Ths is a 111year old hotel. Do not expect modern convenience. However you can upgrade to their new rooms situated at the attached back of the original building. Nice breakfast. Dining area is excellent.

Bad: Misschien iets meer variatie qua toespijs bij het ontbijtbuffet

Good: Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Está muy bien situado. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y con una decoración clásica muy bonita acorde con el edificio. Bad: El personal del hotel no es nada agradable y tampoco se esfuerzan en serlo. El desayuno es poco variado, todos los días hay lo mismo. Para ser un hotel con cafetería y pastelería, la bollería del desayuno es bastante mala.

Good: Eccellente posizione, molto vicina al centro di Pest ben servita dai mezzi pubblici con fermate Astoria. Ottima la colazione. Sicuramente da consigliare

Bad: Frokosten var generelt relativt kjedelig. Egg og bacon bør være varmt - ikke lunket. Savnet speilegg i stedet for eggerøre.

Good: Posizione centrale e vicino a mezzi pubblici . Camera confortevole e pulita colazione migliorabile per le bevande calde ( la macchina automatica eroga prodotti di bassa qualità ) ma tutto sommato buona la scelta dolce e salato .

Good: Прекрасное местоположение отеля, в шаговой доступности от всех достопримечательностей. Сервис на уровне. Ничего плохого сказать не могу. Если придётся ещё раз побывать в Будапеште, обязательно вернусь в Асторию.

Good: Lage TOP, Preis ist ok, Personal sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit hat gepasst. Parkhaus ca,5min. entfernt für 21,-€ pro Tag Bad: Zimmer zur Hauptstraße, sehr laut ,Sirenen von Einsatzfahrzeugen hört man die ganze Nacht, Metro überträgt sich auf das Gebäude von ca. 5.00 Uhr - 23.30 Uhr, dafür hat man die Metro vor dem Haus.

Good: Hôtel d’époque, literie impeccable, déjeuner top, emplacement parfait.. Bad: Odeur dans les lieux communs..,, propreté dans la chambre bof..

Good: everything was really good, Bad: Overhall good , while entering some close space smell only in ground floor.

Good: Snídaně byly vynikající, široký sortiment výběru. Hotel má úžasnou polohu, ke všečm atrakcím je velmi blízko. V budoucím čase se sem s manželkou rádi vrátíme. Bad: Nic mě nenapadá.

Good: Location. Bad: I stayed before and all was well. This time it seems there was a problem with the housekeeping department. There was some inconsistency with the cleaning services.

Good: אהבתי מאוד את המיקום המרכזי , מטרו ותחבורה ציבורית ממש מתחת למלון, כולל האוטובוס 100e משדה התעופה. המיטות בחדר הויטג' היו ממש נוחות מאוד מאוד והחדר היה נקי .הצוות בקבלה גם היה נחמד . Bad: הריהוט ישן וינטג' .

Good: All'interno della storica struttura si respira una atmosfera particolare, soprattutto nella hall e nella sala colazione. Il personale è attento e disponibile. La colazione è varia e completa, soprattutto nel salato. La camera e il bagno ampi e comodi. Bottiglia d'acqua complimentary. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi da tutte le mete del centro e al crocevia delle linee di bus (anche dall'aeroporto) e metro. Bad: Migliorabile la colazione (con l'innesto di più cibi dolci, ad es. torte di frutta). Il livello dell'Hotel potrebbe giustificare la presenza di ciabattine e accappatoi in tutte le camere.

