Było miło i spokojnie . Osoby starsze jak i dzieci miały możliwość spędzenia czasu w sposób , dla każdej grupy wiekowej , atrakcyjnie .Można było odpocząć . jesteśmy zadowoleni i polecamy hotel znajomym. Sami zapewne jeszcze raz przyjedziemy , bo kochamy Węgry .

Mindennel elegedettek voltunk a Parommal. :) a szemelyzet udvariassaga,segitokezsege kifogastalan, az all inclusive ellatas remek valasztas volt,hisz rengeteg etelbol tudtunk valogatni kedvunkre. A wellness reszleg is szuper, a kinti medencek nagyon kellemesek. Nekunk legjobban a sobarlang tetszett.

Good: klid, málo lidí (dle termínů), sympatický personál ... téměř všichni happy, bleskové služby ... cokoliv jsme si přáli vyřídit tak to udělali hned a správně, příjemné prostředí ... žádné dlouhé chození po hotelu ... architektonicky zmáknuté, neskutečně rychlý a pohodlný výtah ... toho si možná málokdo nevšimne :-), vynikající jídlo + široká nabídka pití (šampus na snídani mi velmi vyhovoval :-)), prostředí restaurace, foyer, snack baru atd. na 1, tenisové, pingpongové či squashové rakety berte sebou - kurty jsou v ceně all inclusive rakety ne, wellness naprosto dostačující, za nás pobyt celkově super ... příště si pojedeme odpočinout na stejné místo Bad: některý personál restaurace ve věku cca 45 a více mi připadal občas vyhořelý ... ti mladší však po všech stránkách profíci za každé situace :-)

Good: Figyelmes személyzet, igényes környezet, színvonalas ellátás. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk, nagy valószínűséggel újra fogunk menni.

Good: Finom ételek, tisztaság, higiénia. Előny az All Inclusive szolgáltatás. A medencék vize kristálytiszta volt. Barátságos légkör. A szobák a sok negatív kritika ellenére teljesen megfeleltek igényeinknek. Bad: Az étterem teraszára nem tudtunk kiülni a darazsak miatt, ha nem lennének jelen a rovarok kellemesen lehetne eltölteni hosszabb időt is a teraszon. Talán még annyi a wellness-el kapcsolatban, hogy nincs koedukált szauna rész.

Good: Csak jókat tudok írni! Személyzet nagyon undvarias, szobák tisztak! Mi all inclusive ellátást kaptunk, teljes mértékben elégedettek voltunk! Ételek mennyisége, minōsége, és változatossága kiváló volt! Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudjuk, aki pihenésre, kikapcsolódásra vágynak! Bad: Nem volt!

Először jártunk Önöknél, és nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Nagyon ötletesek a gyermekek részére összállított programok is, akik szinte egész nap foglalkoztatva vannak és így a szülők is kényelmesen tudnak pihenni, beszélgetni. Konyhájuk és all inclusive ellátásuk kifogástalan. Ezúton is szeretném megköszönni, hogy ételallergiámra minden étkezésnél figyelmet fordítottak, eddig ez más szállodában nem ment ilyen gördülékenyen. Köszönjük Danubius Health Spa Resort Bük!

Kitűnő elhelyezkedés, remek ételek, kedves felszolgálók. masszőrök kitűnőek, a medencék szintén. Igaz, az 5 napból 2x nem kaptunk a szobánkba vizet - bár a bekészítés járt volna - de lehetett korlátlanul fogyasztani máshol, így nem volt olyan nagy probléma.

Good: Ahogy az elobbi értékelésbol is észlelheto, nagyon meg voltunk elégedve mindennel. Bad: Nem volt az ottléttel szemben semmi, talán olyan pici megjegyzés a Danubius kártyával szemben, hogy nagyon korulményes a felhasználása, mert amit mondtak a felhasználással kapcsolatban (hogy le lehet valami százalékot számolni az udulési osszegbol) nem minden van úgy.

Csodálatos 5napot töltöttünk el a szállodában!Az all inclusive ellátással, a személyzet kedvességével, illetve a szolgáltatásokkal teljesen meg voltunk elégedve!!Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom ezt a remek szállodát! Mi visszatérünk, az biztos!:) Köszönjük Danubius Health Spa Resort Bük!

