Good: The room was clean and very nice, the view of Danube river from the room was wonderfull. The breakfast had gluten free products and fruits. All the confort that we need it was there for us. Bad: We don't have any dislikes.

Good: We stayed at Danubius Hotel Helia in March this year and had an exceptional experience: 1. Our ROOM was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. We had “Superior Twin Room with Danube View” and it was totally equipped according to the description. The day we booked in, there was also a bottle of water as hotel’s compliment. View of river was magic. 2. The BREAKFASTS were delicious and had a variety of options to choose from each morning. From fresh fruit to hot dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently high. 3. The SPA-ZONE was spotlessly clean and included: indoor swimming pool (26-28°C), 2 Heated pools (32-34°C, and 36-38°C) and Jacuzzi with hot water. We attended Spa-Zone primally in silent hours (from 07.00 am to 09.00 am and from 08.00 pm to 10.00 pm) because the rest of time the large swimming pool was overcrowded with some sort of aquaaerobics groups, who simply blocked the swimming pool making impossible to swim there. There were bathrobes in the room for a comfortable visiting Spa-Zone. 4. The LOCATION of the Hotel is really excellent: beautiful embankment, variety of shops, there are metro and bus stops nearby (easy to get to anywhere in Budapest). 5. The STAFF: from check-in to check-out, everyone I encountered was incredibly polite and accommodating. The only awkward situation happened during check-in because the manager for some unknown reason decided to communicate with me in russian, despite the fact that I spoke English to him and continued to answer his questions in English. That was weird and VERY UNPLEASANT. Overall, I highly recommend Danubius Hotel Helia for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good: locatia excelenta ,pe malul Dunarii,inconjurata de un parc cu banci din care poti sa admiri Dunarea si pietonii. Am atins toate obiectivele mergand pe jos, zonele fiind la circa 60-90 minute de locatie ! Poti sa mergi cu bicicleta sau cu trontineta,iar transportul in comun e abundent !!! Bad: Plata suplimentara a parcarii 12 E /zi !!!

Good: Personalul foarte drăguț, camera spațioasă, mâncarea diversificata. Piscinele super ok. Wifi puternic in tot hotelul.

Good: I have been many times to this hotel, and will keep returning because it matches my needs perfectly. A previous problem at my last stay in 2022 seems to have been solved, since the check-in this time in April/May 2024 was smooth and quick as well as the check-out. : This time I was in a lovely newly refurbished room with river view. The new interior is discreetly modern, well done, and practical. And now has more comfortable chairs in the room! Hotel Helia has all of what I appreciate, a delightful swimming pool, hot water baths, sauna, water fitness, massage, good service and much more. Very good buffet breakfast in the main restaurant, and also a good bistro restaurant with tasty dishes for snacks and simple meals, a comfortable terrace, walking areas just outside the hotel by the Danube with many chairs, benches and even reclining chairs at the quay to rest on if needed. Very good central location with excellent bus service just outside the hotel and a supermarket opposite the hotel. Coffee, tea and fridge in the room and more. The metro M3 is nearby and now again running with easy access to other metro lines, trams and busses. Now, that there is an airport bus, 100E it is simple to use public transportation b for instance by. taking Express 100E from the airport to Kalvin Ter, then bus 15 from Kecskemeti utca (Direction Gyöngyösi) and get off at the bus stop Drava utca, then a 3 minute walk. Or from Kalvin Ter take the metro M3, then bus and 5-15 minute walk. The hotel is inviting to children and dogs, but only if they are well-behaved and the hotel requires this, which is good

Good: Прекрасные бассейны, разнообразные и обильные завтраки, удачное месторасположение отеля, просторные и в хорошем состоянии номеиа. Bad: Матрасы хорошо бы пожёстче, а подушки размером побольше.

Good: The staff was very friendly and customer oriented. The location is great, close to the city center, quiet and nice area of the city. Bad: The bathroom is quite small.

A személyzet kedves,udvarias. A reggeli kifogástalan,nagy választékkal.A szálloda közlekedés szempontjából is nagyon jó! Egyedül az élménymedence vize számomra túl meleg.

