Świetny hotel ze świetnym jedzeniem w świetnej lokalizacji. Rzeczywiście czuć klimat dawnych lat, lecz dla mnie to nawet plus. Także jeśli ktoś jest wiecznym narzekaczem i szuka pseudo luksusu to nie jest hotel dla niego. Natomiast jeśli ktoś chce miło spędzić wakacje to ten hotel jest idealny. Bardzo spodobał mi się mini salon gier z automatami SEGA, Namco itd. Z minusów to nie każdy z obsługi mówi po angielsku - rzecz niedopuszczalna w 2021 roku że Pani w lobby barze nie potrafi zrozumieć gdy zamawiam kawę po angielsku. Lecz na dobrą sprawę ten problem dotyczy całych Węgier, nawet młodzi ludzie nie potrafią angielskiego. Drugi minus to bardzo, bardzo słaby internet, na szczęście Węgry jeszcze są w Unii Europejskiej więc transmisja komórkowa jest bezpłatna.

Good: Hotel odpovídající 3*, krásné prostředí, kolonáda se stánky s tuzemskými vinaři, pro pivaře smůla. Jeden den nám vyšlo škaredé počasí, jely jsme do Budapeště. Určitě si zaplaťte lehátko, za 1500 Huf, všude jsou kachyňky a labutě, tak to jde poznat i na pozemku😉 Bad: Vše OK

Richtig schönes Hotel. Mit Frühstück und Abendessen. Hier ist Buffet undan kann so viel essen wie man will. Es gibt hier auch einen Pool den man nutzen kann und geld kann man an der Rezeption umtauschen.

Good: Poloha hotela výborná. K dispozící vnútorný i vonkajší bazén. Pláž krásne upravená s možnosťou osvieženie sa. Personál úctivý a milý. Miesto na výlety vynikajúca. Bad: Čo sa nám nepáčilo, boli drahé lehátka na každý deň pre dve osoby. Odporúčame, ak idete autom zobrať si z domu skladateľné lehátka.

Good: Chef is great! I love eating there. Beach is so close to the hotel. Staff are brilliant. Great views from the balcony. Bad: I was very disappointed with seeing a lots of flies in the food, which after my complain to the manager It was solved very quickly. I was pleased with that. However for a Hotel like this It should have been solved without any complain. I've been going to this hotel whenever I travelled to Balatonfured, this was the first time I was unsatisfied. Hygiene should be the most important thing especially when catering a huge amount of people.

Good: Great Staff esp. at the bar and the reception, Fun at breakfast (like the stampede at the Serengeti, reminds me of my childhood), My room great to wake up with the Sun absolutely fabulous, Boros Speti (I think his name) entertainment - this man can start a party anywhere Bad: Parking, luck of the draw and as I was there early leave late return in evening it was a bit stressful knowing if there was a place also please sort out (if you can) the Giants Causeway (Northern Ireland) - the large flag stones in the centre of the middle parking area, its a minor point really just nearly took the bottom of the car off racing for a spot one night

Good: Celkem dobré večeře, vždy tam bylo něco velmi chutného. Příjemné překvapení byly nealko nápoje v ceně polopenze. Umístění hotelu na výborném místě, blízko na pláž, promenádu, do přístavu. Jsou tu velice rychlé výtahy, žádné čekaní. Navzdory jisté omšelosti hotelu bylo všude čisto. Hotelový bazén s pohodlnými lehátky zdarma. A hlavně personál - všichni ochotní, kompetentní, schopní. Bad: Vana v koupelně je nejspíš pro trpaslíky. Vzhledem k velikosti koupelny by asi byl pohodlnější sprchový kout. Snídaně, trochu slabší (čistě subjektivně). Každý den fazole, žampiony, míchána vejce, dva druhy párků, cererálie plus občas nějaké zpestření. Občas chyběl normální černý čaj, byly jen ochucené. Čerstvost pečiva proměnlivá. Lehátka na pláži za poplatek, tvrdá a nepohodlná.

Good: Super ubytko. Čisté izby, rekonštruovaná kúpeľňa, aj ked menšia. Výborná strava. Nič mi nechýbalo. Personál vie dobre po anglicky. Bad: Možno asi len jedna nevýhoda - papierová kartička pre vstup na súkromnú pláž a do jedálne, takže už po dvoch dňoch bola pokrčená - bol by som skôr pre náramok.

Good: Breakfast and dinner were amazing — we had half board included in the room fee. The room itself was clean with a nice view on Balaton and the staff was helpful. We especially liked outdoor and indoor swimming pools and the location of the hotel. Bad: Our bathroom was very old by the look of it — not like the one on the pictures. But, it was clean and everything was working fine.

Good: Pekný hotel prakticky takmer na pláži, aj keď vybavenie bolo miestami trocha retro, avšak všetko čisté (mám rád retro, takže to neberiem ako nedostatok). Strava perfektná, personál ústretový. Bad: Mali sme izbu na druhom poschodí a čo nám trocha vadilo bola horšia zvuková izolácia od ostatných izieb. Izby síce majú televízory, ale pre Slováka, alebo Čecha nie je v ponuke žiadny zrozumiteľný kanál, takže ako keby tam ani neboli.

