Good: Beautiful place- luxury bedroom Bad: Breakfast wasn't that great

Good: Great family room Bad: Little bit out of the way but great fords Lords cricket ground

Good: The staff were amazing, good location, very clean room, and lovely breakfast! Bad: More shower gel needed, only 1 tiny tub wasn't enough for 2 people. However it had been sorted immediately. Would be nice to have a shower hand set, not just an overhead piece.

Good: Duplex room with two bathrooms that sleeps 4 comfortably, central London, decent price, breakfast included. Once you get used to using the bus + tube it is very convenient for getting where you need to go in London. Very close to Paddington which means getting in and out of Heathrow was dead simple using the Heathrow express trains. Breakfast is nice with really happy and nice staff, and they were happy for us to bring up plates for the kids who wanted to sleep in a bit. Air Conditioning. Yes it kinda wonky and some people would be upset at the fan being on constantly but in this age of global warming this is a must for summers. The controls were wonky but the system works. Clean enough where it matters but there are some issues I'll list in the negatives. Fun fact they have an Air Canada desk but it's not for you to check in or drop your luggage. The hotel is where the crew stays so if you were from Canada you might on your last day in London end up eating breakfast or rubbing shoulders with your flight crew before you leave. Bad: Well there is 2 bath rooms. The downstairs one nothing much to complain about. The upstairs one the sink was slow draining and smells a bit when it is draining. We hoped the cleaning staff would do something but I guess we should have called the desk to ask for it to be fixed. Not a deal breaker but was annoying. Also there was a few hairs from previous client the cleaning staff missed on the shower walls. There are old reviews saying it's dated. There's some truth. Different floors have different years of renovation. Our room was at the top and it seems the oldest. It's really not bad. The hotel could do some some care to bring it up to a nicer look and feel, but then I expect they would charge a whole lot more. Weird power plug situation. Only one bed had a adjacent power plug which if you use a CPAP like me it means you can only use one bed. Breakfast food is the same everyday with maybe slight variation in the fruit on offer. Would have been nice if the hot food had one or two more options so you can take different things to vary the diet. Still not a deal breaker I mean it is included and the staff are really nice,

La camera veniva pulita e rifornita di asciugamano, prodotti per il bagno, acqua ,biscotti e thè ogni mattina...i letti erano comodissimi...sicuramente per un nuovo futuro soggiorno a Londra ci ritorneremo. We had a studio on 11th floor with a view over Lords and St John's Wood. All staff were extremely pleasant, and the breakfast was good.

Great stay

Hotellets exteriör är inte vackert, men inuti är det väldigt fräscht. Vi har nu bott här två gånger med familjen i familjerum med etage och två badrum för ett mycket rimligt pris. För oss har det varit perfekt! Buss går precis utanför hotellet, och nära till Baker Street tunnelbana med många linjer, så kommunikationer till överallt i London är toppen.

Ideal as a place to stay before a day of cricket at Lords. Lovey to wander around Regents Park and Little Venice, also visit Abbey Road. All a short walk from the hotel. Food was very good and staff helpful.

Good: Comfortable & quiet rooms, well appointed, clean, good location, convenient for what we did during our stay, stayed before so we know we like this hotel Bad: Check in was very slow, some staff could have been a bit more customer focussed

Good: The location next to Lords and opposite Regents Park was fantastic. We stayed in a twin room which was very good and we enjoyed using the gym. Bad: As it’s such a good location, it is quite pricey but I wouldn’t expect to pay less for that location in peak season

Good: The rooms were comfortable and clean, and a little birthday gift was left! The location was better than could have been hoped for: a very short walk to Lord's! Bad: We requested a disabled room (via a third party) but it wasn't communicated to the hotel. The reception staff were exceptional at sorting it out. Thank you so much, Tomi - you were brilliant :)

Good: Facilities in rooms: Fridge (always a plus for me) Beds comfortable Plug sockets with USB ports in appropriate places throughout the room Staff were friendly & helpful Enjoyed our stay & would stay again. Bad: Entrance around the side of the hotel with either a steep walk (using the road not a path) or steps to the entrance. The lower steps are a little uneven and do not have good lighting at night. About a 10 min walk from nearest tube (although this was not really a problem)

