Good: Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, super tolles ungarisches Essen, einen eigenen Hotelstrand nur kurz über die Promenade, sauberer Pool mit schöner Liegewiese und Liegen. Wir können das Hotel nur jedem empfehlen, es wird nicht unser letzter Besuch dort gewesen sein. Bad: Da fällt uns nicht's ein 👍

Good: Everything was wonderful.All staff extreamly friendly and helpful as always.The pool area lady worked very hard with a smile and very helpful. Bad: The pool man during the week with a moustache ,he was not at the pool much.Very unfriendly and unhelpful spoiled the atmosphere around the pool.

Good: Jídlo na výběr pro každého, kdo má co rád. Pro jedlíky i zdravě se stravující. Pro děti zákusky i zmrzlina. Co mile překvapilo, bylo pití v ceně. Pláž par metrů od hotelu a hotelové bazény super. V okolí mnoho vyžití pro děti. Přímo v hotelu klub s programem pro malé děti. Bad: Není to o tom, že by se něco vyloženě nelíbilo. Jen na koupelnách je vidět, že již mají mnohé za sebou. Ale svůj účel přesto splní.

Good: Všetko,je to vynikajúci hotel,chodím k vám už vyše 25 rokov,minimálne jedenkrát ročne. Prvýkrát sme boli u vás 4 roky po otvorení hotela v roku 1972!!! Vysoko hodnotím aj personál recepcie, ktorý mi vybavil Autoservíz pre poruchu na mojom aute. Bad: Predtým sa dalo objednať ku večery - občerstvenie pivo, víno,atď.

Good: Príjemný hotel napriek výzoru socialistického kolosu. Iba balkóny sú nepoužiteľné , veľmi úzke .Vynikajúca strava, určite sa vrátime!

Good: Ist zwar ein älteres Hotel aber aber wirklich zu empfehlen. Das ganze Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen hat meinen Vorstellungen total übertroffen,da es soviel Auswahl gab egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen und noch dazu sehr lecker.Lg

Good: Nádherné umístnění, skvělá hotelová pláž, bazény, vynikající kuchyně, příjemný personál a k tomu Balatonfured - velmi hezké město s dokonalou prázdninovou atmosférou. Hotel byl postaven na konci 60 tých let. Za sebe musím říci, že se jedná o ukázku, že i panelový komplex umí dát skvělou atmosféru. Myslím si, že velké štěsti tohoto hotelu je, že po celou dobu svého trvání musel mít citlivé vedení i personál. Byl jsem ubytován na pokoji standart, přesto mám velmi dobrý pocit. Vzhledem k věku hotelu je neuvěřitelné, že původní vybaveni pokoje, s decentní renovací je v tak hezkém stavu. Pozor, na postelích jsou, ale nové skvělé matrace a nové sněhobílé povlečení. Ano, pokud budu hledač problémů, asi bych něco našel, ale já opravdu nechci:-). Děkuji za krásné 4 dny Bad: Nic, co by stálo za zmínku.

Seit 40 Jahren!! mein Lieblingshotel am Balaton.Tolle Lage, nettes Personal und einfache aber saubere Zimmer. Abwechslungsreiche und leckere Halbpension. Schöne Pools und toller Strand. Freue mich schon wieder auf den nächsten Urlaub!!!

Good: Skvělá lokalita! Vynikající jídlo. Velká spokojenost.

Good: Приехали в отель за два часа до официального заезда. На рецепшине девушка с улыбкой быстро оформила регистрацию, проинструктировала, выдала ключи, пожелала хорошего отдыха. Сразу пошли купаться. Пляж 5 мин. Вся территория самого отеля ,прилегающая, пляж очень ухоженные . Вдоль набережной большое количество ресторанов ,баров . После пляжа посетили при отеле сауну и бассейн. Бронировали с ужином и завтраком. Ужин и завтрак самая высокая оценка. Большое обилие блюд, все очень вкусно и качественно. Bad: Номера , допускаю что не все, требуют ремонта. Центральная люстра не включалась. Розеток мало, выключили ТВ чтобы зарядить ТЛФ. Одна розетка болталась … прикольно, но в это время мигала центральная люстра. Ванная \туалет . Смыв в унитаз включает обычным краном. Отсутствует штанга душа и шланг с душем просто лежат в ванной. Такое ощущение что в доме отдыха Советских времен.

