Good: la taille de la chambre - le calme de l’environnement - le petit déjeuner Bad: la température de la chambre était trop haute et la climatisation n’était pas suffisante à la faire baisser

Good: Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable avec une literie agréable. Bad: Mauvaise insonorisation des chambre malheureusement.

Good: L'amabilité du personnel de l'hôtel, nous avons été reçu comme des hôtes de marque. La literie était très confortable, la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel du restaurant était à notre écoute et toujours un petit mot gentil Bad: La vue sur de la chambre mais c'est totalement secondaire.

Good: Hôtel cosy parfait pour un séjour londonien ,confortable, personnel compétent, bon emplacement a 5/10 mn de la station Baker street et bus a proximité. Petit dejeuner de qualité Conciergerie bagages bien pratique

Good: L'écoute et le professionalisme des personnes de la réception et en particulier la compétence de la chef Manager , Madame Marsha. La gentillesse du concierge est également à souligner. Concernant le petit déjeuner , il est varié , très généreux et la perspective donnant sur le parc est très agréable . Etant client de l'hotel pour une 3ème fois , nous avons constaté que certaines ont été rénovées avec gout. Bad: Malheureusement , les coussins sont un peu durs et pour un meilleur confort un surmatelas serait le bienvenu .

Good: Un accueil agréable, une chambre confortable et impeccable qui correspondait à 100% aux photos du site. Les petits déjeuner étaient copieux et variés. Un très agréable séjour on vous le conseille. Bad: Un peu loin des métros 15mn minimum de marche en montée, mais il y a 3 bus qui s arrêtent juste devant l hôtel donc ça compense.

Good: Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié, un super buffet! La chambre est propre et nettoyée tous les jours. On s'y sent vraiment très bien !! La localisation est parfaite près de la station Baker Street.

Good: La chambre d’hôtel était la même que sur les photos, elle m’a été délivrée au moment de mon arrivée sans plus attendre. Le staff était à l’écoute, professionnel et très sympathique. L’hôtel se trouve 2min des arrêts de bus et nous permet notamment d’aller à Baker Street, la où se trouve l’arrêt du métro qui nous connecte au train pour l’aéroport. Les bus nous permettent également de rejoindre Oxford Street rapidement et ils font un peu le tour du centre.

Good: Le confort de la chambre. Literie très confortable et neuve. La salle de bain était d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner à volonté était délicieux et frais. Salle de sport très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Bad: un tout petit peu loin du centre mais rien de grave

Good: Chambre familiale très spacieuse et très confortable. Buffet petit-déjeuner très complet et bon ! Excellente propreté. Emplacement idéal au calme près de Regents Park et à peine à 10 minutes à pieds du métro.

Un séjour parfait! De la chambre, au personnel, au petit-déjeuner un sans faute! Merci!

Good: Le petit-déjeuner continental parfait, varié et complet. L’emplacement très bien situé près du parc Regent’s Park et de la station de métro St Johns Wood (à environ 10’ à pied). La sympathie et la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre très confortable et aux équipements complets. Il est conseillé d’apporter un adaptateur pour brancher ses appareils aux prises du Royaume-Uni (comme aux USA) . Bad: Le pommeau de douche qui est fixé en haut de la douche, il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche raccordé à un tuyau (plus compliqué pour les femmes ayant des cheveux longs). Chambre peu insonorisée (nous étions au 9e).

Good: Lovely proper hotel with decent restaurant and bar. Staff attentive and accommodating. Room was air conditioned if a little loudly. The bathroom was up to standard though the shower wasn’t exceptional. I would stay again anytime! Bad: A word of warning: the title says Regent’s Park, best tube station is St John’s Wood or if you don’t mind a stretch of the legs and more options Baker Street.

Beautiful hotel, welcoming and fantastic view over Lord’s C C

The manager and the Front desk Team went above and beyond. Unfortunately, I injured myself before checking-in. However, the Front desk team made sure that I was comfortable. The team went out of their way to deliver items to my room, when I could not walk. I recovered and I was pleased to thank Jude Peiris for his leadership.

