Good: The location even if it is not in City Center was quite satisfying. There was the metro station very close and in the near we could find stores with Arena Mall just 10 min walk away. Room was quite and beds were comfortable. We had a little bit of trouble with the bathtub water. Must make a very good note for the breakfast as it was very well assorted and quite delicious. Definitely would come back if I go to Budapest.

Good: My partner and I came for a small city-break stay. Location: there is no walking distance to the closest Mall/POI or attraction, except the Arena and Stadium (which has their own interest of course), but the hotel is connected with the main transportation to all the parts of the city, including the most important attractions, restaurant&bar venues etc. Room: we booked a superior - very comfy, good quality of wi-fi, great A/C, our room was opposite of the street, so very calm surrounding, with balcony. Very nice bathroom, all the necessary amenities. Only cons: the bathtub is very slippery - it would be great to propose a non-slippery mat. Breakfast: astounding! we got it at the price of the room (as it was a special promotion) but trust me! even paying additional is absolutely worth every penny! An incredible choice for every type of breakfast (continental, English, French, wellness...) fantastic. The parking is supervised and must be paid, but it is possible to pay at the reception desk. I almost forgot the very friendly, professional and kind staff. The fitness centre is well furnished, with a sports club, sauna, the possibility of massages and pool. The pool is not too deep so it fits both good swimmers and people who are not so sure about swimming. AquaFit&Pilates are also proposed - unfortunately, I had no time to test some of those... I totally recommend it and we (my partner and I) will be back very soon! Bad: It is not about liking or not liking. Just some suggestions : a) proposing also some anatomic cushions could be a supplementary point for the hotel. b) also proposing a non slippery mat for the bathtub. c) The Hungarian cuisine is spicy. When we ordered the food, my husband love spicy so it was a super experience for him. On the contrary, I do not eat hot spices at all. I think that it would be good to propose always one non spicy version of a plate (as long as the recipe allows it, of course). Otherwise, I absolutely loved all ^_^

Good: The location was great if you must stay close to the Sports Arena. Breakfast was reach and diverse.The room is OK but the bathroom is relatively small. Bad: The bathroom is small. Good breakfast.

Good: Everything was like in the pictures provided. The breakfast was awesome, plenty of options including Hungarian products. From fruit to meat and fish, sweets, several kinds of bread, cereals, salads... The room was clean and it had a great terrace and nice views (we stayed at the 5th floor). The bathroom was also clean and the toiletries were pretty good. The gym and the pool are great, there is a sauna too, open for any guests. The metro is right next to the main gate, literally 1 min from it. Totally recommendable. I'd come back there 100%! Bad: There was a fire alarm at about 2am. It was a false one. I believe this is not something that happens constantly. Most likely, someone pulling the wrong interuptor after a night of partying... I just write it here cause we did not get much intel about the event. I was told that it was a false alarm and nothing else. I would've preferred a longer explanation from the staff...

Good: Von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter (Rezeption, Room Service), über die Sauberkeit und den Komfort des Zimmers bis hin zur Qualität (und Quantität!) der Room Service Speisen war alles in Ordnung! Bad: Das WLAN war zeitweise recht schwach, sodass Arbeiten via Laptop mit erhöhtem Datenverbrauch (z.B. Videokonferenz) insbesondere in den Abendstunden fast nicht mehr möglich war.

We stayed 3 nights. Reception service was good. Our room was very clean. Restaurant is cozy. Good location. Less than 100m from metro. Wi-Fi little slow for my liking. Good value for money.

Good: Best location for a concert at the arena, just around the corner. Pleasant front of house staff. Nice big clean rooms. Good shower Bad: Cleaning lady coming into the room at 8.30.. despite the sign on the door handle, and again at 9.30

Good: Komfortné postele, výborné raňajky, hotelový bazén a sauna Bad: Ubytovanie bolo fajn, no v našej izbe sme mali zrejme zastaralejšie potrubia a tak nám to pri každom použití kúpeľne (umývadlo, toaleta a sprcha) podozrivo bublalo ešte minútu po vypnutí.

Good: Very good location for what i was looking for , the room was clean , staff very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Bad: The room on the 5th floor gets really hot in the summer and you can't keep the air conditioning on only with the card inside.

Good: Position was great, close to metro station and well placed for my business exigencies. City center easy to reach by metro. The whole place was very clean and well-kept. Breakfast very rich. Staff people were all helpful and kind. Bad: For some reason wifi worked with my PC but not with my cellphone. Not a great problem, anyway, as I managed to work in any case.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is super nice, the bed is very comfortable. Rooms are so warm, even though it's pretty cold outside for spring weather, they are not skimping on the heating. We have a nice balcony with a view from our room. The pool is warm and clean, there is a fully equipped gym open almost all day every day. The food is fresh, there is a nice variety to it as well. Would come back to this place in a heartbeat.

