Room was small and efficient but very hot! Could not cool of the room without opening the windows.

It was exceptionally clean all areas . The staff in the pavilion bar were friendly and helpful, staff at the foyer were very helpful. A really good stay for us .

“Old school” hotel in the sense that they care for customers and have everything you need. Location not so good for sub grounds but very nice environment. I enjoyed my stay here.

Fantastic hotel, clean spacious rooms.

Everything went well. Once I got familiar with the area it was very easy to get around. The tube is about a 15 minute walk but the bus is even closer. I would recommend it.

Great Service From Reception And The Concierge Team The Moment We Arrived...!!!!! Great Room...(Which Was Ready Early) Great Breakfast....!!!! Just 1 Gripe...We Tried For A Drink In The Bar When We Returned...It Was Busy And A Waitress Tried Desperately To Find Us A Table But To No Avail.....She Checked With The Bar Manager..Who Looked Us Up And Down And Replied " We Have No Tables..." Super Abruptly...!!!! Even The Waitress Seemed Shocked...!!!! We Resigned Ourselves To Grab A Bottle And Go Back To The Room.. Maybe Some More Tables Or Provisions Could Be Made On Matchdays..??? APART From This It Was All Amazing...!!!!!!!

From the moment we arriwd ar the hotel the staff were very friendly and professional. Tge room we were allocated wad very clean and we had a great view onto the area. Throughout our stay allbthe staff from the housekeeping to bar staff were very friendly, and we will definitely return in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay. Service was helpful and friendly. Easy access for us. Room was comfortable and very quiet. Really happy and qould stay again.

The staff was very helpful, the room clean and comfortable, I really appreciate the eco friendly atmosphere, I enjoyed the breakfast and did have dinner there a couple of times, worked well for me after full days of sightseeing, I will stay there again when I get to London next.

Overall experience was very good. Just a few items of feedback: 1. The air conditioning was very noisy & had to be left off when in the room 2. The bed felt small for a double room 3. The decor was dated and needs modernisation.

The hotel is well located. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Beds are comfortable and rooms well appointed. Breakfast was great, really good selection for all diets.

Good: Nice room and very comfortable. Good breakfast. Bad: There was no room key access to the back (Lords entrance)… bell never answered. Apparently room keys on certain floors don’t work. Unimpressed by unwelcoming staff when checking in late … they could do with some basic client interactive skill training such as basic eye contact and communication!

Room was fantastic clean and comfortable.

Rooms are old and have an odor to them.

The hotel was spotlessly clean in all high traffic and communal areas. Our deluxe room was delightful, very well equipped with a modern and very clean bathroom. Amenities were good too and the robes were very roomy! We only ate breakfast at the hotel but it was freshly prepared, piping hot and with plenty of variety. Top tip - ask for early check in if you arrive before 3pm. We got there at 11am to drop luggage and when I asked they had us in our room by 1115!

프로필 그대로의 모습을 보여줍니다. 침대 한쪽 불이 안 켜지긴 했지만 크게 신경쓰이진 않았어요. 룸이 넉넉한 편이어서 좋았어요. 샤워기가 위에 고정돼있긴 했지만 욕실도 깨끗해서 좋앗어요. 조식도 맛있어요. 리젠츠공원 옆이라 아침에 러닝하고 돌아와 씻기 편해요. 중심가로 가려면 옆 정류장을 이용하면 됩니다. 다만 처음 방문할 때 이 호텔의 입구를 찾기가 좀 힘들었어요. 시계방향으로 끝까지 안쪽까지 돌아야 입구가 나옵니다. 연식이 느껴지지만 아늑하고 합리적인 가격대의 호텔이라 추천합니다.

Good: موقع هادي جداً، الموظفين محترمين، النظافة يومية وممتازة، حجم الغرف جيد جداً مقارنة مع الكثير من الفنادق الأخرى، يوجد مصبغة ملابس قريبة ومقاهي وبقالات، محطات الباصات تبعد أقل من 150 متر،،، وبجوار حديقة الريجنت، حتماً اذا رجعت لندن بإذن الله راح يكون من الخيارات المفضلة في قائمتي. Bad: طبعاً هناك محدودية للأكل الحلال من ضمن الخيارات الموجودة، وعدم وجود شطاف في الحمامات أجلكم الله،،، وغير كذا الفندق جميل.

