Good: Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr angenehm und es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir hatten nur wenige Gehminuten zur Donau, zu den dortigen Lokalen und zum Nahverkehr. So konnten wir ohne großen Aufwand Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen. Wir hatten auch kostenfreien WLAN Anschluss, sodass wir über WLAN Filme schauen konnten. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm, so dass wir dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen können.

Good: Wegen ein Zahn OP musste ich mehr Zeit im Hotelzimmer verbringen wie sonst und ich war sehr froh im Erzsebet zu sein. Ich fand die Atmosphäre sehr gemütlich, das Bett bequem, die Sauberkeit pefekt und die Lage ist nicht zu überbieten. Immer wieder gerne!

Good: Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. in der Straße zwischen Ferenciek Tere und Kalvin Ter. Tram 2, Busse und weitere Trams, Trolleybusse und Donau gibt es auf wenige Gehminuten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und behilflich. Die Zimmer haben ein gutes Bet, Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. Wifi ist umsonst. Das Frühstück ist lecker und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Annex am Hotel ist ein gutes Steakrestaurant mit vernünftigen Preisen. In der Straße gibt es weitere Restaurants, im Sommer mit Terrasse. Bad: Nichts

Good: Super fand ich das wir um 10:30 vormittags angekommen sind und sofort in das Zimmer einchecken konnten! Echt toll,danke nochmals. Bad: Es gibt nichts Negatives!!! Alles ok,alles in bester Ordnung.

Good: Lage super - zentral und ruhig zugleich. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Donaulände und Öffis in unmittelbarer Fußnähe. Schöne moderne Zimmerausstattung - top: begehbarer Kleiderschrank! Freundliches Personal; Bad: ein bisschen mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück wäre fein - Wurst/Käse und Gemüse waren sehr eingeschränkt und immer gleich. Auch in Sachen Müsli o.ä. könnte nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten ok!

Good: das Zimmer war... wow... haben vorher in einem Hotel im Burgenland gewohnt zum selben Preis, ein Haus höher Unterschied, auch das Frühstück sehr lecker und viel Angebot an Speisen, waren rund um zufrieden, werden es weiter empfehlen, kommen sicher mal wieder und bleiben länger, man ist im Zentrum, toll

Good: Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war ausreichend und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Für den Safe musste man nichts zahlen und ist bei der Rezeption, also gut bewacht. Auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung ist hier gut organisiert. Ein schönes, ordentliches Hotel. Bad: Das Zimmer war etwas zu klein und die Duschwand nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung.

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral in der Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent.

Good: Lage top,Zimmer sauber und entsprechend den Erwartungen an ein 3 Sterne Hotel ,Personal an der Rezeption top .Mit dem Auto vorher in die Garage ,das Ticket wird im Hotel abgerechnet und bestätigt für die Ausfahrt Bad: Personal beim Frühstück einfach nicht in Ordnung z.B. aus einer Handvoll gebrauchtes Besteck einen scheinbar unbenutzten Löffel einfach wieder aufs Büffet. Sehr lustlos. Unbedingt ein Beispiel nehmen an den Kollegen der Rezeption

Gutes, preiswertes Hotel in unschlagbarer Lage in der City. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

Super hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Ich habe ohne Frühstück gebucht, da ich nur glutenfrei essen kann. Haben aber trotzdem einen Kaffee und meine Freundin Crossaints erhalten. Toll!! Das einzige Minus ist der Teppich in den Zimmern ein Laminat- oder Fliesenboden wäre besser. Ich würde gerne nochmal kommen. Meine Schwester ist jedoch Asthmatikerin und das geht mit dem Teppich gar nicht. Schade!

gut gelegen im zentrum preis leistung passt

Die Lage des Hotels im Stadtzentrum ist ideal. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erkundet werden. Längeres Parken ist aber nur im nahen Parkhaus möglich. Bei Bezahlung des Parktickets an der Hotelrezeption gilt der ermäßigte Preis von 4500 HUF pro Tag. Im Hotel vermissten wir einen Zimmersafe. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.

Good: This hotel has a great location. It is nearly updated. We had a window facing the garden. Our issue was they did not have air-conditioning and the windows barely open. This is going to be a huge issue in the summertime if they don’t get that fixed.

Good: Céntrico. El buffet completo. Las instalaciones renovadas y muy limpias. Bad: El colchón de la cama era muy duro. El primer día nos dolía todo, luego ya nos hicimos.

Good: Hotel in posizione centrale, vicino alla metro e alla fermata del bus da/per l'aeroporto. Camere nuove e accoglienti, riposo assicurato dato l'affaccio della struttura su una via interna. Good: Ottima posizione, si potevano raggiungere le principali attrazioni a piedi. Inoltre vi erano una fermata metro e fermate autobus a 2 minuti dall’hotel. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Bad: Potrebbero migliorarsi nelle pulizie delle camere per rendere perfetto il soggiorno.

Good: Отличное расположение, вежливый персонал Bad: Отсутствие холодильника, хотя бы самого маленького. Постоянные проблемы с водой - в душевой далеко не всегда получалось настроить теплую воду. При бронировании указывали одну большую кровать - по факту были сдвинутые 2 кровати

Good: La posizione della struttura é molto comoda per raggiungere il centro della città, e lo staff era molto accogliente. La camera è molto moderna, con tutti i servizi necessari per un buon soggiorno Bad: Purtroppo il servizio di pulizie, almeno per la nostra camera, veniva effettuato tardi, con il rischio di tornare in camera e trovare gli asciugamani ancora da cambiare. Ma facendo presente questo, lo staff ha subito provveduto a risolvere il disagio.

Good: Ήταν κεντρικότατο και κοντά σε στάση μετρό και λεωφορείου αν και τα χρειαστήκαμε ελάχιστα ! Όμορφα ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια και ευγενικό προσωπικό ! Bad: Υπήρχε ένα θέμα με τον θερμοστάτη και το βράδυ το δωμάτιο έπιανε 25 βαθμούς με αποτέλεσμα να ζεσταινόμαστε υπερβολικά ! Το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να διαθέτει ένα μικρό ψυγείο για τα νερά που αγοράζαμε και ιδανικά να γινόταν καθαριότητα κάθε μέρα ή μια φορά στις 2 μέρες όπως και αλλαγή πετσετών, καθώς το προσωπικό απλώς έστρωνε τα σεντόνια !

Hotel ristrutturato da pochisssimo, che si trova in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere facilmente, anche a piedi se si è dei buoni camminatori la maggior parte delle attrazioni. Consigliatissimo. La nostra camera non era grande, ma funzionale. Buona anche la colazione con un'ottima scelta tra dolce e salato

Good: La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale, che permette di raggiungere comodamente tutte le principali attrazioni a piedi. Gli ambienti sono moderni, curati e accoglienti, ideali per un soggiorno piacevole. Staff sempre disponibile e molto gentile.

Good: Все очень понравилось, отель очень красивый, чистый, удобное местоположение. Метро рядом. Чекин в 3 дня, можно за дополнительную плату заехать раньше. Также можно оставить багаж в специальной комнате на хранение бесплатно до заезда. Bad: Окно нельзя было полностью открыть, оно открывалось до какой-то определенной нормы, приблизительно на 10 сантиметров. Но это не критично.