Good: These were my first experience here: The staff was very flexible and friendly. We have extended our room reservation and it was very fast and simple. The room was clean and well equipped. The inner pool was clean and nice and the hotel beach orderly too. The kitchen was very diverse and plentiful. I can recommend it to everyone, and hope I can come back. Bad: Only the weather was hectic a little bit, but it was not hotel responsibility;)

Ogromny hotel pamiętający czasy swojej świetności, ale w świetnej lokalizacji tuż nad jeziorem, posiłki w miarę urozmaicone. Duży plus za zamkniętą plażę blisko hotelu i piękną miejscowość, w której się znajduje. Cena rozsądna. Za całość 4,5/5

Good: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, własna plaża, bardzo blisko hotelu, długie godziny wydawania posiłków, co powodowało, że nie było przesadnego tłoku podczas posiłków. Bad: Internet mógłby działać lepiej i być szybszy.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großer Pool und Saunaanlage und nettem Personal und gutem Essen

Good: The Hotel Annabella is a large resort style hotel with excellent multilingual reception staff, a good size outdoor pool as well as a smaller indoor pool and access to a private beach on the Balaton. Every room has a balcony and air conditioning and the room rate includes two meals. Breakfast had a wide enough variety on offer, although it was pretty much the same options every day. Again dinner has a good range of options, different every day we stayed and I was pleased to see a few more Hungarian style dishes on offer than previous years. Well made Hungarian cuisine is delicious and healthy and deserves to be better known elsewhere in Europe - it's not just goulash... The standard rooms are big enough, simply furnished without tea/ coffee making facilities but they do have a fridge and great air conditioning - both if which are very useful. The pool is great to cool off with plenty of shady spots as well as sun beds. The beach area also has a couple of cafes for lunch snacks or cocktails. Bad: The car park becomes extremely crowded at the height of the season but just about seems to fit everyone in somehow.

Good: the value for money is pretty good especially considering the location which is very close to the port and the promenade with the bars. I liked the breakfast and the dinner with their wide selection and good quality of food. Based on our experience it has been improved in the last years. The staff was superfriendly and when we had some issues with the fridge a repairman certainly arrived to fix it, which is appreciated.

Good: Lokalita bola veľmi pekná , strava bola pestrá a chutná, personál bo ústretový. Celkový dojem bol vynikajúci prostredie sa nám veľmi páčilo, pobyt obohatili kultúrne dni vína. Určite sa do tohto hotela ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme.

Good: Měli jsme pokoj standart s klimatizací. Měl starší vybavení, ale vše bylo naprosto v pořádku a čisto. Snídaně a večeře byly vynikající, Velký výběr jídel a vše velice chutné. Byli jsme moc spokojeni. Hotel má i vlastní pláž, kde bylo dostatek lehátek po celý den. Toto ubytování i místo můžeme jen doporučit. Užili jsme si tady 4 skvělé dny. Bad: Není co vytknout

Good: Czyste i zadbane pokoje, bardzo mily i pomocny presonel, jedzenie jak u mamy, plaza blisko, mimo lat obiekt ma swoj urok i jest bardzo zadbany.

Good: -odlična izbira in kvaliteta hrane, sploh pri večerji, tudi sicer nimamo prav nobene slabe izkušnje, zelo velik hotel, pa nikoli ni občutka gneče, vse osebje zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo, pri večerji voda brezplačno, prav tako na bazenu in pri recepciji, na hotelski plaži in ob bazenih dovolj ležalnikov na razpolago, WiFi odličen, krasno delujoča klima..... Bad: Vedno se kaj najde pa recimo, da bi bil morda čas za zamenjavo kopalnih kadi s tuš kabinami...

