Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Sahen auf den Bildern bei der Buchung größer als... aber egal, zum Schlafen reicht es. Frühstück war lecker. Anbindung in die City ist gut, haben uns öfter ein Taxi gegönnt, für 18-20 £ ist man im Londoner Trubel. Morgens oder abends ein Spaziergang im Regents Park, 5min, durchs Hanover Gate, wunderschön! Zoo und Camden Market fußläufig. Insgesamt zwar nicht ganz billig (wie alles in London 😉), aber für einen Kurzurlaub prima. Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet

Super Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück und alles Tippi Toppi sauber. Zentrale Lage

Good: Sehr großes Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Obwohl die Zuggleise unter dem Hotel durchgehen war es in unserem Zimmer sehr ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle war nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bad: Aussicht leider nur auf die Zuggleise. Leider nur eine Bettdecke im Doppelbett.

Good: Me ha gustado todo, sobre todo la ubicación, muy cerca del Parque Regent's park, nada que envidiar a Hydr Park, cerca de Camden y de su precioso canal. Muy buena atención a las intolerancias alimentarias El desayuno ha sido estupendo, nos ha gustado mucho, productos naturales y un muy variado! Teníamos el vuelo de vuelta muy pronto y no podiamos desayunar en el buffet, así que nos prepararon un desayuno express para llevar que fué impresionante!!! Bad: Solo dos cosas a mejorar, una, el colchón de matrimonio no era especialmente cómodo o de la calidad que yo me esperaba por las fotos de la web Así como la entrada del hotel no es especialmente bonita, no es como muestran las fotos de la web, parace que tenga un jardin con flores y no es así. Pero tampoco nos importó demasiado. . La otra es que no hay mucha variedad de sitios para comer o comprar cerca, pero bueno, encontramos una mini tienda cerquita y nos apañamos.

Good: The renovation of the family rooms was top notch and we had a lovely stay. We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious, incredibly comfortable and modern. Extremely convenient for public transport, the proximity to the London Zoo and Regent park when travelling with children was absolutely fantastic. The staff are lovely and very helpful always. Bad: A few points that need some thought despite our awesome stay are; It was quite noisy in our room, the train tracks were next to one of our windows and the trains are loud in the room we had and they go till late. We could hear the neighboring suites in our bathroom whenever they used the water or toilet. The closet lights never switched off. But we would definitely stay here again!

Stort familierom med dobbeltsent og to enkle senger. Lite bord med stoler til å spise ved. Kaffemaskinen og tekokoeren ble flittig brukt på regnfulle høstdager. Hyggelig og serviceminded personale. Rent og pent.30-40 min med kollentiv transport til de fleste severdigheter eller immersive experiences. Nærhet til Camden town var en fin overraskelse! Veldig fornøyde.

The nearest bus stops are only 3 minutes walk from hotel entrance with easy bus ride to tube and oxford shopping street. Breakfast buffet is a real highlight with more than 5 hot dishes, plenty of cold dishes, breads, smoothies and decent coffee. Overall this is an excellent value 4-stars hotel considering how expensive is London. Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

Visited here with the family. Nice location next door to Lords Cricket ground. The staff at reception were very welcoming. We had 3 rooms all on the 11th floor, would have been nice to have views of the cricket ground. The room was clean and had everything you need, if I was to be critical it could do with modernising a little. The bar area was very nice although we didn't use it. Breakfast we paid extra for was good, plenty of choice, fresh juices, nice pastries and a really tasty red pepper bread. I would visit here again. Closest tube station we found to the hotel was St Johns wood, a 7 minute walk. Hotel highlights: Great value

Good: Great breakfast Bad: I booked a twin room for my daughters and they were given a double room. It was late, so they slept in it for one night. I told reception the next day and it was changed, but they offered no compensation/refund. The cleaner changed our towels, even though they were hung on hooks to indicate we wanted to keep them. Also, did not replace teabags each day.

