Good: Rendkívül kedves, segítőkész személyzet, szép szoba és étterem, ahol kiválóak voltak az ételek, mind választékban, mind pedig minőségben. Bad: Lifestyle apartman nem volt megfelelően takarítva, a wellness részleg kissé elavult.

Good: The food in the restaurant. The fitness, gym is amazing, the best I met. The pools were great even though one was not available. The balcony met it standard and the view of the river. The staff very friendly. It was very clean and neat. The location was all right, the bus was really close and it was easy to access everything in the city. There was a supermarket just across the street, even Rossman. There were nice restaurants in the area. The facilities in the restaurant amazing, the sofas, chairs - perfect. The whole organisation of breakfast was exceptional. The salmon was served as well as great variables of eggs. Bad: There were three lifts but you sometimes had to wait to get to your room. We could not locate stairs, only emergency exits.

Good: A tisztaság, a reggeli bőséges. Bad: Második éjjelen mintha bútorokat toltak volna a felettünk lévő emeleten. Így nehéz volt elaludni. Klíma bár 19 fokra volt állítva és a legnagyobb sebességen ment,nem hűtötte le a szobát.

Siamo stati in quest' hotel ad Agosto in mezza pensione abbiamo apprezzato sia l'abbondante prima colazione e sia la cena con cucina internazionale. Comoda la spa con le sue vasche una era a idromassaggio una normale piscina e la terza era chiusa per manutenzione. Unica nota dolente che l'accesso alle piscine era consentito anche a bambini piccoli che ovviamente la usavano per giocare con tuffi e schizzate di acqua. L'Hotel e situato sulla riva del Danubio difronte all'isola Margherita distante 2km dal centro ma ben collegato.

Good: Everything about this hotel is great. Such a perfect hotel. Exellent breakfast. Great location - 5 minute walk from metro station and there is bus stop 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel is located in a very peaceful, quiet and safe neigborhood and close to supermarket. Great spa and swimming pools. Very clean, Comfort and well equiped room. And above all, great service from all the hotel staff. Bad: There are no English movie/series channels on TV

Good: Duże pokoje, świeżo wyremontowane, czystość pokoi, baseny spa i fitness, wygodne łóżka, dużo oświetlenia, dźwiękoszczelne ciężkie drzwi i wyciszony pokój, szafa na ubrania i walizki, serwis śniadaniowy i wybór jedzenia bardzo duży na najwyższym poziomie, lokalizacja 20 min spacerkiem do wyspy Małgorzaty, w okolicy sklepy i restauracje, zapewne wrócimy tam. Bad: Łazienka nie była duża, ale dobrze przemyślana i wygodna, duży prysznic i potrzebne akcesoria od suszarki po pantofle jednorazowe, jest to pozytywne, jeden z basenów w trakcie remontu co było opisane na stronie.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a férjemmel a szállodában. A szoba szép és tiszta. A welness is nagyon jó. A reggeli bőséges és finom. Mindenkinek ajánlani tudom. Remélem még visszatérünk☺️

We stayed at the long stay apartment and it was a treat! A superb room, super comfy, excellent view! The furniture all practical and modern, the appliances high tech! The pics dont do it justice really! The pool warm and relaxing and the breakfast really tasty! Its fully recommended!! And the stuff really polite and professional!

Solid 4.5 ⭐ in my book Hotel with a business vibe, a bit tricky location if you plan to use public transportation, because the majority of the routes require either switching lines or extra walking, but if you're looking for a dipped in green, quiet area, overlooking the Danube River, this would be the perfect one. And if you're driving that's going to be easy for you. The view of the river and Margaret Island are amazing. Amenities are pretty decent, spectacular gym with multiple devices, split to 2 floors. Has a best spa, including saunas, jacuzzi (with the varying temperatures), although the swimming pool was inactive during August, which was really disappointing especially for the kids. Breakfast was very good, though repetitive, but most will be very happy with variety and coffee and drinking options as well. Staff is very accommodating and is quickly attending any issue raised. We stayed in a Junior Suite room, that was very pleasant and modern and fully compatible for our 2+2 room capacity.

Good: The breakfast was excellent, the spa was also great, same as the gym. Receptionists were lovely and accommodating. We stayed during Sziget festival and it really helped us have the best festival experience. Bad: I know the cleaning staff were only trying to do their job but we had a Do not disturb sign on the door and yet we were disturbed when trying to sleep, once at the door with knocking and another time I guess we didn't respond so our room was called about the cleaning and we were woken up again. And even though we booked and paid for a late check-out, had the sign on the door, cleaning staff entered our room while we were asleep on the last day, way before our late check-out time.

Good: A szállás az étel a kiszolgálás. Bad: A wellness nem tetszett, a Feleségemmel szerettem volna szaunázni de sajnos külön volt a férfi és a női. Kevés medence volt. De ezen kívül más probléma nem volt.

