Good: Genial la ubicación aunque de primeras pueda parecer lejos del centro. Justo detrás del hotel hay una parada de bus que te lleva al centro en 15 minutos y otra a City Park, también lugar que ver sí o sí en Budapest. El spa genial y las habitaciones muy modernas y limpias. Desayuno muuy bueno y variado tipo bufé. Nos ha encantado.

Útmärkt hotell med SPA. Läget är jättebra för avkoppling nära naturen men även för att snabbt kunna ta sig in till centrum och många av stadens sevärdheter. Pensionärer från 65 år åker utan kostnad på buss, tunnelbana, spårvagn. Hotellet med dess utmärkta service inriktade personal rekommenderas det varmaste.

Mi nagyon megvagyunk elégedve. Kitűnő személyzet. Kitűnő szoba, reggeli, takarítás, Bisstro és SPA!

A panoráma csodás, az ágy kényelmes, szépen meg van csinálva a belső tér. A reggeli bőséges és nagyon finom volt, parkolás megoldható térítés ellenében a hotel előtt. Összességében pozitív élmény volt az ott töltött idő. Az, hogy a többi vendég hajnalban csapkodja az ajtót és zajong, az nem a szálloda hibája, hanem az illemet nem ismerő vendégé.

Sehr schönes Hotel, das Personal ist super lieb und Hilfsbereit und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Good: facilities was great, service overall pretty good, room fancy and very clean. Bad: Some equipment in the gym might require to be changed, I had issues with my laundry. I was there in my bed for couple of days and the cleaning staff never picked it up, so I had to go and complaint at the lobby and they asked me that I had to go and personally deliver the clothes to the laundry room. I didn't like that.

Good: I love everything about this place, I've stayed here a few times and will definitely go back again. Very clean, everyone is nice, the food is great. Bad: One thing I don't like, and this is how it is in Hungary in general I believe, is the TV channel selection. When I get to my room in the evening and want to relax there is nothing to watch as everything is dubbed, and I can't even cast from my phone to the TV. But that is a minot flaw, nothing to stop me from coming.

Ottimo hotel. Personale gentilissimo, dal ragazzo addetto alla custodia bagagli, al personale della reception, quello delle pulizie e quello addetto alla sala ristorante. Pulizia ineccepibile. Ottimamente collegato alla città. Vicinissimo al fiume e posizionato in una zona verde e tranquilla.

Good: Facilities, food, stuff Bad: A little bit far from the center

Good: Rigtig god og varieret morgenmad. Dejlig gratis indendørspool med 3 pools med forskellig temperaturer. Meget rent overalt på hotellet. Bad: Lidt langt fra centrum. Metroen er 10 min gang fra hotellet og tager 10 min derind med den ind til centrum. Ved ankomst virkede den mandlige receptionisk ikke specielt imødekommende og vi fik ikke info om området mht kort over byen og specielt metroforbindelser. Dette gjorde et andet par der ankom sammen med os men af en anden ansat i receptionen som de tjekkede ind hos.

Good: Nekünk minden tetszett, gyönyörű volt a szoba, tiszta, kényelmes. Erkélyest kértünk, ami a Dunára néz, így minden reggel a kilátásba gyönyörködhettünk. A reggeli és a vacsora remek volt, minden nagyon finom amit készítenek. A wellness részleg nyugodt volt, mi maximálisan ki tudtuk pihenni magunkat. 🥰

Ottimo hotel, tutto il personale è gentilissimo, dal ragazzo che si occupa della custodia bagagli, al personale della reception , quello delle pulizie, a quello della sala colazione. L'ubicazione è semi-periferica, ma l'hotel è molto ben collegato al centro, Con il 79 (fermata vicinissima), con appena una fermata, si arriva ad una stazione della linea 3 della metropolitana e da lì si raggiunge comodamente e velocemente il centro di Budapest e qualunque altra zona della città. Ci siamo trovati molto bene..

Good: Breakfast was great and lovely variety, provided fruit infused water in reception all day. Swimming pool was lovely and big with 3 different temperature pools. Metro station is about a 5min walk away which takes you anywhere in the city!

Good: Családi lakosztály felszerelése tökéletes. Pici babával érkeztünk minden amire szükség volt megtalálható ( mikro, hűtő, mosógép, stb ) Bad: A liftek programozása. Minibar árai túl magasak. Az elektromos autó töltők közül csak egy működik.