We stayed here on the first leg of our trip to Rome. It was nice to stay in London to get acclimated to a new country and culture. The hotel was nice which has approx a 10 min walk to the Jubilee underground line. I’m partial to gyms within hotels. This has a decent 24hr facility with most equipment for a complete workout. I took advantage of the well decorated single room shower and changing room after each morning workout. Their breakfasts are nice with a wide array of healthy choices and not some cheap continental breakfasts some places offer. The rooms are ok. We had a double bed with 2 singles for the kids. Remember to bring your plug to charge your cell phone from an EU outlet. They do have a decent bar as well Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

I love the place. Staff are very friendly and cooperative. They were willing to help and smiling and talking to customers all the time. Lobby is nice and big. Rooms were old but in very good size comparing to London hotels. Food was good. I feel that I am at home. Hotel highlights: Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

Good: L' Hotel è bellissimo, pulitissimo, personale molto gentile, posizione perfetta, l' autobus dall' aeroporto di Stansted National express lascia proprio davanti. La zona è tranquillissima anche da girare la sera, perfetta se si è con dei bambini, di fronte al bellissimo Regent's Park ottimale per sportivi, con bus e metro si arriva ovunque ma viste tutte le zone la risceglierei per dormire tranquilli. L' hotel è stato una sorpresa fino alla fine, super consigliato! Bad: Nel bagno manca una presa di corrente per il phon, presente nella stanza ma sarebbe ottimale averla in bagno

Good: we stayed in one of the updated rooms and my 7 year old son loved it. we booked one night to go the Winter wonderland. We got there half an hour before check in and we were told our room.was ready we didn't have to wait. We came back cold from being outside for so long and couldn't get warm even after hot shower and heating the room. we were given another duvet and an extra heater. the staff respond within minutes and so friendly. the breakfast was really good and overall a 10 out of 10 for everything. We will be back here next time we come for any London entertainment. The staff I must say are extremely helpful and friendly. Bad: that we had only booked one night

Good: Al llegar al hotel la chica de recepción nos ofreció una mejora de habitación gratis lo cual fue una grata sorpresa. Pasamos de una habitación Estándar a una Deluxe. La cama era más grande y teníamos albornoz y zapatillas de estar por casa. Ponen una botella de agua, café, té y galletas. La habitación siempre está a buena temperatura. Buenas ducha. La cama es comoda. Ponen doble almohada y un cojín pequeño para cada persona. He estado en dos ocasiones en el hotel en la época de navidad y la verdad que lo recomiendo. Muy contenta con la estancia. Bad: A veces las toallas tenian alguna mancha de haber rozado algo. Es la única pega que puedo poner.

Good: Good location and housekeeping maintenance staff attentive Bad: Steps made mobility more of an issue

Our stat was amazing. Excellent hotel. Highly recommend it!

Good: Albergo molto bello, elegante e pulito. Camera familiare molto grande. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale disponibile e gentile. Siamo stati per Natale e ai bambini sono stati regalati colori, un peluches e un libretto. I bambini ne erano felicissimi. Colazione molto ricca e molto buona. Ci siamo trovati bene e ci torneremmo. Bad: Forse l'unica pecca può essere la posizione per visitare il centro ma si risolve facilmente. La fermata dell'autobus è appena fuori dall hotel. In 5 minuti il bus porta a baker street, dove c'è la metro.

Good: La struttura era molto pulita, non è sempre scontato! Bad: Forse per un hotel a 4 stelle ci si poteva aspettare giusto qualcosina di più alla colazione, magari qualcosa che variasse ogni tanto. Forse qualche torta, dolce che invece mancava. A parte questo nulla da dire!

Really liked the location . Front desk staff were very nice. Room was small but clean. Very glad that it had tea/ coffee facilities.The reception was very nicely decorated for Christmas .

The staff were brilliant throughout our stay and the lady on check in even gave our girls teddy bears. The family room was huge, beds comfy, could hardly hear a sound from outside or neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was great. We will stay again!

Good: Prima volta a Londra, un hotel davvero 4 stelle, la reception elegante, accogliente e con lo Staff davvero gentile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni domanda e risolvere ogni esigenza. I corridoi per arrivare alle camere sempre puliti e profumati così come le camere, grandi, eleganti , letti king size e bagno con doccia e vasca e tutto l’occorrente per lavarsi che veniva cambiato e rinnovato ogni giorno. In camere inoltre c’era asciugacapelli bollitore e macchina del caffè con cialde è piccolo frigorifero sempre molto comodo. Colazione ottima e varia, dal dolce al salato e prodotti di ottima qualità. L’hotel si trova poi a poca distanza dai bus, in particolare il 13 e il 139 che portano in centro in poco tempo. Davvero un’esperienza indimenticabile Bad: Nulla

Staff were very friendly & professional & the room was extremely spacious. Great location. We shall definitely stay again in the future.

