Good: Hôtel cosy parfait pour un séjour londonien ,confortable, personnel compétent, bon emplacement a 5/10 mn de la station Baker street et bus a proximité. Petit dejeuner de qualité Conciergerie bagages bien pratique

Good: L'écoute et le professionalisme des personnes de la réception et en particulier la compétence de la chef Manager , Madame Marsha. La gentillesse du concierge est également à souligner. Concernant le petit déjeuner , il est varié , très généreux et la perspective donnant sur le parc est très agréable . Etant client de l'hotel pour une 3ème fois , nous avons constaté que certaines ont été rénovées avec gout. Bad: Malheureusement , les coussins sont un peu durs et pour un meilleur confort un surmatelas serait le bienvenu .

Good: Un accueil agréable, une chambre confortable et impeccable qui correspondait à 100% aux photos du site. Les petits déjeuner étaient copieux et variés. Un très agréable séjour on vous le conseille. Bad: Un peu loin des métros 15mn minimum de marche en montée, mais il y a 3 bus qui s arrêtent juste devant l hôtel donc ça compense.

Good: Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié, un super buffet! La chambre est propre et nettoyée tous les jours. On s'y sent vraiment très bien !! La localisation est parfaite près de la station Baker Street.

Good: La chambre d’hôtel était la même que sur les photos, elle m’a été délivrée au moment de mon arrivée sans plus attendre. Le staff était à l’écoute, professionnel et très sympathique. L’hôtel se trouve 2min des arrêts de bus et nous permet notamment d’aller à Baker Street, la où se trouve l’arrêt du métro qui nous connecte au train pour l’aéroport. Les bus nous permettent également de rejoindre Oxford Street rapidement et ils font un peu le tour du centre.

Good: Le confort de la chambre. Literie très confortable et neuve. La salle de bain était d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner à volonté était délicieux et frais. Salle de sport très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Bad: un tout petit peu loin du centre mais rien de grave

Good: Chambre familiale très spacieuse et très confortable. Buffet petit-déjeuner très complet et bon ! Excellente propreté. Emplacement idéal au calme près de Regents Park et à peine à 10 minutes à pieds du métro.

Un séjour parfait! De la chambre, au personnel, au petit-déjeuner un sans faute! Merci!

Good: Le petit-déjeuner continental parfait, varié et complet. L’emplacement très bien situé près du parc Regent’s Park et de la station de métro St Johns Wood (à environ 10’ à pied). La sympathie et la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre très confortable et aux équipements complets. Il est conseillé d’apporter un adaptateur pour brancher ses appareils aux prises du Royaume-Uni (comme aux USA) . Bad: Le pommeau de douche qui est fixé en haut de la douche, il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche raccordé à un tuyau (plus compliqué pour les femmes ayant des cheveux longs). Chambre peu insonorisée (nous étions au 9e).

Not my first time staying here and again I wasn't disappointed. The breakfast is always well cooked and plentiful, the rooms are always cleaned and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. It has become my go to place to stay and I'll be back later in the year.

Excellent hotel - well located for Lords, Regents Park and Baker Street. Room was clean and very well equipped; staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast.

Good: Our room was a paid upgrade through Booking.Com and it was lovely thank you. A lovely bathroom and bed was really appreciated after a very long day travelling to the cricket from York. The hotel is so convenient for Lords, we will definitely stay here again. Bad: After a very delayed journey, and watching some great cricket we wanted some food and drink in the bar, which we weren't able to do because there was not space for us. A bit disappointing - we bought a drink and took it up to our room.

Bei 36 Grad in London ist das Hotel top! Es hat eine Klimaanlage. Wir hatten ein Duplex Zimmer im 11. Stock mit schöner Aussicht. Zimmer war tiptop und Bett sehr bequem. Frühstück war gut. Personal super nett. Für Ausflüge in die Stadt etwas abseits aber für uns super, da wir ins Wembley zum Konzert gingen. Eine Stunde nach Konzert waren wir schon im Zimmer.

Good: The room was very spacious, substantially larger than London standards. The hotel was recently renovated and the room had proper air conditioning which was great during August. We stayed to be close to American School in London and it is the best location for this purpose. Also fairly close to St.John's Wood and Baker Street stations, making it easy to travel to rest of London. Breakfast was also very good. Bad: Not much. Our room was close to the elevators and we could hear the noise from the corridor but that's about it.

Ehrlich gesagt ist dies das erste Hotel in London in dieser Preisklasse, an dem wir absolut nichts auszusetzen hatten. Ein besonderer Dank geht an das Reinigungsteam – die jungen Damen haben meine Tochter immer mit Schokoladenkeksen verwöhnt, sodass sie nun darauf besteht, nächstes Jahr wieder hierherzukommen 🙂 Für mich war der Fitnessraum sehr nützlich, da ich dort zwischen meinen Arbeitsterminen trainieren konnte. Für ein Hotel gibt es im Fitnessraum genügend Geräte für alle Muskelgruppen. Die Bushaltestelle für die Verbindung vom Flughafen Stansted ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem fahren Stadtbusse in 50 Metern Entfernung. Im Zimmer gab es ein Bügeleisen, einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank.

Good: Great room and food. Also amazing location with almost everything interesting being 20-40 minutes away on foot. Bad: Bad value-for-money. Price was way over-exaggerated. The hotel is great but I would choose another one if I go London again.

Good: Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel y ha sido una buena experiencia. La primera vez con una amiga y está con mi pareja. El personal muy amable y eficiente. El desayuno correctísimo. Las cenas en el restaurante muy buenas para acabar el dia ajetreado en Londres. La ubicación fantástica, con autobuses y parada de metro cerca. GRACIAS a todo el personal!!!

Polite staff, clean rooms, decent location.

Nice hotel and easy access to local attractions. Parking is a bit of issue in this hotel. You have to pay for a parking and it’s even hard to find a cheaper parking nearby.

Good: Superb location. Just between St Johns Wood and Bakerstreet. Both stations are within walking distance. The area is not central and quiet during the evenings. Will stay again! Bad: The facilities are slightly dated, but thats not uncommon for London hotels.

Good: The room size is bigger than the usual in London comparing to the price, the location is quite and nice neighborhood, just the nearest underground is a little far and there is a bus station next to the hotel, the staff are amazing, they are showing welcoming and caring, help and support. I want to give a special thanks and appreciation to Mr.Tomy the manager for his support during our stay .

If you want quiet, this is the place! I am very particular about sleeping in a quiet hotel and this place has it. Now for the downside. This hotel is very tired. It was probably a great hotel at one time, but when you first pull up, you notice how dirty all the concreate on the front of the building is. When I asked them how to get to Regents Park which is one block away, the staff did not even know where Regents Park was or how to get there (and the name of the park is in the name of the hotel!). Still, because of the quiet, I would probably book this hotel again. I just better not forget how to get to the park...

Good: Szép nagy szobák, kiváló reggeli, udvarias, együttműködő személyzet. Bad: A 722-es szobát kaptuk. A "kilátás" nagyon emlèkeztetett a Tate Modern múzeum néhány kiállítási tárgyára. Egy négy csillagos szállodában ez nagyon nem elegáns.

Great base with the family for a trip to London.

We arrived early. Was informed we could have the room early for £10 per hour. Which I declined. However he then gave me the room two hours early, as I had said that was fine we would wait in the bar. When I seen the outside of the hotel I thought it would be not the best. But inside it was lovely. I would stay again. Just the £10 per hour extra for the room, then was gave it for free seemed not quite correct!!!!
