Good: The hotel is easily reachable by Bus and we were able to explore the City Center at night. The Staff were very helpful giving us directions and suggestions of what to see. The facilities are very clean and the Spa was wonderful having been at a festival all week. The robes provided were a great touch!

Good: The location is outstanding; on the banks of the Danube and a 15 minute walk to the centre of Pest. The hotel facilities are excellent and the staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Bad: It was all good.

Good: La pulizia eccellente, la stanza è stata pulita e riordinata ogni giorno, con cambio delle asciugamani compreso. Stanze comode, spaziose.

Good: The swimming pool and wellness facilities. Location. Bad: Disabled facilities: no shower seat or a proper dedicated disabled shower stool/chair. The stool provided was very flimsy and therefore unsafe, which then was replaced by a garden chair. Shower head fixed high up and not adjustable, therefore totally unreachable from a wheelchair or chair. They hung it for me on the grab bar. I'm afraid this is a blind spot of most hotels in the world.

Would definitly stay here again!

As with all of Northern Europe, temperatures were 34 degrees the week we were at Helia Budapest. So it was refreshing to come back to in the afternoon. The hotel is beautiful, and bar and restaurant around normal prices with quality food and drink. There is a Bubi bike rental station outside, so you can easily walk or ride the couple of km along the Danube to parliament or onto Margaret island.

Posizione defilata dal centro che in 5 minuti di bus è a portata di mano. A Budapest metro e bus super-efficienti. Bad: Tutto perfetto. Non poteva andare meglio.

Good: Самое большое преимущество перед остальными отелями: свободное неограниченное посещение бассейнов с геотермальной минеральной водой. Можно в хорошую погоду и позагорать на шезлонгах. Очень тактичный и вежливый, владеющий многими языками персонал. Вид на Дунай особенно в вечернее время романтичный. Завтраки очень разнообразные, предусмотрены диетические блюда, много фруктов. Удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей. Будапешт - КРАСАВЕЦ! Bad: Цена немного завышена, но это Будапешт!

Good: A mi családunk maximálisan meg volt elégedve mindennel. A szobák tökéletesek voltak, a reggeli kiváló. Könnyen megközelithető a szálloda.

Good: Понравилось все! Есть на ресепшене работник, который понимает и говорит по-русски)) SPA - много бассейнов с разной температурой воды. Хаммам, сауна Жене понравился спортзал - 2 уровня, хорошие тренажеры, неплохой ряд гантель для отеля. Радовало то, что людей было мало и тренажеры были свободные. Чистые номера, ванная, огромная кровать Для ребенка поставили полноценную доп.кровать. Вкусные завтраки -шведский стол. Рядом с отелем есть небольшой супермаркет и примерно в 200-300 метрах есть неплохой ресторанчик с русским меню.

Good: Struttura rimodernata di recente, stanza accogliente e pulita. La stanza che mi è stata assegnata aveva anche una bella vista sul Danubio. Molto buona la colazione, comodo e ampio il parcheggio proprio davanti all’ingresso dell’hotel. Con una bella passeggiata sul lungofiume si può raggiungere facilmente il centro a piedi. È la seconda volta che torno a Budapest e scelgo nuovamente questo albergo. Bad: Nulla.

The view of Danubius from the room was awesome while at nightfall. Before always stayed in Budapest city center, glad to make a change staying here. Probably will come back next time. The only one dislike here is the shower head too old style, also the temperature of showing was not stable...

Hotel was approx 3-5 km from the heart of the city but still on river. Taxi drivers try to charge a night fee (double) and this is not allowed so don’t pay it. The hotel staff were exceptional and spoke English, easy check in and check out. We were upgraded and the room was lovely and big. Great amenities. One thing our service maid didn’t do her job everyday ... bins nots always emptied and cups never washed. Otherwise couldn’t fault this hotel.

Good: We loved the pool and spa complex. Our room was comfortable and the balcony overlooking the Danube was a real bonus. Bad: The buffet dinner was rather tired and some dishes had dried out a bit as we ate at 8pm after our swim. The breakfast buffet was good.

Good: Great facilities, including the Yellow Bistro with a large food and drink choice and the thermal spa.

Good: Alla reception parlano un po' d'italiano, struttura tenuta bene nonostante l'età, pulizia, parcheggio privato antistante l'hotel ( per la moto non mi hanno fatto pagare nulla e poi la spa e quelle bellissime piscine termali. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bad: Il bagno piccolo e con la vasca.

