Nearby activities: Big mosque and beautiful garden

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and smart and in a great location! Our room was very nice with everything you need and a decent coffee machine. Opposite lords cricket ground which is always a bonus ! A short walk to the tube station, nice shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and for longer.

Good: The hotel is very well situated near the tube and also well accessible by the National Express bus. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. I would gladly stay there again.

Excellent value considering it's London. About $9 Uber ride from Paddington station coming in from the airport. Bike Share available just 5 minute walk away, which you can easily cycle your way into the city centre within 15-20 minutes. Best part is the breakfast! Sometimes hotel breakfast buffets are questionable in quality, but here it's excellent! Nothing is overly greasy or questionable freshness, great selection. Coffee is not that great, but the juices are refreshing. Only minor complaint about the rooms are lack of universal plugs and USB charging plugs you find in other EU city hotels. There was only one outlet that accepted my NA charging adapter and two slow charging USB ports behind the TV. Other than that, everything was comfy, clean and all that you expect from a reliable hotel.

Good: Lovely room - spacious, attractive, fresh and comfortable. Great staff... very helpful. Nice bar and restaurant. Perfect location for our needs. Safe area for walking about. Near Regents Park, the canal and the zoo. Good restaurants nearby too. Bad: Couldn't fault the hotel.

Good: Was nice and clean and comfortable. Basic but just what we needed for our stay. All the staff were lovely. Helpful when needed- no matter the time of day. I’ve stayed at the Danubius many times. I was glad to see that rooms benefited from a recent renovation. It’s in a convenient location for the zoo, Madame Tussaud’s and only a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful village of Saint John’s Wood and Primrose Hill/Regents Parks Comfortable bed and pillow.

Good: It was immaculately clean, modern. Very quiet at night and in a very safe area. Excellent location for central London and the staff were lovely. Bad: The only thing I wasn’t happy about were the pillows they were hard and uncomfortable but the bed was very comfortable.

Elegant hotel located in a nice neighborhood in west London area, steps away from the Regent's Park and London Business school. Very well connected to central London by bus and metro. Hotel is very clean, breakfast very affordable, very good choice for travelers.

Bad: Air Conditioning loud. Quality of herbal teas not great ,this is common in hotels, could hear people in next room early in the morning but accept that we were getting good value overall. Staff in restaurant very helpful indeed.

The hotel was beautiful inside, all the staff were very professional and friendly. The breakfast choice was extensive and able to cater for gluten and dairy free. Quite a walk from baker Street underground station. Rooms: Twin room was a nice size. Comfy beds. Soft pillows. Nearby activities: Had a lovely massage just a short walk away at Thai London Massage. Safety: Felt perfectly safe at this hotel. Walkability: About 15 minutes walk from Baker Street station along a relatively quiet main road. Food & drinks: Excellent food. Good: Het ontbijt was erg goed. Goede verse sappen, en eten was ook goed met een mooie selectie fruit. Er was ook aandacht besteed aan details zoals afdekking op de drinkglazen in de badkamer. Good: Hôtel et chambres agréables, petit déjeuner correct. À 10 minutes de marche de la station de métro St John’s Street et 15 min de Baker Street qui est mieux desservie. Le point fort de cet hôtel est le bon rapport qualité prix pour le centre de Londres. Bad: Le chauffage était en panne à l’étage de la chambre familiale en duplex mais un radiateur électrique a rapidement été apporté. Problème connu et commun aux chambres duplex du dernier étage, mais chambre néanmoins louées sans geste commercial. Aucunes étagères dans les salles de bain.

Bushalte is om de hoek waarvandaan voortdurend bussen vertrekken richting Bakerstreet (metro), is nog geen 5 min. Ook fijn een supermarkje naast hotel voor een flesje drinken etc. Bad: Niets

Recently stayed for 2 nights with friends. My room was spotlessly clean. Loved that the air conditioning worked well (unlike many other hotels), however I preferred to have the window open. Food was good and staff frendly. Would recommend the hotel as a good base for a London stay

Friendly helpful staff, room great, restaurant service and food faultless and breakfast plentiful and delicious. Next time we visit the capital we will stay here as there was nothing we could fault, other a slight mix up with upgrade payments that was quickly resolved.

A smart hotel near Regents Park. Breakfast was excellent value for money, lots of variety and good quality. Staff were all very friendly. Reception and room well maintained. Very quiet during the night and room dark. Proper coffee maker in room. Location a little out of the main sights and attractions but an easy bus ride away.

Utrolig lækkert sted på alle punkter og nemt at komme til midtbyen på 10-15 min med bus lige uden for døren - selvom toget kørte lige ved siden af hotellet hørte vi det ikke med mindre vi havde vinduet åbent Personalet var noget af det flinkeste vi længe har mødt især den unge tranee var fantastisk

The check in experience was not very pleasant as the staff member was rather arrogant, claiming not to be able to find my reservation as there ae so many names in the system! He also locked our room as an 11am checkout when it should have been midday as standard. Otherwise every other staff member was amazing, polite, courteous, efficient especially the late night workers and cleaners and waiting staff. I would still recommend the hotel to others.

Second visit to the property. This time had a deluxe room which was refurbished and looked much better than the standard room I had during my earlier visit. Upon check-in the bathroom had a dirty water glass with the cap on it clearly showing lack of attention by housekeeping. As before, the air conditioning was not good and could not get the room cooler than 22 deg. C. The habit of leaving only a single face cloth in a room occupied by two people was again mind boggling. Had reserved two rooms each with two twin beds but at check-in was given rooms with queen beds instead. It took a long time to sort it out costing us valuable tourist time in London.