Good: Nous avions choisi DANUBIUS REGENT'S PARK HOTEL pour son emplacement, y compris la proximité de lignes de bus (13, 113...) et underground (Baker Street Station...avec plusieurs lignes) qui nous permettaient de rallier sans changements nos points de visites, ce qui a été très pratique et confortable. L'accueil a été excellent. Le personnel très professionnel et à l'écoute, disponible. Chambre très propre: merci au personnel de ménage. Robinetterie NK de Porcelanosa! Qualité du breakfast avec un large choix pour tous les goûts. Service remarquable, attentionné. Nous avons diner deux soirs. Salle de restaurant agréable et "quiet". Menus avec un choix un peu limité, mais cela nous a parfaitement convenu. Prix des plats et drinks corrects et bonne qualité de la cuisine. Large choix de boissons au bar cosy. Servis par un personnel discret et agréable, gentil et serviable. Excellent confort dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles méritées. Sa proximité du magnifique Regent's Park est vraiment un plus très appréciable pour la détente en fin d'après-midi. Nous connaissions Londres pour y avoir habité, d'où notre choix de localisation de l'hôtel, avec restaurant, ce qui contribue à notre confort et satisfaction. Merci à tout le personnel (nous les avons d'ailleurs remercié chaleureusement). Un établissement de "classe", que nous recommandons. Bad: Tout a été parfait.

Great location. Fun, that it's all about Lords.. i was here non-cricket related with my kids, and we loved it. Walking distance to Abbey Rd and Regents Park. Would definitely stay again.

Good: Most things Bad: As mentioned on my previous visits, there is a lack of power points and USB (type C) connections next to the bed - altogether not enough power points in the room. Everything else was excellent

Good: פעם שניה שלנו במלון הזה, החדר היה מרווח ונעים, ניקיון ללא רבב, מיקום סביר מאוד כ 15 דק' הליכה לתחנת המטרו בייקר סטריט,תחנת אוטובוס ממש סמוכה למלון ל 2 הכיוונים. רייגנט'פארק ממש במרחק כ 7 דק' הליכה בסמוך למלון. Bad: ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה אך כל בוקר היתה זהה ללא שינוי או גיוון.

Good: Rooms were clean and tidy, good services and would defiantly use again. If you going to watch the cricket you couldn't ask for a better location.

Good: Very convenient for Lords. Bad: Small room, dangerous shower in bath. (No walk in showers available). Parking restricted and expensive.

This hotel was superb, it had great staff that were all willing to help and make our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent as great to stroll to St John’s Wood underground through Abbey Road. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Good: Erg goede kamer, fijne toiletartikelen, alles op de kamer wat je nodig hebt, goede locatie! Bad: De lakens hadden niet de juiste afmetingen voor het dekbed... Erg onvriendelijk personeel. Sprak onduidelijk en werd boos omdat we haar niet begrepen. Jammer, want al de rest was wel heel positief; het zette wel even een domper op de sfeer, helaas.

Very good hotel and the duplex room with 2 bed and bathrooms was a life saver. Great location and walkable to tube stations and great food options around.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The duplex suite was perfect for our family, Our kids enjoyed having their own room. We also had a lovely view of Lord’s Cricket Grounds. The location was convenient and scenic. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy There was a coffee machine and kettles as well as a mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and compact with a bath and a shower which were well maintained and spotlessly clean. We found the reception and bar staff to be friendly, helpful and polite.

Good: The room was nice and cozy. Bathroom was clean! A big window made the view nice outside. Its location is perfect - close to bus stops and a metro station. The breakfast area has been renovated (I think) and is brilliant. Big windows here bring in a lot of positivity. The food selection is quite elaborate too. Overall, a very nice hotel to live in Bad: The exterior of the hotel could do with a make-over. The drive way into the hotel, the porch, all need a making over

Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable room, all newly refurbished, with air-con, overlooking Lords cricket ground. Helpful, cheerful, efficient service from the staff, and the convenience of on-site parking (extra fee). Highly recommended.

Good: Parfait en famille, notamment en duplex. Lieux propres. La vue sur Regent’s Park a été apprécié. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Le personnel est très professionnel et bienveillant. Bad: Mérite une rénovation, du rafraîchissement. La baignoire est très glissante, malgré le tapis fourni. Une cabine de douche serait préférable. L'extérieur est très vieillissant.

Gros bémol sur la climatisation dans le hall d'accueil et surtout au petit déjeuner, il vaut mieux prévoir la polaire ou un bon pull chaud. Très désagréable de prendre son petit déjeuner en ayant de l'air très frais propulsé au dessus des tables.

