This hotel was in an ideal location in St John's Wood for my stay. I booked an overnight stay Friday to Saturday as I had an appointment to attend on the Saturday morning which was close by. The hotel reception was very attractive, welcoming, and light and airy. The dining and bar areas were very good. All staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. The bedroom was fairly small, but it was very comfortable, it didn't really have much of a view but this wasn't a problem. The rooms were quiet at night. Facilities were good. The hotels cleanliness was excellent.

Good: Clean & warm inside. Spacious. Felt safe here as a solo traveller. Bad: No vegan options at breakfast. Asked for some plant milk for coffee, which staff had to go and fill a jug. Would have liked options, such as vegan yogurt to have with the fresh fruit on offer. Some vegan hot options would have been good too, such as vegan sausage.

ENFirst of all, the staff are really caring. When you have any problems or make a request, they are quickly interested and respond, I think this is one of the most important things for accommodation. They are accessible and interested from the booking process to the accommodation process. The hotel and rooms were clean and hygienic. Very close walking distance to bus stops and tube lines. You can also walk to the centre if you want. There is a park very close to the hotel and it was quite enjoyable to walk there. However, there is a problem with the heating in the hotel. Although the weather was cold, we did not feel cold in the room, but we could not run the air conditioner in the heat. They took care of it immediately, it was repaired on the first day, but then it broke down again and we continued on our way with an electric heater.We stayed in a Twin Bed room, the beds were separate but really very small single beds, it was a bit difficult to turn around. Nevertheless, it is a hygienic and quiet hotel where you can reach everywhere on foot or by public transport. I would recommend it.TRÖncelikle çalışanlar gerçekten çok ilgililer. Aynı zamanda isterseniz merkeze de yürüyebilirsiniz. Otele çok yakın bir park var orada yürüyüş yapmak da oldukça keyifliydi. Ancak otelde ısıtma ile ilgili bir sorun var. Biz havanın soğuk olmasına rağmen odada üşümedik ama klimayı sıcakta da çalıştıramadık. Hemen ilgilendiler ilk gün tamir oldu ama sonra tekrar bozuldu elektrikli ısıtıcı ile yolumuza devam ettik.Twin Bed odada kaldık yataklar ayrı ama gerçekten çok küçük tek kişilik yataklar, dönmek biraz zordu. Yine de yürüyerek veya toplu taşımalarla her yere ulaşabileceğiniz, hijyenik ve sessiz sakin bir otel. Ben öneririm.

Good: L'hôtel est très bien, les chambres spacieuses et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner très copieux. Bad: C'est dommage que les serviettes et draps soient changés tous les jours alors qu'il est dit que les serviettes sont changées uniquement si elles sont sur le sol. Les lumières de la chambre sont en permanence allumées en revenant le soir dans sa chambre (alors qu'elles sont éteintes en partant). Il y a aussi beaucoup d'échantillons plastiques (gel douche / shampoos).

I would like to start with big thanks for The great staff with great hospitality I never felt it in my last 14 years traveling and visiting 4-5 stars hotels I will make special massage for Ms masha and Mr Roel for helping me regarding my health situation . I had a heart problem and breathing difficulties but they stood by me and call 911 and stay with me In the next day Mr Roel met me and directly asking me about my health Ms masha calling my room for just asking about my health and if I need anything I travel alone but felt you are my family Mr Roel and ms masha representing great values and give an example for everyone how you care and love what you did ❤️ Thx Danubius regent park ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Hotel highlights: Quiet

Good: My accommodation was on 10 floor which was freshly renovated. Room was clean, warm, cosy. It was nice stay. Lifts are quick, you get from the reception to your room in no time. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Bad: Not much parking space outside.

Staff is pleasant

Hotel overall was great, couldn’t really ask for more; clean, spacious room and friendly staff. But the breakfast was simply out of this world. I’ve thought about it several times today. I basically had everything. I started with a full English which was absolutely sensational - perfectly cooked and seasoned sausages and bacon, a firm yet fried tomato, saucy beans, and quite literally a perfect fried egg. I then had some pastries - mini-waffles and other sweet treats. I’m not normally one for sweet things first thing in the morning, but I couldn’t resist. Then I had a small bowl of cereal and a tea - great way to finish things off. I certainly will be staying here again when I possibly can.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et j’ai passé un excellent moment. L’endroit est très agréable et bien situé. Mais ce qui m’a vraiment marqué, c’est l’accueil et le service d’un employé nommé Hichem. Il était super adorable, vraiment gentil, et toujours prêt à aider. Il a été très serviable et à l’écoute de toutes nos demandes. Un grand merci à lui pour avoir rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, en grande partie grâce à l’excellent service qu’il offre.

Good: Great location, especially if you are visiting Abbey Road or Regent’s Park. Staff are super helpful.

Good: Чисто,еда качественая и вкусная. Bad: Линия метро расположена в непосредственой близости от гостиницы. Поэтому иногда шум проходящего поезда мешает. Расстояние до метро немного далековато. В душе лейка маленькая и закреплена не подвижно. Принимать душ крайне не удобно.

Good: The rooms are good, nice bed, good shower with good hot water flow. The deluxe king was a very good size with views of Regents Park. The breakfast was very good with tea pots, and the usual breakfast goods plus fresh fruit. The pavilion restaurant and bar was very nice and the food I had was above average . Close to St Johns wood station and buses were frequent if crowded The gym was better than the usual gym with maintained equipment and showers and towels available Bad: Sometimes there seemed to only on of the three lifts operating

All Staff were extremely helpful. Renate & Janine were great. Housekeeping always was effficient. We were in a deluxe king which was renovated. Highly recommend for that price range.

Very nice Hotel!! Mariana was super nice attending, it was a pitty that I didn't have time to check the gym or all the other services. Maybe next time, but definitely recommended. The restaurant they have is also very good, and the breakfast it was according my expectations.