Stravili jsme tady 3 noci a veliká spokojenost. Recepční milí, vstřícní. Pokoj čistý,každý den uklizený. Nádherný výhled na Dunaj. Nabídka snídaní bohatá, vybere si každý, v nabídce i bezlepkové pečivo a bezlaktozove produkty. Wellness čistý, vířivka teplá. Plavecký bazén, sauna, sprchy čisté. Za nás doporučujeme moc :)

Good: Úžasné snídaně, vstřícný a milý personál Bad: Snídaňový balíček o který jsme požádaly z důvodu časného odjezdu. Opravdu zoufalý, nedostatečný množstvím a hlavně složením. Pro dvě osoby jeden banán, jedna malá voda, jeden jogurt a dva nazapečené toasty...

Good: Snídaně byla velmi rozmanitá, stále doplňovali, pořád bylo všeho dost i pro poslední hosty. Umístění hotelu velmi dobré - velmi pěkná procházka podél řeky do centra Budapešti. Bad: Jen jsme nevěděli, že spropitné si již připočítávají k celkové ceně. Je to asi po celém Maďarsku.

Good: מלון שקט על שפת הדנובה. לקחנו חדר משופץ פונה לדנובה עם נוף נהדר. המלון רחוק מהמולת העיר אך ניתן להגיע לפרלמנט בהליכה נעימה של רבע שעה לאורך הנהר. ליד המלון קוי אוטובוס רבים, מטרו במרחק 10 דקות הליכה, ומסעדות ובתי קפה מקסימים בהמשך הרחוב לכיוון גשר מרגיט. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה מאד ויש צוות גדול שדואג מיד למלא כל מגש שנגמר ולנקות כל שולחן. גם בסופ"ש כשהמלון היה מלא חדר האוכל תפקד למופת. למלון גם מסעדה מצויינת, Yellow, שהכל טעים בה. גולת הכותרת הן הבריכות החמות , הסאונה, חדר הכושר המצוייד והטיפולים שניתן לקבל. Bad: המיטות רכות מדי והכרים לא נוחים. החדר נוקה מדי יום בשטחיות. חדר הרחצה צפוף וקטן. תקלה של המלון בחישוב החיוב טופלה בצורה לא נעימה ונוקשה.

Good: Kedves segítőkész volt a személyzet. A szálloda tiszta, rendezett, modern. A wellness részleg is átlagon felüli, minden korosztálynak megfelelő.

Good: Czysty pokój z dużym, wygodnym łóżkiem i balkonem z widokiem na Dunaj i Wyspę Małgorzaty. Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór. Dania w restauracji na parterze również pyszne, a porcje konkretne. Do dyspozycji gości baseny, jacuzzi i sauny. Bad: Płatny parking dla gości hotelowych.

çok temiz ve yeni bir otel, akşam yemeği için de burayı ekstra olarak tercih ettik gayet memnun kaldık. bir daha yolum budapeşteye düşerse yine burayı tercih ederim.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated. We had an apartment and could not have been bigger or nicer. The brand new Miele appliances were not easy to use. There were NO instructions in the apartment. I had to search on the internet for the instructions on how to use the cooktop. It is not obvious. You have to press B twice? I asked a few staff members how to use it, and also the clothes washing machine. No-one seems to have been trained in the use of these appliances. It would be very good to show the staff how it all works. Many old people go to this hotel. They would not know how to use the internet. Otherwise great improvement. We loved the little cafe in the lobby area and the spa, great massages and hair salon.

The apartment suite we booked was new and huge with two bathrooms and full kitchen. The Miele appliances were so new and no instructions. Had to look up on internet how to use cooktop and washing machine. They should provide instructions in the room. View was outstanding, over the Danube.Loved the Yellow Bisztró cafe. Was open all day. Great massages and pedicure there. It is a spa hotel.

Good: Desayuno súper completo, habitación amplia, camas muy cómodas. Caminando a 15 minutos esta la estación de metro más cercano. Las piscinas limpias y relajantes. Bad: .

Good: Breakfast is amazing with fresh gluten free roll and pastry.

Good: Ładny hotel nad Dunajem, przyjemny wystrój pomieszczeń wspólnych. Duży basen z ciepłą wodą, fajny taras. Pokoje klasyczne. Duży parking niestety dodatkowo płatny. Bad: Przy wyjeżdzie z parkingu przed słupem gdzie należy kasować bilet postawiono ochronny słup, który niestety jest dla kierowcy raczej utrudnieniem. Niestety ja też zarysowałam o niego swój nowy samochód.

