Good: Modern and clean hotel..great facilities, breakfast was very good for the price. Rooms were very comfortable Bad: The location is a bit away from the ruin bar/ busier areas but you aren't far from Margaret Island which is about a twenty mins walk

Az Exclusive Group csapata, mint szolgáltató járt a Hélia Hotelben, rendezvényen standot építeni. Mind a recepciós, mind pedig a rendezvényes kollégák nagyon segítőkészek voltak már több alkalommal. Köszönjük.

Good: Dobra lokacija, moderno uređenje. 4 unutarnja bazena od koja su 3 grijana, djeca su obožavala. Bad: Generalno je sve bilo ok, malo su madraci tvrdi, doručak je korektan, možda malo fali izbora.

Good: Jättefint hotell med bästa frukosten. Fin badanläggning. Bad: Yellow Bistro & Bar som fanns i hotellet, fanns en hel del att önska när det gällde både service och matkvalitet. Det här gällde inte matsalen där frukosten serverades, som var bland det bästa vi fått.

Good: Hotel was fantastic and the staff in the reception and the bar and restaurant were all very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the freshly made omelettes a treat. We enjoyed a visit to the Spa area which was very good. Bad: The location isn't very central and a 30 minute walk to any sites. However for the value and service I would stay again.

Bad: ospitalitatea la restaurant groaznica! faceti un training pt zambete... ne-au dat o camera care era deja ocupata, apoi ne-au dat o alta camera care din nou era ocupata :))) ca pana la urma sa ne impace a facut un update-room, a 3-a incercare cu noroc si au oferit o camera la fel ca cea pe care o rezervasem...deci nici un update

Good: Nice rooms, super spa, very friendly staff, great location and view from the room. Bad: It was a bit crowded and pricey. Was no way to watch the Champions League soccer game.

Good: I liked that everything was clean and well organized, the breakfast was rich, there was also a good option for dinner – a Swedish buffet. Hotel is kid-friendly, with a drawing area for children and interactive tables with games.

Good: Понравилось месторасположение - Дунай. Очень вкусная и разнообразная еда как на завтрак , так и на ужин. Хороший СПА. Bad: В номере очень много пыли. Открыли шкаф - клубки пыли вылетали оттуда. Хотелось бы более тщательной уборки.

Good: Výborná lokalita hotelu, v blízkosti zastávka MHD a v dochozí vzdálenosti také zastávka metra. Príjemný personál a stylový interiér hotelu a pokojů. Vysoké postele a skvělé matrace! Snídaně bohaté, pestrý výběr všeho. Vybere si i náročný host. K dispozici také bezlepkové pečivo, bezlaktózové mléko, atd. Wellness dostatečně velké a čisté, k dispozici ručníky a voda, nemusíte nic nosit. Na pokoji k dispozici rychlovarná konvice s instantní kávou a čajem, také malá a tichá lednice. Každý den doplňována lahev vody. Bad: Na manželské posteli je jedna velká přikrývka, což bylo překvapení. I když nejste zvyklí, dá se to zvládnout. Do wellness je přístup ze vstupní haly, kde je část určená k večeři/posezení, takže v županu procházíte kolem stolujících lidí. U nás to problém nebyl, ale pro někoho může být taková situace nepříjemná.

Good: Izvstan hotel, predivan pogled, čiste i uredne sobe osoblje ljubazno.Ukusna i raznolika hrana, posebno nam se sviđao doručak koji u ponudi nudi izbor jela apsolutno za svačiji ukus. Bazeni čisti savršeni za djecu. Bad: Nemam ni jednu zamjerku.

Good: Perfect location near the center. Very good breakfast. SPA was OK. Very nice room with Danube view and with comfortable beds. Bad: In the saunas, there is no place to rest. There should be some loungers.

Good: Посетили отель второй раз, прекрасный персонал, рядом Дунай с набережной и метро,очень близко от центра, отличный богатый завтрак, великолепный спа с бассейнами различной температуры и банями, номера со свежим ремонтом.

Good: Οι πισινες πολυ καλες,η 8χρονη κορη μου τις χαρηκε,το πρωινο πλουσιο,πολυ κοντα σε σταση μετρο αλλα και λεωφορειου,διπλα στο δουναβη για περπατημα.ΠΣΚ το πρωινο ηταν μεχρι 11 η ωρα,αρα βολευε για λιγο υπνο παραπανω.στο σπα ποτε δεν ειχε πολυκοσμια Bad: Το δωματιο για τρικλινο ηταν λιγο μικρο,αλλα γενικα ολα ηταν υπεροχα,σιγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε

