What is friendship? We think it is care and attention. When someone is important to us, we notice them. So we want to offer more to those who visit our hotels from time to time. We wish to build a meaningful connection as we give you more and provide you with improved experiences. How do we do this?
The more often you choose us when you book accommodation, the better offers we give you. The more time you spend with us, the more valuable the rewards we provide you. We are always happy to have you – as a guest and a friend.

Danubius Friends is a loyalty program for our guests who book individually, directly at the hotel. Join the program free of charge by filling in an online form. After registration you can access all benefits. It is this simple.
It is never too late, nor too early to make new friends! If you register, you will receive discounts on your first hotel reservation, as well as rewards from your very first stay.

As a Danubius Friends member, you will receive an extra percentage-off discount on our public prices.
Additionally, we will treat you to special exclusive rewards upon every arrival. These rewards include a variety of vouchers, surprise treats, and additional discounts that will make your stay with us even more pleasant. The more nights you book, the more valuable the exclusive rewards will be.

As Friend 2 level member, you will be upgraded to level 3 for 365 days after 1 stay
As Friend 2 level member, after 365 days with no stay you will be moved to Friend 1 level

Friend 3 Extra Offers for 365 Days
As Friend 3 level member, the 365 days at that level will be restarted after 1 stay
As Friend 3 level member, after 365 days with no stay you will be moved to Friend 2 level
After registration, you will automatically be upgraded to Friend 1 level, which entitles you to an extra 10% discount and exclusive rewards. You can enjoy the benefits of this level without a time limit.
After your first booking, you will be upgraded to Friend 2 level for 365 days. At this level, we guarantee a 15% extra booking discount, as well as exclusive rewards.
If you stay at a hotel participating in the Danubius Friends program during your Friend 2 membership, we will provide you with Friend 3 membership for 365 days, which gives you more surprise extras.
* The extra room rate discount is provided on our public prices. It cannot be combined with other discounts.
How can I join the Danubius Friends program?
Online registration
Visit the Danubius Friends Portal at friends.danubiushotels.com
Fill in our short form and register.
Registration for the program is only possible online.
If you have any issues, our Customer Service will be happy to help!
Activating the account
Following registration, we will send you an e-mail, asking you to activate your account in order to protect your data. Click on the link in that e-mail. If you do not activate your account, your registration will not be valid, and for security reasons we will delete your account within 48 hours. If you haven’t received the e-mail or the activation link is not working, please contact our Customer Service, and we will be happy to help.
Access
After activation, you can log in to your account via the Danubius Friends Portal using your e-mail address and password. There you can access all important information about the program and start booking online with a discount corresponding to your friendship level.
Adding a virtual card
After registration, we will soon send you a virtual card, which you can save to the Wallet application on your Android or iOS device. You can check your friendship level and membership ID at any time on your virtual Danubius Friends membership card. Adding the virtual card is optional, since you can book via our Central Room Reservation by phone and e-mail mentioning your membership ID; moreover, we will send this number to you by e-mail every time, and you can also find it on the Danubius Friends Portal at any time.
How to book as a Danubius Friends member?
If you have already registered and you wish to access the discounts, this is how you can do it:
Online booking
Log in to the Danubius Friends Portal on friends.danubiushotels.com using your e-mail address and password. From there, whenever you book, you can access all the discounts, rewards, and other benefits corresponding to your friendship level.
Please note that if you book without logging in, we will not be able to provide you with the discounts and benefits of the Danubius Friends program.
If you’re also booking for other Danubius Friends members travelling with you, please mention in the comments field their membership number and which booked room they will be staying in.
Request a quote by e-mail or phone
If you request a quote by e-mail or phone, please indicate in advance that you are a member of the Danubius Friends loyalty program.
You can do this by mentioning your membership ID or, in absence of that, the e-mail address you used to register your account.
If you are also booking for other Danubius Friends members travelling with you, please mention to the Central Room Reservation their membership number and which booked room they will be staying in.
Without identification, unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with the discounts and benefits of the Danubius Friends program subsequently.
At the hotel
If you make a reservation in person at any Danubius hotel, please refer to your membership ID, or if you don’t have it, your email address for identification.