Good: Az ágy rendkívül kényelmes volt. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, a szobánkat a kiírt időpont előtt már elfoglalhattuk. A wellness rész kellemes volt, és számításaink ellenére egyáltalán nem volt zsúfolt.

Good: A reggeli bőséges, nagy választékú. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A szállodán belül szép terek, pihenési lehetőségek vannak.A hotel közeléből induló trolival és metróval könnyen elérhetők a belvárosi, budai programok. A Duna látványa a szobából plusz bónusz! A hotel mögötti sétány a Duna partján visz végig. Akár gyalog is elsétálhatunk a parlamentig, vagy a Margit hídon keresztül Budára, Margitszigetre. Bad: Nem volt.

Good: Отель предоставил замечательный уровень комфорта. Еда была вкусной и разнообразной. Расположение отеля — одно из лучших, можно прогуляться по набережной до центра города и насладиться красивой архитектурой. Спа-центр идеально подходит для релаксации после долгой дороги.

Good: Stanza pulita, letto comodissimo. Rilassante la vista sul Danubio e sull'Isola Margherita. Ottimo l'orario per l'utilizzo della SPA. 4 piscine per tutti i gusti. Consiglierei l'obbligo della cuffia e della doccia per dell'uso delle piscine. Tutto molto pulito. Ottima la colazione. La temperatura della sala era un po' troppo bassa, per fortuna si può fare colazione anche fuori.

Danubius Helia's staff made our stay so enjoyable. They were accommodating and welcoming, too, to our friends' visiting us during our convention. Budapest was unseasonably warm during our stay and we thought the room's HVAC was uncomfortable by American standards. However, our expectations were exceeded in so many other ways at this beautiful facility. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, the amenities were well-maintained, and the Yellow Bistro was top-notch. And, we can't thank you enough for permitting us to entrust our luggage to you after we checked out, so that we could visit Margaret Island before continuing our journey elsewhere. We would highly recommend Danubius Helia to anyone traveling to Budapest! Hotel Highlights: Luxury

The only suggestion is the HVAC. With the uncharacteristically high temps, the room was a bit too warm for comfortable sleeping. However, the breakfast, bistro, and amenities made our visit outstanding.

Good: Na uboczu, spokojna okolica, nad samą rzeką, blisko supermarket, blisko komunikacja, czyściutki pokój, miła obsługa. Bad: Jednostajne śniadania i zaskoczyła mnie płatność z góry za pobyt, na co nie byłem przygotowany. Zawsze płaciłem za hotel w czasie wymeldowania.

Le camere sono pulite e il letto comodo. La porta sul corridoio è insonorizzata male. Ottima la spa, gradirei però che ci fosse l'obbligo della cuffia in piscina e il lavaggio delle ciabatte e la doccia prima di accedere alle piscine. Il personale e molto gentile. Ottima anche l'offerta del bar e del ristorante.

Minden rendben van a szállodával és nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! Az biztos hogy még visszajövünk. Szobánk tiszta volt, légkondicionáló rendesen működött. A becsekkolás is pikpak megtörtént, emellett nagyon kedves recepciós kollégák vannak, persze ez mint elmondható a konyhai részlegen dolgozókról a takarító személyzetig. Egy szóval mindenki van. A medencék kellemesek voltak, a parkolás roppant egyszerű. Mindent nagyon köszönünk. 🙂

Velmi dobrý a překvapující hotel. Cestuji každý měsíc po celé Evropě. Po dlouhé době jsem byl překvapen čistotou a kvalitou hotelu. Určitě využiji hotel i pro svoji firmu.

Good: Śniadania przepyszne, bardzo duży wybór. Bardzo blisko Dunaj, można było sobie z winkiem posiedzieć nad wodą. 10 min piechotą do metra, 3 minuty do przystanku autobusowego. Sklepy pod nosem. W pokoju czyściutko, pachnąco. Łóżka wygodne. Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić, to sauny - brak większego wyboru i osobne sauny dla kobiet i mężczyzn Bad: Osobne sauny dla kobiet i mężczyzn Daleko od lotniska - bardzo drogie transfery na i z lotniska

Good: A Héliában a reggeli mindig kifogástalan, sokféle és jó minőségű. A szobám sokkal magasabb színvonalú volt mint amire számítottam. Törzsvendég vagyok, ha Budapesten járok csak a Héliában szállok meg.
