Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff

Hotel and staff were helpful and accommodating.

Good: Fabulous location. Close to a bus stop that takes you to Baker street station. On a busy road but we didn't hear the traffic at all. Comfortable beds and water pressure in shower was really good. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were lovely. We arrived a bit earlier but there was a left luggage facility where we could safely leave out stuff while we went sightseeing. Will definitely come.back. Bad: No issues.

Many choices for breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area. Easily walk to tube or bus stop. Would definitely stay here again.

Public areas are good, especially the bar area is very well presented. Staff we interacted with were all friendly and pleasant, though the room cleaning staff appeared to have very limited English. Original tool allocated was very tired and we requested a move, which was dealt with fast and we moved to a very nice room on floor 2

Room was small and efficient but very hot! Could not cool of the room without opening the windows.

It was exceptionally clean all areas . The staff in the pavilion bar were friendly and helpful, staff at the foyer were very helpful. A really good stay for us .

“Old school” hotel in the sense that they care for customers and have everything you need. Location not so good for sub grounds but very nice environment. I enjoyed my stay here.

Good: We’ve been to London four times in the last few years and this years stay at the Danubius has been our most enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, the food was excellent, staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is close to the Lord’s cricket ground, which was well served by public transport. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning for next year’s trip. Bad: I can’t fault it at all

We chose Danubius for one night because of its proximity to Lords and we took lovely walk through Regents Park which is also close by. The hotel is not flash looking from the outside but inside it is beautiful. We were greeted by the Concierge who took our bags. All the staff were friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Family room and bathroom was large for three adults. Excellent stay all round.

The staff were helpful and polite.

Good: Hotellet ligger oerhört väl till för oss som skulle på Harry Potter och Warner Bros och konsert på Wembley arena. Andra gången vi bor på hotellet. Fint rum med utsikt mot The cricket ground. Litet med trevligt gym. Personalen alltid trevlig.

Good: Excellent petit déjeuner avec buffet très bien fourni et produits sans gluten sur demande 👍 Literie très bien. Chambre familiale en attique.

Good: The room was very large for a hotel in central London and we particularly enjoyed this. The breakfast was very good and overall it was a great experience at very rational prices.

Good: Comfortable king size bed. Large room and bath with a great tub! Big window. Good breakfast. Area nearby with good restaurants. Bad: The closest tube station is a 17 or more min walk. There are buses closer but we did not take time to figure them out. This might be fine for most people but hard for me.

Fantastic hotel, clean spacious rooms.

Everything went well. Once I got familiar with the area it was very easy to get around. The tube is about a 15 minute walk but the bus is even closer. I would recommend it.

A bit dated in modern tech terms? But nonetheless an enjoyable weekend break was had here. The Finsbury area is away from the central London hub but offers lots of it's own charm Good public transport from here too.

Nice place to stay

Comfortable room, good breakfast, and convenient parking. Perfect!

Good: The accommodation was in a perfect location for us to reach the Wembley Stadion for a concert. It is near buses that bring you to the center very quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Bad: Everything was fine. Bigger stores (like Tesco), groceries and backeries are 10-15 minutes away on foot, but that was not a problem for us.

Superb hotel for visiting lord's cricket ground. Nce clean rooms and good breakfast.

Good: Location was perfect for visiting Lord's. Breakfast was great. Room comfortable. Bad: Air conditioning very loud in bedroom and difficult to alter the control but staff were on hand to assist.

Amazing staff, incredibly helpful and accommodating for our party of 9. We came during a tube strike, we still had amazing time even if we got in more steps than we originally anticipated. Beautiful views from updated, clean rooms. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the ease of parking. We hope to visit again!

Good: Excellent breakfast with a broad range of food available. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice setting Bad: On the second evening in the bar a waitress took my wife's empty plate away and also attempted to take my plate and napkin whilst I was still eating some pizza. Several employees at the pay station intently watched whilst I finished my meal and as soon as I had, came rushing across and cleared our table. This was unfortunate as service during the previous evening's meal was excellent. I wouldn't expect anything to be taken from a table whilst somebody was still eating.

Great location,Nice hotel albeit a bit dated but clean and in a good location.