Good: Dostopnost in urejenost bazenov in plaže. Ugodna cena za dober solarij . Izbira in ponudba hrane. Ponudba hladne vode pri bazenu, v lobbyju ter pri večerji. Urejenost kolesarskih povezav in mnogo možnosti za oglede znamenitosti v okolici. Prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje, tudi, če ne razumejo nobenega svetovnega jezika, mi pa ne njihovega . Soba prostorna, urejena, kopalnica super, postelja še kar. Izposoja koles. Urejena okolica, čisto. Za to ceno smo dobili veliko . Bad: Kak dan premalo parkirnih prostorov . Tla v sobi bi lahko sčistili vsak dan ( tudi balkon ). Težko sporazumevanje v nekaterih trgovinah, lokalih, razen z mlajšimi, ti navadno govorijo ang in nem .

Good: Boli sme uz viac krat, zasa vsetko ok...personal, poloha, dokonala strava, bazen, plaz vsetko na jednotku...jedine co nas troska na zaciatku zdrzalo bolo parkovanie, hotel ma neskutocne velke prarkovisko ale tento krat uplne plne tak sme museli hladat miesto...urcite sa vratime zasa...

Good: Przepyszne jedzenie, bardzo miła obsługa, czysty hotel. Lokalizacja idealna, a do tego prywatna plaża. Bad: Parking dla gości hotelu powinien być darmowy.

Good: Hotel czysty, idealny na odpoczynek na weekend badz na dluzszy termin, przemila obsluga, pyszne sniadania I co najwazniejsze - swietna lokalizacja. Polecam! Bad: Brak szamponu, zelu pod prysznic - w innych hotelach oferowane sa male zestawy z logo hotelu. Bylem pewien, ze bedzie tak rowniez tutaj, jednak mylilem sie - nie to, zeby mialo to zmienic ocene hotelu, to raczej informacja dla tych ktorzy pomysla podobnie do mnie :)

Good: The Balatonfüred is absolutely wonderful place. This town looks really lovely, especially the Vitorlás tér bay , parks and avenues. There looks like in the tale! Annnabella Hotel is perfectly located, only 100 meters from Balaton Lake! Bad: The bath in my room was too high. It's difficult to come in for elderly people

Good: Lobby is stunningly big & nice. Room size is good . Bad: Bathrooms are too outdone with fittings ( Room No.211 I stayed ) rather a bit more uncomfortable than usual . Strongly suggest that they need total overhaul .

Wspaniałe miejsce. Mimo upływu lat, hotel ma się dość dobrze. Może łazienki powinny być wyremontowane, ale my nie przyjechaliśmy tutaj siedzieć w pokojach. Bardzo dobre posiłki. Dla każdego było coś dobrego. Uprzejma i miła obsługa, która pomagała w każdej sytuacji. Rewelacyjne położenie. Przy samym deptaku i bardzo blisko ich prywatnej plaży. Na deptaku sklepy i restauracje. Świetny hotel dla ludzi z dziećmi. Jedna uwaga. Zróbcie porządek na parkingu. Trochę bałaganu.

Accueil aimable, chambre confortable, vue sur le lac depuis le balcon de la chambre. Il faut savoir que la nourriture est adaptée au goût de la clientèle allemande...

Good: Hotel: Komfortables Hotel, all-you-can-eat Frühstücks- und gekochtes Abendessenbuffet (wir hatten Halbpension). Große Vielfalt und Auswahl, die frischen Früchte insbesondere waren eine sehr angenehme Überraschung. Sehr freundliches und effizientes Personal, an der Rezeption ist immer jemand da. Der Hoteleigene Pool ist sehr sauber, und liegt sehr schön in einem grünen Bereich. Zudem gibt es viele Kinderprogramme und Tagesausflüge für Erwachsene. Lage: Die Lage ist top, mit sehr nahem, eigenen Strand (cca. 100m vom Hotel). Die malerische Promenade liegt auch gleich vor dem Hotel. Bad: Zwei Kleinigkeiten, die vielleicht verbessert werden könnten: 1. Die Parkplätze waren manchmal knapp. 2. Die Karte für den Strandeintritt ist aus Karton. Es könnte aus Plastik gemacht werden, oder als wasserdichtes Armband, um den Strandbesuch logistisch einfacher zu machen.

