Good: Le petit-déjeuner continental parfait, varié et complet. L’emplacement très bien situé près du parc Regent’s Park et de la station de métro St Johns Wood (à environ 10’ à pied). La sympathie et la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre très confortable et aux équipements complets. Il est conseillé d’apporter un adaptateur pour brancher ses appareils aux prises du Royaume-Uni (comme aux USA) . Bad: Le pommeau de douche qui est fixé en haut de la douche, il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche raccordé à un tuyau (plus compliqué pour les femmes ayant des cheveux longs). Chambre peu insonorisée (nous étions au 9e).

The cleaner moving our towels when we asked her not to, and then we didnt know whose towel was whose. Room.was smaller than expected for two people.sharing who were not a couple, but we managed ok.

This hotel was essentially perfect for all our needs. The only detractor was location, and that's only in that the closest tube station is a 10-minute walk, and if you or someone you are travelling with has accessibility issues, that walk can feel like a task. Otherwise, the location is great, the rooms are quiet, and the staff was of great help and support!

Desk light and lamp near window. either did not work or could not figure out how to switch on Lighting for external steps to street . very difficult to see the steps in evening, could be dangerous

Top Lage, sehr gut an ÖPNV angebunden. Sehr gutes Frühstück, jedoch bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert. Die Dusche und Toilette im oberen Stock des Maisonette-Zimmers trotz Einsatz eines Handwerkers nicht nutzbar. Kein Wasser bzw. Wasserdruck vorhanden. Sehr gemütliche Betten, Zimmer allgemein sehr hellhörig. Aber es war durchweg absolute Ruhe, tägliche Reinigung. Sehr sauber. Würden jederzeit wieder das Hotel wählen.

Reste med våra barnbarn, mycket trevligt område med en fin park mittemot hotellet där barnen kunde leka, de tyckte mycket om det, lugnt och rent. Familjerummet var rent men löjligt litet badrum, man kunde bara vistas en i taget däri o det är inte så praktiskt med barn. Rummet var extremt varmt, gick inte att få ned thermostats, de skickade någon för att fixa men det gick ej. Ingen i receptionen som var direkt entusiastisk, när vi checkade ut var det ok you are Done! Inte hur vi haft det, inget! Lite tråkigt också som guld medlem i hotels, ingen frågade om uppgradering eller annat. Bra frukost rent och bra område om vill komma bort från turist horderna

Good: We chose this hotel due to its close location to Lords cricket ground and also the price. The Hotel reception, bar and restaurant are clean, bright and welcoming. Our room was bigger than expected with a very comfortable bed. The bath / shower / toilet were clean and worked well with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection. The location was second to none! So close to Lords and Regents Park. Our friends also decided to stay and they were also impressed. One couple decided to drive and there was plenty of parking. Bad: I loved the 2 floor room but the upstairs bath hot water was broken.The bed is squeeking and at the last day before we left they did not clean the room like the other days.Later about tge elevators were too slow.Then the tv did not got any chanels also the mini fridges are too loud at night and we did not have anywere to put our cards and left them on the table also the heater was not working.Last you could hear the train rails at night

Good: The price was very reasonable for the overall quality of the hotel. The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. Best value breakfast I've had in a London accommodation. Good parking facility on site ( free for Blue Badge holders). Generally very helpful friendly staff. Bad: All good, but we felt the 2 members of staff at reception on arrival were doing a job they weren't happy in. Both fairly unfriendly, which didn't reflect on the overall stay.

Good: An excellently located hotel, if you are arriving from Luton airport, the National express bus stops twenty meters from the hotel in both directions, city buses 13 and 113 stop right in front of the hotel, metro lines are also not far away. A short walk will take you to a beautiful part of London - Marylebone, Little Venice, Nothing Hill or Hampstead. Regents Park is opposite the hotel. We really enjoyed visiting all these parts of the city. Marylebone station is about 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, from where you have a direct train to Oxford. The hotel staff is professional and friendly and we were done checking in and out in a minute. The hotel room is spacious, the bed linen and towels are very clean, the bathroom as well. We received two bottles of drinking water in the room every day. The beds were comfortable to sleep in and two types of pillows were offered. Breakfast is fresh, varied and plentiful, typically English, coffee and juices and smoothies were excellent. There is a very warm and pleasant atmosphere in the dining room. Bad: In the bathroom, only an overhead shower was installed, there was no hand shower, I didn't want to wet my hair every time.

酒店還挺好,離regents park 很近,前台友好,每天可以打掃房間,衹是交通不太方便,去地鐵站要走十分鐘左右,早餐每天都是一樣的,吃了幾天就有點膩

Good: Breakfast was good with multiple selections of food for everyone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is near regents park which was were we wanted to stay. If you want to see the main shopping areas and points of interest, there was a bus stop just outside the hotel. Bad: Proximity to the subway system, a pretty long walk to the nearest subway (there was a bus stop just outside the hotel that'd take you to by the subway).

Good: Liked the fact breakfast was included Bad: Disappointing that the cost to get to the Heathrow airport was so EXPENSIVE!!! and no shuttle from the hotel (even if we had to pay something) it would have been nice Also would have been nice if someone was available to tell us of tours or things to do in London and they wasn’t

Good: Location was excellent across from Regents Park and round the corner from St Johns Wood High Street. We all had breakfast and it was good. Parking was excellent right by reception. Bad: Decor is a very dated and property could probably benefit from a bit of an update

Good: The food at morning lounge.The view from the 10th floor .Very very good scervice and polite people. The black cabs were fast to come. Bad: I loved the 2 floor room but the upstairs bath hot water was broken.The bed is squeeking and at the last day before we left they did not clean the room like the other days.Later about tge elevators were too slow.Then the tv did not got any chanels also the mini fridges are too loud at night and we did not have anywere to put our cards and left them on the table also the heater was not working.Last you could hear the train rails at night

Third visit here. The hotel is marvellous and you are truly looked after here. Staff were as great as always and we got a card and balloon, plus an upgrade for our anniversary. Breakfast is of great quality also. 💯 Will return, couldnt fault anything, had an excellent stay.

Underbart familjerum, stort och fint och med sköna sängar till alla och härligt badrum med badkar. Barnen fick nallar vid incheckningen. Bra hotell om man har bil med sig då det är utanför congestion zone och har egen parkering. Jättefin frukost!

Good: Micul dejun excelent, cafeaua foarte buna, poziția destul de aproape de centru și de mijloace de transport, patul foarte confortabil. Curățenie zilnică. Bad: Am avut camere nerenovate, nu știu restul hotelului cum este dar mobila în cele două camere rezervate de noi era veche, în niciun caz la nivelul unui hotel de 4 stele. Produsele de igiena la baie insuficiente, ni s-a făcut refill dar cu economie exagerată, tot insuficiente au fost. Dușul este extrem de incomod, cu cap ne-detașabil.