Good: Boravak u ovom hotelu je bilo lepo iskustvo. Doručak je bio izuzetan sa raznovrsnom i kvalitetnom ponudom koja je zadovoljila sva moja očekivanja. Lokacija je odlična, na pešačkoj udaljenosti od svih glavnih atrakcija. Posebno mi se dopalo to što je luggage room bezbedan, pružajući dodatni osećaj sigurnosti tokom boravka. Takođe, čistoća hotela je besprekorna, grejanje savršeno, što je doprinelo prijatnom i udobnom boravku. Bad: Iako je hotel imao neke odlične aspekte, postoje stvari koje su mogle biti bolje. Soba je bila prilično mala, što je smanjilo osećaj komfora, a krevet nije bio baš udoban, što je uticalo na kvalitet sna. Takođe, bilo je prilično bučno, kako od saobraćaja spolja, tako i u samom hotelu. Zidovi su izuzetno tanki, pa se u sobi čuju ostali gosti hotela koji prolaze hodnikom. Pogled sa prozora nije bio prijatan, budući da je gledao na unutrašnjost hotela, nalik haustoru, pa prirodna ventilacija nije bila na zadovoljavajućem nivou. Hotel bi trebalo renovirati. Ove stvari su umanjile celokupno iskustvo boravka, te bi poboljšanja u ovim segmentima svakako doprinela boljem utisku o hotelu.

Good: Breakfast was good but not exceptional. Staff friendly and helpful. Very comfortable and firm bed. Appreciated the decor and the fact that it is in keeping with the age and history of this building. Location is perfect for walking, metro and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. Bad: We stayed 4 nights and they didn't replenish the coffee and tea sachets.

Good: sijainti, ihana parveke, hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala. hyvä sänky, rauhallinen huone. Parveke oli tosi mukava lisä. Lentokentäbussi lähellä ja metro pysäkki lähellä. oikeastaan kaikki lähellä mitä tarvittiin., hotelilla kiva ravintola ja kahvila. kylpyamme huoneessa oli mukava. Bad: ei mitään

Good: L'hotel in generale è vecchio stile e molto bello. Le camere spaziose e pulite. Ottima la posizione. Buona la colazione. Bad: Nella mia camera ho trovato parecchi difetti all'arrivo: cassaforte non attiva - una lampada da comodino rotta - la maniglia della porta del bagno che si sfilava e un odore di muffa proveniente dallo scarico della doccia. Hanno cercato di porre rimedio aggiustando cassaforte e maniglia e portando via la lampada senza sostituirla. L'odore è rimasto. Visto che l'hotel è tenuto molto bene per pulizia ed ordine dovrebbero fare un po' più di attenzione a particolari come questi prima della consegna della camere

3 yön matka Budapestissä. Hotelli on klassinen satavuotias Lady, joka on hyvässä kunnossa. Asuin uudella puolella, jossa huone oli pieni mutta kaikki laadukasta ja hyväkuntoista. Kylpyhuone iso plussa, koska vesi ei lainehtinut suihkusta pitkin lattiaa niin kuin on usein hotelleissa. Aamiainen keskinkertainen. Lentokenttäbussi pysähtyi oven edessä ja metroon matkaa 10 metriä. Keskusta alkoi 100 metrin etäisyydellä. Voisin asua uudestaan.

Good: Location was fantastic and rooms had balconies as requested. Right at Astoria station, easy access to transport or to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Location felt safe. Breakfast was included. Bad: Had to book 2x rooms as couldn't accommodate 5 people in 1 room.

Good: The hotel seems to have a new and an older section, we were staying in the newer section and were guite happy to be in it. the older section rooms look dated, as expected from such a grand old hotel. The newer sections are very nice in my opinion and we were happy to be staying there. Hotel is in a good location with good access to most of the main visitor attractions. Bad: We had one breakfast and one lunch in the hotel restaurant, not impressed either time. Breakfast is a buffet affair so timing may be a factor but the lunch is not, the food was cold when it was brought out, otherwise it should have been ok.

Good: Es un hotel elegante y eficiente en pleno centro de Pest, justo al lado del metro Astoria, lo que hizo que solo tuviera que cruzar la calle viniendo en bus desde el aeropuerto. Está a distancia de caminata de todo. Volevería siempre.

Good: Posizione ottima dell' hotel, vicino metropolitana e tutto ciò che si poteva visitare a piedi. Colazione soddisfacente sia dolce che salata. Avrei preferito più scelta nel dolce perché non mi piace la colazione salata, ma nel complesso tutto ok.