Good: Lokalizacja bardzo dobra 30 min spacerkiem pod parlament. Parking spory nie mam problemu z miejscem parkingowym. Z zewnątrz nie pozorny w środku jakby świeżo po remoncie. Obsługa pierwsza klasa jedzenie dobre. Bad: Informacje o wyłączonym z użytkowania jednym z basenów dostałem po opłaceniu rezerwacji powinni informować przed.

Good: The property was newly renovated and was incredibly clean and looked amazing. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. Bad: The rooms didn’t come with an iron or steamer and I had to wait a few times for the ironing room. Also, the walls were pretty thin. Even though it was quiet we could hear everything that happened in the hallway.

The only slight negative is the hotel's remote location. Bolt, Uber and buses are readily available and fairly inexpensive. Cheaper still is the enjoyable riverside 30-40 minute walk.

Good: Hotel se nalazi na lijepoj, mirnoj lokaciji u Budimpešti. Osoblje jako ljubazno i susretljivo, velika pohvala za njih! Soba jako lijepo uređena, velika i čista, s klimom i pogledom na Dunav, kreveti jako udobni. Doručak raznovrsan, hrana preukusna. Hotel ima svoje ograđeno parkiralište koje se dodatno plaća, ali ništa strašno. Sve preporuke! :) Bad: Nema zamjerki, čista 10ka! :)

Good: Хотелът е в непосредствена близост до спирки на градския транспорт, което прави придвижването до основните забележителности много удобно. Стаите са комфортни и чисти, а персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Останахме доволни и от СПА зоната. Bad: Вечерята беше доста ограничена като избор и почти липсваха подходящи предложения за хора, които не консумират месо. Бихме се радвали на по-разнообразно меню.

Good: Hotel je uredan, čist, osoblje izuzetno pristupačno, doručak vrhunski, bogat i raznolik! Za svaku preporuku!

Good: Hotel je na břehu Dunaje, výhled na řeku a Markétin ostrov je k nezaplacení :) Je moderně a stylově vybavený, velmi čistý. Využili jsme fitness i vířivku, ocenili jsme dlouhou otevírací dobu. Snídaně i večeře formou bufetu byly velmi chutné a bohaté, oproti jiným hotelům nabízí tento k večeři výběr nápojů (džus, šampaňské), jsou v ceně polopenze. Autobusová zastávka a obchod minutu od hotelu. Velmi příjemný personál, opravdu jim na hostech záleží. Strávili jsme zde pěknou dovolenou a rádi se zde vrátíme zase v zimě. Děkujeme.

We had a wonderful stay at Danubius Hotel Helia in Budapest with my family last week. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and great facilities. It was also a convenient place to stay while exploring Budapest. Overall, we had a great family experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Budapest!

Good: Az elhelyezkedése, a személyzet fantasztikus. Bad: Ilyen nem volt.

Good: Belül nagyon modern, tágas, kényelmes. Választékos, finom reggeli, isteni sütemények. Szép kilátás. Bad: Kívülről kicsit elavult. Külön női és férfi szauna. Tv sokszor lefagyott.

Darmowa przechowalnia bagaży była dużym ułatwieniem jeśli chodzi o przedział czasowy między lotami, a godziną zameldowania w hotelu. Bad: Nowa kelnerka w bistro hotelowym została wysłana za wcześnie na salę. Powinna przejść jakieś dodatkowe szkolenie, bo rozlała na mnie picie.

Good: A szoba szép volt és tiszta Bad: A becsekkolás nem volt túl gyors, én ezt inkább úgy oldottam volna meg hogy az érkező vendégeket becsekkolom érkezéskor és ha kész lesz a szoba akkor már csak a szoba kulcsot kell oda adni, nem pedig 40 percig intézni az ezzel járó dolgokat!

Wonderful stay with beautiful Danube views ❤️ We’ve just come back from our holiday and absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Danubius Hotel Helia. The hotel has recently been beautifully renovated, so everything feels fresh, modern and sparkling new. Our Premium Double Room with Danube views was superb — comfortable, spotlessly clean and with the most beautiful views. We had lovely, restful sleeps and waking up to the river and Margaret Island view was such a treat. Watching the sunset from the room in the evening was equally lovely. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and breakfast offered a great variety of both hot and cold options, with plenty of choice throughout our stay. The staff were also consistently polite, friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the swimming pool was being renovated during our visit. However, the hotel kindly offered free access to their sister hotel, Ensana Thermal Margaret Island, which was a lovely alternative. The rooftop outdoor pool was perfect in the summer heat, and the indoor thermal baths and sauna were fantastic. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the Helia. Personally, because of the larger spa facilities at Ensana Thermal, I might choose to stay there next time, but the Helia is equally lovely and has fantastic access to Budapest city centre. We would definitely return! ❤️

Good: The location was great, the staff was friendly and professional. Food was always good quality and although the swimming pool wasn’t operating, we were able to use their sister hotel’s spa as well on the island.