Good: Všetko bolo OK, bol sme v tomto hoteli už štvrtýkrát, veľmi oceňujem, že izby majú klimatizáciu, to bol,najvačší nedostatok v minulosti. Jediný problémy ešte bol spoločný matrac, čo nie je veľmi komfortné. Ináč hotel veľmi dobrý aj čo sa týka pomeru cena- kvalita. Výhoda je aj to,. že hotel má blízko svoju pláž. V min bolo nutné doplácať na lehátko na pláži,, teraz posledné t roky už nie. Bad: Nepohodlný spoločný matrac. Ale kladov je podstatne viac. Všetko ostatné bolo OK

Good: Všetko Bad: Počasie

Although the interieur and exterior needs some patching up and redecorating, the hotel still has all one could or would need for an Holliday. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Good: Behulpzamen en vriendelijke personeel. Vele fasciliteiten als binnen en buiten zwembad met ligbedden. Eigen strand met ligbedden en fietsverhuur. Dicht aan het meer en de boulevard. Bad: Het hotel mag wel eens een update hebben van binnen en buiten.

Good: Отдыхали с маленьким ребенком (2 года). Очень понравились завтраки и ужины (обеды не брали), большой выбор, хорошее качество, вкусно, чисто. Напротив отеля есть свой пляж с бесплатными шезлонгами. Также имеется рядом и платный городской пляж. В принципе, пляжи одинаковые, на городском пляже лишь побольше развлечений. Территория вокруг отеля ухоженная, все красиво. Набережная и аллея. Есть детская площадка, своя парковка. До ж/д вокзала Балатонфюреда пешком идти около 30-40 минут, дорогу лучше изучить заранее. В 10 минутах ходьбы есть еще одна станция ж/д. В отеле имеется два бассейна - на улице и в помещении, а также сауна, солярий. Возле бассейнов также можно комфортно загорать. Уборка номера хорошая, полотенца меняли ежедневно (жаль только, что не было шампуня). Понравилось, что бесплатный wi-fi был на территории всего отеля (пароль надо брать на ресепшене), а также практически на всем протяжении набережной и на пляже. Bad: Очень хорошая слышимость из соседних номеров. Однако это сложно исправить. А вот заставить гостей отеля соблюдать правила о тишине в ночное время было бы неплохо - на территории отеля, в баре, а также в холлах на этажах было очень шумно, смех и крики выпивающих туристов (часто это целые тур. группы немцев, австрийцев и проч.). Некоторые гости отеля курят на балконах и табачный дым тянет в соседние номера. Жаль, что администрация отеля недостаточно уделяет этому внимание. И еще одно пожелание - начинать уборку номеров в 7.30-8.00 - это слишком рано :)

The hotel is older but it is kept up nicely. The staff is always smiling and very helpful. The lake is great to relax and get refreshed.

Good: Мне все понравилось. Очень приветливый и профессиональный персонал. Особая благодарность Суссане, которая работает на рецепции и говорит на русском языке. Хорошая кухня, отличные повара и официанты в ресторане. Замечательная анимация для детей. Ухоженная и красивая территория. Bad: Есть минус - это уборка в номерах. Также в качестве пожелания - бар в холле отеля очень скромный (пустые витрины и очень маленький выбор алкогольных и безалкогольных напитков). По этой причине он явно не вписывается в красивый и просторный холл.

Good: Super śniadania i kolacje. Obiekt bardzo ok. Bad: Małe łazienki w stylu lat 80-tych. Ale czyste!
