Good: Staff were great, location was fine, bar was good. Bad: Breakfast was OK, some proper Tea would have been appreciated.

Good: Location so handy and staff were really helpful and friendly Bad: Breakfast was a bit lukewarm having dined at the earliest time available. Access required a long detour as door buzzer on main street was not working

Good: Fabulous location. Close to a bus stop that takes you to Baker street station. On a busy road but we didn't hear the traffic at all. Comfortable beds and water pressure in shower was really good. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were lovely. We arrived a bit earlier but there was a left luggage facility where we could safely leave out stuff while we went sightseeing. Will definitely come.back. Bad: No issues.

Good: Location ) we were going to Lords, Bad: We booked a double deluxe and although had all the facilities great, it was a strange corner room with a limited view only which meant it was dark and did overlook other rooms

May be a bit far out of central London for some, but loved the fact it was in a quiet area and got to discover parts of London never been to before.

Really lovely hotel, well kept and looked after. Really good transport links to tube stations one bus stop literally a two minute walk from the hotel. London zoo isn’t far away either alongside the beautiful Regent’s Park perfect for a picnic and some sightseeing. The room itself was very clean with a comfortable king bed and modern bathroom, it was serviced regularly with a fresh large bottle of drinking water provided each day to pop in the fridge alongside biscuits for tea and coffee plus shampoo, soap and body wash. Air conditioning was really good and quiet we were able to use it throughout the night without it bothering us at all and the window could be opened for some fresher air if needed. On check out we could also leave our bags with the reception free of charge which were locked away in a safe keeping room until we were ready to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

Good: The location next to London zoo was brilliant Bad: There wasn’t much not to like about this place, if I really had to pick something, there was a slight redolence upon arrival in the hallways. But that was gone by the evening. And a couple of the bedside lights didn’t work, but that did not deter our stay.

Good: The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I did request a walk in shower when booking as I have a foot injury. However, there was none available. Bad: More accessible rooms would be good I.e. walk in shower, no bath.

Good: Clean room. Somewhat spacious. Larger than many rooms in london's hotels. We got iron, hairdryer(didnt need it) instant coffee and tea with one big bottle of water. We didnt hear the noise from other rooms but our room infront of the lift so we woke up to noises from people using the lift they were not being quiet. The resaurant is good and serves dinner untill 11 pm which sueted our plans. Staff were great and attentive. المنطقة هادية وجميلة. قريب جدا من حديقة الريجنت وبعض المطاعم التركية والعربية. فيه بقالات فيها اغلب الاحتياجات قريبة جدا عدة خطوات فقط. الفندق هادي والعزل ممتاز بس مشكلة غرفتنا كانت قدام المصعد والناس بعضهم اصواتهم عالية. الغرفة متوفر فيها كواية ومجفف شعر وأظرف قهوة سريعة وشاي وعلبة موية كبيرة. الغرفة واسعة اوسع من باقي فنادق لندن يمديك تفتح شنطتين بالأرض. الحمام مساحته مناسبه وفيه حوض استحمام مرتبط بدش الموية مو منفصل عنه. Bad: There was not tooth brush and paste provided. No slipper in the room too. The bathroom tap needs maintenance the pressure is too high it gets on top of the counter. But it is not really an issue if u dont have ocd. Bed covers are kinda narrow more like 90cm. ماكان موجود معجون وفرشاة أسنان و جزمة للغرفة. الحنفية بالحمام تحتاج صيانه لان الضغط فيها عالي تفتح لاخر شي على طول وتبلل المغسلة. ماهي مشكلة كبيرة صراحة. الديباج او الغطى ضيق شوي ماهو كبير يعني تقريبا نفس حجم سرير مفرد 90 .

Mi sono trovata molto bene in questo albergo, lo staff e' eccezionale, gentile, garbato e soprattutto disponibile. Colazione molto buona e posizione ottima. Un piccolo consiglio un po' di restylibg alle camere non guasterebbe soprattutto per la moquette!

Good: odaya seccade istemiştim koymuşlar, hassasiyetlerimize özen gösterilmesi hoşuma gitti. temizlik çok iyiydi. odada ortalığı düzenlemeleri hoş ancak odada eşyalarıma dokunulmasından rahatsızlık duyan biriyim, bu hariç iyiydi. lokasyon mükemmel. odada ütü ve ütü masası da var bu da çok iyi. Bad: odada saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. bu bir eksi diye düşünüyorum. ayrıca resepsiyon üyelerinin bazılarının davranışları biraz laubali geldi, bu beni biraz rahatsız etti... ama hepsi için söyleyemem çok seviyeli ve ilgili ilgilenenler de oldu. onlara teşekkür ederim, onlara haksızlık edilsin istemem.

Good: Comfortable beds. Good variety at breakfast. Nice shower. Handy for bus stop and lovely Regent’s Park. Reasonable bar prices. Bad: Air con was quite loud in the bedroom.

