Lovely hotel . Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location . Budapest is beautiful. Loved everything about it from the sites food drink vibe and the very friendly people .will definitely return .

Good: Direi Tutto! Bad: Per quanto riguarda la nostra stanza, una ventola di aspirazione nel bagno, nel complesso mi è piaciuto tutto moltissimo!! Location Tip: Posizione Centralissima, fermata del bus 100E che parte dall'aeroporto davanti all'hotel, bus e tram a 5 metri di sitanza, centro città a 5min a piedi Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e devo dire che ci siamo trovato davvero molto bene. staff gentilissimo e competente, ma soprattutto la posizione centralissima, tutto vicino sia a piedi che con il trasporto pubblico. Non vedo l'ora di tornare nella bellissima Budapest ed ovviamente prenoterò qui. Unico neo nella nostra stanza, la mancanza di una ventola di aspirazione in bagno, che, senza finestra può diventare un problema Grazie di tutto

У нас был хороший просторный номер. Гостиница конечно не новая. Ей больше 100 лет. Но всё выглядит очень достойно. Разнообразный завтрак.

Good: Local, cleanliness, old-world atmosphere, staff Bad: Just a tea tray in the room as above. Location Tip: Very centrally placed for most of the attractions. The excellent hop on-hop off bus system stops diagonally opposite and is also excellent. Everything about our stay was good - location, quality of the room, staff - you name it. If we have but one small comment to make in criticism it would be the lack of a kettle and tea/coffee making facility in the room which is pretty universal these days. It's nice to wake and have an early morning refreshment before showering etc before breakfast. Maybe the hotel could consider this because this is truly our only negative comment.

excelente ubicacion,se puede ir caminando a cualquier punto turistico,su personal asesora los puntos mas importantes y los marcan en un mapa ,sirve de mucha ayuda cuando uno esla primer visita a la ciudad

Good: Topberatung bei der Ankunft durch den Rezeptionisten. Sehr freundlich und kompetent. Frühstück - gute Atmosphäre, reichhaltig. Hotel liegt sehr gut für Ausflüge.

This hotel was very central to everything. Grocery store near by as well as fast food options if you don’t feel like dining out. Hop on Hop off stop across the street. Rooms were older style and not as grand as the lobby but had everything we needed.

Good: Het is een mooi hotel op een uitstekende locatie. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Good: Super Lage, sehr komfortabel und tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bad: Zimmer war zur stark befahrenen Straße raus, so dass man nicht bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen konnte. Es wurde dann sehr warm und stickig!

A viagem foi bastante agradável, chegamos ao hotel de metro e foi super fácil (apesar de ter umas escadinhas na saída do metro, mas tínhamos pouca bagagem), ele é central e bem comunicado com transporte público. Os funcionários foram solícitos e simpáticos. O quarto era bastante confortável e limpo.

Good: Su ubicaciòn,personal de recepción, comedor, cocineros y cocineras,camareros.Su estilo y decoración Bad: El perdonal de limpieza tiene que sacudir las sabanass y hacer bien la cama y cada tres días, si es necesario cambiar las sábanas y quitar los pelos. Location Tip: Su ubicación es muy muy buena. Tiene el barrio judío cerca. Entrada sl metro,tranvia y sutobus también bastante cerca. Te dan todo tipo deinformacio Tiene una entrada de metro al lado y la parada de autobus también cerca. El personal del vomedor,bar,restauramte5 son muy educados y servicisles. El buffet del desayuno es excelente y muy variado.Merece cenar en el restaurante pues cocinas muy bien. El personal de recepción es muy profesional y muy amable. Un tema que tiene que cuidar la gerencia del hotel es el personal de limpieza de habitaciones: las cinco noches que estuvimos alli,no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación correctamente. La persona que limpiaba la habitación se dedico a cambiar las toallas y a colocar la colcha encima de la sábana bajera. No hizo ningún dia la cama, ni quito el polvo,ni pelos del suelo del cuarto de baño,ni paso aspiradora. Una lástima por wue puede hacer que los clientes nos pensemos volver allí o enviar a amigos. Por favor,cuiden el tema de limpieza de habitaciones por que es un excelente hotel y hsy deseando muchas personal trabajar alli.

Good: The hotel has a very impressive art deco decor. The location is incredibly convenient for most tourist and night life activities. The hotel staff were particularly helpful in sourcing legitimate taxis be sure to ask them for help. Bad: I can always have a comfier bed.

Schöne Zimmer im Stil der fünfziger. Bequeme Betten und sehr netter Service. Sehr sauber. Zum Übernachten in Budapest, wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Beautiful ornate hotel in it’s traditional style. All the furnishings and decor match it’s original early 1900’s detail. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite being on a busy crossroads, the room was quiet. You walk out of the door and you are straight onto the underpass for Astoria Metro station so you have easy and cheap (350huf/£1 per journey) to anywhere in the city, although everywhere is within walking distance really. We never opted for the buffet breakfast as not big breakfast eaters so opted for the restaurant menu and had bacon/mushroom omelette with coffee for just over £3. Hotel staff are really friendly, smartly dressed, helpful and polite. We had a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room and a nice bottle of fizz on ice waiting in the room when we arrived as it was our wedding anniversary. Can’t fault this hotel in anyway and close to the sites, many bars, restaurants, transport and supermarkets/shops. And a very reasonable price too.

