Good: Jeśli chodzi o sam pobyt – był naprawdę udany. Hotel, okolica oraz same pokoje zrobiły na mnie bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Śniadania były w porządku, choć codziennie serwowano dokładnie to samo – drobna zmiana w menu na pewno byłaby miłym urozmaiceniem. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje pan zajmujący się pomocą przy bagażach – ku mojemu zaskoczeniu, to właśnie on okazał się najbardziej pomocny nie tylko w kwestiach związanych z wniesieniem walizek, ale również w sprawach recepcyjnych i ogólnohotelowych. Bez problemu porozumiewał się po angielsku i sprawnie wytłumaczył mi, jak wyjechać samochodem z hotelu oraz co zrobić z bilecikiem parkingowym – co, niestety, dla niektórych innych pracowników stanowiło problem, mimo że nie byli wtedy zajęci. Mam nadzieję, że ten Pan otrzyma zasłużoną pochwałę – jego podejście i profesjonalizm naprawdę zrobiły różnicę!:) Bad: Co do personelu, niestety nie jestem zadowolony z obsługi na recepcji. Panie, z którymi miałem kontakt, sprawiały wrażenie niezbyt uprzejmych i trudno było się z nimi porozumieć. Ich odpowiedzi były lakoniczne, a sposób bycia sugerował, jakby były niechętne do udzielania informacji. Dodatkowo, jedna z pań naliczyła mi opłatę za parking w forintach w kwocie zgodnej z informacją z portalu Booking. Gdy zapytałem o przeliczenie tej samej kwoty na euro, okazało się, że cena jest niemal dwukrotnie wyższa – co przy przeliczeniu na złotówki dawało około 650 zł zamiast 300 zł. Nieprzyjemna sytuacja miała miejsce również w przypadku innej recepcjonistki. Przyniosłem dwa bileciki parkingowe, ponieważ przez dwa dni szlaban był otwarty i nie działał prawidłowo. Wytłumaczyłem sytuację, jednak pani stanowczo zaprzeczyła, mimo że nie była wówczas obecna w recepcji. Jej podejście i ton sprawiły, że czułem się, jakbym robił coś niewłaściwego, chociaż jedynie prosiłem o pomoc. Rozumiem, że każdy może mieć gorszy dzień, ale uważam, że klienci nie powinni odczuwać tego w bezpośrednim kontakcie z personelem. Niestety nie znam nazwisk tych pań, ale chodzi o recepcjonistki z dnia 28.04 (wieczór) oraz 04.05 (rano).

Good: Great location, kind staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, great pools with quiet hours (adults only) from 7 to 9 am and 8 to 10 pm. Breakfast was also pretty good. Bad: Parking is not included in the price and it is charged 12€ per day. Very small bathroom, but has everything you need.

Good: Ubytování v relativní blízkosti centra. Výborné snídaně i večeře, wellness otevřeno celý den, k dispozici župany i ručníky k bazénu. Milý personál.

Bad: Niko ne govori ni jedan drugi jezik osim mađarskog i engleskog. Nemački ne govori nioko iako su bili zajednička država sa Austrijom par stoleća . Prosto neverovatno . Moj engleski je loš nemački perfektan ali osoblje zbunjeno zašto nemacki ????? Ne mogu da verujem

Good: Все было прекрасно!!! Bad: Но в 6.00 утра, сработала ложная пожарная тревога. Как нам потом объяснили. Но, можете понять наше состояние. Когда ты на отдыхе и тебя в 6.00 будит сирена. Это шок!!! 🙈🙉

