Good: Place (some 15 minutes walking to the city center), staff, service, cleanliness, free swimming - everything was really good. Bad: Nothing to mention... maybe the lobby bar might have some better assortment :)

Good: We booked this Hotel as part of a "Smart Deal" and as such did not mind paying for extras like parking etc. On the whole the hotel and its facilities were excellent along with friendly and helpful staff. We would return and would definately recommend it for a short break.

Tykättiin yöpyä hotellissa, aamupala oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Kylpylä oli enemmänkin uimahalli kun kylpylä (4allasta + sauna + höyrysauna), hoitoja sai varata respasta ja ainakin hieronta oli todella hyvä

Good: Наш номер был на 5-м, некурящем этаже, номер небольшой, мне понравился, есть эл.чайник, чашки,пакетики с чаем и кофе (у нас в номере пополнялись не каждый день), в шкафу чистые- в кульке, бесплатные банные халаты для посещения СПА-зоны (посещение бассейнов и саун в СПА входит в стоимость проживания, за массажи и процедуры нужно платить). Завтрак хорош - шведский стол, всего достаточно. Туристов в отеле много. В Будапеште мы были 3 дня - днем по музеям, улицам, магазинам, а вечером - в СПА, также в холле можно послушать "живой" рояль, и воспользоваться Интернетом.В СПА есть большой "холодный" бассейн, чтоб поплавать, и три небольших бассейна с термальной водой, есть финская сауна и какая-то водяная сауна. От гостиницы до метро метров 500-700 пешком, или 1-ну остановку на троллейбусе. Персоналу отеля - большой респект. Мне в этом отеле почти все понравилось. Bad: В номере нет Интернета.

Stayed for one night to see a concert at the nearby RAM colesseum. Room was fine. Food at breakfast was good. Didn't get a chance to use the spa though. I would stay here again.

Good: Все нормально, отличные завтраки. Ужин, если нужен- буфет, также нормально. многие пишут про удаленность- мне так не кажется, метро 5 мин пешком ( 3 квартала), у нас это считается рядом, а в Будапеште далеко?

Good: Прекрасный отель, отличчные завтраки, SPA-зона, хороший персонал, чисто, прекрасный вид на Дунай. В целом хорошее, приятное впечатление от отеля.

I made use of the swimming pool, this was very nice and is well looked after. With a different temperature in different pools to suit everyone! The staff were excellent and were always keen to lend a hand with everything.

The hotel was great, enjoyed the spa. The rooms with two beds need larger mattresses,. Iam not alarge person and I rolled off the bed. The rooms did not come with soap,you have to ask for it.

Underbart att kombinera stadsresa med spa! Kanonfint! Ligger en bit utanför stadskärnan, men med de tunnelbaneförbindelse som finns är det inga problem!

Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsomme og tok seg gooood tid til å gjøre oss fornøyde. Eneste man burde tenke på når man drar hit er å booke spa eller annen behandling i forvegen.

We stayed here for two nights while we were visiting Budapest. The hotel is a little bit away from most of the sites but is very accessible to everything with an underground stop close by.

Location Tip: Hotellet ligger 3-4 km fra centrum og det er lidt langt at gå hver gang. Selve kvarteret er kedeligt, men vi tog en taxa til centrum

Personnels de l'hôtel agréable, le petit déjeuné propose un vaste choix salé sucré très complet. Le SPA est également appréciable, avec sa salle de musculation.

Room was clean and maintained well by the staff. The air conditioner system was not working , it got very warm at night in room.

Good: la struttura Bad: forse l'allegria del personale , anche se molto educato e professionale , ma come tutti gli ungheresi non ridono mai Location Tip: la posizione dell'hotel si affaccia da un lato sul danubio l'altra su una strada non molto trafficata quindi come rumori pochissimi, vici l'hotel non è in posizione centrale ma con l'autobus in 3 minuti ci siamo personale molto gentile , ottimo albergo da consigliare, la stazione della metro a 500 metri , di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel c'è un supermercato, come locali dove mangiare o bere qualcosa non molto servito ci sono ma sono indecenti al contrario dell'hotel

If you are traveling to Budapest on a busy schedule, either business or simply walking a lot around the city, this is a perfect place. I didn't even have time to visit the spa, but thermal pools are amazing. There are three thermal pools and a large swimming pool.

A very good 4 star hotel even though the thermal baths, sundeck and pools at this hotel are not as good as at the nearby Danubius island spa.

Guests were very pleased with the location and facilities at the hotel. They had come to watch the Hungary Grand Prix and this hotel was the ideal location for the city and the race ground.

Very good hotel on the bank of Danube. It has several thermal pools, perfect for relaxation. Service is definitely not at 4 star level, so if this is important to you then it's not recommended, otherwise it's a perfect place to stay in Budapest.

el was prima, we waren daar met dochter van 2. Prima locatie, binnen 5 minuten bij metro en dan binnen 10 minuten in centrum. Ook lopen naar centrum is te doen (25 minuten). Goed ontbijt, prima kamer en heerlijke wellness (gratis zwembad + sauna en stoombad).

Good: I loved the pool and the thermal water. The Thai massage massage was also excellent.

Helia Hotel is a well appointed where you have all the amenities you need for a relaxing, peaceful holiday from spa to city experiences close by. Easy to get around the vibrant city of Budapest thanks to its thoughtful staff.... Never any regrets!!