Good: I often travel to London, but never stayed in this part of town and I actually recommend it. St John's Wood has a nice little shops/food street. Regent and Primrose park are just 1 step away and town is accessible by tube. The hotel was nice. If you are a cricket fan, it's a great place to stay.

Good: The location was excellent for our visit to Lords. The family room was very spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bad: Disabled access could be better.

Good: Great location for Regents Park and Baker Street. Lovely breakfast with a big selection. We had a delightful surprise and cars left by the hotel when they found out it was our anniversary!

Outstanding place, spaceous and clean room.

Overall the stay was good. Didn’t have a great start but it came right. Gym was well equipped and great to have.

Having a duplex room as a family with two teenagers was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and free from alternatives. Such a warm welcome on arrival and each day and they sorted our bags to the room. Both floors of the duplex had all the facilities so two bathrooms, iron and board, hairdryer, kettle, fridge TV etc so we didn't have to keep going up and down the stairs to get things. Just 18 mins walk to Baker Street underground and then access to everything we wanted to visit from there. Around Baker Street are lots of restaurants and mini supermarkets too. Would definitely stay again.

Great Service From Reception And The Concierge Team The Moment We Arrived...!!!!! Great Room...(Which Was Ready Early) Great Breakfast....!!!! Just 1 Gripe...We Tried For A Drink In The Bar When We Returned...It Was Busy And A Waitress Tried Desperately To Find Us A Table But To No Avail.....She Checked With The Bar Manager..Who Looked Us Up And Down And Replied " We Have No Tables..." Super Abruptly...!!!! Even The Waitress Seemed Shocked...!!!! We Resigned Ourselves To Grab A Bottle And Go Back To The Room.. Maybe Some More Tables Or Provisions Could Be Made On Matchdays..??? APART From This It Was All Amazing...!!!!!!!

Petrous was a delight, as usual, and a credit to Danubis. The Afternoon Tea, next to an elegant, highly polished Grand Piano, will ever be a special experience Sheer class ...I highly recommend

Good: The size of the room, the view from the room, the bed with various different pillows to choose from. The toiletries in the bathroom, and the shower was great! The tea, coffee and water in the room and a mini fridge to use if required. Check out time was really late, so no rushing in the morning. The hotel looks a bit drab from the outside but is perfectly kept on the inside, the staff were really helpful and welcoming. The bar area was lovely with sport playing on the tv. The hotel is within walking distance (10-15mins) from Marylebone and st johns wood stations. Very close to lords cricket ground and regents parks. We will 100% stay here again Bad: Nothing

Good: Excellent staff and venue. Great breakfast. Allowed to check in a little earlier which really helped us. These are the little things that go a long way. Second time we have stayed here last time 4 year ago and same high level of service. Bad: No complaints at all.

From the moment we arriwd ar the hotel the staff were very friendly and professional. Tge room we were allocated wad very clean and we had a great view onto the area. Throughout our stay allbthe staff from the housekeeping to bar staff were very friendly, and we will definitely return in the near future.

Good: We had a very nice stay there. Everything absolut perfect with a tiny little flaw. Bad: In the lower levels you can feel some vibeations, if the close by train runs across their basement because of a gap on the rail.

Good: The hotel exceeded our expectations. The exterior did not do justice to the comfort, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the rooms. The built in usb chargers and complimentary water were much appreciated details. And. the breakfast was delicious! We did not expect so many options for the breakfast, but it’s definitely worth getting. An added bonus was its location right next to the cricket grounds as well as walkability to Regents Park and the lovely main area of the neighborhood. We would definitely come back to stay in this non-touristy area again at this hotel. Bad: Exterior was not particularly charming, but again did not detract at all from the wonderful experience

The staff was very helpful, the room clean and comfortable, I really appreciate the eco friendly atmosphere, I enjoyed the breakfast and did have dinner there a couple of times, worked well for me after full days of sightseeing, I will stay there again when I get to London next.

Overall experience was very good. Just a few items of feedback: 1. The air conditioning was very noisy & had to be left off when in the room 2. The bed felt small for a double room 3. The decor was dated and needs modernisation.

Good: Conveniently located to Wellington Hospital which is why we chose it. Pleasantly surprised with hotel and good value for money. Rooms could use an update and are quite small but served our purpose. Easy access to Jubilee Line and close to St. Johns Wood High Street with great shopping and restaurants.