Good: Velmi pěkně a moderně zařízený hotel, čisté prostředí, velmi příjemný pozorný personál. Vynikající nabídka jídel, bezlepkových a vegan. Při první rezervaci jsem si spletl termín a Booking bohužel rezervaci nestornoval a peníze nevrátil ( moje pochybení při rezervaci s okamžitou platbou). Žádal jsem jiný termín se stejnými parametry. Druhá rezervace byla již v termínu, který jsem chtěl a při platbě při příjezdu ( již jiná volba na Booking ) mi bylo účtováno pouze storno a ne opět celá částka. Velmi příjemně mě to překvapilo. Z mého pohledu perfektní servis a vyhovění mé žádosti manažerem hotelu. Doporučuji jak z pohledu čistoty, jídla tak i lidského a velmi milého přístupu personálu. Bad: Netýká se ubytování, pouze okolí směrem od řeky není moc příjemné( asi jako v každém velkoměstě ). Jen drobnost, zvolil bych jiného dodavatele kávy.

Good: Mõnus spa osa,ülimaitsev ja rikkalik hommikusöök,mida sai nautida vahuveini juues teenindajad naeratavad ja sõbralikud.Voodid superlux Bad: Toa uksed kostsid läbi,kõik kes koridoris liikusid neid oli kuulda.Lastega pered läksid juba kell 7 hommikust sööma ja kui olid võtnud hilise hommikusöögi siis ega magada peale seitset enam ei saanud

Good: Convenient location (Danube embankment, near the metro). A big advantage is its own thermal pools. Nice staff. Bad: The price is overpriced. The bathroom has an inconvenient sink - the water from the tap flows out of the sink wall, it is very inconvenient to wash your hands. Unstable hot water in the shower. At breakfast: the staff quickly clears the plates and utensils, there is no filtered coffee, there are no nuts, there are few green vegetables, there could be fish for breakfast.

Good: Персонал, стильные номера, удобства, место расположения, вид из окна. Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный Bad: Хотелось бы чтобы вода на баре была дешевле

Good: Ποιότητα,το πρωινό,η άνεση, καθαριότητα. Bad: Ήταν λίγο απόμερο!κοντά στο μετρό όμως!

Good: Obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji, personel bardzo miły i pomocny, jedzenie przepyszne! Jedynie do czego można się przyczepić to gdzieniegdzie widać było kurz w pokojach. Pobyt z dziećmi zdecydowanie na plus 🙂

Good: Noua ne-a placut maxim. Un hotel modern, bine intretinut, cu mic-dejun diversificat. Salutam programul prelungit de la piscina. Totul la superlativ.

Good: L'hôtel dans sa globalité le buffet le soir La chambre moderne Le coin piscine Le bar de l'hôtel La vue sur le Danube et le coucher de soleil Les espaces super confortables de l'hôtel, très grand, spacieux Et le prix avec pdj tous les jours vraiment le plus !!! Le lit pliable d'appoint pour notre fille de 3 ans Le goulasch du buffet de l'hôtel j'ai adoré Le peignoir enfant mis a disposition pour la piscine La lumière automatique dans le dressing Bad: Le matelas confortable dans l'ensemble mais a changer car quelques creux La qualité des jus de fruits et des œufs au buffet du pdj je n'ai pas reconnu le goûts auquel je suis habitué peut être un souci de qualité 🤷

So glad we upgraded our room with a balcony. After a long day in the city walkin then a relaxing trip to the pool and in the evening spent watchin the sunset and the boats up and down the danube. We walked each day into the city was about 30mins.

Good: Building is older but renovated, and I absolutely have to highlight super friendly staff. Whether was it person on the reception, person in the restaurant or lobby bar, all hotel employees were super friendly, fluent english, always smiling, communicating proactively and making sure you have all you need. Food was also great. Breakfast and dinner were rich and all allergenes were nicely listed on description cards. Rooms were nice and clean. Pools were nicely warm and great for evening relax. Bad: I couldn't go to sauna with my girlfriend, as saunas are separated for men and women - they were situated in the dressing rooms. This is super strange I have never seen it before, so we skipped saunas. SPA is basically only 3 pools with warm water + paid massages. Room cleaning service was not very thorough in their job. Rooms were clean, but details were just not there. There was a lot of dust on places you check first, like frames or TV, window was dirty with stains, trash bin was missing a bag, toilet had some papers in and it was not flushed when we arrived (!). They did replace bottled water, tea and coffe daily, but just threw it on table. Maybe they expected a tip? Room cleaning service was OK-ish, but not to the standard you expect from 4* hotel. It's also worth mentioning that parking is paid extra.

Good: Easy access, very friendly staff, rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent.