Good: Vanhan ajan tunnelma, henkilökunta Ihastuttavaa, vanhaa charmia huokuva hotelli. Ravintola aivan upea puitteiltaan. Huoneemme oli standardi, mutta perusasiat kunnossa, kylpyhuone tosi siisti. Ikkunanäkymä vähemmän kehuttava mutta noin muutoinhan Budapestissä nähtävää riittää. Sijainti loistava, metroasema ihan kohdalla. Kävellenkin pääsi kaikkiin tunnettuihin nähtävyyksiin. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Aamiainen (noin 14 e) ihan jees, ei superia mutta vatsan sai takuulla täyteen. Jos vielä käyn Budapestissä, valitsen saman hotellin.

Good: Отличное расположение, в шаге от метро и остановки экспресса 100Е из аэропорта. В номерах есть все необходимое, в том числе запасные подушки, одеяла и мини-бар. Вайфай отличный, санузел раздельный, никто не беспокоит, очень хорошо спится.

Good: Отличное месторасположение в самом центре города, хорошие номера, чудесный ресторан! Bad: Парковки в отеле нет, есть городские парковки неподалёку... Это немного огорчило, так как при бронировании отеля в предоставляемых услугах было Р- наличие парковки.

Wonderful nostalgic hotel with great service and very good breakfast. Our only negatives were quite noisy with traffic and sirens throughout the night and we were on the 4th floor. Quality of bed linen could also be improved as were yellowing and there was only 1 flat pillow and a very small cushion pillow in the wardrobe, we asked for additional pillows and received them immediately. This did not spoil our stay and we would definitely return.

Good: This is a beautiful hotel, kept as closely as possible to it's original style. Makes a change from corporate hotels which are all the same. Excellent location too. Bad: As we chose this hotel for it's style, it was exactly as we expected, and I wouldn't change a thing.

Good: Gentilezza dello staff, pulizia, ampi spazi Bad: Insonorizzazione finestre Location Tip: Vicino alla metro Astoria, ai mezzi pubblici con locali per mangiare e fare shopping, oltre alle attrazioni cittadine. L'albergo si trova in centro, in prossimità della fermata metro Astoria, nonché comodo per molti altri mezzi pubblici. Nei dintorni vi sono molti locali in cui mangiare e fare shopping, oltre alla possibilità di poter raggiungere a piedi i luoghi di interesse. L'albergo si presenta bene, molto elegante, il personale (non parla italiano) è gentilissimo e disponibile; la stanza appare pulita, ordinata e molto spaziosa (nello specifico una suite con stanza da letto, salotto, doppi servizi e ingresso). Vi sono i confort quali il wi-fi gratuito in tutti gli ambienti, il bidet (una rarità all'estero), vasca e doccia, asciugacapelli, frigobar, cassaforte e kit per il te. La colazione è buona anche s non particolarmente varia (soprattutto per il dolce) e viene servita nel ristorante dell'albergo. Nel complesso la struttura è pregevole e sicuramente da consigliare.

Good: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Bad: Das Zimmer war etwas zu warm temperiert. Vielleicht wäre es möglich, die Temperatur selbst etwas regulieren zu können.

Location Tip: Great location was able to walk to all I wanted, although there is a metro and bus stops right outside. Had a great time, staff were pleasant, room was tidied every day. The food was tasty and great value would differently stay there again.

It's a really beautiful hotel, and the location is perfect - right in the middle of everything, but yet not noisy. The reception staff and great, really helpful and friendly. The only slight niggle is that we found the pillows too small. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Good: Классический отель с псевдо-роскошными интерьерами. На завтраках обратил внимание, что мы были самыми молодыми гостями. Значительная часть гостей - пенсионеры. Но, зато тихо) Персонал демонстративно учтив и почтителен. На все просьбы реагировали мгновенно и все вопросы решались положительно. Bad: Есть небольшие недочёты по ремонту.

Good: Kvaliteten af morgenmaden var noget skiftende - ikke alt virkede helt friskt hver dag. Bad: Sengene var noget udslidte. Vi havde lejet 4 værelser, heraf var der lugtgener af kloak fra det ene badeværelse. Familielejligheden havde støjgener fra varmesystemet, som her ikke var radiatorer, men et ventilationssystem, som støjede meget når det kørte.

Great hotel. Great stay. Rooms are great and staff is very friendly. Hot water in the hotel can get extremely hot. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to so many sights and restaurants. Subway is right outside and down the stairs. Only a short distance from the Danube River.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. The food is excellent. If you have a moment to pass, ask the desk manager about the history of the hotel.

Good: Clean, well looked after, excellent breakfast. The rooms were comfortable with modern plumbing. Very convenient for the metro.

Good: Todo perfecto ,sobre todo la ubicación estas en pleno centro de Budapest y todo lo tienes al lado, también destacar sus estupendos desayunos y la comodidad de sus habitaciones. El personal muy atento y educados, nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido estupenda Bad: no hablan español, pero bueno no viene mal para practicar más el ingles.