Ottimo albergo. Personale gentile. Camere pulite. Ottima colazione. Nel ristorante della struttura ho mangiato davvero bene. Servizio impeccabile. Rooms: Pulite , confortevoli e arredate con gusto. Walkability: Due stazioni metro nelle vicinanze (Baker st. e St. John Wood) ho trovato particolarmente più comoda la seconda. Food & drinks: Ristorante Pavillion davvero di alto livello. Good: Das Essen und Frühstück ist super. Das Personal ist freundlich und engagiert. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, jedoch ausreichend und sauber. Zum Schlafen und Kultivieren ausreichend, da man eh ständig unterwegs ist. Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten fahren Taxi's, oder die U-Bahn (in der Nähe). Es ist alles mit Kartenzahlung möglich (besserer Kurs über Kartenzahlung!), auch in den Taxis. Ein par Pfund fürs Trinkgeld empfehlenswert (Tip: im Flughafen wechseln - bester Kurs). Die Sehenswürdigkeiten würde ich im Voraus (online) buchen - ansonsten gibt es Automaten vor Ort. An diesen können Tickets selbst gedruckt werden (außer Madame Tussauds - online! - sonst sehr lange Warteschlange).

Good: La ubicación nos fue muy bien , con el bus nos movimos al centro y al mercado de Camden. La habitación perfecta , cada día la repasaban. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Con calefacción, secador, plancha y calentador agua, con una botella de agua cada día , más té y azúcar El baño totalmente equipado En la oferta no cogimos desayuno, pero se podía reservar el día anterior por 13 Libras y había de todo y a unos horarios espectaculares de 7 a 11,00. Muy completo y variado. Todo de 10! Sin duda repetiremos!

El hotel es espectacular. Grande y bien ubicado ! Cerca de varias paradas de bus y de camino a Camden Market la habitación perfecta para 2 con sitio de sobra para poner las maletas. Además hay plancha y secador. También te dejan cada día 1 litro de agua. Han repasado la habitación cada día. La camarera de pisos de Ucrania muy trabajadora!! La bañera / ducha perfecta y siempre con productos No cogimos la opción de desayuno inicialmente pero luego pudimos reservarlo por 13libras ( la noche anterior ) y valió la pena. Muy completa y variada DAINIUS y el resto de compañeros de recepción se portaron de manera excepcional cada vez que fuimos a preguntar algo ( nos prestaron un enchufe) y DAINIUS nos ayudó con los billetes de vuelta al aeropuerto. Mil Gracias ! Sin duda volveremos Recomendable 200%

Good: Very good breakfast and comfortable room. Bad: Quite a bit of walk from St. John's Tube Station. A bus ride to the Tube Station is required.

Excellent location. Close to transit. Newly renovated. Near Regents Park. Quiet and clean.

Beautiful hotel entrance. Stunning location. Easy concierge parking. King room with shower was high standard. No complaints.

Perfect location (visiting lords cricket ground), rooms exceptional looked recently refurbished , staff pleasant and friendly and drinks prices not to bad for a London Hotel. Only 35 min walk back to kings cross on a good and interesting walking route. Really happy with our choice to stay here , would recommend.

Stayed in a family room which was spacious and the bathroom was quite a decent size

Stayed for 1 night and everything was quick and easy. Just what was needed.

We were very comfortable in this hotel. It is well positioned in a quiet part of London but the centre is still easily accessible. We were able to travel there easily by bus.

Great value for price! Good quality in room, food and service! What come back anytime.

Lovely and clean hotel in a very good location, only a short bus ride to Camden Town. We had a delicious meal in the evening, and the waiter whom I didn’t catch the name of and Thamara our server were so friendly. The gym is well equipped, although I only required a large area with a mirror for some dance practice, but this was more than suffice. Jude the night manager was lovely gentleman,and although he couldn’t alter the weather, he provided a friendly smile and conversation with some more milk sachets so I could make another coffee. A very homely sense of feeling. Would 100% stay again to explore London.

Wir waren nit Vier Pärchen und haben den Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen. Es ist sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Received an offer via Amazon for carvery lunch for four people. Wasn't sure what to expect but would like to say the staff and the food were absolutely superb. Staff so attentive, pleasant and helpful. The food was so fresh and such a fantastic choice. Thank you for making our girlie lunch such an enjoyable experience.

The stay was a good experience with friendly and service-minded staff. It was clean and tidy and everything worked. Top hotel for the price that I can recommend to others.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, reasonable price

My friend and I stayed here on a weekend break in London. We both thought the hotel was excellent value for money (we managed to get a deal). The room was modern and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Staff were lovely, all together a very pleasent stay. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay because of the kindness of the staff, the comfort of the bedroom, the close Regent's Park and the choice of the public transports in the vicinity.

Rooms are lovely but you have to be a midget to use the shower!