Good: Άψογη τοποθεσία, όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, καλο πρωινό! Bad: Οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια θα έπρεπε να αλλάζουν καθημερινά. Μείναμε 3 ωραδια και την 2η ημέρα αναγκάστηκα να ζητήσω να μας αλλάξουν τις πετσέτες μπάνιου

Good: Fantastic historical building, wonderful location, amazing view of the city Bad: Could have been cleaner, daily cleaning wasn’t proper. No refilling of coffee/ tea bags. Breakfast quite weak and doesn’t match the 4 star standard - you will be better off having breakfast elsewhere

Good: L’emplacement, la propreté et l’équipement dans la chambre ainsi que le service. Bad: Le petit déjeuner est varié avec beaucoup de choix. C’est correct mais Cela mériterait du vrai pain, du vrai jus d’orange et un café meilleur.

Good: Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Direkt im Zentrum, viele Highlights fußläufig zu erreichen. Viel Gastronomie in der direkten Umgebung. Durch die Lage natürlich etwas laut bei offenem Fenster, aber hinnehmbar. Bad: Das Frühstück selber war gut, aber die Kaffeeautomaten sehr nervig, langsam und viel zu wenig. Es befand sich permanent eine Schlange wartender Menschen vor diesen Automaten.

Very good hotel. Next to the city center. The building and its interior area magnificent. The staff is very kind .

Stayed here last year with a group of 14 we are returning again in 4 weeks time for the Hungarian kickboxing World cup

Good: Aamiainen oli hyvä, vaikkakin yksinkertainen. Sijainti oli hyvä, suhteellisen lähellä tärkeimpiä kohteita.

Good: Lo mejor que la habitación tuviera el toilete separado de la ducha, cada uno con su lavatorio y espejo. Le daba un aire de semipiso a la habitación. La cama también era muy cómoda. Nos gustó mucho el desayuno buffet, y el restaurante del hotel es hermoso para una cena. El encargado del restaurante nos reservó una mesa y nos atendieron excelentemente. Bad: Por marcar algo, me hubiera gustado que repusieran el agua de cortesía y que tuviera pastillas de jabón y shampoo/acondicionador en el baño, (en cambio, hay un dispenser con líquido jabón, shampoo todo en uno).

Good: Struttura centralissima in stile neo classico. Colazione internazionale fornita e ristorante di buon livello aperto a pranzo e cena con menù ampio. La stanza semplice ma confortevole, ottimo qualità prezzo. Bad: La colazione internazionale andrebbe integrata con qualche pietanza dolce in più. Un’altra cosa da migliorare potrebbe essere la pulizia giornaliera delle stanze che non era proprio impeccabile.

Good: Loved the building. The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bad: It was a bit manic at breakfast & the water for the tea/coffee at breakfast was only lukewarm.

Good: Гостиница чистая, красивая, уютная, завтраки вкусные и свежие, персонал отвлекается на все просьбы. Месторасположение отличное. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Метро и остановки транспорта рядом. Bad: Перед заездом в гостиницу поинтересовалась о наличии в номере предметов личной гигиены, халатов, тапочек (чтобы не брать в поездку лишних вещей). На что получила положительный ответ, но в действительности, кроме мыла ничего не было. Правда, после обращения к персоналу халаты получили.

Good: The Hotel is very central, close to a Metro station, walking distance to a good number of restaurants, breakfast was good, room not too small. Bad: It is situated on a busy road therefore you are bound to hear cars in the evening.

Good: Good Hotel and Close to all the Major attractions. Next to the Astoria Metro and Airport bust E 100 stops in front of the Hotel. Delicious Breakfast and Lots of options. Bad: A bit outdated and Needs modern touch.

Good: Excellent large room, comfortable bed. The room was fitted with window shutters, stopping outside road noise. Very quiet room. Superb breakfast spread. Friendly and helpful staff.
