The Arena is very close to the Metro. The main rail station Keletti is within walking distance and can be seen from the hotel. The Arena shopping mall is within walking distance with a large Tesco supermarket next door. The room was adequate for our stay. The breakfast is very good and varied. There is a lovely coffee shop come bar near the reception area. The only let down was the sweet wrapping we found underneath the bed from the previous occupation or previous to that, who knows. Obviously the underneath of the bed is not cleaned regularly 🙄. Other than that it is a pleasant hotel. There is a refurbishment planned later this year.

Good: A szoba korrekt, tiszta, mindennel felszerelt. A személyzet készséggel áll rendelkezésre, minden felmerülő helyzetet megfelelően oldanak meg. A bárban is különösen udvarias és kedves a kiszolgálás. Érdemes lehet minél magasabb emeleten szobát kérni, hogy minél jobban elénk táruljon Budapest látképe. A superior szobában külön volt kávé és tea bekészítve, valamint üdvözlésképpen egy mentes víz és egy kis házilag készített keksz-sütemény. A fitness kiváló, a wellness megfelelő. Bad: A bárhűtőben nincsenek előre bekészített termékek, így a 23-ig nyitvatartó bár-hoz kellett igazodni. A parkolás nem megoldott, csak külső helyen lehet parkolni, vagy a szálloda előtt (5500 / éj), vagy a szálloda mellett található aréna garázs parkolójában (2500 / éj). Nem tudtam a bárban szobára terhelni a fogyasztást, mert a recepciónál biztosítékot kellett volna intéznem, de erre nem hívták fel a recepción a figyelmet. Természetesen nem okozott gondot, csak kényelmesebb lett volna kicsekkoláskor egyben kifizetni a fogyasztást. Annak ellenére, hogy a fentebb felsorolt dolgok nem tetszettek, ezek csak kisebb kellemetlenségek, összességében nagyszerű élménnyel távoztunk.

Good: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, etwas mehr Sauberkeit in den Zimmern wäre angemessen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Wir würden das hotel gerne wieder buchen.

Good: Jeli jsme se synem na dovolenou do Budapeště a jsme velice rádi, že jsme si vybrali ubytování právě zde. Velký a čistý pokoj. Uvnitř vše moderní. Úklid na pokoji každý den. Klimatizace a lednička na pokoji. Měli jsme krásný výhled z pokoje. Luxusní snídaně. Obrovský výběr všeho. Místní speciality, zdravý koutek, který každý den mění. Výborná káva a super džusy. Personál velice milý a ochotný. 3 výtahy, takže prakticky nečekáte, když jedete nahoru či dolů. Navíc je hotel kousek od metra. Metrem je to do centra města 3 zastávky. A ještě taková maličkost, která ale udělá radost. V koupelně byl nejvoňavější sprchový gel, který jsem kdy v hotelech měli. Bad: Slabší wifi na pokoji. Byli jsem v 8. patře, tak to bylo možná tím.

Good: Hotel bezpośrednio przy stacji metra. Wypoczywalismy w pokoju 3 osobowym i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Pokoje duże, łazienki czysciutkie. Na wyposażeniu ręczniki, kosmetyki, suszarka do włosów. Klimatyzacja to dodatkowy plus tym bardziej, że podczas naszego pobytu temperatury sięgały 37°C. Fajny basen idealny na popołudniowy relaks. W pokoju mieliśmy również ręczniki basenowe. Śniadania smaczne i urozmaicone. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel.

The stay was really nice. I absolutely recommend. Clean and spacious rooms. Free gym and spa. Nice reception staff. Great location. Downside was expensive breakfast 16€ per person which we didnt take and went to the supermarket instead. The parking cost 14€ per day which is not the best price Wifi was a bit unstable

Jó elhelyezkedésű szálloda kedves és segítőkész személyzettel, remek szolgáltatásokkal. Finom reggeli. A szálloda melletti parkolóházban viszonylag olcsó a parkolás több nap esetén.

The hotel is fabulous: the breakfast is delicious, the wellness and fitness area is great. The staff is super friendly, paying attention to the guests' needs and requests. The whole place is cosy, and it is worth returning to.

Good: Отличное местоположение, рядом метро, автобусные остановки, по близости несколько торговых центра, очень тихий район и удобно добираться. Есть лифт, тренажерный зал, бассейн. Удобные и мягкие кровати, работает кондиционер, ванна достаточна хорошая. Вкусные завтраки, много пространства и большой выбор. Так же благодарю отель за вариант позднего заезда.

Bad: Everything was great, but the breakfast was crazy every day I went - Too many people, not enough tables, loud... Food was ok though.

Good: Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, szép tiszta szoba, fürdőszoba. Szuper reggeli, kávé, tea bekészítve , klímás azoba. Bad: Sajnálatunkra az uszómedence egy kicsit hideg volt , de a szauna kompenzálta.

