Good: Albergo situato in pieno centro, vicino la Metro e alle fermate dell'autobus, in prossimità di bar, pub, ristoranti, banca unicredit. Staff accogliente e disponibile (deposito bagagli il giorno della partenza per concludere il nostro tour a Budapest), la camere non era il massimo del lusso ma per quanto ci siamo stati in albergo era più che sufficiente, tv (rai 1 in italiano), aria condIionata, mini frigo, tavolino, bagno con doccia. It is a very good located hotel, in the old city center, near all the touristic important places. Very good breakfast, clean rooms, new elevator, personal very polite. As a weaknesses - the room was too small and to much noise from the street (our room had view to the street at the first floor). Maybe it's better to take room with view to the other side of the hotel! I select 5 stars because of the position of the hotel and because the report between quality of the services and prices was ok!

Good: Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat in centrul vechi al Budapestei, aproape de toate cele mai importante obiective turistice, de Dunare si de statie de metrou, tramvai, autobuz.. Este o cladire bine renovata, lift nou, personal foarte politicos, mic dejun compelx si abundent, dar clasic. Curatenie in interior, asternuturi impecabile si saltele foarte moi, comode, la paturi (am avut camera cu 2 paturi). Bad: Camera foarte mica, zgomot de la strada (hotelul este chiar in strada) si de la terasele din apropiere, cosurile de gunoi din camera au fost schimbate doar o data in 3 zile. Cred ca zgomotul se aude mai putin la etajele superioare si pe partea cealalta a hotelului. Probabil exista si camere mai mari, dar la alt pret! La modul general si tinand cont ca e vorba de o mare capitala europeana, raprortul calitate pret a fost ok!

Good: Местоположение - решающий плюс в выборе этого отеля. Bad: Обычный отель на 3 звёзды. В номере нет чайника. старый, но чистый отель. Если путешествуете на авто, ближайший паркинг в 500м, платный Напротив отеля есть бесплатные места (они ограждены отдельно перед отелем), но как-то выборочно разрешают там парковаться. Там уже были припаркованы машины, я спросила могу ли я воспользоваться свободным местом. Мне ответили так «это улица, а не парковка, идите на платный паркинг». Я попросила оставить машину с 3 часов ночи до 9 утра, так как мы долго добирались из Украины и уже не было сил искать парковку. Нам посоветовали оставить машину на соседней улице, так как был выходной и на улице можно было бесплатно найти место. Ну ок, место для парковки нашли. В целом, для одного раза пойдёт.

Good: Great location, very good breakfast, nice room Bad: Everything was ok! Only one think. We booked from the reception a taxi to the airpaort for our check out. We asked twice the people from the reception for the price for this transportation. They told (twice) that the price is 9,500Fr, When we arrived to the airport, the taxi driver asked 12.200Fr. We discused with him about the communication we had with the people from the reception, but he insisted that the price was 12.200Fr...

Good: The staffs are polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy. 24 hours hot water. The location of this hotel is also amazing because you can easily go to every tourist attraction. There are printing and money exchanging services as well. Bad: The WIFI here is so poor. I had an online meeting in the hotel room and the WIFI can hardly keep me connected. Therefore I had to use the hotspot of my own cellphone.

Location's great, within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants as well as attractions. Also with the option to take trams, buses or metros within 5-10min walk. Fast WiFi. Only downside was that the double bed was actually 2 single beds so there was a gap in the middle and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Erzsebet Hotel. We stayed four nights and had three single beds in our room. For only £306 for 3 people, this is a really great price for the location of the hotel, especially when it includes breakfast! It was quiet at night which is good, with it being a little louder on the Friday evening - something expected for the location. This didn’t disrupt our sleep at all, as the windows were double glazed. The air conditioning did appear to need a re-gas, as it didn’t seem as cold as expected. This wasn’t a problem for us, as we left our windows open during the day. The breakfast is served 7-10am, with cooked & raw meats, baked goods, and cereal too. We would’ve liked to see more fresh fruit options, as we did see lots on the images online. Maybe this is something available by request? Arriving to Erzsebert from the airport, we took a local taxi. This only cost around Ft7,500. We asked the hotel to book us a taxi for the final day, and a private firm ‘ELIT’ turned up. The hotel estimated that the taxi would cost around Ft9,600 but it actually cost Ft13,000. We’d recommend using Bolt (like Uber) or just booking a local taxi for departure. Good: Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko centrum Budapesztu i znanych obiektów o znaczeniu historycznym m.in. Budynek parlamentu, Bazylika św. Stefana czy Zamku Królewskiego. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i dobrze przygotowane. Plus za szwedzki stół można było zjeść co się chciało. Pokój wygodny, przytulny i widny. Łóżka wygodne. Pościel czysta i przygotowana przez personel hotelu. Dostęp do Hotelowego WI-FI. Sieć WI-FI bardzo dobra.

Good: Nagyon barátságos személyzet, finom reggeli. A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes, pár utcányira van minden ami nekünk kellett. Máskor is fel fogjuk keresni. Bad: A szoba mérete lehetne nagyobb, de ezt csak a két nagy bőröndünk miatt gondolom.

Good: Doskonała lokalizacja- wszędzie blisko. Czyste, ciepłe pokoje i regularne sprzątanie. Telewizor, WiFi, lodówka i zestaw kosmetyków w standardzie- o nic nie trzeba było prosić. Bardzo dobre bistro na rogu ulicy i wiele sklepów w okolicy.