Középkorú pár vagyunk, de nincs ilyen választási lehetőség ( rájuk nem gondolnak? ). Másodszor voltunk ebben a szállodában és biztosan fogunk még jönni. Csak felső fokon lehet nyilatkozni az ellátásról, a szolgáltatásokról ( all inclusive ), a szobáról, a személyzetről, gyakorlatilag mindenről. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek, senki nem fog csalódni!

Good: Pohoda, příjemný personál, perfektní masáže za hodně dobré ceny. Vynikající kuchyně, dostatek pití, doplňovány minerální vody na pokoji a k dispozici krásný župan po celou dobu pobytu. Bazény moc fajn, jak termální, tak normální. Moc jsme si to užili.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A kiszolgálás remek az ételek bőségesek és nagyon finomak voltak. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Nem tettek különbséget a külföldi és belföldi vendégek között. Első Wellness élményünk és örök emlék marad amit nagyon szépen köszönünk. Bízunk benne hogy el tudunk még menni Önökhöz.

Good: Udvarias, segítőkész személyzet. Az étkezés nagyon jó minőségű és több, mint bőséges. Bad: Nincs ilyen.

Nagyon tetszett a tágas, tiszta, kulturált wellness-részleg, az egyetlen észrevételünk az, hogy a nemek szerint elkülönített (és fürdőruha nélküli) szaunából nyílik a közös gőzkamra, amire nem figyelmeztet semmilyen felirat, ezért többször is előfordult, hogy a női részlegben eltévedt férfival találta magát szembe az ember (valószínűleg fordítva is, de az kevésbé zavaró :-)...

A szaunázás során sajnos gyakran merülnek fel olyan problémák, amelyek a más országokból érkező vendégek eltérő szaunázási szokásain alapulnak. Ezeket igyekszünk mi is figyelembe venni, hogy minden igénynek megfelelhessünk, nagyon sajnálom, ha ez most nem sikerült maradéktalanul. A kiírással kapcsolatos észrevételét továbbítottuk a Spa vezetőségnek, kollégáink megnézik, hogy esetleg tudnak-e tenni valamit az ügy érdekében. Köszönjük az építő kritikát és reméljük, hamarosan újra szállodánkban üdvözölhetjük Önöket!

It is the worst hotel i have set foot in, its OK that there is a smoking ban, but the hotel has 3 ashtrays to share between 100+ guest, this could do if the ashtrays wherent at a fix point and couldnt be remove, and just to pull a rabbit out of the hat, the ashtrays is placed at tables where people sit and dine which give some Aholes sitting down at 4 persons table occuping from 6 pm til 11 pm where the bar close. Allother smokers is ask to use the parking lot in front of the Hotel - the staff at the hotel couldnt understand the harm in 2 people occuping a 4 person table for 5 hour. We checked out the day after arrival and left for Spa Resot Aqua in Heviz, this hotel has the same smoking ban and also only 3 ashtrays, but the ashtrays where located so everyone could have a occasional puff without leaving the Hotel.

Dear Guests, We are very sorry that you had bad experiences in our hotel because of the smoking situation. The problem is, that there were some new regulations by the law and by the hotel chain that has changed more times during this year. Now it is everything clear and we are working on solving the problem to make the situation suitable for smokers and non-smokers. However we told your recommandations to the management, they will take care on it. We do hope that we can welcome you in our hotel again soon.

Good: Nagyon kedves személyzet, problémamentes ügyintézés. Őrzött parkoló, mindig volt hely, pedig sok vendég volt. A kert nagyon szép, nagy, bőven vannak nyugágyak. A medencék hőmérsékletét és tisztaságát folyamatosan ellenőrzik. Rengeteg program van az aktív pihenést kedvelőknek, valamint külön gyerekprogram a kisgyerekes családoknak. Bad: A wellness részlegben kicsit hűvös volt, valamint nincs gyermek medence és emiatt az élménymedence tele volt gyerekekkel és az őket kísérő szülőkkel, az "élmény" részét nem nagyon tudtuk megtapasztalni a sok ugráló gyerkőctől.A étteremben a svédasztalos elhelyezéskor az ételek melegen tartása sokszor nem sikerült, kihűlt mire szedhettünk belőle.

