Lovely hotel. Kids were given bears and we received an upgrade to a deluxe family room which was really nice and spacious. Food and drink prices were as to be expected in a Central London hotel but pizzas were nice.

Good: From the moment we arrived and were greeted by I think Justine(said trainee on her badge) who was absolutely lovely and friendly and helpful all the staff we came into contact with were fabulous and helpful . I don’t use lifts so requested a low floor which w given to me and was great … second floor and fabulous room … car parking was easy and gave keys to concierge who again was most helpful .. Really nice reception area and bar and it exceeded my expectations completely and I would not hesitate to stay here again . Bad: Cold Water in bathroom sink was very slow but minor issue really

Good: Staff very professional and helpfull. Spotless throughout. Diverse and very reasonably priced menu. Rooms sizes suprisingly spacious, for a London City hotel. On site private parking at £30 for 24 hours was a moderate surchage for the locarion. Bad: Access to the hotel exterior carpark from nearby roads could be better signposted. Access is from Lodge road, but the proximity to Regents Park makes this area very busy traffic wise at all times.

Reception and concierge staff were very professional and welcoming. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast has an amazing choice of hot and cold dishes. Again, staff were excellent with excellent attention to detail. Bar staff were great and our pizza and fries in the bar were lovely and arrived in no time at all. We love staying here because the location is brilliant for walking, sightseeing and within close reach of public transportation.

Tivemos uma excelente hospedagem, começando pela recepção, o hotel é cheiroso, limpo e muito organizado. O Café da manhã é excepcional, muita variedade, que consegue agradar a famílias inteira. O Restaurante é maravilhoso, com muitas opções no cardápio, com uma apresentação impecável dos pratos. A localização é ótima, na esquina fica dois pontos de ônibus que interligam a cidade e caminhando uns oito minutos você chega até a estação de St John Wood que dá acesso a vários pontos turísticos de Londres.

We booked this hotel as our son was having a operation at the nearby Wellington Hospital from first going to reception the management and staff made you welcome the hotel is perfect the rooms have just been refurbished and are fantastic the hotel staff from your breakfast to the bar and restaurant are very welcoming and try there upmost to make your stay as perfect as they can nothing is to much trouble the breakfast and evening meal was perfect I would highly recommend this hotel to families if you are visiting London or if your on business or like ourselves having family at the hospital we honestly can not thank all the staff enough we will be booking again soon you made a difficult time alot easier and we truly thank you all for this

Good: staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially when I asked for extra tea bags! beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean and well stocked. the dual level accommodation was excellent and worked really well with two teenagers. Bad: the rooms were a little dated and tired looking, but still exceptionally well maintained. there was not much room for all our four large suitcases to be stored, as the rooms were a little squishy.

بقيت مع عائلتي 3 ليالي فندق نظيف فاخر يرتقي لمستوى 4 نجوم حقا الموظفون بارعون و قد أعطونا وصلة الكهربا لأوروبية لشحن الهواتف كانت لفتة جيدة و كنا نطلب الماء بدون مقابل للغرفة و كثير من الفنادق لا تقدم الماء و هو شي لا افهمه فكنت ممتن لتقديم الماء . الإفطار رائع و مرتب بطريقة جميلة و البيض الاومليت كنا نطلبه و كان لذيذ جدا و التشكيلة رائعة . الغرف مجددة و نظيفة و الأسرة فاخرة جدا شعرت بالرضا من الغرفة و كان لأطفالي تخت منفصل و هو ما أفضله و ليس سرير أريكة . كل شي كان رائع شكرا لكم على جعل عطلتنا مميزة من حيث كلشي . الموقع كان جيد الباص قريب جدا من الفندق و كنا نصل للمعالم بسهولة انصح بشدة و لا افهم سبب التعليقات السلبية بالنسبة لنا كان 10/10 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Good: Hôtel et chambres agréables, petit déjeuner correct. À 10 minutes de marche de la station de métro St John’s Street et 15 min de Baker Street qui est mieux desservie. Le point fort de cet hôtel est le bon rapport qualité prix pour le centre de Londres. Bad: Le chauffage était en panne à l’étage de la chambre familiale en duplex mais un radiateur électrique a rapidement été apporté. Problème connu et commun aux chambres duplex du dernier étage, mais chambre néanmoins louées sans geste commercial. Aucunes étagères dans les salles de bain.

Good: La posizione dell'hotel è ottima: dista circa 10 minuti da Baker Street e 10 minuti da St. John's Wood, entrambe stazioni molto servite per la metro. La colazione è ottima, con varietà di dolci e salati. La camera non è grandissima ma si trova comunque tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, i letti molto comodi Bad: Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema di riscaldamento nella nostra camera, che non è mai stato risolto anche se comunque lo staff ci ha fornito una stufetta elettrica che abbiamo utilizzato per tutto il soggiorno.

De var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. De virket å ha respekt for alle gjestene og jeg følte meg trygg under oppholdet. Bad: Mislikte teppegulvet på hotellrommet. Men hvis det er det eneste så er det ikke så ille.

Good: Every time we come back because we especially love the breakfast, not only for the variety of choice, but especially for the warm and sincere kindness and professionalism of Shihab and his team. Sure, there are young people learning their job, but even so, they always work with grace. Bad: Check-in. Slow and they don't check with you your booking, type of room etc.

Good: We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. We are very familiar with the location as we used to live in the area and we love the proximity to Regents Park and the easy access to central London shopping and attractions. We personally walk everywhere but there are buses as well for those who prefer to use transport. We also stayed in recently renovated rooms which were perfect. I was very satisfied with the stay.

Good: Staff were amazing. All so helpful. Food was lovely and breakfast was so fresh with plenty of choice Bad: Shower was over the bath. I travelled with my dad who has mobility issues. So climbing into / over a bath to have a shower was challenging.

I recently spent 13 nights here, and my stay was extremely positive. The reception and concierge staffs were friendly and helpful at all times, and did all that they could to make my stay comfortable. I would like to especially thank Marcia, Hichem and Dainius, although I am not entirely sure of the spelling. Also, the food at the buffet was good (but not great) and plentiful. The only reason for an overall 4 star rating was the room quality. If I had only been there for a night or two, I would probably not have noticed the run down appearance - I was obviously not on a renovated floor. However, the housekeeping staff kept the room as clean as possible, and though small, there was enough room for me alone. The first room I was in had a bathtub, and I had requested a walk-in shower due to some physical limitations. The staff was very sympathetic, and able to move me after just one night. However, my new room with shower was actually smaller and the bathroom was situated so that the toilet seat was less than 2 inches from the wall. I am not a small person, but I would challenge anyone but a child to sit without being on a diagonal with legs under the sink. The staff tried to find me a better room, but could only move me again if I paid an upgrade fee of 60 pounds a night. I was unable to do that, so I stayed in the room. It was a bit uncomfortable, but it did not ruin the trip for me. Be aware - based on the building layout, you can probably expect the same conditions in each room ending in 16 or 17. So, the hotel has some room for improvement, but I would (probably will) stay there again in the same situation. And I would again like to thank the entire staff for doing everything they could to make my stay comfortable.

Good: The hotel exceeded our expectations. The exterior did not do justice to the comfort, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the rooms. The built in usb chargers and complimentary water were much appreciated details. And. the breakfast was delicious! We did not expect so many options for the breakfast, but it’s definitely worth getting. An added bonus was its location right next to the cricket grounds as well as walkability to Regents Park and the lovely main area of the neighborhood. We would definitely come back to stay in this non-touristy area again at this hotel. Bad: Exterior was not particularly charming, but again did not detract at all from the wonderful experience