有空調，在熱浪來襲時真的很需要， 服務人員非常友善， 一家四口預訂樓中樓房型， 有兩間浴室很方便， 早餐豐富美味， 搭乘公車也方便， 是旅遊倫敦的好選擇

Had to move rooms - was in an old, no pleasant room (they did move into a very nice room, however). A member of staff came up to give us new keys. He saw the bags packed and outside the door, ready to go, and did not even offer to help move. He just handed us the keys!! Nobody in the lobby ever greets you when you walk in or leave. Housekeeping, it seems, is always pressuring you to come in and clean the room. One time we had the DND on the door, and still got a call asking when they can come do the room. Ot seems they just want to clean the rooms and go home asap. One day, saw a housekeeper sitting on the floor at the end of the corridor, on her phone. Did not even bother to look up when we walked by, but what was she doing sitting on the floor, on her phone. When we checked out, we were not even asked how our stay was, or anything about our stay overall. In summation, the room we moved to, and location of the hotel, was great. The customer service is non-existent, and needs major improvement.

easy access to public transport

I had a wonderful stay! My room was really comfortable and kept very clean by the daily staff. All the staff were very friendly and helpful if needed. I will certainly be staying there again when I visit London.

Close to Regent's Park, Lord's Cricket Grounds, and the famous Abbey Road studio and crosswalk. Not so close to the tube and a fairly quiet/residential area, but a nice hotel with a GREAT breakfast buffet. Short cab ride to and from Paddington.

整體還是很滿意的，酒店也很有特色，入住體驗也很不錯，早餐雖然沒有太多花樣，但是也做的不錯。

Good: All your chairs are comfortable. Firm not squiggy like most places Bad: Bath water seemed lukewarm. Maybe I didnt operate the taps properly 🤣

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Location was close to bus stops and Regents Park as well as Lord's cricket ground.

Good: Position .. for my work Bad: Nothing I have stayed there about 50 times now.

Good: Beautiful foyer, restaurant, bar, location good between tube stops. Next to Lords for cricket lovers. Bad: The standard double was dark, felt claustrophobic with a smaller window than most due to being on a corner. The next room category up would be worth it for a brighter situation. Was quiet though.

The hotel is clean and nice. One of the 3 elevatots was brokem all week when we were there, resulting in lomg lines all over. The breakfast was SUPERB, and there are busses neraby to city center.

Great location. Nice hotel. Would recommend. Just having difficulties to locate the entrance when i call Uber.

Convient to attend Lords cricket ground. Didn't use the property fully as just slept over for the next test match day. Needs some modern upgrades but from my short experience it seems quite good.

Great experience all around! The hotel is perfectly located — right across from the iconic Lords Cricket Ground. During our stay, we even spotted several famous cricket players, which was such a fun surprise! Breakfast was a treat. We could see fans gathering and taking photos at the Lords sign while we enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent, and everything was well-organized and comfortable. Highly recommend for cricket lovers or anyone wanting a great stay in London! 🏏🍽️✨

Good: Location, staff, enterier Bad: I got a room with a view of the railway — it was noisy.

Good: The facilities are wonderful and really good air conditioning which was needed! The staff were all sublime and really looked after me.

Good: Hana on reception was exceptionally kind. A true gem. This a pricey but exceptional hotel. Bad: The continental brekkie was too expensive and pastries dry

It was nice enough for a few nights. But the location is definitely not the best. Have to walk at least 15 - 20 minutes to the closest train station. The breakfast was good. But yeah, the location and having to walk so far once you get off the train was really not ideal.

The hotel is a Gem so near the city. The breakfast as excellent. Staff very friendly. Only thing i missed was a handheld shower 🚿 Will visit again with great pleasure. Marié Nietos