Good: The hotel is newly refurbished; the rooms and beds are amazing. Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water are a nice touch. The staff is supportive, quick, and professional. The parking lot is safe and reasonably priced. Even after check-out and paying for the parking ticket, you can still leave your car on the hotel grounds while enjoying one last stroll through beautiful Budapest. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to metro, bus, and train stations. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Good: Pozitionare excelenta, pe malul Dunarii - dar, pentru o experienta completa recomand camerele cu balcon (Preimum Plus) - aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun si la distanta de 25-30 min de mers pe jos de Insula Margareta, Podul Margareta, Palatul Parlamentului sau Piata Eroilor (Monumentul Mileniului si Parcul Central) Bonus - zona SPA cu 4 piscine cu apa de temperaturi diferite (26-28 / 32-34 si 36-38 grade) si terasa in aer liber deasupra zonei piscinelor unde se poate sta la plaja. Sa lenevestie la piscina este o experienta binevenita dupa o zi de explorat Budapesta. Parcarea este mare si nu ar trebui sa fie probleme cu gasirea unui loc. Personalul profesionist si extrem de amabil. Micul dejun desi nu senzational, a fost bogat, cu o varietate de produse - imposibil sa nu gasesti ceva pe plac. La cina, am mancat de bistroul hotelului (Yellow ) - decent, dar atat. Bad: Ar fi fost extrem de utile niste plase insecte la geamuri / usa de la balcon.

Good: Pekný a útulný hotel,veľmi dobré jedlo, perketné zákusky,super bazény a pekne zariadený apartmán. Určite sa tam ešte vrátime. Bad: Nič ma nenapadá.

Good: Amplasarea foarte bună, aproape de cele mai importante zone de vizitat, personalul amabil, camerele foarte curate și spațioase, mâncarea foarte bună.,parcare sigură.

Good: Spa, fitness (encore mieux s'il y avait de quoi faire des dips pour un poids de corps complet), La terrasse extérieure est cool et spacieuse, l'accueil est très agréable et les hôtes également. Notre chambre était plutôt simple pour une chambre supérieure, mais le confort y était malgré tout. Pour conclure, j'y reviendrai sans problème ! Bad: Réaménagement de la salle de sport un peu vieillotte, même si elle est fonctionnelle (son design ne correspond pas vraiment à la classe générale de l’hôtel). Également, je penserai à ajouter des équipements pour faire des dips. (très important).

Good: Good location, close to public transportation. Very friendly and efficient staff. Most staff very good English speaking. Very good and varied breakfast. Very spacious and well-equipped SPA area. Plenty of parking spaces. Bad: Totally inefficient air conditioning system in the room. The room is very difficult to ventilate (only a very small window can be opened). It was very hot for April and the air in the room was very difficult to refresh and/or cool.

Good: Die Zimmer haben uns gut gefallen, sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, auch mit Spa-Bereich. In der Lobby befindet sich auch eine gemütliche Bar mit Speise- und Getränkeangeboten. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine sehr große Auswahl. Durch die über die Osterfeiertage große Auslastung war es manchmal aber schwer, früh einen Platz zu bekommen (trotz sehr großem Frühstücksraum). Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, unweit des Hotels befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die nächste U-Bahn (mit der man schnell ins Zentrum von Budapest kommt) ist auch nur 7-8 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Bad: Bei der hohen Auslastung des Hotels zu wenig Fahrstühle. Einer der 3 Fahrstühle war mehrmals während unseres Aufenthaltes defekt, sodass man manchmal lange warten musste. Sonst war alles bestens gewesen.

Good: A hotel nagyon tetszett minden szempontbol, elegedettek voltunk. Bad: A szobanknak a szomszedos szobaval kozos ajtaja volt, ami zarva volt, de ugy gondolom nem kelloen szigetelt. A beszelgetesuk athallatszott ami zavaro volt.

Good: The breakfast was amazing and newly refurbished room was spotless. I loved the bathroom and the beds were comfy Bad: Just two small suggestions please. First, it would be nicer if steam room had smell of eucalyptus or peppermint as it is much nicer and healthier for people with asthma and respiratory issues to have steam room mixed with those essential oils. Second, there was a group of tourists from India, both adults and children. They were very loud and managed to block both entrances to swimming pool as they would use the areas to gather. It was annoying particularly to elderly local people who I am sure paid what is a lot of money in Hungary to have a pass and use spa facilties. This group completely lacked self-awareness despite seeing how inconvenient it was for everyone else to enter and exit the pool on either end. The employee should have approached them and said something, instead they were left to cause inconvenience to everyone trying to use that pool.