Good: Lokacija hotela, kratek sprehod ob reki Donavi do centra. Hotel je urejen, sobe čiste, wellnes dovolj velik, da se kljub velikem obisku ljudje porazdelijo, zajtrk za vsakega nekaj, tudi zadnje pol ure vsega dovolj na razpolago. Osebje na razpolago, če ga potrebuješ. Skratka vse super. Bad: Vse je bilo v redu.

Good: The room was spotlessly clean. The lady at reception was very helpful. Breakfast was nice, with a variety of choices, including local options. The metro and bus stations are very close to the hotel. Bad: While the rooms were renovated, the spa area was not; however, it is well maintained. Parking must be paid for separately, and the conversion rate is worse than advertised.

Good: Hotel dosyć duży z windą . Baseny dosyć duże i dwie sauny (sucha i parowa) czułem sie komfortowo . Śniadanie bardzo obfite i do wyboru dużo różnego jedzenia stoł szwedzki . Hotel troche oddalony od centrum ale jest dobry dojazd komunikacją. Bad: Nie wiem

Ár-érték arány jó, finom , választékos ételek és ami nagyon fontos, hogy egyaránt megtalálható a kínálatban a laktóz mentes, diabetikus és a glutén mentes étrend is.

Good: Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve, sőt még annál is kedvesebbek voltak. Imadjuk a Smart Tv, ami a legtöbb budapesti hotelben nincs. Imadjuk az összes szolgáltatást. Bad: Az edzőterem elavult, és nem lehet ivóvizet vételezni, magammal kell vinnem palackot. Mi világbajnok testépítő pár vagyunk és természetesen ha Magyarországon járunk akkor is edzünk. Viszont a kézi súlyzó készlet borzasztó. A másik ami nem tetszik hogy ennyi gyerek van. Jobb lenne ha ez is csak felnőtt hotel lenne. A kölykök a szobákban, a reggelinél, és a medencében is elviselhetetlenek. 99%-ban neveletlenek! Ez az egy ami nagyon zavaró, a sok idióta gyerek. Közepes véleményem van még a parkolóról, nekünk limousine sport autónk van és kegyetlen nehéz normális parkolóhelyet vadászni. És szerintem nagyon drága a parkolás!!! Mondjuk ez a másik hoteleknél jobb volt, hogy ha fedett/őrzött parkolót kértünk csak akkor kellett fizetni. Itt még fedett hely sincs, 😪

Good: Hotel je skvělý. Všude čisto, hezké pokoje, ochotný personál. Příjemné wellness. Snídaně bohaté a velmi chutné. Parkování přímo u hotelu. Byli jsme moc spokojení.

Good: snídaně byl výborná. jen bych uvítala možnost baristy na místě a baristou připravenou kávou v ceně snídaně. a ovocný salát z čerstvého ovoce.

Good: Mi è piaciuta la professionalità del personale, tutti gentilissimi e disponibili, e molto preparati. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite, colazione ottima e abbondante. L'ambiente è ricco di risorse ed economico, posizione buona, lungo il Danubio... Si fanno delle belle passeggiate, è facile arrivare al parlamento. Uno dei più bei hotel visitati. Bad: Non mi è piaciuto il porridge con la cannella a colazione, era orrendo... L'ho dovuto lasciare lì.

Good: Hotel je velik, ali čist i ugodan. Doručak je jako bogat i raznolik. Lokacija odlična, do centra grada lagana šetnja šetnicom uz Dunav. Bad: Nemam primjedbi.

Good: This hotel is fully packed with amenities. They even have a salon, medic room etc. The only.hotel in Europe that serves rice! Bad: There are some complains in the breakfast like in the egg cooking section....u need more people to help the two ladies whose doing the best they can to provide faster service. There should also be people looking after spilled food so it maintains the cleanliness. Mornings should start with happy vibes coz it affects the mood of a person for the whole day. But there was a kinda old grumpy man cleaning the plates from the table that would not even smile. But apart from these breakfast comments, everything was perfect. And I suggest give bigger pillows. ☺️

Good: The hotel was clean and the pool was really great! We enjoyed the vast breakfast options and the cafe in the lobby. The staff was helpful, especially at the cafe and breakfast. Also, if you don't want to eat at the hotel, the delicious VakVarju restaurant is a couple blocks away, a grocery store across the street, and there is a lovely cukrazda (cake and ice cream) cafe around the corner. Bad: The hotel is a little outside the center of the city but the transportation options are very convenient and gets you to the typical tourist areas quickly. Also, there are only 3 elevators and sometimes you have to wait a little.

Good: Sve je bilo super. Bad: Nije mi se svidjela prašina, pod kao da nije bio opran, dlake i kosa na podu,čak i u kupaonici. Pomoćni ležaj koji je otvoren da bi djeca prespavala, ispod njega hrpa prašine..ostalo je bilo uredu.