Good: Nice spacious hotel with great facilities! Room and bathroom were nice and clean and we had the added bonus of a balcony. Breakfast choices were enormous!

Good: Я останавливаюсь в этом отеле регулярно. Удобное расположение, приветливый персонал, хороший завтрак. Метро находится недалеко , две остановки до центра. Очень приятно прогуляться по набережной- тихо, спокойно, минут за 15 - 20 можно дойти до центра. Хороший Wi-Fi

Good: A reggeli kiváló volt. Rengeteg választékkal. Az ágy kényelmes és szép volt a kilátás. Bad: A képek alapján a wellness részleget jónak találtam. A valóságban kicsit csalódtam. Sokkal kisebb amire számítottam. Nyilván a képek nem adják vissza a valósságot. Ár érték arányban szerintem elég drága ez a szállás.

Consigliato.Dotato di una Spa eccellente con piscine di acqua termale!...Ottimo ristorante con colazione abbondante!.Alle spalle il Danubio dove poter fare delle belle passeggiate sul lungo fiume!

Chose a balcony room for comfort and wasn't disappointed, picture opportunity great, room overall comfortable although room opposite lift, convenient for coming and going but lift noise became annoying, take ear plugs. Robes provided for spa access and use, rooms spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included on my rate and was a plentiful selection to suit most tastes. Town centre is walkable, but found the public bus service very useful, tickets can be bought at the metro station or on the bus from the driver. Be aware if you don't pay there are signs to suggest a fine/penalty, average single fare is 450 huf (equivalent of £1.65ish) penalty suggests, 16000 forint!!. Alternatively a taxi can be ordered from reception but there can be a dramatic variance in price dependant on distance.

This is compensated by the rest Location Tip: Great! The location is beautiful right across the Danube river and looking out on Marit Sziget. There is a buss stop just across the street. Perfect! A very nice hotel with enjoyable staff and nice rooms. Our booking didnt come through correctly and instead of a 2 separate bedroom we had one big bed. The staff where considerate and fixed it imediatly. The room was clean and the beds where very good. An added bonus was the so called welness part. 3 Pools varying in temperature and size where a perfect start or end of a long day of exploring Budapest. Acros the streat was a busstop where every 10 minutes a bus would stop that would take you to the city centre in no time which was a great bonus. Also across the street is a small supermarket where you can buy anything you need on a citytrip. The hotel is situated just outside the centre so you can relax. But you can also take the bus and find the buzzing centre in no time. Marit Sziget, the parliament, west end shopping centre and a bathhouse ar all near the hotel and it made for a very pleasant experience. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone! And especially for this price! A big thank you to the staff and if I ever come back to Budapest, I know where I will be staying.

Todo muy bien, incluso cuando llegamos tarde casi de madrugada nos atendieron genial. El desayuno está bien y el hotel está a 10 minutos del metro más cercano linea M3.

Good: Отель соответствует своему уровню, персонал очень приветлив. Отличная СПА зона, прекрасный кофе. Мы остались довольны своим проживанием. Спасибо на рецепшене Laslo, говорит довольно таки сносно на великом и могучем русском языке и решал любые вопросы. Bad: Не считаю минусом, но если бы отель находился немного ближе к центру было бы супер. Рядом находятся остановки троллейбуса и автобусов и в любое место без проблем. Очень выручили 72-х часовые проездные.

Good: The staff was super friendly and was ready to help with any requests. The swimming pool can be used by hotel guests free of charge and is opened 7am-10pm. This is a huge benefit! But check in advance if there are group exercises at certain time - not to come to the crowded swimming pool. The rooms were clean and the cleaning service was provided till afternoon hours (in the other hotels of this chain and generally if you don't leave the room till 11-12 - it wouldn't be cleaned on that day). The area is safe and not noisy, there is a supermarket across the small road. The rooms are quiet, beds comfortable. Bad: There are reconstructions on the blue metro line, and if you plan to use public transport - check if you have to use the substitution bus (the works on metro will go for another year or two).

Отель располагается на берегу Дуная, имеет хорошую транспортную доступность. Как и во всех отелях серии Данубиус, имеет свой термальный бассейн. Но на фон всех остальных, наверное наименьший ценник. Хорошее питание, возможность доехать до всех достопримечательностей на городском транспорте. В шаговой доступности продуктовые магазины, кафе. Прекрасный променад по берегу Дуная.