Az ágy lejtett a fal felé. A fürdőben a zuhanyzó alól folyt ki a víz.

Kopottak a bútorok, teniszpálya minősége gyenge,víz koszos. Tornatanár unott és kiábrándító volt az autogén tréningen.

Sajnáljuk, hogy szolgáltatásaink nem nyerték el maradéktalanul a tetszését. A víz tisztaságával kapcsolatban szeretném tájékoztatni, hogy medencéinket az ÁNTSZ rendszeresen ellenőrzi és így azok megfelelnek az előírásoknak. Az esetleges külső szennyeződéseket a személyzet igyekszik figyelni, sajnáljuk, ha ez alkalommal elkerülte valami a figyelmüket. Az autogén tréninggel kapcsolatban pedig annyit szeretnék megjegyezni, hogy ez egy csendes, meditációs jellegű gyakorlatsor, melyet kifejezetten monoton hangon kell vezetni. Reméljük, hogy csak ebből adódóan találták Önök unottnak a foglalkozást. Bútorainkat igyekszünk folyamatosan cserélni, szobáinkat pedig a lehetőségeink szerint felújítani. Őszintén reméljük, hogy hamarosan újra szállodánkban üdvözölhetjük Önöket és a legközelebbi alkalommal minden szolgáltatásunkkal elégedettek lesznek!

Good: A hajdani épületből - a kőkemény szocreál:) - mindent kihoztak, amit csak lehetett, nagyon okos kis megoldásokkal kellemessé, otthonossá és egész harmonikussá tették. A személyzet kedves, szívélyes és közvetlen, nem a kényszeredett műtermi mosolyt és negédes álkedvességet tapasztaltuk.A tisztaság mindenhol kifogástalan! Bad: Apróságok. A fürdőköpeny tiszta, ropogós - és volt rajta alul egy kb. 3 cm átmérőjű luk. Engem nem izgatott, de ez kicsit gáz olyan helyen, ahol a 90%-a a vendégeknek külföldi. Szintén fürdőlepedő és köpeny - helyenként kisebb rozsdafoltok tarkítják, gyorsan rá lehetett jönni miért: az erkélyen lévő kis szárítók mind rozsdásak. Csúnya is, meg összerozsdázza a ráteregetett cuccot. És ha valaki a saját cuccát rozsdázza össze rajta, lehet, hogy mérges lesz miatta. Az étteremben az asztalon művirág. Randa és igénytelen. Szerintem senkinek nem tűnt volna fel, ha egyáltalán nincs is virág, de ez szembetűnően csúnya és igénytelen megoldás.Free wi-fi, pocsék jelerősséggel: alapvetően tényleg pihenni megy az ember ilyen helyre, de ha bárkinek mégis szüksége lenne netre (mi pl. a bringatúrák miatt néztünk volna időjárást), akkor normálisan használható és minimálisan védett kapcsolatra lenne az embernek igénye egy ilyen helyen.

Good: Tökéletes hely a pihenésre. Nagyon otthonos, barátságos a szálloda.Ami legjobban tetszett, hogy a szállodában tényleg nagy a wellness részleg ezért nincs tömeg a medencékben és termál medencéjük is van. Bad: Ami picit negatív tapasztalat, hogy az étteremben pontban 10 h-kor a szedőkanalakat elvitték a tálakról, pedig még páran reggeliztünk.

Nagyon tetszett a szálloda is, de a legkedvesebbé az tette pihenésünket, ahogyan a szálloda dolgozói odafigyeltek ránk.

A wellness részleg jó, a szobák tágasak, tiszták. Férjem legnagyobb örömére pont az ott tartózkodásunk alatt volt az old timer felvonulás. Ez még emlékezetesebbé tette a hévégét.

Good: Danubius hotelek-től elvárt minőség, és precizitás.Udvarias kiszolgálás! Bad: Egy kicsit elavultak a fürdőszobai felszerelések, de az alapvető funkcióit betölti.

Good: Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, egy pihentető hétvégét töltöttünk ott kettesben.

Bad: Nincs közös szaunájuk, ami pedig van az elég szűk.