Good: Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten ein gemütliches Zimmer im 9. Stock, welches ganz einfach über einen Aufzug zu erreichen war. Alles in einem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. Bad: Die Nächsten U-Bahn Stationen sind St. John's Wood und Baker Street - beide ca. 1 km weit entfernt. Viel zum Laufen.. Aber eine Bus Station war direkt vor dem Hotel.

We stayed in a family room with a king/super king bed and 2 single beds. The room was very spacious and arranged so that the single beds are on one side of the room and the king/superking on another. Each side had its own closet space so adults and children could have their own space. Bathroom had a separate shower and bath. The room was very clean. We had breakfast which was standard breakfast buffet. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There is some parking on site for a fee which was very convenient. We will definitely stay again.

Good: Habitación muy cómoda. Bad: Todo fue excelente para mí.

Good: The welcome and the attention to detail are the little things that make all the difference. The staff were attentive and helpful at all times. The room was lovely and spacious, with the choice of an upgrade at a lower cost from the original room booking. The breakfast and evening meal were delicious with a great choice and room service was great too. The room was cleaned and topped up each day. Bad: There were no instructions on usage for the thermostate and the tv did not work properly, but this did not disturb our stay in the slightest as it was only late evening when we tried to use this on our last evening.

Romslig familierom med god plass til 4, rolig område med nærhet til Regents Park. Litt langt fra undergrunn, men buss rett utafor til Bakerstreet fungerer fint

Good: Good location for traveling thru London by car. Convenient distances to City, Camden Town aso. We like it as close to parks especially as we travel with a dog Bad: A little bit complicated checkin procedure - all fine but takes to long beside it is standardized - cross-check here and there and again. Very good hotel for London explorers

Bad: I loved the 2 floor room but the upstairs bath hot water was broken.The bed is squeeking and at the last day before we left they did not clean the room like the other days.Later about tge elevators were too slow.Then the tv did not got any chanels also the mini fridges are too loud at night and we did not have anywere to put our cards and left them on the table also the heater was not working.Last you could hear the train rails at night

Good: Habitación familiar reformada comodísima para 4 personas con cafetera y hervidor. El desayuno correcto y la ubicación bien, varios buses paraban en la puerta y la parada de Baker Street estaba a 15 mins andando. Muy buena elección si vas con niños, a 5 minutos hay un parque con columpios en Regents Park

Ótimo Hotel, quarto bem limpo e equipado, excelente café da manhã. Boa localização

酒店還挺好，離regents park 很近，前台友好，每天可以打掃房間，衹是交通不太方便，去地鐵站要走十分鐘左右，早餐每天都是一樣的，吃了幾天就有點膩

Great hotel good staff

Good: Breakfast was good with multiple selections of food for everyone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is near regents park which was were we wanted to stay. If you want to see the main shopping areas and points of interest, there was a bus stop just outside the hotel. Bad: Proximity to the subway system, a pretty long walk to the nearest subway (there was a bus stop just outside the hotel that'd take you to by the subway).

Good: Liked the fact breakfast was included Bad: Disappointing that the cost to get to the Heathrow airport was so EXPENSIVE!!! and no shuttle from the hotel (even if we had to pay something) it would have been nice Also would have been nice if someone was available to tell us of tours or things to do in London and they wasn’t

Underbart familjerum, stort och fint och med sköna sängar till alla och härligt badrum med badkar. Barnen fick nallar vid incheckningen. Bra hotell om man har bil med sig då det är utanför congestion zone och har egen parkering. Jättefin frukost!

Good: We liked the location as it was not too touristy. The bedroom was great for a family of four. Great selection of food at breakfast time. The room was really clean.

Good: Beautifully clean, great location for us with a small child. Staff very friendly and welcoming Bad: The only downside and this was us being extremely picky, but the pillows slightly too soft compared to the bed which was firm. Also no outlets next to bed had to plug them in from the other side of room
