⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ חוויה מדהימה במלון Danubius Hotel London! שהינו במלון במהלך החופשה שלנו בלונדון, והחוויה הייתה פשוט מושלמת. כל אנשי הצוות - מהקבלה ועד צוות הניקיון - היו מדהימים. כולם אדיבים, שירותיים, מחייכים ותמיד זמינים לעזור. צוות הקבלה היה יוצא מן הכלל – עזרו לנו להגיע לכל מקום בעיר, הסבירו בסבלנות על אטרקציות ותחבורה, ונתנו תחושה אמיתית של בית. הופתענו לגלות שהם אפילו דאגו לקשט את החדר במיוחד לכבוד האירוסים שלנו – מחווה כל כך מרגשת ואישית שלא נשכח לעולם. האוכל היה מצוין, היו שם אפילו שייקים סחוטים כל בוקר. מכל הלב – אנחנו ממליצים בחום על המלון הזה לכל מי שמחפש חוויה עם יחס אנושי, לב רחב ושירות מושלם.

Stayed in this hotel twice over a 2 week period with a newborn. It is a wonderful hotel with excellent staff. From the moment we pulled up outside and parked on the ample car park right outside the reception door we were met by John and his fellow concierge who both helped us with all our luggage and baby equipment, called us cabs when needed, helped us into them and generally looked after us really well. The reception team were welcoming and responsive, the bar and restaurant teams lovely and the housekeeping team spectacularly good. Our rooms were lovely, very clean and had all we needed. The general hotel feel is relaxed but with high service standards demonstrated and all times. It made two stays with a tiny baby so much better. What a gem!

We had never stayed at this hotel or area of London before and were interested to try a different location and hotel. We were not disappointed. Booked only 12 hours before arrival for 3 nights stay. Staff were all lovely friendly and extremely courteous. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in any London hotel. Loved the area especially St John’s high st for lovely restaurants, bars and coffee shops plus amazing charity shop finds. We will def stay at the Danibuis again

I had a wonderful stay at the Danubius Hotel Regents Park. The location is ideal — just a short walk from Regent’s Park, making it perfect for visitors attending the Frieze Art Fair. Good: 아주 깨끗하고 시설도 좋고 직원들도 친절합니다..제가 예약할때 허니문 같은 여행이라고 했는데, 사실은 결혼기념 여행이었습니다. 런던 주요 관광지에서 위치만 조금 멀지만 그건 아무 문제도 되지 않을 정도로 좋은 호텔입니다. 주요 관광지로 갈때 버스나 지하철을 이용하면 30분이내에 다 가능합니다. 나의 기념일을 축하해주는 카드와 선물을 주셔서 감사합니다. Bad: 저는 이곳에 6일 동안 있었는데 아침식사가 변화가 없고 매일 똑같아서 조금 실망했지만 아침 식사는 훌륭한 메뉴로 구성되어 있어서 괜찮아요.

Stayed in a family room, which was quite big considering we were in London, containing bath and shower. Breakfast good - we were in walking distance of St Johns Wood High St. Lords, Regents Park and Baker St. The area around the hotel felt pretty safe - Went to the Volunteer in Baker St for a meal and a drink in the evening. Bar area in the hotel looked spacious and nice although we didn't use it.

Second visit to the property. This time had a deluxe room which was refurbished and looked much better than the standard room I had during my earlier visit. Upon check-in the bathroom had a dirty water glass with the cap on it clearly showing lack of attention by housekeeping. As before, the air conditioning was not good and could not get the room cooler than 22 deg. C. The habit of leaving only a single face cloth in a room occupied by two people was again mind boggling. Had reserved two rooms each with two twin beds but at check-in was given rooms with queen beds instead. It took a long time to sort it out costing us valuable tourist time in London.

Good: Spacious and quiet room, with a comfy bed. That ought to be a given but here the rooms are properly insulated from one another and I didn't hear anyone all night. Shower would be a bit short for a tall person but it's over a bath, and it's nice to be able to have the option of a bath. Breakfast is not spectacular but is still very good. Bad: It's a little pricey–but that's London!

Good: Café da manhã com opções variadas, quarto espaçoso, limpeza satisfatória, ambiente interno bonito e aconchegante. Bad: A temperatura da água do chuveiro poderia ser mais quente e a cama poderia ser mais espaçosa. Nice to have a bathroom with no mould on grout or seals Lobby and bar area very nice Location - easy walk from St Johns underground and close to St John's Wood High Street nice pubs and restaurants for the evening Bad: Single beds quite narrow Not much head height on shower, fine for me but a little tight for husband

Good: Valet provided as needed by mr Hishem. Thumbs UP. We book this hotel eventually after cancelling two others primarilly for the parking premise & EV charging provided in here. Room 239 was cleaned daily with appreciation. Coffee from Nespresso is good & appreciated. Buffet b/fast is adequate & cut fruits R very sweet. Reception Desk Staff, Roel is pleasant & polite too and so are the Chambermaids we came across daily. Gym is adequate, clean & neatly spaced out. Did the bedbug test... NO bugs showed up!!! An EXCELLENT with 5-Stars from us. Bad: 1- EV Charging spot whilst NOT plugged-in remains parked by same car from morning to evening... that's NOT good!!! When cable is not plug-in, space MUST stay unoccupied, "int'l rule/etiquette" & Staff must be diligent to monitor & maintain this courtesy ruling. 2- Nespresso coffee machine is without cup support/holder. We had to clean the mess created by overflow. Perhaps the particular model is not suitable being incomplete. Get same brand but a better serving model instead. 3- Bathtub glass separator is not suitable either. Lots of shower water seeped through the rubber seal allowing the floor to be almost half wet!!! We had to clean & dry-up with two of the towels. Perhaps a broader rubber seal is needed to prevent any water escaping onto the bathroom floor. Change the rubber to abt 2inches broad. Pls. see photos concerning this area on shower water wetting 65% of the floor. 4- 6x extra hangers next to the current amount should be added. 5- The Shampoo & Bath-gel tubes should be doubled for each Guest. One tube is barely enough for an adequate shower esp. when the water is "hard". Conclusion: A good, neat & clean hotel with improvements needed for serious considerations.

Our double room was spacious. The furniture was a little dated, but not a problem for us. The bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge in the room, with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was very clean and came with mini shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The breakfast was great with loads of choices. The hotel bar had enough choices of draft beer. The location of the hotel was great, directly over the road from Lords cricket ground, a shirt walk to St Johns Wood tube station

Good: Bellissimo hotel curato in ogni dettaglio. Ottima la colazione, camere e luoghi comuni pulitissimi, staff disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte, zona ben servita dagli autobus. Bad: Aria condizionata troppo forte (a metà agosto era davvero freddo nella sala da pranzo). Come ho già letto in altri commenti, nei bagni manca lo spazzolino del water. Capisco che le cameriere si occupano di pulire tutto, ma è un accessorio di cui non si può fare a meno se si condivide una stanza (e quindi anche il bagno).

We didn't explore all the facilities but I can safely say that we had a great stay. The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The hotel is very close to the bus station, and not far to from the underground station. We had no problems at all.

Good: The hotel is gorgeous, elegant, has a really nice feel to it. Room was clean, comfortable. Staff was helpful, friendly, professional. The personalised welcome msg on a TV screen was a nice touch. Car park, although small, was available with a concierge service. Walking distance to Baker Street with lots of places to get drinks and food, Regents Park was lovely, we had walk there after breakfast. Few underground stations within walking distance, a train station and bus routes. We would definitely recommend and go back to this hotel! Bad: Shower could have a hand held shower head, more suitable for female guests.
