The hotel is very beautiful and the room services are excellent in terms of cleaning, as well as everything you need from tea supplies, a coffee maker, and ironing tools. The location is distinguished by its proximity to the bus station, the garden, a supermarket, and some restaurants. It is worth housing strongly. Rooms: Beautiful and comfortable, the room bathroom is very clean and all the tools you need are available in the room

Definitely one of the best hotels ive stayed in, easy check in, excellent bar and restaurant, good room suze which was excellently equipped, great service throughout. Couldn't be better located for Lirds

Good: The room was clean, and spacious enough for our family of four. The hotel is located within walking distance of several iconic spots (Regents Park/London Zoo, Baker Street), with public transport facilities also nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bad: Nothing really comes to mind.

Good: Frokosten var meget bra med godt utvalg av varm mat og kald mat, godt med kaffe, juice, vann og smoothies. Stort og fint rom, gode senger selv om beliggenhet ikke var midt i sentrum så var det kort vei til gode offentlige transportmidler som buss og undergrundsbane. Bad: Ingen negative bemerkninger.

Good: Good location, clean hotel, nice views from the room. Bar is quiet but open 24 hours if you like a drink, bus stops nearby with good routes and take you right to Selfridges on Oxford St or into Camden High St. Bad: A bit expensive. Breakfast was about £20 on the day, unless you book a voucher the day before to save a few quid. One newsagent a few mins walk away if you need a newspaper but they open at 9am.

Good: The premises is well located close enough to the shopping areas and the tourist sites. What was an added bonus was the proximity to the Lords Cricket Ground and the Central Mosque. The staff at the reception were quite responsive to any request. Bad: The breakfast served was not much to our taste but we managed to find something offered there to tide us over until we found other alternatives for the rest of the day. One drawback was the inability of some members of the general cleaning staff to converse in English or to understand requests for items on their cart that were needed for the room. There was an issue with the doorlock in Room 908 but it was ultimately resolved.

Good: Brilliant. Good quality and plenty of choice. Bad: Perhaps more entertainment in the lounge e.g. piano, music.

Good: The Location is good . The bus station is beside the hotel. The underground is within 10-15 minutes walking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Approximately 10 to 13 minutes to the oxford street. I recommended the luxury room with a new furniture. The bed is comfortable. I recommended the hotel, it is value for money. Bad: Nothing

Good: Location was perfect as we were going to lords to watch a test match. It was a good breakfast and an excellent atmosphere.My favourite bit was spotting cricket royalty at breakfast Bad: Not much although I found drunken MCC members irritating. I would say the hotel rate was pricey but convenience made up for it.

Good: Dogs allowed in most rooms. Good room service selection and easy to reach all of London by bus or tube.

Good: All staff is very helpful and nice. Bad: The gym room felt like old.

Good: Skvělá poloha hotelu, a přátelský personál, čistota, park přes ulici. Bad: Náš pokoj byl proti dveřím, kterými pokojské přiváželi vozíky na úklid pokojů, což dělali každý den v 7 hod. ráno.

Drinks and food only

The hotel was modern and the team was super nice! I loved the view from the room of Regent's Park and the food was spectacular at Pavilion. Will definitely be returning.

Good: Tygodniowy pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie: świetna lokalizacja, blisko przystanków autobusowych, pomiędzy dwoma stacjami metra, w pobliżu sklepik, w niedalekiej odległości Starbucks i inne restauracje. Pokoje czyste, duże, dobrze wyposażone, codzienne sprzątanie naprawdę dokładne. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Restauracja klimatyczna, przyjemna, smaczne i obfite angielskie śniadania, mimo, że codziennie to samp, to było w czym wybierać (oprócz oczywiście świeżych warzyw). Polecam na rodzinny pobyt na zwiedzanie i dziękuję za tak fanastyczną gościnę. Bad: Brak świeżych warzyw na śniadaniu, małe okienko w pokoju.

Quiet, great breakfast, close to the park and Madamme Tussauds.

Good: Excellent breakfast, location good for Regents Park, but a little further away from the West End but nearby bikes were available. Polite staff and excellent room including upgrade! Parking on site was very convenient. Bad: The rear of the building is dated and could do with a facelift!

Excellent location. Close to transit. Newly renovated. Near Regents Park. Quiet and clean.

4 star hotel that delivers. Good service throughout.