Thank you for a pleasant stay in your nice hotel. The staff was helpful, the food excellent, the rooms clean, although a bit retro (I like retro!) - simply a good value for money. The only thing I could point out was the weak sound insulation and such a detail as the TV - if there is already a TV in the room, it should take into account programs that are intelligible to clients from the surrounding countries. :)

Sehr zentral mit Balaton Meile zum flanieren. Hauseigener Badestrand am Balaton. Sehr saubere Außenanlage. Preis Leistung völlig in Ordnung Bad: Es ist ein einfaches aber abgwohntes renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel. Es hat sich seit unseren letzten Aufenthalten vor 5 Jahren nicht viel geändert. Bei älteren Personen oder Person mit Einschränkungen ist der ein und Ausstieg in die Badewanne nicht möglich. Man konnte nicht in Ruhe essen , weil die Teller weggenommen würden obwohl man noch nicht fertig war. Das Personal war wie ein paar Geier auf das Geschirr. Sehr unangenehm.

Good: Jídlo na výběr pro každého, kdo má co rád. Pro jedlíky i zdravě se stravující. Pro děti zákusky i zmrzlina. Co mile překvapilo, bylo pití v ceně. Pláž par metrů od hotelu a hotelové bazény super. V okolí mnoho vyžití pro děti. Přímo v hotelu klub s programem pro malé děti. Bad: Není to o tom, že by se něco vyloženě nelíbilo. Good: Nádherné umístnění, skvělá hotelová pláž, bazény, vynikající kuchyně, příjemný personál a k tomu Balatonfured - velmi hezké město s dokonalou prázdninovou atmosférou. Hotel byl postaven na konci 60 tých let. Za sebe musím říci, že se jedná o ukázku, že i panelový komplex umí dát skvělou atmosféru. Myslím si, že velké štěsti tohoto hotelu je, že po celou dobu svého trvání musel mít citlivé vedení i personál. Byl jsem ubytován na pokoji standart, přesto mám velmi dobrý pocit. Vzhledem k věku hotelu je neuvěřitelné, že původní vybaveni pokoje, s decentní renovací je v tak hezkém stavu. Pozor, na postelích jsou, ale nové skvělé matrace a nové sněhobílé povlečení. Ano, pokud budu hledač problémů, asi bych něco našel, ale já opravdu nechci:-). Děkuji za krásné 4 dny Bad: Nic, co by stálo za zmínku.

Good: Приехали в отель за два часа до официального заезда. На рецепшине девушка с улыбкой быстро оформила регистрацию, проинструктировала, выдала ключи, пожелала хорошего отдыха. Сразу пошли купаться. Пляж 5 мин. Вся территория самого отеля ,прилегающая, пляж очень ухоженные . Вдоль набережной большое количество ресторанов ,баров . После пляжа посетили при отеле сауну и бассейн. Бронировали с ужином и завтраком. Ужин и завтрак самая высокая оценка. Большое обилие блюд, все очень вкусно и качественно. Bad: Номера , допускаю что не все, требуют ремонта. Центральная люстра не включалась. Розеток мало, выключили ТВ чтобы зарядить ТЛФ. Одна розетка болталась … прикольно, но в это время мигала центральная люстра. Ванная \туалет . Смыв в унитаз включает обычным краном. Отсутствует штанга душа и шланг с душем просто лежат в ванной. Такое ощущение что в доме отдыха Советских времен.

Good: These were my first experience here: The staff was very flexible and friendly. We have extended our room reservation and it was very fast and simple. The room was clean and well equipped. The inner pool was clean and nice and the hotel beach orderly too. The kitchen was very diverse and plentiful. I can recommend it to everyone, and hope I can come back. Bad: Only the weather was hectic a little bit, but it was not hotel responsibility;)

Good: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, własna plaża, bardzo blisko hotelu, długie godziny wydawania posiłków, co powodowało, że nie było przesadnego tłoku podczas posiłków. Bad: Internet mógłby działać lepiej i być szybszy.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großer Pool und Saunaanlage und nettem Personal und gutem Essen

Good: The Hotel Annabella is a large resort style hotel with excellent multilingual reception staff, a good size outdoor pool as well as a smaller indoor pool and access to a private beach on the Balaton. Every room has a balcony and air conditioning and the room rate includes two meals. Breakfast had a wide enough variety on offer, although it was pretty much the same options every day. Again dinner has a good range of options, different every day we stayed and I was pleased to see a few more Hungarian style dishes on offer than previous years. Well made Hungarian cuisine is delicious and healthy and deserves to be better known elsewhere in Europe - it's not just goulash... The standard rooms are big enough, simply furnished without tea/ coffee making facilities but they do have a fridge and great air conditioning - both if which are very useful. The pool is great to cool off with plenty of shady spots as well as sun beds. The beach area also has a couple of cafes for lunch snacks or cocktails. Bad: The car park becomes extremely crowded at the height of the season but just about seems to fit everyone in somehow.

Good: the value for money is pretty good especially considering the location which is very close to the port and the promenade with the bars. I liked the breakfast and the dinner with their wide selection and good quality of food. Based on our experience it has been improved in the last years. The staff was superfriendly and when we had some issues with the fridge a repairman certainly arrived to fix it, which is appreciated.

Good: Lokalita bola veľmi pekná , strava bola pestrá a chutná, personál bo ústretový. Celkový dojem bol vynikajúci prostredie sa nám veľmi páčilo, pobyt obohatili kultúrne dni vína. Určite sa do tohto hotela ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme.