Good: The location is perfect if you arrive by car and want to explore Budapest using public transport. The M2 metro line is 100m from the hotel entrance with good connections to other lines closer to the city centre. The ticket terminal is on the street level not down in the station. A large variety of buses and trolleybuses are also available next to the nearby metro station. I would suggest using the underground parking lot to park your car. Costs ~6€ for 24h. The payment machine is at the exit of the parking lot. The environment around the hotel could be a lot cleaner and better maintained. Lots of trash around and uncut grass. The room was clean but not very spacious. It had a fridge and a balcony (2nd floor). The internet is pretty fast. Around 200Mbps down and 160Mbps up. The AC is mentioned but doesn’t work even though you have a console in your room it doesn’t do anything. I asked the staff about it and they brought me a ventilator. That was pretty useful since it was 33 degrees C outside. Breakfast had a lot of variety and everything I tried was good. The staff in the breakfast room are always refilling everything, cleaning tables and setting tables when guests leave. So overall - good value for money. Bad: The AC that didn’t work and the surroundings around the hotel could be maintained better.

Good: The rooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. It was a quiet room even though the hotel was crowded for an event, so that was nice. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful on a busy day. The location was perfect for events at the arena and the hotel was connected well with the Metro line. Bad: Our stay was during an unseasonable warm day, and the air conditioning was nowhere near strong enough even on full blast, so the room was slightly too warm for comfortable sleep. The layout for breakfast was confusing, cereals were of poor quality and milk was warm, and the offerings were limited for vegetarians.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff, and the hotel itself was immaculately clean throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the fantastic breakfast buffet – offering a delicious mix of local Hungarian dishes and European favorites. The hotel also has a restaurant with room service, though we didn’t personally try the food, so we can’t comment on the taste. The amenities are top-notch: ✅ Indoor swimming pool ✅ Well-equipped gym ✅ Sauna access with complimentary robe All included in your stay! 📍Location is unbeatable – right next to the red line metro, making it easy to reach most of the major tourist attractions. It’s also just a 5-minute walk to a major bus station, a few stops away from Arena Mall, and close to Budapest Keleti (central train station). 🪟 We were surprised (in a good way!) that the windows open, even on the 8th floor – something rare but very appreciated. 🛏️ The room is on the smaller side, but well-designed and equipped with everything you need. For drivers, there is convenient hotel parking available at £15, or a nearby arena garage for just £7. Overall, this hotel made our Budapest experience even better – a clean, comfortable, and well-located base for exploring the city. Would definitely return!

Bad: Szinhazi program miatt szálltunk meg a hotelben,szombat reggel 8kor arra ébredtünk hogy porszívózzak a folyosót az ajtónk előtt.Sok szállodaban voltunk mar,ezt nem tapasztaltam.Ertem hogy haladni kell,de azert 10ig varhatnanak a folyoso porszívózással .A 8ezer ft kicsit sok hogy 11kor bemehettünk a szobánkba,olyan áron hogy igazán pihenni nem tudtunk reggel,mert a takaritasra szerencsésen felébredtünk.

Good: Am fost tare mulțumită de atenția personalului. Mi-au dat voie să intru la camera cu două ore mai repede. Au camera pt bagaj unde să-l poți pune înainte și după cazare dacă ai nevoie. Camera foarte ok. Curățenie. Prosoape mai mult decât suficiente. Zona super lângă mijlocul de transport. Am prins un preț mega mic pt ce oferă. Sală de sport, piscină.. Bad: Ca a început să fie gălăgie de la curățenie chiar de pe la ora 8 dimineața

Good: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es gibt eine U-Bahnstation nah beim Hotel ( 3 Minuten Fußweg ) mit der man schnell in die Innenstadt/Altstadt kommt.

Good: Naponta volt takarítás , mindig készítettek be friss ásványvizet.A reggeli választékos volt és bőséges . Bad: Az ágy mintha ki lett volna feküdve,egész este figyelnem kellett rá ,hogy ne essek le.

In a good location for the puskas arena and keleti train station, friendly staff and a nice room.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The location is absolutely brilliant – right next to the tube, and the red line is super convenient for getting around. That’s always been a big plus and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. However, there are a few issues that made this stay less comfortable. The Wi-Fi was very unstable, which was quite inconvenient for someone like me who needs to work and is often in online meetings. The gym and swimming pool had an overpowering smell of disinfectant, which made it quite unpleasant to use those facilities. This time, I’m not sure if it was due to a competition or just bad luck, but I ended up on the same floor as a group tour. From around 5 or 6 in the morning, I could constantly hear doors opening and closing, which made it clear that the soundproofing isn’t great – the doors might be too thin. I stayed for four nights and barely got any proper sleep. That said, the staff were lovely – very professional and friendly. The breakfast was clean and fine, but exactly the same every day. So after a few days, I honestly didn’t feel like eating it anymore. Overall, I’d still recommend this hotel, mainly for its excellent location and good service. But I do think it would make a huge difference if you could invest in thicker doors or better insulation to improve the noise situation.

A hotel frekventált helyen található és tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhető. A szoba tiszta volt, az ágy kényelmes. A reggeli feláras, viszont finom és bőséges. Végül, de nem utolsó sorban a személyzet kedves. A wellness részleget nem használtuk, így arról nem tudok véleményt mondani.

A pri tom majú automaticky prirátamé 12% sprepitné.. neochota.. v izbe pridaná prístelka bez objednania. Až po odstránení sme sa dostali na balkón a k chladničke. Balkón nebol uprataný