Good: Jó beosztású, kényelmes épület, építészetileg szellemes megoldásokkal. Fürdőszolgáltatások változatosak A személyzet udvarias, visszafogott. A konyha kifejezetten jó. Több mint egy*-al jobb mint a Balaton parti Danubius szállodák Bad: A dohányzást nem lenne szabad megengedni olyan helyiségekben, ahol nemdohányzók is tartózkodhatnak, vagy áthaladnak, pl az étterem felé menet.

Good: Nagyon kellemes és szép napokat töltöttem a párrommal el itt csak így tovább Bad: Néha zsúfolt volt pl. Bowling, sqash, sokat kell várni rá

Das war eine sehr schöne Woche und wir kommen gerne wieder. Speziell muss man das große Areal hervorheben mit vielen Liegen und Schattenmöglichkeiten. Essen ist auch sehr vielfälltig und geschmacklich sehr gut.Die Bedienung im Restaurant 1A sehr freundlich und schnell. Unangenehm war nur, dass es im Speisesaal keine Klimaanlage gab bzw. lief sie nicht. bei 38 Grad ist das nicht angenehm. Und beim gemütlichen Kartenspielen am Abend muss man sich die Getränke an der Bar selber holen, das ist kein großes Problem, nur es werden die Gläser nicht abgeräumt so lange man sitzt. Die Barkellner räumen nur leere Tische ab oder wenn man kein ALLIN Gast ist sondern bar zahlt. Also will man neue Gertänke holen, muss man die eigenen Gläser abräumen. Und das Zimmerservice könnte ein wenig besser sein. Trotz ein paar kleinerer negativen Dinge war es eine SUPER Woche und wir empfehlen das Hotel unbedingt weiter, obewohl es schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Alles Top, wir kommen wider!!! Reichhaltiges Büffet von Frühstück bis zum Abendessen, was noch dazu sehr gut schmeckt, Super Wellness Schwimmbecken, Massage,.... Billard, Tennis, Squash,....

Hotel: Wir konnten den Übergang von Halbpension zu all inclusive (ab 1. November 14:00 Uhr) mitverfolgen. Das Haus ist in manchen Bereichen renovierungsbedürftig, in anderen wieder auf dem neuesten Stand. Derzeit wird ein Kindererlebnisbad und ein Ruheraum neu gebaut. Die Gästestruktur ist stark durchmischt; von Senioren bis zu vielen Familien mit kleineren und größeren Kindern. Location: Gerade die Westseite des Hotels Danubius in Bükfürdö bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die letzten Erhebungen der Alpen (Geschriebenstein usw.) und sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Im November ist in Bükfürdö nicht mehr viel zu holen an Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Service: Das Service war - wie immer - sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Beschwerden waren nicht nötig (erstmals war die Durchgangstür zu unseren beiden Doppelzimmern beim Einziehen schon offen). Food: Neu ist das Mittagsbüffet: gut gelungen! Etwas weniger als am Abend, aber ausreichend und von guter Qualität. Room: Die Superior-Zimmer im 6. Stock unterscheiden sich durch neue Möblierung und eine neue Badezimmereinrichtung von den übrigen Zimmern. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert davon, wir nicht so sehr. Die Balkontüren und Balkone haben dieselben Abnutzungserscheinung wie vom 2. bis um 5. Stock. Sport: Die Kinderbetreuung ist etwas verbesserungsfähig (Kommunikation, Basteltechnik). Advice: Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Derzeit gibt es leichte Behinderungen durch die Baustelle für das Kindererlebnisbad.

A vacation for relaxing and out from the everyday life. The water is very beneficial and healthy and is for many kinds of diseases to be recommended. The Treatments for example massages are very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Start the day very good with a good breakfast. We visit the hotel since several years.

Hotel: even if the hotel already since 25 years, the tooth the time only a few traces on the facilities leave. The whole area is very tidy and lots of regular guests - older Generation-from Germany, switzerland and Austria anytime again visited, which here SPAs, of 3 to 4 weeks make. on the whole House stands free Wi-Fi available. Location: in the nearby located Locality Miskolc there are some smaller shopping centers and restaurants, but at least in the wintertime, this very sleepy.