Good: Hotel se nalazi na samoj obali Dunava u neposrednoj blizini centra . Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno, sobe izuzetno ciste , kreveti preudobni. Spa centar je savršen i može se koristiti od 7 do 22h. Bad: Prazan bife u sobi.. Ne bi bilo loše da se u zakljucan sadržaj kupatila (kupka, sampon, sapun doda i neki losion za telo) i malo je glupo da se to drži zakljucano.

Good: Всё было красиво, удобно, персонал приветливый, завтрак из свежайших продуктов, много фруктов, большой выбор хлебов, сыров, выпечки, колбас. Очень понравилось, что СПА работает с 7 до 22 часов. Bad: Нет такого. Возможно было бы неплохо, чтоб в гостинице можно было бы купить талоны на общественный транспорт.

Nagy öröm volt Ismet Önöknel megszallni . Mi mar ar majdnem Vippes vendegek vagyunk. Minden evben több alkalommal igenybe vesszuk az Önök. Szolgaltatasait. Szivesen megyunk. Minden nagyon jo es szep. A reggel böseges, a Wellesley jo. Mindennel meg vagyunk elegedve, szivesen ajanljuk Önöket baratainknak. Udvözlettel Elisabeth Banfalvi es feje.

Good: Nydelig frokost. Hotellet har utmerket beliggenhet i rolig område. Vi liker å vandre gatelangs, det var enkelt å ta t-bane tilbake til hotellet på kvelden.

Good: A bár kivételével minden. Bad: A bárban végtelen arrogáns, lekezelő kiszolgálás. Érdemes lenne egy etikett-tájékoztató a pincéreknek, mert végtelenül illetlenül viselkednek.

Skvělé wellness, k dispozici župan, ručník, prostěradlo. Bad: Vše v pořádku, akorát matrace byly měkké, proleželé.

Good: Egyszerűen minden jó volt. Voltunk már néhány jobb fajta szállodában de a Helia még a külföldi dupla / tripla ennyibe kerülő szállodákat is felül tudta múlni. A 6. emeleten lévő új szőnyegek illata csodálatos érzés, ahogy az ember kilép a liftből és érzi, hogy itt minden új még és minőségi. Mi mindenhova kutyával járunk és külön plusz pont a kártyáért amit az ajtóra tudtunk akasztani, hogy jelezzük a kutyát a szobában. Bad: Első nap a reggelinél rántottát ettem. Legalábbis akartam mert valami fura szaga volt és az ízével is valami nem volt rendben. Másnap már más állaga és színe is volt a kirakott rantottának de már nem mertem még egyszer megpróbálni. Ez volt az egyetlen negatív dolog amit tapasztaltam.

Good: Wir waren öfter in der Hotel mit Familie. Es sehr schön und sehr gemütlich. Immer wieder gerne wenn wir uns in Budapest aufhalten.

Good: Хорошие завтраки, чистые номера, бассейны и сауна, за эти деньги вы получаете это все вместе. Bad: Часов в 7 утра нас несколько раз будил персонал, когда использовал пылесос в коридоре. Но это возможно исключение, т. к. наш номер был рядом со служебным лифтом.

Good: מלון מציון עם ספא נהדר צוות הקבלה פותר כל בעיה במהירות חדר מודרני אוכל טוב מאוד בקיצור מציין. אם יגיע פעם הבא לבודפשט אבחר אותו. Bad: לא היה משלא אהבנו.

Good: A spacious hotel with friendly staff in a good location. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Was worried about checking in so late as our flight was delayed by three hours so we didn't get to the hotel till 3am but we were met by a friendly receptionist and it was easy to check in. Bed was very comfortable. Bad: The only thing that was a bit annoying that was there was a couch and chairs in the communal area near the lifts. Our room was close to the lifts and people would stay outside drinking on these sofa and chairs so was a little noisy at times but didn't last all night.

Good: Remek parkolás, szuper tisztaság, finom reggeli, gyönyörű kilátás a Dunára. Bad: A wellness masszázsmedence nagyon gyenge erősségű, a szauna pedig túl meleg volt. Fürdőszobában az elszívóventillátor nem ment. Csak egy picike bukó ablak nyitható ki.

It was our second but still not a last stay in this hotel with superb location by the Donau. Thank You!!
