte). La pulizia delle stanze è ok, però abbiamo dovuto richiederla noi dopo due giorni di soggiorno, in quanto non era ancora stata fatta.

Good: Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Τα βασικότερα σημεία στην πλευρά της Πέστης βρίσκονταν σε απόσταση 7'-15' με τα πόδια ενώ κυριολεκτικά έξω από το ξενοδοχείο υπήρχε στάση μετρό, τραμ και λεωφορείων οπότε μέσα σε πολύ λίγο χρόνο μπορείς να βρίσκεσαι παντού. Πολύ σημαντικό επίσης το ότι το λεωφορείο από το αεροδρόμιο σταματάει ακριβώς απέναντι! Δωμάτιο και μπάνιο πολύ ευρύχωρα ενώ υπήρχε αρκετός χώρος στις ντουλάπες αλλά και πάσο που χώραγε και τις 2 βαλίτσες. Δεν είχαμε πρωϊνό στην τιμή που είχαμε κλείσει αλλά με 15 εύρω (το άτομο/μέρα) μπορούσαμε να πάρουμε πλούσιο πρωϊνό στον μπουφέ. Αξιοπρεπές και το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου όπου φάγαμε τη μία μέρα και σε σχετικά καλές τιμές (για τα δεδομένα της πόλης).

Good: The daily breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great selection of various food to satisfy any person's appetite. The hotel staff were very helpful in providing directions to multiple locations and the ins and out of public transportation. We were advised that people 65 years and older had free access to public transportation, which we took advantage of. The hotel is centrally located in the hub of the city where a main intersection is located for all manner of transportation, bus, tram and metro - just outside the main entrance. Bad: The television, however, was very small screen, mainly because it was on the bedroom's opposite wall which was about maybe 12 feet away.

Good: L emplacement ideal en centre ville, et proche de tous les transports en commun, gratuits pour nous, les plus de 65ans.le personnel est prevenant, bien qu un peu "tiede".. On aurait aime un peu plus de convivialite... Mais les hongrois sont un peu comme ça.. L hotel est magnifique, les chambres tres propres et confortables, l accueil par contre, tres chaleureux. Le ptit dej copieux et varié... Je recommande!!

Good: Great location. Very old-fashioned-like hotel that makes you feel like you’re in old books, but it’s very clean and comfortable. We had a room on a side street but weren’t disturbed by the sound. Amazing setting.

Beautiful hotel

Exceptional location - near shops, restaurants and transport. The hotel is very well kept. Walls are a bit thin - I had a problem with the guest sleeping in the room next to mine who kept me awake with his horrific snoring. But I spoke to reception the next day and they were able to put me in a different room. Staff are nice and the hotel is very clean. Would recommend.

Good: M2Astoria駅からすぐM3の駅からも徒歩5分弱とアクセスがとても良いです。空港までの直通バス100Eの停車駅も近く、便利です。 近隣にスーパー(TESCO、ALDI)もあるので買い物もしやすいかと思います。 Bad: シャワーの水がお湯になるまで時間がかかった。 冷蔵庫が冷えにくい。

Good: The staff was extremely helpful, resourceful and friendly, the room was spacious, while maintaining a comfortable temperature and had an amazing view. The cleaning staff would always leave the room tidy and clean, refreshing towels whenever necessary. Bad: On the second day of our 5 day stay the tissue box ran out and it didn't get refilled for the rest of our stay there.

Good: Πλούσιο και ιδιαίτερο πρωινό. Με νόστιμες επιλογές καθώς και χωρίς καθυστέρηση στο refill. Οι υπάλληλοι στην υποδοχή εξαιρετικοί, καθώς και οι ευγενικοί κύριοι στο Bar στην απογευματινή βάρδια. Εκπληκτικό το γεγονός ότι ο χώρος του εστιατορίου και του Bar σε ταξιδεύει στο παρελθόν. Μην το αλλάξετε ποτέ! Νόστιμο φαγητό και καλές επιλογές στο μενού, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Bad: Το προσωπικό όχι και τόσο χαμογελαστό και ευδιάθετο στο service των πρωινών. Το Housekeeping θα μπορούσε να κάνει μια καλύτερη παραμονή του δωματίου (ειδικά την δεύτερη μέρα). Ένα ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων, θα έπρεπε να έχει την υπηρεσία του Room Service, δυστυχώς το συγκεκριμένο δεν είχε την δυνατότητα αυτή με αποτέλεσμα να δίνεις και να παίρνεις την παραγγελία μόνος σου στο δωμάτιο, ανεξάρτητα αν το διαφημίζουν στα stand των δωματίων. Καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε στο ψυγείο του δωματίου δωρεάν νερό, εξάλλου δεν κοστίζει τίποτα για την επιχείρηση.