Good: A rendkívül rugalmas és szolgálatkész hozzáállás, amit a recepció munkatársai tanúsítottak. Érkezésünkkor egy olyan szobát kaptunk, amelynek ablakai a szomszédos panelházakra néztek, illetve mindösszesen egy 40x40cm-es ablakot lehetett bukó állásba nyitni, ha szellőztetni szerettünk volna. Sajnos a légkondicionálótól nem tudtam aludni, azonban ha kikapcsoltuk, levegőtlenné vált a szoba. Emellett - négy csillagos szállodáról lévén szó - a sötétítő függöny szakadt volt... Ehhez nem vagyok hozzászokva. Mindenesetre másnap reggel jeleztem a problémát a recepción, ahol azonnal készségesen felajánlottak egy másik, nem standard, hanem superior szobát, kilátással a Dunára és a Margitszigetre! Ráadásul felár nélkül, vagyis nem kellett többet fizetnem. Az úr azt mondta, hogy az okozott kellemetlenségek miatt ezzel szeretne kárpótolni minket. Az új szoba erkélyes volt, csodálatos kilátással. Itt az ágy és a párna is sokkal kényelmesebb volt. Bőséges reggeli, megfelelő wellness részleg, napozóterasz. Bad: 4 csillagos szállodaként jobban kéne figyelni az olyan "apróságokra", mint a kiegészítők, illetve azok állapota. A szakadt sötétítőfüggöny semmiképp sem engedhető meg egy ilyen helyen.

Good: I arrived at the hotel a little before checkin and the staff happily stored my luggage for me. I then went to the spa to waste some time and was able to get a massage within the hour as well as use the spa facilities before my checkin. The room was comfortable and overlooked the Danube River. The hotel is close to Margaret Island, which is a great place to walk, run, or ride a bike. Bad: It was a little far from the center area and breakfast was quite pricy.

Good: A személyzet rendkívül kedves. Az étel kicsit lehetne finomabb, de nem rossz. Szép a napfelkelte a Dunaparton.

Bad: Breakfasts could be a little better. No bacon... :(

Good: прекрасное расположение, СПА уже входит в стоимость, в шаговой доступности транспорт. Отдыхали уже третий раз в этом отеле, приедем еще!!!

It's been a 3 days stay for a quick run of the city - Danubius proved to be an excellent choice. Accomodation well over expected - pleasant and friendly staff, nice room with excellent view over Danube, decent breakfast (and generally good restaurant- best gulyash in town, guys!), pleasant relax right on the spot in in-house thermal baths, jaccuzi or (and) sauna, easy transport to center of the city, and of course, helpful reception which deserves special remark: when by negligence I left my tablet in taxi and asked receptionist for help, he managed to find the driver and brought me back my gadget - I don't know how: we had no licence plates, driver's name or at least name of the company. These things give a special flavour to the city - we simply have to come back again. Thanks for a perfect stay, with a lot of sweet memories, Dmitry & Tatiana

Good: В отеле очень здорово отремонтировали холл и оформили кафе, где вкусно кормят, чудесные пирожные и можно посмотреть спортивные трансляции. Прекрасная спа-секция, отличный тренажёрный зал. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Расположение на набережной прекрасно - гулять и гулять. Bad: Очень хотелось бы, чтобы в номерах были тапочки (ведь халаты есть) и лосьон для тела.

Good: La salle de gym sur 2 étages est excellente. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour les amateurs de longueurs. Sauna & Bain Turc ! Il y a une terrasse extérieure pour faire bronzette. Chacune des 4 étoiles est méritée. Bad: La connexion Wi-Fi n'est pas 100% fiable - 90% est déjà un peu dur pour un voyage d'affaires. Il y a des mouchettes sur la terrasse :(

Good: l'etablissement en général et les bain en particulier. Bad: pas de chocolat dans les machines au petits déjeuner pas de thé au citron ,pas de remplacement automatique du papier toilette dans les chambres et réveiller trop tot par les femmes de ménage pour faire les chambres.parking payant abuser au vu du prix de la chambre.

Good: Любимый отель в Будапеште. Лучшее соотношение цены и качества. Отличный СПА, удобное расположение, внимательный , заботливый персонал. Все сотрудники отеля стараются сделать ваш отдых максимально комфортным.

WiFi not good in room. Had to use it in lobby. Sometime cleaning forgot shampoo. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!!! Highly recommend hotel.