Good: Es war eigentlich alles bestens. Frühstück war jeden Tag frisch und hat gut geschmeckt. Personal war immer wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und freundlich, alle sprechen english. Die Lage ist super, U-Bahn Station ist dirtekt neben dem Hotel. Bad: Parken kostet 4500 Forint pro Tag vor dem Hotel. Ich finds ein wenig übertrieben, 50 Meter weiter im Parkhaus bekommt man die gleiche Lesitung für 2000 Forint am Tag. Fitness Studio schließt sehr früh am Abend, kann sein, dass ich damit alleine bin, aber ich fange mein Training erst gegen 22:00 Uhr an, da sind sie schlon lange zu.

Good: Odličan doručak, teretana. Blizina stanice metroa a to je jako bitno jer ste u centru za par minuta. Bad: Za čišćenje sobe i zamjenu ručnika treba pitati. Osoblje to ne radi svakodnevno nego na upit. parking se plaća ali preko puta (prije crpke OMV) je velika zemljana površina na kojoj se može besplatno ostaviti auto. U blizini je i šoping centar sa svim sadržajima.

Good: Location was fine. Rooms were great. I did not take breakfast but had dinner there and it was really good. Congrats to the Chef. The swimming pool, sauna etc was really good. The Balcony in each room was wonderful and really appreciated. Staff were kind and ready to help and answer questions. Bad: Parking was expensive for hotel guests especially when the parking is not guarded. Had problems with the wifi in the rooms as the access point was unable to handle the load of the wifi connection since there were lots of guests. Needs to be upgraded as not all business meetings can be done in the lobby.

Good: Хороший чистый отель. Очень вкусные завтраки. Отличный персонал. Бесплатный сейф в номере. Огромное зеркало. Хорошая сантехника. Фен. Чайник с большими чашками. Чай, кофе, сухие сливки, сахар. Удобные, кровати, подушки, одеяла. В день нашего приезда был сильный ветер, от балконной двери дуло. Мы попросили обогреватель и его тут же принесли. Есть отопление батарею можно регулировать, она хорошо греет. Ресторан очень чистый, приятный, столы убирают на отлично, протирают антисептиком. Не надо ждать от этого отеля роскоши, он очень спортивный, современный и симпатичный. Соотношение цена/качество прекрасное. Три лифта - это очень удобно. Жаль, мы не смогли воспользоваться бассейном. В 1 минуте хотьбы станция метро - Puskás Ferenc Stadion, это красная ветка метро, можно доехать прямо до Парламента - до станции Kossuth Lajos tér (Кошут Лайош тер). На этой же ветке станция Деак Ференц тер - центральная пересадочная станция, от которой очень близко до Базилики Святого Иштвана. Если поехать в другую сторону до конечной станции Эрш везер тере (венг. Örs vezér tere) - приедете прямо к отличному торговому центру Аркад. Наличие проездного билета обязательно, контролёры ходят даже в вагонах метро. Bad: В номере нет полок для вещей, всё приходится хранить в чемодане. Номер маловат.

Good: Pool was medium sized (not quite as big as looked in photographs) but in excellent condition, my wife enjoyed very much. Service was very helpful, with small things, beyond expectations. Our room was smallish but nice, we had a private balcony! All for a *very* reasonable price. For those who found may have found desk staff not as "friendly" as they would like, please understand that the culture in many Eastern European countries, is to be professional and helpful, while not having such a "smiley" and "talkative" demeanour as we are used to in England or America. I experienced this in Ukraine as well. It is a cultural thing to be aware of and does not imply disrespect or rudeness. To be overtly smiley to strangers - even clients - comes across as slightly odd in some parts of Eastern Europe. Everything I asked for was done without any fuss, eg there were some issues with our booking, using the "business Centre" computer for online check-in even after our check-out time, and so on. Look forward to coming again.

Good: Breakfast is superb. Lot of choices. Also, the pool is good. Not as warm as I thought, but 27°C is satisfying. We reserved twin room and got a room with king size bed and one additional single bed. Beds are so much comfortable.

Good: Hotel was great, with good location near metro station, parking is available near by. Wellness little small, only one sauna, but it wasn't full. Beds was comfortable, and view from window was great. Bad: Little old, especially bathroom, with plumbing problem. From outside, it isn't looking great, and windows are small.

Good: Bra läge, nära till arena och mässhallen. Trevlig personal & vi är tacksamma att våra 4-benta var välkomna. Bad: Det bubblade upp vatten i badkaret när vi spolade i handfatet. Man hörde grannen väl när de pratade i telefon. Frukosten var dyr.