Good: Lækkert stort og alsidig morgenmadsbuffet. Dejligt at personalet var hurtige til at rydde af bordene i restauranten om morgenen. Søde og hjælpsomme personaler. Lækkert stort poolområde med skøn temperatur. Bad: Rengøring i værelset kunne have været bedre. Badeværelse var lidt nusset.

Good: Po celodenní m poznávání Budapešti byl dobrý relax ve SPA hotelu. Bad: Nemám co by se nám nelíbilo.

Good: Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich , Bett war bequem, sehr leckeres Frühstück, Vielen Dank an Putzfrauen, jeden Tag würde geputzt, Sauna und Pool waren Perfekt, Zentrum 30 min. zu Fuß entfernt oder 10 min. mit Taxi ungefähr für 7 €. Bad: Das gesamte Geruch im Hotel ist nicht meins, Badezimmer mit Toilette viel zu klein.

Good: Krásné čisté pokoje, luxusní snídaně - v období Velikonoc s připomínkou svátků - několik druhů pečiva, i bezlepkové, vše z vajec, lívance, kaše, uzeniny, hodně různých sýrů, vynikající saláty, pomazánky, džusy, káva velmi chutná, hodně ovoce a zeleniny, ke snídani i maďarský sekt! Spa nejlepší v Budapešti, včetně horkých lázní, bazénu k plavání, sauny, možnost placených procedur, vše čisté, otevřeno do 22h! Personál velmi vstřícný, prodloužil bez poplatku check out a umožnil i poté ještě 3h ve spa. Zase se vrátíme! Bad: Nic nelze vytknout!

Good: It was my second time staying in Budapest and I really enjoyed staying in Danubius Hotel Helia! I would definitely recommend. - Close to Dorza tram (~10 min walk) which connects you to multiple sights and even to the airport bus. - Staff are really friendly! - Spa was insane, so lush! The Jacuzzi, pool and sauna were a pleasure to use. - Champagne in the morning breakfast - not sure if this was because our stay was during Easter. - Really clean rooms, overlooking a stunning river view. - Super close to Prosecco Unlimited Cruise (~11 min walk) and Hungarian Parliament! Bad: Everything was lush and this wouldn’t put me off staying. Breakfast was lovely however there were limited vegan options so it would be lovely to see more but equally understand if there isn’t as it is a new concept.

Good: Hotellin kylpylä oli siisti, toisin kuin Széchenyin kylpylä joka oli epäsiisti. Hyvät saunat. Kylpylässä sai käydä niin usein kuin halusi ja se oli ilmaista. Erinomainen ja moni puolinen aamiainen.

Good: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and pool area were spotlessly clean and the range of food at breakfast was very good with fresh omelette station.

Good: I visited Budapest for the spring half marathon. The hotel is within walking distance from Margaret’s island. I could easily walk there to pick up my race number the day before. On race day I wasn’t stressed about public transport. I walked stress free to the starting line. After my race I enjoyed the hotel’s spa facilities. The hotel is also near the metro station so I could easily visit the rest of the city. Breakfast was super rich. I had several meals at the hotel’s yellow restaurant. I couldn’t resist their risotto. So delicious! Extra friendly and kind staff. They are also fluent enough in English. Great location, great facilities, great staff and definitely a value for money choice. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and again.

Ich selbst war Hausdame in 5 Sternhotels in Wien und Bad Hofgastein. Danke für dieses tolle Angebot. Bad: Gefallen hat uns alles. Es war einfach grossartig. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig und sehr leicht mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen.

Good: The Gym was wonderful. Breakfast excellent. My room was a little bit, small 638. But with superb river view. i will use the swimming pool next time. Bad: The Taxi didn't drive me inside near the hotel door. due to not allowed to open the electric gate I was urged to carry my Lugges all the way up to the reception. when i informed the reception about the above. they mentioned that they have no access to the DOOR entrance. Which is a BAD & Sad reply.

Good: Сучасні номери, дуже чисто, гарний вигляд на ріку. СПА дуже гарне, є 3 термальні басейни, плавальний басейн, сауни. Доречі, сауни окремо для чоловіків і жінок. Велика власна парковка на території готелю. Все дуже сподобалося, за виключенням того, що до цін на весь асортимент в кафе автоматично додають 12% за обслуговування!