Good: The staff, I like them very much, everyone was nice and helpful. The housekeepers were superb. Although breakfast was the same every morning, it was a good one. Bad: The wall is very thin, you can hear every little thing and it is very annoying in the early morning when you are trying to sleep.

Good: I used to travel for business and stayed at the property before Bad: Proximity to public transportation. Regents park right next door to decompress. Walking distance from little Venice and Baker street. Excellent breakfast. Very clean.

Good: Close to everything, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Bad: Would rather soaps, shampoos etc. weren’t changed with every day’s cleans, also appeared towels were also replaced daily when this was not required.

Good: I was so pleasantly surprised....the building is a bit old, but they have renovated everything and everything works! The staff are casual, but super friendly and efficient. A quiet neighborhood. Bad: I can't think of anything!

The property is great for a simple 2-3 night stay. Marvin at the front desk was extremely helpful and I would go back there because of him alone. The property is centrally located and very walkable to Piazza Navolo and the Pantheon. There is a Taxi stop very close by. Simple and clean and grey location.

Location was good for Hyde park event if you don’t mind walking .. check in was smooth room clean and breakfast was good .. only negative was the service in the bar in the evening 1 person serving cleaning and doing food orders we waited over 30 minutes to get served then we were told food but be a long wait as he was in his own so we decided not to place an order …

Amazing breakfast! Clean and spacious room, accommodating family of 4 easily. Helpful and polite staff. The interior is little dated, but great value for the price. AC was helpful as the heat and humidity was high.

I am regular guest at the hotel. I always enjoy my stay here. Rooms are comfortable and location is fantastic. Staff members are always helpful and smiling. It is always nice to be back here. I had great service today from Mr Dainius who works at the concierge desk and also from Christina and Ismail at reception. They were very helpful😊 Thank you for always making my stay here very comfortable and welcoming.

Good: Przede wszystkim chciałbym zwrócić uwagę na rewelacyjny room service. Pokoje były nieskazitelnie czyste, sprzątane regularnie z bardzo dużą dokładnością i starannością. Pani zarządzająca room service była bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. To zdecydowanie wielka zaleta tego hotelu. Lokalizacja blisko Regents Park, 2 przystanki autobusowe od Baker Street zatem oceniam lokalizację na bardzo dobrą. Śniadania różnorodne i bardzo smaczne. Pokoje przestronne, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Polecam serdecznie pobyt w tym hotelu.

Great location right next to Regents Park. Bad: not much to fault- air conditioner didn’t seem to work very well, but I honestly didn’t bother asking for help as it was too late. perhaps I was doing something wrong …

Good: Czysto, ładne pokoje, bardzo dobre śniadania, uprzejmy personel. Dobry dojazd autobusem z lotniska Luton.

Good: Rooms were clean and enough large. Location was also good, Regent’s Park is 2 minutes ,Oxford Street is 20-25 minutes by foot. Price was not so high according to the small roomed Hyde Park hotels. Probably, I will always stay at this hotel when I am in London

Air conditioning non applicable. Its just numbers on the dial. If you need a different view, back out of room, turn around and walk back in sideways. Can’t be comfortable. Rooms are hot, washrooms are made to be sprayed by shower water. Uncomfortably ugly

Good: Friendly and helpful personnel, location was superb for my meetings and a varied breakfast for all diets! Bad: The magnetic card for dooming opening was temperamental. didn't love going down to reception to reknew card. Noticied that it happened when housekeeping had completed cleaning the bedroom. It happened at other times too. I put the cards away from my mobile phone.That was the only thing that was bothersome.

Good: Fantastic location, especially as we were visiting Lords, which is right on the doorstep. Very clean room and great food. They even left a card and some macaroons as it was my husband's birthday! Superb all round

Air con takes time to work and will only go to certain temperature due to being used throughout hotel. Staff were all lovely, until we queried a drink on our bill which we had not had, at this point the staff member became quite frustrated with my husband, and arguing we had it, when in fact I had changed my drink

Such a beautiful hotel, staff were friendly an helpful, the breakfast was amazing! We had dinner downstairs an had the steak it was cooked beautifully, also had the pizza an ice cream another night an that was so yummy aswell. The garlic bread we ordered had no garlic taste at all to it. Other than that. If we ever go back to London! We’ll be happy to stay here again.