Good: Posizionato in un bellissimo quartiere residenziale di Londra. A pochi passa dalla stazione del bus e della metropolitana per raggiungere facilmente ogni angolo della città. Nei paraggi di una strada molto carina, piena di negozietti e locali. Pulitissimo, ottima colazione, personale molto cordiale. Ottima esperienza Bad: L‘esterno è un po‘ lugubre, struttura anni 70/80 un po datata, ma comunque curata. Una volta dentro però ben ristrutturato ed accogliente.

Good: Really enjoyed the strong air con through the heatwave whilst here for work. Lovely staff and comfortable room. Very nice and generous breakfast options too! The all day restaurant was great - very tasty and high quality food. Bad: I think a little improvement from the outside to reflect the gem it is inside!

Our stay was short but very pleasant. Air conditioning everywhere was most welcome after hot day at Lord’s! Standard of facilities good and breakfast very good with plenty of choice.

Rent överallt, bra frukost, lugn och bra restaurang!

Good: Camera nuovissima, molto spaziosa, silenziosa e con letti molto comodi. Anche il bagno, dotato sia di vasca che doccia, molto grande, funzionale e bello. Bad: Nulla. Non ho provato la colazione, quindi mi limito a dare un 9/10.

Good: Great split family toom with teenagers upstairs with own bathroom. Bad: Breakfast was ok, but if had to pick a negative would be the weakest aspect.

The hotel was central for what we needed. It was clean and the staff were helpful and attentive. We had breakfast included and there was lots of choice on offer. Some of the hot food items such as the poached egg was over cooked and didn’t feel completely hot to eat so we left it. The hotel also caters for lots of guests but there were only 2 coffee/tea machines so a queue formed through much of the breakfast time. Otherwise we had quiet sleep and felt safe as two women travellers with security in the foyer.

Bad: The dirty concrete entrance pillar with the hotel sign looks like something out of 1970's Eastern Europe and gives a very bad first impression.

Good: Very comfy beds, great breakfast (with lots of choice), and the perfect location for a trip to Abbey Road studios! Also very clean

The hotel was amazing. I stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. The room was perfect and the staff were beyond wonderful. The outside of the building is a little run down but don’t let that deter you.

A four star well located property in every respect EXCEPT for front desk service. Staff was suitably polite but they simply seemed to not know what was going on or how to use the computers. Absolutely everything was an issue and it was SLOW. I don't know if it's training or competence but it subtracted from an otherwise 4 star experience .

Incredible service. Unlike anything I have ever experienced. Could not do more for you and then somehow did extra. Would happily visit again and again. Staff are amazing, rooms are beautiful. The whole place gave this brilliant feeling of you were the only guest they cared about. Thank you so much 😊

The prefect hotel if you are attending a match at Lords

Good: Centrally located, affordable, dedicated and courteous staff. One of the best around. Bad: The breakfast does not have enough varieties. No egg station for omelet and other types of egg.

Lovely hotel on the inside. Very clean room and good onsite facilities. Approach to the hotel could do with some attention. But the hotel itself inside was immaculate.

Good: The hotel is perfectly situated, literally across the road from Lord’s cricket ground. I requested a room with a view to celebrate my 60th birthday and was not let down, when I opened the curtains to see the Nursery End of the Lord’s ground. In addition to this the staff had hand written a birthday card and left a complimentary scented candle and reed diffuser. The rooms were clean and air conditioned, as was the lobby area, which was a nice welcome on a very hot day. The hotel is within walking distance of Marylebone and Baker Street tube stations. We drove from Staffordshire to High Wycombe and caught the train into Marylebone, which is a direct train. We caught the tube from Baker Street to central London to visit the MC Escher exhibition at Somerset House and even managed to join in with the London Pride celebrations. We didn’t have breakfast as part of the package, but opted to eat at a local eatery, “The Good Life” in St John’s Wood, a five minute walk, followed by a walk in Regents Park, also five minutes walk away. We checked out just before 12 o’clock and asked if we could leave our bags in storage whilst we attended the Women’s T20 World Cup final across the road. The whole weekend could not have been more perfect. Thank you to all the staff, who were all extremely helpful and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, especially if you enjoy your cricket. Bad: There was nothing that I did not like.

Good: The location is excellent, right across from the park. It couldn't be better! The staff was exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive. They were always helpful and made us feel very welcome. Bad: I stayed in a room that hadn't been renovated. The room was fine, but next time I'll make sure to request one of the renovated rooms in advance
