Good: Personnel très serviable et agréable L’hôtel avait une très belle de décoration de Noël Le petit déjeuner proposé etait varié et très bon L’hôtel est idéalement situé à côté d’un arrêt de bus à 2 min à pied et moins de 15 min à pied pour le métro

Good: Chambre assez grande, le ménage est fait tous les jours, attention douche sans pommeau mais cela n’a pas été dérangeant pour nous. Matelas moelleux, très confortable. Petit déjeuner parfait !!!! Très très large choix (œufs brouillés, beans, bacon, saucisses, pancakes, céréales, fruits, croissants, jus, smoothies, etc) nous avons adoré ! Personnel très agréable, possibilité de laisser votre valise gratuitement à l’hôtel pour la journée avant votre check in pour pouvoir commencer à explorer la ville sans être encombré. Chromecast sur la télévision, thé, café, eau et petit gâteau inclus chaque jour dans la chambre. Bad: Les chambres sont mal isolées et nous avons entendu les conversations de nos voisins ainsi que la circulation dehors. Pas de prise pour charger son téléphone à côté du lit.

Good: L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, au centre de Londres et proche de beaucoup de points d'intérêt dans la ville. Je l'ai trouvé très calme. Le personnel était sympathique et toujours à l'écoute. Le premier jour, j'ai eu un soucis technique a régler dans ma chambre et le personnel y a répondu très rapidement. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, très propres et très bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner offre un bon choix de mets sucrés et salés. Je suis également allée au restaurant dont j'ai toujours été satisfaite. Vraiment un très bon hôtel ! Bad: Le choix restreint du petit-déjeuner, mais c'est vraiment un détail.

Good: L'écoute et le professionalisme des personnes de la réception et en particulier la compétence de la chef Manager , Madame Marsha. La gentillesse du concierge est également à souligner. Concernant le petit déjeuner , il est varié , très généreux et la perspective donnant sur le parc est très agréable . Etant client de l'hotel pour une 3ème fois , nous avons constaté que certaines ont été rénovées avec gout. Bad: Malheureusement , les coussins sont un peu durs et pour un meilleur confort un surmatelas serait le bienvenu .

Good: Un accueil agréable, une chambre confortable et impeccable qui correspondait à 100% aux photos du site. Les petits déjeuner étaient copieux et variés. Un très agréable séjour on vous le conseille. Bad: Un peu loin des métros 15mn minimum de marche en montée, mais il y a 3 bus qui s arrêtent juste devant l hôtel donc ça compense.

Good: Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié, un super buffet! La chambre est propre et nettoyée tous les jours. On s'y sent vraiment très bien !! La localisation est parfaite près de la station Baker Street.

Good: La chambre d’hôtel était la même que sur les photos, elle m’a été délivrée au moment de mon arrivée sans plus attendre. Le staff était à l’écoute, professionnel et très sympathique. L’hôtel se trouve 2min des arrêts de bus et nous permet notamment d’aller à Baker Street, la où se trouve l’arrêt du métro qui nous connecte au train pour l’aéroport. Les bus nous permettent également de rejoindre Oxford Street rapidement et ils font un peu le tour du centre.

Un séjour parfait! De la chambre, au personnel, au petit-déjeuner un sans faute! Merci!

Good: Le petit-déjeuner continental parfait, varié et complet. L’emplacement très bien situé près du parc Regent’s Park et de la station de métro St Johns Wood (à environ 10’ à pied). La sympathie et la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre très confortable et aux équipements complets. Il est conseillé d’apporter un adaptateur pour brancher ses appareils aux prises du Royaume-Uni (comme aux USA) . Bad: Le pommeau de douche qui est fixé en haut de la douche, il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche raccordé à un tuyau (plus compliqué pour les femmes ayant des cheveux longs). Chambre peu insonorisée (nous étions au 9e).

Good: Quiet and calm place.

Good: Staff were extremely kind. Room was nothing fancy but comfortable no complaints. 10 minute walk to metro, and there's a bus stop right next to hotel for quick access to Baker street metro as well.

Good: Everything was value for money, great staff,helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast had everything you need in order to start your day. Room was nice,big,clean and with comfy bed. Bad: Not to close to metro station you need to walk 10-15 minutes. But this is just a detail :)

Good: Delicious breakfast with a wide selection of quality food. The hotel is very easy to access by public transportation. Although the looks from the outside are not very promising, the inside is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Our kids got stuffed teddy bears as presents upon arrival. We could leave or luggage there for a few hours on the day of our departure.

Good: Good sized room. Food in the bar was nice. Staff pleasant and attentive. Bad: Entrance was a bit unclear (we walked to hotel). Overall a bit pricey.

Un hotel con una excelente ubicación y relación calidad precio. El hotel está justo al lado de Regents Park y a 5 minutos caminando de Abbey Road. Muy bien comunicado por autobús y metro. Habitaciones impecables recientemente remodeladas que cuentan con todo tipo de amenities como botellas de agua, te, café y galletas de cortesía. El desayuno buffet ofrece zona caliente con desayuno inglés completo, zona fría y variedad de panes. El personal de recepción muy amable. El servicio de botones muy atentos, nos proporcionaron un adaptador de corriente. Definitivamente una gran opción para hospedarse en Londres.

Good: The concierge staff and the reservations manager were exceptionally helpful

Good: I like the size of the room, it had 4 bed so even kids slept in a good bed, good breakfast. The location is near the bus stop. Few stops to baker street, Camden town or Paddington bey. You get free cookies, water and coffee in your room, also soaps and hairdryer. Cleaning every day. Bad: You can see that it is an old hotel, we had luck with new room, but not all the rooms are renovated you can see this in a hallway.

Я бы даже тут осталась на длительное проживание, потому что отель сравним с ценами на аренду, но плюс сервис. Завтраки вкуснейшие, выбор на любой вкус. Good: Decent Bad: Waitress took our meal before we had finished , I said about it when I paid the bill there answer was we are very busy?

Good: The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room was nice and warm.We also had a view of Lords cricket ground. Bad: There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel

Good: Het personeel maakt hier echt het verschil - hele goed dienstverlening! Ik neem aan dat het een stuk duurder is in het cricket seizoen. Het ligt een beetje buiten het centrum maar is wel lekker rustig slapen en op loopafstand van Regents Park en Baker Street. Ook meerdere bussen stoppen vlakbij en zo zie je het meeste. Bad: Het is alleen jammer dat alle kussens precies hetzelfde zijn, meestal hebben hotels wel verschillende hoogten en hardheden. Ook de temperatuur was letterlijk heet of koud, zowel in de kamer als de publieke delen.

Good: Our room was a good size and comfortable. We very much liked that we could open our window as we like to have fresh air. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We found the bar area to be comfortable and relaxing. The location next to Regents Park is great. Bad: We enjoyed our breakfast and there was generally a good selection and variety of food but a more healthy selection of bread (sourdough) would have been welcome. It took sometime for items that ran out out be replenished (including glasses for juices). We had a refurbished room but the shower was still over the bath. Many hotels have replaced baths with walk-in showers which I prefer.

Good: The rooms were spacious and clean.The staff(housekeeping ,dining room and front office ) were courteous and helpful . Good: Location is wonderful, very lovely neighbourhood and across Regents Park. Family room is big!!! Very nice to have space with the kids. Also very very clean! Always nice to go back to Danubius

Concierge service was excellent and extremely helpful. The hotel in general is good and a pleasant stay every time I stay.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was nice and comfortable. The hotel reception was very welcoming and they even helped us to check-in a little early.