Minden tökèletes volt . Klimatizált , szèp tiszta szobák , jó kilàtàssal . Bősèges vacsora ès reggeli kínàlat , àr èrtèk arànyban teljesen megfelelő volt szàmunkra ! A szemèlyzet kifejezetten türelmes és kedves volt ! Mindenkèppen jövünk màskor is 🫶🏻

Good: A szálloda elhelyezkedése. Magasabb emeleten a kilátás pazar. A belső enteriőr modern, különleges, változatos, a vendégek kényelmét szolgálja. A személyzet segítőkész, figyelmes, kedves, rugalmas. Félpanziós ellátással foglaltunk. Az ételek finomak, frissek, gusztusosak, változatosak. A pincérek nagyon figyelmesek minden tekintetben! Busszal és metróval könnyedén megközelíthető a belváros. A konditerem hatalmas. Ott tartózkodásunk alatt az úszómedencét karbantartották. A szálloda biztosított wellness élményt egy közeli szállodában, ahol ugyancsak figyelmességet, kedvességet tapasztaltunk. Bad: Az első emeleti szobában a kilátás sajnos nem Dunára, hanem fára néző. Feljebbi szinteken egészen más! A wellnessben az élményelemeket lehetne fejleszteni. A szauna nem koedukált.

Good: Minden tetszett, mindig imádjuk ezért szállunk meg itt❤️ Bad: Zwei Dinge sind eine Katastrophe. Erstens ist es voller unerzogener Kinder. Früher gab es eine Ruhezeit, aber die gibt es inzwischen nicht mehr. Die Kinder springen ins Wasser, planschen herum und sind sehr laut. Wir haben mehrfach mit verschiedenen Familien gesprochen, und alle haben genau das Gleiche bemängelt. Seit Jahren ist das hier der größte negative Punkt. Einige haben sogar gesagt, dass sie deswegen nicht mehr wiederkommen werden. Sowohl Deutsche als auch Italiener haben uns das gesagt. Das Zweite, was wirklich furchtbar ist: Das Reinigungspersonal zieht in den umliegenden Zimmern ständig die Stühle über den Boden. Jeden Tag ist es laut und dauert sehr lange. Man hat überhaupt keine Chance, sich auszuruhen, weil ständig dieses laute Kratzen und Scharren der Stühle zu hören ist. Két dolog katasztrófa. Egy hogy tele van neveletlen gyerekkel és régen volt csendes pihenő időszak. Ez már nincs. A gyerekek ugrálnak a vízbe, csapodnak, hangosak. Több családdal beszélünk többször és mindenki ezt jegyezte meg. Évek óta ez a legnegatívabb itt. Van aki nem jön emiatt többet. Németek és olaszok is ezt mondták. A másik borzasztó hogy a takarító a környező szobákban huzigálja a székeket. Minden nap hangos és sokáig tartott. Esélyed sincs pihenni, mert hangos karistolás hallatszik.

A szálloda tökéletes, KIVÉVE hogy a sok gyerek borzalmas hangos. A fürdőben vízipisztolyoznsk, ugrálnak és hangosak! Több csendes pillanatra vágyó házaspárral beszélgettünk vacsora közben és mindenki erre panaszkodott. Minket is extra zavart. Régebben volt csendes órák időszak, mostanra nincs. A hölgy a medence mellett pedig senkire sem szólt rá! Csak nyomkodta a telefonját. Régóta itt szoktunk megszállni de az hogy ennyi neveletlen gyereket kell elviselni az negatív! A másik hogy mikor pihenni szeretnél el kell viselned, hogy a takarító feletted és melletted ide oda huzigálja a másik szobában lévő székeket. Órákon át és minden nap hangos! Nem tudsz nyugodtan pihenni!

Good: Reggeli :) Bad: Papír ajtók amin mindent hallottunk a szomszéd szobából, folyosóról, valamint minket is hallhattak. Este a szomszédos normál hangú beszéd úgy hallatszódott mintha az ágyunkban beszélnének.

Clean rooms great facilities wonderful breakfast and food in general. Massages were amazing the lady is brilliant ! The pools are great too. Definitely recommend the hotel ⭐️

Good: Breakfast was amazing Staff were always helpful, polite and friendly. The spa was great - quiet and clean. Using the spa after check out was very uncomplicated and appreciated. The room was clean and well stocked. The shower was big and a pleasure to use. The complimentary flavoured water/ice tea in th foyer was great - we used it multiple times a day.
