Good: literie super confortable, services impeccables, personnel au top, bonne restauration…. Bad: espace salle de bain un peu étroit pour une chambre familiale…

Good: Superbe hôtel. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable ! Chambre spacieuse et très propre !

Good: La chambre d’hôtel était la même que sur les photos, elle m’a été délivrée au moment de mon arrivée sans plus attendre. Le staff était à l’écoute, professionnel et très sympathique. L’hôtel se trouve 2min des arrêts de bus et nous permet notamment d’aller à Baker Street, la où se trouve l’arrêt du métro qui nous connecte au train pour l’aéroport. Les bus nous permettent également de rejoindre Oxford Street rapidement et ils font un peu le tour du centre.

Good: Le confort de la chambre. Literie très confortable et neuve. La salle de bain était d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner à volonté était délicieux et frais. Salle de sport très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Bad: un tout petit peu loin du centre mais rien de grave

Good: Chambre familiale très spacieuse et très confortable. Buffet petit-déjeuner très complet et bon ! Excellente propreté. Emplacement idéal au calme près de Regents Park et à peine à 10 minutes à pieds du métro.

Un séjour parfait! De la chambre, au personnel, au petit-déjeuner un sans faute! Merci!

Good: Le petit-déjeuner continental parfait, varié et complet. L’emplacement très bien situé près du parc Regent’s Park et de la station de métro St Johns Wood (à environ 10’ à pied). La sympathie et la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre très confortable et aux équipements complets. Il est conseillé d’apporter un adaptateur pour brancher ses appareils aux prises du Royaume-Uni (comme aux USA) . Bad: Le pommeau de douche qui est fixé en haut de la douche, il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche raccordé à un tuyau (plus compliqué pour les femmes ayant des cheveux longs). Chambre peu insonorisée (nous étions au 9e).

Ruime verzorgde kamer met propere badkamer. Goed functionerende airco aanwezig die hinderlijk lawaai of luchtstroom veroorzaakt. Verzorgd ontbijtbuffet in aangenaam heldere ontbijtruimte. Rustige woonbuurt met veel groen. Verschillende metrohaltes op wandelafstand.

The hotel was beautiful, well air-conditioned, staff was helpful, and they gave us a complimentary room upgrade.

Hotel is beautifully located and convenient to most things in town with just a short tube ride. Regents Park, Lords right at the doorstep. Bar food is AWESOME and staff very helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Bad: A little way out from centre, but knew that when we booked. One thing that was really minor but became annoying - our toilet lid looked as if it should be self closing and it wasn't, sorry neighbours!

I stayed in five nights and had two minor issues. The first thing is in-room safety box was not working when I checked-in while the second thing is that the room key was expired before check-out. Although the issues, hotel staff was very quick and flexible to fix them. I was able to stay very confortable thanks to them.

I had a wonderful experience with Danubius Hotel Regents Park. What stood out most was the kindness and flexibility of the staff. I had a reservation issue and the team took the time to listen, understand my situation, and work with me to find a solution. Their willingness to accommodate my request was greatly appreciated and made a stressful situation much easier. Throughout my stay, everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines great hospitality with such a personal touch. Thank you to the Danubius team for your understanding and exceptional service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to others visiting London.

Great location, if you want to be close to St. Johns Wood High street and Regent's Park. I got a room that felt quite dated, but comfortable, with good airconditioning. A big negative for me was the old school high tub! It must have been >2 ft high and I was scared getting in/out for fear of falling. So, I would caution older guests (like myself). Cleaning staff was very cheerful and helpful. Guest reception staff was also very helpful. The hotel is located at a major intersection (at Lord's), but the windows had good insulation and there was hardly any traffic noise

Very conveniently situated right next to Lord's Cricket Ground, St John's Wood Hight St and REgent's Park.

We were especially happy with the service in the hotel and the very clean accommodation.

Hotel is located in a great location where you can walk to Regents Parks and opposite is the Lords Cricket Ground. We had a great experience staying at the hotel, the room was clean and modern with plenty of space to walk around. We had dinner at the restaurant, the food was excellent and the staff so friendly. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel and where looked after well. Definitely worth staying as everything is close by and easily to travel to.

I would like to commend Hichem, the concierge at the Danubius Front Office. He is truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations by a significant margin. Good: We liked everything about this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The really seemed to enjoy working there. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the buffet was well laid out. The room was serviced promptly each day. Great stay! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the nice lady at the reception offered us complementary late check in. We dined at the restaurant and the food was very delicious. So was the breakfast! Nice and diverse. Our room had a great view looking at the lord’s cricket ground. This was our 2nd time at the hotel, and this time it was even better than the first time! Good: The breakfast contents were very comprehensive & good. Room size & view from room was good also room temperature control worked well. On site parking was also very convenient & a big plus. Bad: Had breakfast in the room. Was delivered fairly cold. No shaving mirror in the bathroom or mirror you could get close to, to help shave.

Good: Breakfast was very basic. Location was excellent Bad: There could have been a bit more variety with the breakfast spread. The staff will literally walk you out of the breakfast room once breakfast is over. That happened to me a paying customer. It put a big dent in my stay.

The initial interaction was with the front desk where staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Subsequent interaction with restaurant staff was also most positive. And the room service ladies were efficient and helpful by providing extra towels and shower gels/shampoo and promptly cleaning our room daily. The hotel itself was very clean and well appointed. The location near Regents Park was also very convenient.

Well positioned for Lords Cricket ground. Excellent breakfast and easy access to bus and tube.