Good: Abbiamo scelto questo hotel di fretta e in tarda serata a seguito di problema con un’altra struttura per cui ci siamo trovati senza alloggio. Scelta in fretta ma si è rivelato un ottimo compromesso! L’hotel è molto bello, si trova a due passi dalla fermata autobus, in una zona molto bella di Londra, camere grandi con tutto il necessario. Staff eccezionale e colazione ottima.

Good: Lovely hotel, staff were polite and helpful, lovely selection for breakfast. Bad: Need better signage guiding you to the main entrance when approaching from the cricket ground.

Good: Location, food, attentive friendly staff. Bad: The price for a room with a walk in shower is very expensive.

Pretty good

The place is a bit dated but far better than other properties in the same price range. Rooms are spacious by old London standards; more like a standard North American room. Air Canada crews stay there which was a vote of confidence. The neighbourhood isn’t much unless you are attending Lord’s Cricket grounds or spending all your time at Abbey Road crosswalk; which is hilarious btw. We walked North to St John’s Wood high street for food rather than south to Baker St. The tube station at St John’s Wood seemed more convenient than Baker St.

I use this hotel when there is a test match at Lords. The room had been renovated, parking was easy and secure. Very good breakfast. The room was also nice a quiet despite facing busy roads.

Clean room, helpfully staff, but no coffee machine on the room.

Good: Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was really very good. Staff were plentiful and helpful. The WiFi worked well and I loved that the check out time was as late as 12 and that the desk was open 24 Hours. Felt safe and looked after.

Good: Restaurant was better than we expected - had dinner there a couple of times.

Good: The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. Also the hotel is in a great location for a family being close to regent's park. Bad: Having a baby's push chair I think the hotel would benefit from a different access path compared to that of cars. It sometimes felt a little dangerous.

Good: Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay overnight. Room service staff and concierge staff were helpful and so lovely. Room very comfy (king deluxe). Great coffee machine and tea/coffee facilities. Fridge was so helpful. We had room service due to my earlier surgery and food was excellent. Outside hotel appearance needs upkeep but inside is really lovely. Very opposite visually. Bad: Reception staff I found very smartly dressed but curt and not very helpful. We arrived early for my surgery and left our case. Concierge were so helpful and stepped forward as soon as we arrived by taxi. The Receptionist gave us no details on the hotel itself at all after we checked in and confirmed all was paid apart from that we could fetch the key at 3pm. No details on restaurants; breakfast; gym; or any facilities at all. We had to ask for somewhere we could get a coffee and she just pointed. No information offered at all. No-one available to serve a drink there anyway until 20 minutes later when we had to flag someone down. It’s a shame as it doesn’t give a good first impression once you get past the concierge. A receptionist I would expect to be more forthcoming and much friendlier when inviting guests to the hotel. We were also woken at 11:30pm by a phone call from reception saying we hadn’t paid for a drink at the bar 20 minutes prior and we need to come down and pay our bill. We were both confused and half asleep asking each other if one of us had gone to the bar!!Then suddenly she said oh sorry wrong room number. Mistakes happen but it was disappointing as we took ages to fall asleep again.

Our stay at the Danubius worked out perfectly. It is convenient to the underground, St. Johns Wood, Regents Park and Baker Street pubs and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with a number of choices at the buffet. Our room was comfortable and an excellent size along with being clean. The elevators were quick and almost never had to wait. We will definitely stay there again!

Good clean rooms with super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast every day. The only small downside would be closeness of tube stops, it's basically right in between Baker and St John's Wood, so a little walk to either. But, there's a bus stop right outside the front of the hotel!

Good: Buffet breakfast included. Water and fridge in rooms. Air conditioning. Handy for public transport. Bad: Hotel could save on water and energy by not changing towels and bedding every day. Not a criticism.
